The primary suspect in this case would be the Oakland-area Alameda County Sheriff’s Department, who recently released a statement

re. the department’s (rapidly) evolving policy (-here-) regarding aerial drones, which they refer to in army-speak as an sUAS, or ‘small Unmanned Aircraft System‘…

Seems they’re already rather-broadly approved within Alameda County for the following missions:

City Attorney of Bankrupt San Bernardino: ‘Lock Your Doors and Load Your Guns’

November 30, 2012 1 comment

City attorney of San Bernardino Jim Penman had the audacity to tell the truth to the residents of bankrupt San Bernardino at a recent city council meeting. Taking stock of the fact that San Bernardino’s murder rate has jumped 50 percent over the last year, that the city has been cutting its police force by about 80 officers, and that there is no good news in sight,

Penman stated, “lock your doors and load your guns.” He stands by the statement today, explaining, “you should say what you mean and mean what you say.”Penman continued, “Let’s be honest, we don’t have enough police officers. We have too many criminals living in this city. We have had 45 murders this year…that’s far too high for a city of this size ….

I’m not advocating that people go out, who don’t have any training, and buy firearms. I certainly strongly caution anyone who has children at home not to have a loaded gun in the house.”

LOS ANGELES (CNS) – Joint military training exercises will be held evenings in downtown Los Angeles through Thursday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The LAPD will be providing support for the exercises, which will also be held in other portions of the greater Los Angeles area, police said.

Training sites “have been carefully selected to ensure the event does not negatively impact the citizens of Los Angeles and their daily routine,” a department official said.

The training, which a department official said would involve helicopters, has been coordinated with local authorities and owners of the training sites, police said.

Police said safety precautions have been taken to prevent risk to the general public and military personnel involved.

The exercises are closed to the public, police said.

The exercises are designed to ensure the military’s ability to operate in urban environments, prepare forces for upcoming overseas deployments, and meet mandatory training certification requirements, police said.

Wake deputy kills dog while searching for runaway teen (another ‘isolated incident’)

A Wake County sheriff’s deputy shot and killed a couple’s 3-year-old dog Wednesday night while searching for a runaway teenager.

John and Linda Super say two deputies came to their home on King Circle, looking for a 15-year-old neighbor who had run away and had often spent time with them.

One of the couple’s dogs, Elvis, forced his way out the front door and ran outside as the couple talked to the deputies, they said. One of the deputies shot Elvis twice, including once in the back of the head, killing him, according to the Supers.

“All we’ve got is a dead dog and a lot of questions that need answers,” Linda Super said. “(Elvis) came running out, never bothered a soul, never opened his mouth, never woofed or nothing when he came out the door.”

Wake County Sheriff Donnie Harrison said the deputy, Roderick Belfield, said the dog was barking and running towards him. Belfield will not be punished for shooting the dog.

Monroe County Chief Court Clerk Admits Grand Jury Foreman of 27 Years Illegitimate| The Post & Email

LETTER FROM COURT CLERK IS “THE SMOKING GUN”

by Sharon Rondeau

For how many decades has an unappointed and unaccountable person been posing as foreman of the grand jury and issuing indictments?

(Sep. 20, 2011) — A chief clerk in Monroe County, TN has admitted, and The Post & Email can now confirm, that there has been no duly-appointed grand jury foreman in Monroe County, TN for at least the last 27 years. The foreman is responsible for signing indictments indicating that there is “probable cause” to go forward with a prosecution.

Monroe County Chief Court Clerk Martha M. Cook has stated in a letter to Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III dated September 16, 2011 that no appointing orders exist for the grand jury foreman dating back to at least 1985. Although Gary Pettway had been acting as foreman for at least 20 consecutive years between 1990 and 2010, Cook has stated that the court has no official appointing order or evidence that he was ever sworn in as required by the Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Tennessee constitution.

Rule 6(g) of the Tennessee Rules of Criminal Procedure states that the judge of the criminal court appoints the foreman of the grand jury. It also states that “The foreperson shall possess all the qualifications of a juror,” which are outlined in TCA 22-2-314. All grand jurors must be sworn in before serving…………………..

Expensive massages, top shelf vodka and five-star hotels: First Lady accused of spending $10m in public money on her vacations

By Tamara Abraham

Last updated at 6:40 PM on 24th August 2011

The Obamas‘ summer break in Martha’s Vineyard has already been branded a PR disaster after the couple arrived four hours apart on separate government jets.

But according to new reports, this is the least of their extravagances.

White House sources today claimed that the First Lady has spent $10million of U.S. taxpayers’ money on vacations alone in the past year.

Branding her ‘disgusting’ and ‘a vacation junkie’, they say the 47-year-old mother-of-two has been indulging in five-star hotels, where she splashes out on expensive massages and alcohol.

