MOLON LABE: The REAL CROCODILE DUNDEE, KILLED DURING GUN CONFISCATION in Australia(Rodney William Ansell ) – Secrets of the Fed
CROCODILE DUNDEE KILLED BY GUN-CONFISCATING POLICE – August 3rd, 1999
I am unashamed to tell you I am weeping as I write this story.
Last August, Rodney William Ansell, the rugged Aussie whose real life exploits inspired the Crocodile Dundee movies, died in a shootout with Australian police who had come (to confiscate his unregistered firearms. Oh, you didn’t read about it in our ‘free’ press? That’s cause it never appeared.
A police sergeant was also killed in the incident; the number of “peace officers” injured while invading old ‘Croc’ in his natural domain is unknown, but likely he took down several. I don’t mean to imply glee over the death and possible additional injuries; after all, they were “just doing their job” like the obedient Nazi’s tried at Nuremburg.
“In a sour footnote to President Barack Obama’s sweeping electoral victory last November, many of his campaign staffers have been shut out of the inaugural festivities, more than a dozen of them complained to BuzzFeed Monday.”
White House Press Secretary Jay Carney announced this afternoon that President Obama will unveil a “concrete package” of gun control proposals including assault weapons bans, high capacity ammunition magazine bans, and closing loopholes on background checks.
Carney said that the president will be joined by Vice President Joe Biden as well as children who wrote to the president after the Newtown shootings.
A nationwide appeal has been sent to gun owners and their families asking they go to their state capitol this Saturday, January 19, from noon to 3 p. m. to show support for our 2nd Amendment rights.
This urgent call to action is in response to the Barack Obama/Joe Biden/Diane Feinstein legislative aim of imposing bans on arbitrarily selected groups of firearms and accessories. One North Carolina police lieutenant warns internet audiences, ”We’re in huge trouble.” A devout…

Gun control advocates, in their infinite wisdom, seem to think they have the definitive answer to this question. The answer is “less than ten.”
Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York is seeking extensive gun control legislation to “tighten the assault weapons ban” and “ban all large-capacity gun clips.” To these ends, he addressed the gun “extremists” by quipping, “It’s simple — no one hunts with an assault rifle. No one needs ten bullets to kill a deer.”

The video below addresses the request for a new trial for Fr. Gerald Robinson, a local Toledo priest convicted of the 1982 murder of a nun at the Mercy Hospital Chapel.

Robinson’s claim, that the case, as presented, left out key elements is entirely factual.
Here is what I know as both a local resident and criminal investigator for a local law firm but first we will include the “Wikipedia” story though this potentially wonderful information source is continually subjected to disinformation and abuse. However, in this case, we can use this source to show, first of all, what was actually reported and, later, comment on what was withheld:

