A public school district in Texas can require students to wear locator chips when they are on school property, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday in a case raising technology-driven privacy concerns among liberal and conservative groups alike.
U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia said the San Antonio Northside School District had the right to expel sophomore Andrea Hernandez, 15, from Jay High School because she refused to wear the device, which is required of all students at the magnet school.
Individuals are sovereign – not the government…
The right of the people to keep and bear arms is an extension of the natural right to self-defense and a hallmark of personal sovereignty. It is specifically insulated from governmental interference by the Constitution and has historically been the linchpin of resistance to tyranny. And yet, the progressives in both political parties stand ready to use the coercive power of the government to interfere with the exercise of that right by law-abiding persons because of the gross abuse of that right by some crazies in our midst.

Which means that is was actually written and composed hours before that. State Department press releases in the Secretary of State’s name aren’t written and released without all kinds of “approvals” and process. And this statement is written in nuanced prose, referencing “religious tolerance” and all kinds of bullshit. It isn’t a flash bulletin. It was thought out, long and hard.
Doherty and Woods were killed by mortar fire between 11:14 and 11:26 pm EDT.

Stop and think about this. The bullshit MOTIVE was publicly assigned by the State Department before the murders had even occurred. HOURS before.
As I wrote back in October, Benghazi was the planned and calculated murder of Chris Stevens by the Obama regime, with Hillary at point because they needed him dead to cover the gunrunning by the Obama regime to the Muslim Brotherhood / al Qaeda.

The role of the committee, according to its own website, is to “develop and influence United States foreign policy,” and in the past has “helped shape foreign policy of broad significance.” In other words, the actions of the committee matter just a bit, and the membership of a Senator like Rand Paul, who’s primary policy goal seems to be deficit reduction and budget balancing to the exclusion and possible detriment of all other policies, is a worrying prospect to many, particularly in the pro-Israel community.

The “Rice” in question was Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. The offended party in the Post story was Barack Obama. He told reporters that he expected “a full and thorough investigation,” one that “should be done in conjunction with those congressional committees that have oversight function so it’s not simply an internal matter.”

One was a tall corporal w/three hashmarks, pisscutter, battle jacket w/several rows of ribbons, and a swagger stick, a little David Niven moustache, etc.–there was something very sinister about him.
A bunch of us boots had just reported aboard the base, and we were eventually assigned a transit area–a smaller-size tent city–somewhere behind the present MCX area, and down the street a couple blocks from the old Division Headquarters building (dunno if it’s still there–big 2-story, white building)

Pushing back against calls for greater gun control from some members in Congress, conservative groups have now launched a Chick-fil-A style ‘Gun Appreciation Day’ set to take place on January 19, 2013.
According to US News and World Report:
“If all goes according to plan, gun lovers will come out in droves on January 19 to support gun stores, gun ranges, and gun shows.”
“The national “Gun Appreciation Day,” which is being launched by a coalition of conservative and gun rights groups, will take place a day before California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein is expected to introduce legislation for an assault weapon ban,” according to the Report.
“We felt that there needed to be a swift, strong statement, Chick-fil-A style, to show that we’re not only here but we’re vocal,” Gun Appreciation Day chairman and president of Republican new media consulting firm Political Media, Inc., Larry Ward tells the Report.

Back in those quaint days when KGB-supported communist subversives planning to overthrow a republic had to meet in secret to discuss their operations, William Ayers and his chums reportedly opined that during the post-revolutionary period of normalization, approximately twenty-five million Americans (ten percent) would have to be executed. Today, however, I have good news: that number may now be reassessed at as low as ten million, which, when one factors in the increase in the overall American population since the original estimate was made, suggests as much as a seventy percent savings in the government’s stockpile of ammunition.
