Fox News’ Andrew Napolitano wants to set free Oregon Christmas tree bomber. On last night’s O’Reilly Factor, prominent judge and libertarian thinker Andrew Napolitano was on as a guest to discuss his controversial, to say the least, opinion on what to do with the 19-year-old Christmas tree bomber in Oregon.

Somewhat surprisingly, the judge actually wants to set free the terrorist Mohamed Osman Mohamud because he argues that the US government coerced the lad into wanting to kill Americans at Oregon’s tree-lighting ceremony.

However, the judge may actually be on the wrong side of the law on this very shocking issue since the Supreme Court has ruled that coercion or entrapment is not a valid defense if the accused wanted to commit the crime.