Your acceptance of the Marine Corps (MC) standard kiss-off comments are the same ones that I received after I contacted them.
After you said you were seeking their input I wrote your staff member assigned to my inquiry insisting that the MC provide you with their written comments on the irrefutable evidence I presented as well as their comments on other related matters. Apparently that was not done since no mention of it
is made in your letter to me.
- There are two solid pieces of evidence, documentary evidence, concerning the raising of the second flag. One is the photo by Joe Rosenthal, and the other is photos by Lou Lowery, Leatherneck Magazine photographer, taken atop Mt. Suribachi. Mr. Lowery’s photos show John Bradley wearing standard WW II medic dress consisting of large medical pouches on each hip and water canteens on his backside. Moreover, his pant cuffs are rolled up, showing his leggings. That is not the same John Bradley in the Rosenthal photo with a collapsed water canteen pouch on his hip, that is someone else, who now we could refer to as the “phantom.” This documentary evidence supports the veracity of only one person, Private Larry Ryan, who stated over a period of decades at reunions that it was not John Bradley with the collapsed water canteen pouch. The photographic evidence is irrefutable, and as such the credibility of who the flag raisers were and the positions that they were in on the Rosenthal photo collapses. Lou Lowery’s photos were suppressed in 1945 and are being ignored here and now. Isn’t there anyone out there now that was involved in this matter have enough courage to flatly say “that is not the nationally known Navy medic John Bradley in the famous Iwo Jima flag raising photo”?
Copies of the photos were sent to you, the MC, and Senator James Webb and General Fred Haynes, the latter two of whom did not bother to confront the evidence because they did not reply to my letters, twoof our own. Sometimes it takes more courage off the battlefield to do
something noble, like addressing truth and integrity. The same information was sent to the media, including the Washington Post Ombudsman, and the History Channel, and again – silence. You canadd to that four writers, three of whom I had corresponded with butthey clamed up after I wrote to them about John Bradley not being that man in the Rosenthal photo, maybe because they passed out information that was not true. Your staff also should have addressed that evidence by just looking at the photos, they did not need the MC to hold their hand to make a judgment. The evidence is black and white, right before their eyes. I venture to say that John Bradley did not have a dressing room atop Mt. Suribachi where he could have dropped his medical pouches and water canteens, rolled down his pant cuffs, picked up a cartridge belt with a collapsed water canteen pouch, and joined the others to raise the flag. I cannot believe that during a period of over 60 years no one in authority asked the question of what a combat medic wears and relate such information to the figure said to be a medic in the Rosenthal photo and then to let erroneous information fly around our Country.
So what this concerns is the making false images and the making of
money, money, money by book writers and publishers and those
making and selling TV programs, CDs, DVDs, and movies. They are
all wrong about this vital information. It started as errors and untruths
and now has evolved into cover up by all. They don’t want to talk about
it. With the media in tow MC bureaucrats have been telling their story
their way for so long that they have a lot of ego and reputation invested in the status quo. Private Larry Ryan offered the media, including the History Channel, in writing that he would take a polygraph test to support his statements about this, his claim as one of the flag raisers, and related matters and was royally stonewalled. Has anyone in the process offered more? They were nowhere in sight, thereby contributing to the cover up. A Democracy is supposed to pay attention to the individual. It seems that money talks and truth walks.
- No one addressed the fact that the third person in the forefront of the Rosenthal photo was identified as Franklin Sousley, a BAR man, namely one who carries a Browning automatic rifle, which weighs twice as much as the M1 Garand Rifle shown in the photo. That position is claimed by Larry Ryan who was ignored. And then at a 60th
Anniversary in Arlington in 2005 a former MC Commandant speaker told how Navy medic John Bradley gave his last drop of water to a dying Marine while the patrol ascended Suribachi, hence the empty water canteen pouch in the Rosenthal photo. The problem here is that there was no dying Marine while the patrol ascended the mountain, and Lou Lowery’s neglected photos comes into play again because they show John Bradley’s water canteens hanging on his backside with the water canteens in their pouches. We Marine grunts don’t need falsehoods to enhance our image, we earned our worth on the battlefield. This fabricated story shows the conflict between the fabled publicity-seeking of the MC and the code of behavior of the individual Marine. Here again, MC bureaucrats and others, where are you comments? Your silence is deafening. There is enough information written about the process of identifying the flag raisers and the positions they were in on the Rosenthal photo during the inquiry in Hawaii about 60 days after the flags were raised to satisfy FDR’s order to identify the flag raisers to lead a bond tour. There is no need to go into that again, it was in the material I sent you. It was a ‘circus,’ further taking away credibility. _ _ _ _
Again, I feel like Larry Ryan and I have been dealing with a propaganda cabal consisting of MC bureaucrats, Iwo veteran organizations, the media (big time), including the History Channel, book writers and publishers, the Clint Eastwood movie people, and the TV media and sellers of CDs, and DVDs. It is shameful that in our Democracy many people who are shakers and movers do not care about the individual, truth, or integrity. There’s no business like show business.
The magnificent Rosenthal flag photo boosted the morale of our entire Nation when it was needed. Now the untruths and the cover up that followed dishonors the 7,000 young men who gave their lives for our Country.
And Senator, I am disappointed that you didn’t even have the Enclosure that I sent you placed into the Congressional Record, a common courtesy to constituents of politicians. Please advise your staff that they may send a copy of this letter to the MC or anyone else mentioned therein. Senator, I don’t push B.S. Reading this letter you might think that I am incensed over this entire matter. I am.
This letter is being sent by certified mail with return receipt to assure that it gets your attention.

There are a few things worth knowing about revolutions. Most people don’t participate in them, even if the history books often make it seem otherwise. Revolutions are thought up by small groups of people who then make it everyone’s business. Or alternately they don’t. And those are the revolutions that never happen.
Most people, at any given time and place, are dissatisfied with the government and believe, rightly, that whoever is in charge is guilty of stealing from them, oppressing them and making it impossible for them to live their lives in peace. And they also believe that things are not likely to get any better. Hope is a vanishing emotion that dissipates easily in the drudgery of ordinary everyday work. It may be taken out for a spin on historical occasions, but then it goes back into the barn where it sits for a while gathering dust until it is needed again.

