A public school district in Texas can require students to wear locator chips when they are on school property, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday in a case raising technology-driven privacy concerns among liberal and conservative groups alike.
U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia said the San Antonio Northside School District had the right to expel sophomore Andrea Hernandez, 15, from Jay High School because she refused to wear the device, which is required of all students at the magnet school.
The judge refused the student’s request to block the district from removing her from the school while the case works its way through the federal courts.
The Rutherford Institute, a conservative Virginia-based policy center that represented Hernandez in her federal court case, said the ruling violated the student’s constitutional right to privacy, and vowed to appeal.

The right of the people to keep and bear arms is an extension of the natural right to self-defense and a hallmark of personal sovereignty. It is specifically insulated from governmental interference by the Constitution and has historically been the linchpin of resistance to tyranny. And yet, the progressives in both political parties stand ready to use the coercive power of the government to interfere with the exercise of that right by law-abiding persons because of the gross abuse of that right by some crazies in our midst.
When Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights, he was marrying the nation at its birth to the ancient principles of the natural law that have animated the Judeo-Christian tradition in the West. Those principles have operated as a break on all governments that recognize them by enunciating the concept of natural rights.

Hillary began pushing the fake “protests against a video blaspheming the prophet” BEFORE WOODS AND DOHERTY WERE KILLED. Per the story below, the Associated Press first published a story on Hillary’s official statement on Benghazi at 10:58pm Eastern, which means that the State Department must have released it BEFORE 10:58 pm EDT.
Which means that is was actually written and composed hours before that. State Department press releases in the Secretary of State’s name aren’t written and released without all kinds of “approvals” and process. And this statement is written in nuanced prose, referencing “religious tolerance” and all kinds of bullshit. It isn’t a flash bulletin. It was thought out, long and hard.
Doherty and Woods were killed by mortar fire between 11:14 and 11:26 pm EDT.
Here is the citation link.
Stop and think about this. The bullshit MOTIVE was publicly assigned by the State Department before the murders had even occurred. HOURS before.
As I wrote back in October, Benghazi was the planned and calculated murder of Chris Stevens by the Obama regime, with Hillary at point because they needed him dead to cover the gunrunning by the Obama regime to the Muslim Brotherhood / al Qaeda.
You are paying taxes to this. You are enabling this. You are exactly like the people of Germany paying taxes and giving tacit approval to Hitler and the Third Reich.
Here is the original piece I wrote on October 26th.
Are you ready to listen now?

Barre expressed his concerns to the FBI, which quite helpfully arranged for two of its “terrorism facilitators” to take charge of the 18-year-old’s indoctrination. As a result, Mohamud, now 21 years old, is on trial for involvement in a terrorism “plot” that was entirely scripted and controlled by the FBI.

The U.S. Senator (R-Ky.), who is already being touted as a 2016 Republican presidential candidate, was recently appointed to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and is showing some strong Woodrow Wilson-style isolationist tendencies.
The role of the committee, according to its own website, is to “develop and influence United States foreign policy,” and in the past has “helped shape foreign policy of broad significance.” In other words, the actions of the committee matter just a bit, and the membership of a Senator like Rand Paul, who’s primary policy goal seems to be deficit reduction and budget balancing to the exclusion and possible detriment of all other policies, is a worrying prospect to many, particularly in the pro-Israel community.
In the non-aftermath of the brutal hit-and-run slaughter in Benghazi, the one Obama callously termed “a bump in the road”, I have waited to see this atrocity addressed with any serious investigation by the media. How naïve can one be?
Our bought-and-paid-for MSM know well the price for access to Obama and his administration: complicit silence when he demands it. For Benghazi, the complicity was overt; thus The Echo Chamber is empty of all substantial sound on this “old” “stale” subject.

Good news — it has become known that hidden deep within the massive 2800-page bill called Obamacare there is a Senate Amendment protecting the right to keep and bear arms.
It seems that in their haste to cram socialized medicine down the throats of the American people, then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Barack Obama overlooked Senate amendment 3276, Sec. 2716, part c.
According to reports, that amendment says the government cannot collect “any information relating to the lawful ownership or possession of a firearm or ammunition.”
CNN is calling it “a gift to the nation’s powerful gun lobby.”
And according to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), that’s exactly right. He says he added the provision in order to keep the NRA from getting involved in the legislative fight over Obamacare, which was so ubiquitous in 2010.

I have stated for years and still contend, socialism is not a destination. It is merely a direction on a compass or a stepping stone on the path toward an eventual destination. More often than not, that final destination is some form of despotism, such as fascism or communism; certainly tyrannical.
Well, it seems my once conservative state of New Hampshire appears to be leapfrogging socialism and is making a beeline to the despotic.
A New Hampshire state representative, Cynthia Chase, feels free state conservatives are the states, “single biggest threat” and assured her constituents she will attempt to, “pass measures that will restrict the freedoms of granite state conservatives”.
Evidently conservatives are more of a threat than is terrorism, the crumbling economy, lack of jobs or even, dare I say it, Global Warming.

