We can drop this debate over his birth certificate because we have something even more valuable. We have his mother’s passport files.

When Obama was young, children traveled as an addition to their parents’ passports.

Passport regulations required a photo of parent and child together, as well as a certified copy of a hospital birth certificate. State-issued IDs came much later.

If Obama was born in the United States, as everybody says, then there should be a photo of little Barack Obama with his mother, as well as a certified copy of his Hawaiian birth certificate in her file.

Surprise. There are no photos of little Barack Obama in the file. And of course, there is no birth certificate from any hospital in Hawaii.

I don’t know what that something is, but something is fishy,” states one commenter.

On March 7th, 2012, Pravda called out the U.S. press for its deliberate neglect of the largest scandal in modern American history. Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio released credible forensic evidence that Barack Obama, presumed President of the United States, presented to the world a forged Birth Certificate on April 27th, 2011.

Since then, the scandal has only expanded. Former United States Postal Service worker Allen Hulton has recently come forward with compelling testimony given under Oath, which leads to only one conclusion: Barack Obama attended College in the United States as a Foreign Student.

In the summer of 2008 the presidential primary season was winding down, and America could not help but note the fervor a significant number of media personalities expressed while supporting the candidacy Barack Obama. Indeed, it was collectively decided within the liberal media, that Obama’s associations with racist pastors and violent domestic terrorists was to be suppressed.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona’s Maricopa County today defended the work of his volunteer Cold Case Posse from charges by reporters at a news conference that he was accusing Barack Obama of forgery and that his investigation overlooked the “work” of the 50 states where Obama already was investigated.

“I’m not accusing him of lying or a crime,” Arpaio said, “We have documented evidence of violations of the law. We’re investigating those crimes.”

The news conference presented the preliminary findings of the Cold Case Posse’s work into Obama’s eligibility to be president. The team believes there is probable cause that the document released by the White House last year as Obama’s birth certificate is a computer-generated forgery.

Arpaio confirmed the investigation will continue, but he could not say exactly where it will lead. He suggested a congressional investigation would be appropriate.

In a Southern California campaign appearance, presidential hopeful Newt Gingrich encouraged California attorney Orly Taitz to continue her campaign to question Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to hold office.

Taitz, who has filed several lawsuits aimed at securing Obama’s certified birth certificate and introducing evidence of his ineligibility for office, rose to her feet to address Gingrich in Pasadena. She suggested his lagging campaign could only be lifted by raising the issue publicly.

America cannot be saved on a technicality, by birthers or otherwise

OPINION –Opponents of Barack Obama have long questioned the legitimacy of his citizenship. They claim that Obama’s birth may have taken place outside of the United States. If Obama were born in Kenya, as some claim, he would be in violation of the Constitution’s requirement in Article 2 Section I that a candidate for president must be “natural born citizen” of the U.S.

To this end, the so-called “birther” movement has spent much of the last four years demanding that Obama provide his original birth certificate as definitive proof that he was actually born in the U.S. After inexcusable foot-dragging, the Obama administration last April released a copy of the president’s certificate of live birth from the state of Hawaii.

Not surprisingly, birthers are dismissing the Hawaiian birth certificate as a fraud and have redoubled their demands for clear proof of the president’s eligibility to hold office.

Now a judge in the state of Georgia has given the controversy a new twist by agreeing to hear a case challenging Obama’s ability to appear on the ballot in several states unless he proves his eligibility. Obama’s attorney, Michael Jablonski, had earlier labeled the hearing as “baseless, costly and unproductive.” During the packed hearing in a Georgia courtroom on Jan. 27, 2012, the defense table was conspicuously empty as neither the president nor his attorneys were present.

The case is noteworthy for a couple of reasons:

First, the birth citizenship question is not as remarkable as the allegation that the president initially exerted considerable pressure on the Georgia Secretary of State to drop the matter, then openly ignored the subpoena summoning him or his legal counsel to the Georgia courtroom. The question this raises is whether the president is still subject to the laws of the land or whether he can simply ignore the legal process at his whim.

Secondly, the mass media has shown a clear reluctance to lend any degree of legitimacy to the issue, by refusing to cover it at all. This may be one of the strongest indicators yet of how the press increasingly exists to sell the agenda of the political class rather than informing the public. The questions around Obama’s birth citizenship could be examined thoroughly and objectively without creating a bully pulpit for the president’s detractors. But the silent treatment on the part of the press serves to raise more questions than it puts to rest.