QUESTION: HOW MANY GUNS PROTECT THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT IN CHIEF?
Senators and Congressmen in active service were assigned a minimum of 2 guns (men) each, and, when retired were assigned one each.
They carried large magazines of ammo and a minimum of 3 magazines each.
So how many gun that the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT IN CHIEF wants to outlaw, along with the magazines he wants to outlaw, does he have protecting him every day?
The United States Citizens KNOW that they’re going to have to fight TYRANTS in their own government.
The Immigrant Absorption Ministry announced on Sunday it was setting up an “army of bloggers,” to be made up of Israelis who speak a second language, to represent Israel in “anti-Zionist blogs” in English, French, Spanish and German.
“I heard about the project over the radio and decided to join because I’m living in the middle of the conflict,” she said.
Before hanging up the phone prematurely following a Color Red rocket alert, Pitousi, who immigrated to Israel from France in 1993, said she had some experience with public relations from managing a production company.

If gun-free zones make people safe, then why don’t we declare the immediate vicinity of the President and Vice-President to be gun-free zones and send the Secret Service home? Or are gun-free zones good enough for our kids, but not good enough for our overlords? It is the height of arrogance and hypocrisy for politicians to surround themselves with armed guards while insisting that our children be soft targets.

Lingering suspicions remain. Why would someone with so much to give end it all this way? He was one of the Internet generation’s best and brightest.
He advocated online freedom. Selflessly he sought a better open world. Information should be freely available, he believed. A legion of followers supported him globally.

The authors agree that Romney was an outstanding candidate, that he was an admirable man, and that Ryan was a wise choice as a running mate. They concur that he lost because our nation has become immature, and irresponsible. They both fear that because of this, America as we have known it, is over or at least close to the brink.
I agree with the authors about the challenges posed by a left-wing media and I acknowledge that the institutional woes that characterize our current culture are worrisome. But, when it comes to the authors’ conclusion that the nation hit a tipping point with this election and that we are over the brink in terms of people who do not want freedom outnumbering those who do, I believe they are wrong.
We were told that the GOP achieved a coup in the fiscal cliff negotiations because they lured Obama into an agreement to lock in the Bush tax rates except for the highest-income earners. Never mind that Obama agreed to no spending cuts or entitlement reform after demanding a “balanced approach” to deficit reduction; they told us he’d be forced to address those matters in a couple of months in the debt ceiling negotiations.

The United Nations Charter asserts the self-determination of peoples as a fundamental human right. From this, there has developed a lively debate among international jurists about whether the right of self-determination includes a right of legitimate secession. But while the concept of legitimate secession is being explored in the world at large, it forms no part of contemporary American political discourse. There was a time, however, when talk about secession was a part of American politics. Indeed, the very concept of secession and self-determination of peoples, in the form being discussed today, is largely an American invention. It is no exaggeration to say that the unique contribution of the eighteenth-century American Enlightenment to political thought is not federalism but the principle that a people, under certain conditions, have a moral right to secede from an established political authority and to govern themselves. In what follows I would like to sketch out this all-but-forgotten American political tradition.
Obama: “Executive Action” On Gun Control “Within My Authority As President” (“Barack finished up the final press conference of his first term. During it he was questioned a number of times about his plans for gun control as Vice President Joe Biden prepares to deliver his recommendations tomorrow. What was most amazing was when he referenced his executive power and stated…”)
Barack finished up the final press conference of his first term. During it he was questioned a number of times about his plans for gun control as Vice President Joe Biden prepares to deliver his recommendations tomorrow. What was most amazing was when he referenced his executive power and stated, “How we are gathering data on guns that fall into the hands of criminals, how we track that.” He also boldly declared that executive action could be taken and that “some steps that we can take that don’t require legislation and that are within my authority as president.”
(“Gunny G: What “The Folks” Are Saying…’) ~ Obama, the Constitution and a Permanent State of Emergency
Obama‘s EXECUTIVE ORDERS against guns are coming our way. The Obama régime is declaring a war on The Gun, and they want this war to be PERMANENT. They want the exception to become the norm. Forever. That’s why a hot war is inevitable.
Article 1 of the Constitution establishes that “the Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, UNLESS when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it” — but it does not specify which authority has the jurisdiction to decide on the exceptional suspension of the Constitution.
Another passage of Article 1 declares that the power to declare war and to raise and support the army and navy rests with Congress, BUT Article 2 states that “the President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States.”
THE EXCEPTION WILL BECOME THE NORM. THE CONSTITUTION WILL BE INACTIVE FOREVER.

There are conversations taking place all over America. They are not being screamed from the mountain tops, they are being whispered from one end of the nation to the other.
The Marxists have decided that Sandy Hook Elementary is a good enough reason to go ahead with the gun confiscation model used by totalitarian governments the world over. Senators, Governors, Representatives and the President have all come out to warn us that they are coming. How they come and how hard are the only questions left to be answered. We know who is proposing gun confiscation, or registration in preparation for confiscation. They are not shy about it with the media behind them, encouraging their treasonous acts.