On Monday, President Barack Obama nominated John Brennan, his chief counterterrorism adviser, to head up the CIA. Brennan, 57, has served as assistant to the president for counterterrorism and homeland security since 2009.
Before voting to confirm, Republicans in the Senate may want to question Brennan about the role he played in Obama’s 2008 campaign, specifically his potential involvement in the multiple breaches of the presidential candidates’ passport records in March of 2008.
The “Rice” in question was Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. The offended party in the Post story was Barack Obama. Brennan is no less than the father of the pro-Islamist policy. What Obama is saying is this: My policy of backing Islamists has worked so well, including in Egypt, that we need to do even more! All those analogies to 1930s appeasement are an understatement. Nobody in the British leadership said, “I have a great idea. Let’s help fascist regimes take power and then they’ll be our friends and become more moderate!” That’s the equivalent of what Brennan does.
Brennan’s only life accomplishment has been to propose backing radical Islamists. As a reward, he isn’t just being made head of intelligence for the Middle East but for the whole world! Has Brennan any proven administrative skill? Any knowledge of other parts of the world? No. All he has is a proximity to Obama and a very bad policy concept. What’s especially ironic here is that…

Glenn Beck announced plans Tuesday during his online television program to expand the news operation in his media company, The Blaze, and refocus it as a libertarian network, opening three foreign bureaus, debuting a nightly newsmagazine show, and relocating his New York staff to showy new offices.
Beck introduced his ambitious plans by standing in front of a split screen with MSNBC‘s Chris Matthews on one side and Fox News’s Sean Hannity on the other, and bemoaning the fact that cable news has devolved into the “far left [and] far right… yelling at each other.”
He said over the next 60 days, The Blaze will open three foreign bureaus in cities that are “important to America.” He will also relocate his New York staff from their current midtown offices into a building that will “send a very clear message to everyone in New York… it will piss everyone off.”
Beck also showed a teaser for a new nightly 30-minute newsmagazine show called For the Record.
“Our Nightline will be a nightly half hour broadcast to update you on a topic that no one else quite frankly has the balls to do. I will,” he said.

War against a foreign country only happens when the moneyed classes think they are going to profit from it. ~ George Orwell
Wikipedia defines Perpetual war as such “Perpetual war refers to a lasting state of war with no clear ending conditions.
It also describes a situation of ongoing tension that seems likely to escalate at any moment, similar to the Cold War.”
The obvious goal of Obama’s perpetual war on terror is economic control and manipulation which has been more than borne out by the neo-colonialism war of terror being waged by the west in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and eventually Iran with the obvious intent of Regime Change.
As Peter Symonds correctly points out in WSWS ~ “Afghanistan has been the testing ground for 21st Century neo-colonialism. The occupation has set the pattern for US-led operations in Iraq, Libya and now Syria, as Washington seeks to extend its economic and strategic dominance in the energy-rich regions of the Middle East and Central Asia. “
In the landmark George Orwell novel Nineteen Eighty Four, Eurasia is described as having “always been at perpetual war with Eastasia” ~ a fictional super state in Orwell’s novel but far from fictional in America’s current war of terror in the Middle East.
…..George Washington’s adoption of the Constitution of the United States leaves the Constitution of September 17, 1787, “this Constitution,” un-adopted by any oath or affirmation. George Washington and his successors hold the Article II Section 1 Clause 1 executive power as Presidents of the United States of America, however, that power is limited to the United States, the territory owned by or subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States of America.
Presidential Executive Orders may appear to extend beyond the federal territory owned by or subject to the jurisdiction, however, upon close examination, the language of every Presidential Executive Order will clearly apply only to the administration of the territory owned by or subject to the jurisdiction of the United States of America.

Federal, state, or local. You, the man or woman with the badge, the sworn LEO or FLEA and those who inhabit the many law enforcement niches in between and on all sides. This essay is directed to you, because in the end, how this turmoil about gun control turns out will depend largely upon your decisions and actions over the coming months and years.
Ben Shapiro was on with Sean Hannity last night to discuss his new book “Bullies: How the Left’s Culture of Fear and Intimidation Silences America” and to list the top five progressive bullies in America today. As a final question, Hannity asked Ben how do conservatives counter the progressive bullies today. Ben answered,
“We can’t be civil with them. We can’t. We’ve reached the end of bipartisanship. We’ve reached the end of civility. It’s like the Geneva Conventions. These people are out of uniform. Once they exit the realm of civility they are now fair game.
And it’s enough playing fair with them. It’s enough having the moral high ground. If we have the moral high ground it means that we lose. We need to start fighting back and fighting back hard.“