There is far more important question that deserves serious consideration; what if both the president and the birthers are wrong?

But those who observed a court hearing today in Atlanta say it could be the beginning of the end for the Obama campaign, because of the doubt that could surge like a tidal wave across the nation.

The comments came today from Leo Donofrio, who led the pack in filing lawsuits over Obama’s 2008 election and his subsequent occupancy of the White House.

Obama boycotting Georgia eligibility hearing…

Barack Obama has announced through his attorney that he will boycott the administrative hearings scheduled tomorrow in Georgia to review evidence of whether he legitimately is a candidate for the presidency, prompting an attorney for one set of the plaintiffs to describe the nation’s commander-in-chief as acting like a “5-year-old brat.”

A letter apparently from his lawyer, Michael Jablonski, was posted today on the website for California attorney Orly Taitz, whose determined pursuit of Obama’s eligibility documentation has taken her to courts across the nation, including the U.S. Supreme Court.

Jablonski told Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp in the letter that “serious problems” had developed in the hearings “pending before the Office of State Administration Hearings.”

He said, “At issue in these hearings are challenges that allege that President Obama is not eligible to hold or run for re-election to his office, on the now wholly discredited theory that he does not meet the citizenship requirements.”

Jablonski said the judge – who previously rejected Obama’s demand to quash a subpoena for him to appear and bring with him his birth records documenting his status as a “natural-born citizen” – has “exercised no control” over the proceeding.

Minuteman PAC warns of imperial presidency…

An influential Minuteman PAC is weighing in on the argument over Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, with a call for concerned citizens across the country to flood their state secretaries of state offices with requests that Obama be removed from the 2012 ballot.

There have been dozens of leaders, politicians and personalities who have expressed concern that Obama likely does not meet the constitutional requirement of being a “natural born citizen” to be president.

The Founders likely understood that to mean the offspring of two citizen parents and an 1875 Supreme Court decision suggested the same. But Obama, by his own admission, could not qualify under those circumstances because his father never was an American.

In a new statement released by the Minuteman Pac, officials there said, “Obama needs every vote he can get in 2012 – if we can get just one state to remove his name from its ballot, he does not stand a chance.

“To do this, though, we need tens of thousands of messages overwhelming the offices of every single secretary of state, since they are the ones who are ultimately responsible for determining who qualifies to be on the ballot – and, of course, who doesn’t,” the organization’s statement said.

The kind of money that “talks”—that can buy people off, finance revolutions, launder money, pay to rig voting machines, manipulate allies into positions of power (czars, anyone?), conveniently crash markets (as George Soros did in England in 1992, Asia in 1997, and, I believe, the U.S. in September 2008), make people disappear, make birth certificates and other vital records disappear and then make sure that an entire media, Congress and court system is terrified of “going there.”

On December 5, 2011, Presidential Candidate John Dummett of California recently traveled 789 miles to Maricopa County, AZ and back to meet with Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who has been conducting an investigation into questions surrounding the presidential eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama.

“Arpaio was intrigued by Van Irion’s and my approach of going after the DNC and not attacking Barack Obama or asking any court to decide Obama’s eligibility. He told us things that I still have to hold in confidentiality. I can say, because it has already been released to the press and I can verify it, that he will produce a report in February, and it will be devastating. I can’t say what it is, but I know what it is.”

When we asked Dummett if the “devastating” part of Arpaio’s future report was communicated in written or verbal form, he was not at liberty to answer.

Arpaio gets death threats over Obama investigation

Maverick Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio says his “Cold Case Posse” investigating Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility will release a preliminary report in February of its findings, which he expects to be “controversial.”

“This is a serious law enforcement investigation, and our findings are going to be controversial but based in facts,” the Maricopa County sheriff told WND. Arpaio said a comprehensive report will be issued shortly after the February preliminary report.

“The investigators on the Cold Case Posse are doing a great job,” Arpaio told WND. “They are all law enforcement professionals, and they are all volunteers putting in a lot of hours at no taxpayer expense.”

Arpaio confirmed that the Obama investigation has broadened beyond an examination of whether or not the birth certificate made public by the White House on April 27 is an authentic document. The probe, he said, is examining Obama’s history in regard to his eligibility to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.

