American politicians, while taking oaths to “protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” for the most part despise the document and its restrictions upon their behavior. The few politicians who do take the law seriously – like former Rep. Ron Paul – generally are despised by their colleagues and mocked for their fealty to both the spirit and letter of the Constitution.

Obama making good on promise to eliminate free speech | Intellihub News

(INTELLIHUB) – Prior to the 2012 election, David Axerlrod, announced that Obama would push for a constitutional amendment to rollback free speech if he was re-elected. Obama is making good on that promise. Obama’s promise to destroy free speech combined with the passage of the NDAA, constitutes a lethal cocktail for all freedom loving Americans.

The Bill of Rights has been around for a long time. Some complain that it gets in the way of the Government, but that\’s its purpose.

With an ever expanding Federal Government, can the Bill of Rights still get in its way? Or is the Government more effective in getting in the way of the Bill of Rights?

Chuck Baldwin — Are Americans Ready To Accept A Police State?

October 23, 2013 44 comments

Are Americans ready to accept a police state? Are pastors and Christians ready to accept a police state? Are Republicans and conservatives ready to accept a police state?

Are Democrats and liberals ready to accept a police state? Are there truly enough people left in this country who even understand what a police state is, and if they do, would they really support it?

A parent in Bryant, Ark., claims her sixth-grade daughter brought home a history class assignment that asks students to “revise, omit two and add two amendments” to the “outdated” Bill of Rights. Her daughter is reportedly a student in the Bryant School District.

Dick Durbin: Are bloggers and tweeters entitled to constitutional protection?

**Written by Doug Powers

Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin has in the past had a very subjective and abstract view of the Constitution, and on Fox News Sunday he once again wondered which people might be “entitled” to constitutional protections and which people might not:

“You’ve raised an important point and I heard Sen. Graham call for special counsel,” Durbin said. “I’m not ready to do this at this moment. I would like to know if Holder has any conflict in here beyond what we heard when it comes to the Fox case.”

“But here is the bottom line — the media shield law, which I am prepared to support, and I know Sen. Graham supports, still leaves an unanswered question, which I have raised many times: What is a journalist today in 2013? We know it’s someone that works for Fox or AP, but does it include a blogger? Does it include someone who is tweeting? Are these people journalists and entitled to constitutional protection? We need to ask 21st century questions about a provision that was written over 200 years ago.”

NEW DOCUMENTS ON MY WEB PAGE ~ The attached record of the last 13 presidents , entitled: Corrupt Practices and Misuse of Power, will prove that a deliberate plan is underway to move our people under an international authority and to eliminate our sovereignty and independence…. | NOW BLOG THIS! ~ GUNNY.G: AMERICAN !

Wake up, Americans!

Cradle-to-grave control is being planned. How will you stop the “progressive” (so called) when you are totally disarmed?

According to reports, Barack Obama is scheduled to have the Small Arms Treaty be put on his desk for his signature on June 3rd. That gives us two weeks as of May 15th to get the word around to oppose Obama’s authority to sign this treaty.

Do not forget the American principle of constitutional government is that the Bill of Rights is not subject to repeal, revoke or the rescinding process.

We, must protest our rights, and demand that a national investigation be opened in order to expose the direction into which our country and our people are being led. Disarmed citizens have no rights! Do not wait until the gates are closed!