Been thinking about this story.
Seems to me there were not than many officers and SNCOs carrying swagger sticks when I reported to Camp Pendleton in 1952. Matter of fact, I can recall specifically only two cases of this; I’m sure there were more, just can’t recall any other specific cases.
A bunch of us boots had just reported aboard the base, and we were eventually assigned a transit area–a smaller-size tent city–somewhere behind the present MCX area, and down the street a couple blocks from the old Division Headquarters building (dunno if it’s still there–big 2-story, white building)
As a college student in the 1970s, John Brennan, President Obama’s nominee for CIA director, traveled in Indonesia where—he recalled in a speech in New York in 2010—“despite my long hair, my earring and my obvious American appearance, I was welcomed throughout that country, in a way that is a reflection of the tremendous warmth of Islamic cultures and societies.”
Brennan’s Feb. 13, 2010 address to a meeting at the Islamic Center at New York University, facilitated by the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), provided an insight into his views on Islam, a faith which he said during the speech had “helped to shape my own world view.” …
As Obama’s counterterrorism adviser, Brennan—a Jesuit-educated Catholic—has played a prominent role in the administration’s outreach to Muslims, American Muslims especially. He has also been a leading proponent of the effort to stop using terms many Muslims find offensive, such as “jihadist” as a descriptor for terrorists acting in the name of Islam.

Pushing back against calls for greater gun control from some members in Congress, conservative groups have now launched a Chick-fil-A style ‘Gun Appreciation Day’ set to take place on January 19, 2013.
According to US News and World Report:
“If all goes according to plan, gun lovers will come out in droves on January 19 to support gun stores, gun ranges, and gun shows.”
“The national “Gun Appreciation Day,” which is being launched by a coalition of conservative and gun rights groups, will take place a day before California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein is expected to introduce legislation for an assault weapon ban,” according to the Report.
“We felt that there needed to be a swift, strong statement, Chick-fil-A style, to show that we’re not only here but we’re vocal,” Gun Appreciation Day chairman and president of Republican new media consulting firm Political Media, Inc., Larry Ward tells the Report.

The tutorial is long. But that’s because its steps are so comprehensive. They’ve been vetted and foolproofed.
I dislike instant messaging. Life (and the ‘Net) have enough other disruptions without that. I know I’m in the minority, though. And Michael W. Sen. Ted Cruz says Barack Obama is acting like an “imperial president” and must think he can do “nothing wrong,” given his adversarial push to have Congress accept Chuck Hagel as his new defense secretary and extend the nation’s debt limit without a fight. “There’s a pattern here . . . which is I think the president has drunk the Kool-Aid,” the Texas Republican said Tuesday evening on Fox News’ Sean Hannity show.
“He was re-elected and at this point he thinks he can do nothing wrong. He went through the fiscal cliff; he got exactly what he wanted in the fiscal cliff. “And you take the Hagel nomination, for example,” Cruz continued. “They floated this trial balloon for several weeks and you saw a number of Republicans come out against it.
You saw crickets chirping among [Democratic] senators. “Typically one floats a trial balloon to get a sense of support. It was clear there was strong bipartisan opposition to Chuck Hagel, and President Obama decided he didn’t care. He was going to force it through and pick this fight because I think, politically, he thinks he can pick any fight he wants.”

Back in those quaint days when KGB-supported communist subversives planning to overthrow a republic had to meet in secret to discuss their operations, William Ayers and his chums reportedly opined that during the post-revolutionary period of normalization, approximately twenty-five million Americans (ten percent) would have to be executed. Today, however, I have good news: that number may now be reassessed at as low as ten million, which, when one factors in the increase in the overall American population since the original estimate was made, suggests as much as a seventy percent savings in the government’s stockpile of ammunition. There’s a spending reduction we can all applaud.
To refresh your memory, Mr. Ayers — now Dr. Ayers, of course — while a leader of the youth outreach program known as the Weather Underground, was asked by one of his cohorts, FBI informant Larry Grathwohl, about the contingencies of power should the group actually succeed in its revolutionary activities. Specifically, Grathwohl asked what might be done with that minority of the adult population that would continue to resist communism even after it had been so eloquently justified through the violent seizure of power.

Connecticut legislator DebraLee Hovey, a six-term Republican state representative for the towns of Monroe and Newtown, had some candid, if ill-advised words for Gabrielle Giffords, who visited with victims of the Sandy Hook shooting on Friday.
“Gabby Gifford [sic] stay out of my towns!!” Hovey wrote on her then-public Facebook, via mobile from Saint Pete Beach, Florida. “It was political,” she elaborated in the comments, according to cringey screenshots obtained by the Hartford Courant.
“The Lt Gov was there […] and ALL political types KNOW it is courteous to let sitting Reps known when another political [sic] is in their District,” Hovey went on. “So……. There was pure political motives.” (The visit, while “low-key” and without press, was reported in advance.)