A state board in New Hampshire has decided that Barack Obama’s name is good to go on the state’s 2012 presidential ballot because the application was filled out properly and the $1,000 fee was paid, according to an attorney who challenged his candidacy because of suspicions of fraud.

The determination came today from the state’s Ballot Law Commission, which heard arguments from attorney Orly Taitz, who had filed a complaint about Obama’s candidacy that was joined by several state lawmakers.

Former liberal activist/turned tea party conservative Brandon Darby and Sheriff Joe Arpaio were featured speakers at the Choose Liberty 2012 event sponsored by the Eastern Orlando Tea Party. As Sheriff Arpaio took the podium, Darby called security over to point out Occupy Orlando activists were in the audience of the private event preparing to cause a disruption. When the activists tried to interfere with Arpaio’s right to speak and the tea party’s right to peaceably assemble, Darby and Chad Biddinger of Libertylink.com escorted the trespassers out in an emphatic way. Sheriff Joe Arpaio came up with the idea to demand the original microfilm of Obama’s birth certificate after he saw evidence from his Cold Case Posse in Maricopa County, Ariz., that the White House apparently released to the public three different versions of the long-form birth certificate.

“Show me the microfilm, not the copies the White House released,” Arpaio has insisted.

Sheriff Joe’s posse delivers promised Obama surprise

Arizona‘s maverick Sheriff Joe Arpaio promised surprises in his jurisdiction’s investigation of Barack Obama’s eligibility for the presidential ballot and his Cold Case Posse is delivering – raising questions that touch on the authenticity of the long-form birth certificate issued last April and the possibility Obama is using a fraudulent Social Security Number.

Sources close to the investigation say the posse has decided it needs to see original birth records before it can conclude whether Obama should be eligible for the presidential ballot in 2012, not an electronic file or scanned copies.

The sources say the panel needs to examine the microfilm documenting Obama’s birth, as well as the ink-and-paper original 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health is holding in its vault.

The PDF file and various scanned copies of the birth certificate that the White House released April 27 are simply not good enough, the posse has determined.

Earlier this month, WND senior staff reporter Jerome R. Corsi spent 18 hours over a two-day period in Arizona briefing the Cold Case Posse on a wide range of evidence regarding Obama’s eligibility.

“The posse wants to see the entire microfilm roll containing Obama’s birth certificate, not just a microfilm copy of Obama’s long-form birth certificate in isolation,” Corsi explained. “An individual microfilm copy could be forged, but forging the entire microfilm reel on which Obama’s birth certificate is in sequence would be almost impossible.”

A New Jersey attorney who brought the first legal challenge to Barack Obama’s occupancy in the Oval Office to the U.S. Supreme Court has published a report revealing that references to a U.S. Supreme Court decision addressing the definition of “natural-born citizen” were scrubbed at one of the key online resources for legal documents.

The Minor v. Happersett case is significant because it is one of very few references in the nation’s archives that addresses the definition of “natural-born citizen,” a requirement imposed by the U.S. Constitution on only the U.S. president.

That case states:

The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.”

In the dispute over Obama’s eligibility, dating back to before his election, it has been argued that the Minor case does not apply. Some have argued that it applies only to voting rights.

But now Leo C. Donofrio, whose original Donofio v. Wells against the New Jersey Secretary of State alleged Obama does not meet the Constitution’s Article 2, Section 1 “natural-born citizen” demand for presidents because of his dual citizenship at birth, has released research suggesting that even as Obama was preparing to be the Democratic candidate for president in 2008, someone was scrubbing court records of that case.

Thirty-two months have passed since I exited Africa with a certified (2009) copy of Barack Obama’s 1961 Coast Province General Hospital (CPGH), Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya, Certificate of Birth. Said certificate of birth contains an image of a baby footprint. Said footprint is located in the lower left corner of the certificate. A close-up of the footprint is pictured below:

President Obama is still bugging birthers by rubbing copies of his birth certificate into their faces. Now the campaign is selling “Made in the USA” coffee mugs for Obama supporters. The mugs cost $20.

Expert: ‘Forger’ of Obama birth record left red herring

This is the second in a two-part series of articles examining how researcher Ron Polland duplicated the Obama long-form birth certificate released by the White House April 27 to support his belief that the document is a forgery. The first article detailed the methodology Polland used to deconstruct the White House document for the purpose of constructing his forged version. This article examines Polland’s deductions about the alleged forger or forgers.

Researcher Ron Polland, who produced a duplicate of Barack Obama’s long-form birth certificate to bolster his argument, believes that the White House-released document was made by a professional forger who created a red herring, intentionally leaving anomalies that could be interpreted as signs of forgery but readily explained.

“The forger was not an amateur and releasing a PDF that looked like an obvious forgery was not an accident,” he said.

Polland, who believes there could have been more than one forger, has concluded that the primary forger had a specific appearance in mind for the document. Rather than hide the fact that the PDF was forged, the forger wanted it to be “discovered” initially by critics to be a forgery, he said.

“The forger wanted to create specific anomalies in the PDF that would be interpreted as evidence of forgery, [while] under certain circumstances these anomalies are actually predictable natural outcomes of the software being used,” he explained.

The intent, Polland explained, was to enable critics to point to the anomalies as evidence of forgery, so Obama supporters could refute the objections by explaining that the anomalies could be produced, for instance, by running various optimizing, sharpening and adaptive compression procedures resident in Adobe software.

To produce those anomalies, the alleged forger did not “flatten” the PDF file, a process that melds the layers and makes it appear to be a single-layer document.

Polland’s expertise includes computer graphics and the use of computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners to input digital images. He earned a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems from Florida State University in 1978 and a masters degree in Educational Research & Psychology from Florida State in 1972.

Debate chief raises issue of McCain’s eligibility – again!

The co-chairman of the private organization that organizes the debates between the major presidential candidates has raised the issue of Sen. John McCain‘s eligibility during the 2008 race – again.

But Frank Fahrenkopf of the Commission on President Debates, during an interview on the Fox News Channel, did not mention the numerous questions surrounding then-Sen. Barack Obama‘s qualifications for the same office

And today, a spokeswoman for the organization flatly refused to comment to WND on the dispute over Obama’s eligibility.

The focus of the interview was the debates that soon are to be announced for the 2012 presidential campaign, presumably between Obama on the Democratic ticket and a still-to-be-picked candidate on the GOP side.

A New York Democrat has introduced a bill to Congress that would allow Barack Obama to keep secret his presidential documents after he leaves office, and one commentary already is speculating that the party is so worried about his 2012 election that preparations are being made for his status as a former president.

According to Judicial Watch, the Washington-based government corruption fighting organization, the proposal by Rep. Edolphus Towns of New York’s 10th District is “an obvious effort to protect President Barack Obama.”

“Ironically, Obama revoked a similar George W. Bush order in one of his first official acts as president. In 2001, Bush penned an executive order severely limiting public access to his presidential records. Shortly after swearing in, Obama killed it as part of his much-ballyhooed commitment to government transparency. At the time, the new president claimed that he was giving the American people greater access to ‘historic documents,’” Judicial Watch said.

“If the Democrats’ proposed measure (Presidential Records Act Amendments) becomes law, former presidents will be allowed to assert a new ‘constitutionally based privilege’ against disclosing records of their liking. Here is how it would work; the archivist of the United States would be required to notify the former president, as well as the incumbent, of intentions to make records public. Anything that either the former or current president claims should be kept private won’t be released,” the organization explained.

I have two questions, not for the President, but for the White House Press Corps.

1. Why is Barack Obama using a Social Security Number , issued out of Connecticut in 1977, when he was 15 years old and living in Hawaii? Keep in mind that if you are over 12 years old you have to apply for your SSN in person.

2. The President held a press conference on April 27th, 2011. He announced that he had requested a waiver from the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH), in order to obtain a photo copy of his original, long-form, Certificate of Live Birth instead of the computer generated Certification of Live Birth per Hawaii DOH policy.

He gave the press a letter from his lawyer Judith Corley requesting the waiver and a letter from Hawaii DOH Director Loretta Fuddy granting the waiver. This waiver allowed the President to get a photo copy of his original birth certificate.

But he did not post a photo copy on the White House website he posted a computer generated document. You don’t need a waiver from the Hawaii DOH to get a computer generated birth record and scanning a photo copy in to a computer does not turn it in to a computer generated document. So where is the photo copy of the President’s Certificate of Live Birth and why did he lie about posting it?