The ‘top source’ told the National Enquirer: ‘It’s disgusting. Michelle is taking advantage of her privileged position while the most hardworking Americans can barely afford a week or two off work.

‘When it’s all added up, she’s spent more than $10million in taxpayers’ money on her vacations.’

This year’s May Day rally is expected to draw fewer immigrant rights activists to downtown Los Angeles than in past years, but police said they would be prepared for any problems that might occur.

Marchers will assemble at 10 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Broadway and Olympic Boulevard and walk north on Broadway toward City Hall, officials said. The march will conclude with a rally on Broadway between First and Temple streets near City Hall.

Organizers said the demonstration could draw more than 50,000 people, but permits sought for the march estimate a crowd of about 10,000.

Whatever the turnout, police said, they would be ready with a significant deployment of officers.

“We are going to have a large enough deployment to handle anything,” said LAPD Deputy Chief Jose Perez. “Our posture will be consistent with what we’ve had the last two years. We want to keep a lid on anything, but, ideally, we are going to maintain a low profile and facilitate allowing everybody to express their 1st Amendment views in a peaceful and organized manner.”

As in the past, the annual immigrant and labor rights march is seen as a way to rally public support for federal legislation that would legalize the nation’s 11 million illegal immigrants.

Tennessee Judge Issues Arrest Warrant as Vendetta against Citizen Who Exercised His Constitutional Rights| The Post & Email

JUDGE TO DEFENDANT: “IF YOU WANT TO APPEAL THIS VERDICT, YOU HAVE NO RECORD”by Sharon RondeauMcMinn County is located west of Monroe County and formed in 1819. It is named after Joseph McMinn, who was a militia leader during the American Revolution.Mar. 4, 2011 —

The Post & Email has spoken with the father of a young man who was stopped for allegedly speeding while on his way home in McMinn County, TN, which is part of the Tenth Judicial District encompassing Monroe, McMinn, Bradley and Polk Counties. The fine for the ticket was originally $50 plus court costs, but because judicial misconduct was exposed early on, the court costs were dropped. The defendant challenged the speeding ticket by requesting a jury trial, which the initial judge affirmed was his legal right.

However, Judge Amy Reedy, who was to preside at the trial, decided that “she wasn’t going to give him one” after having ex parte communications with the prosecutor by her own admission. The defendant’s father filed a complaint against Reedy for misconduct, after which she issued a warrant for the son’s arrest.

Marilyn Monroe: The Unseen Files

by Tim Auld

Daily Telegraph

In November 2005 Millington Conroy, a businessman living in Rowland Heights, 40 miles east of Los Angeles, contacted Mark Anderson, a successful magazine photographer, to discuss an unusual commission. He had in his possession two metal filing-cabinets, one brown, one grey, containing private papers and a collection of furs, jewellery and other assorted memorabilia, all belonging to Marilyn Monroe.

Would Anderson be interested in photographing the collection? The material – about 10,000 documents – had been thought lost for more than 40 years since the death of Monroe on the night of 4 August 1962.

Now, here it was, a treasure trove, languishing in a Californian suburb. It was the commission of a lifetime, the largest undocumented Monroe archive in existence.

Yes, of course Anderson was interested, and, with the help of the biographer and Monroe aficionado Lois Banner, he set about creating a record of the archiv………………

Willie Nelson & Jesse Ventura: The Lost Interviews

November 9, 2010 Leave a comment

In this never before seen footage exclusively for Prison Planet.tv subscribers, Alex talks with country music icon Willie Nelson and former Governor of Minnesota Jesse Ventura.

Ventura begins by discussing the insanity behind airport security, before Willie and Alex discuss the death of JFK, and the deathbed confession of CIA section chief E. Howard Hunt, who admitted to playing a role in the assassination.

The trio then talk about how the media brainwashes the public to make men and women lose confidence in themselves by discriminating against their appearance.Ventura and Alex delve into how the establishment contrives and manufactures smears to try and discredit people politically, with Jesse relating the tale of how he was accused of jumping up on a table in a strip club.

Moving on to 9/11, Ventura talks about the deliberate confiscation of evidence at the World Trade Center site, as well as the hero first responders and firefighters who are now dead or dying as a result of the government’s cover-up in claiming that the toxic air was safe to breathe.

Ventura highlights how emergency workers found three of the four black boxes from the hijacked planes but were then blown away when the 9/11 Commission announced that no boxes whatsoever were found.

Willie Nelson & Jesse Ventura: The Lost Interviews willie2 Willie Nelson & Jesse Ventura: The Lost Interviews willie3 Willie Nelson & Jesse Ventura: The Lost Interviews willie4Will the American people ever wake up?

We’ll wake the motherers up, proclaims Willie, but Jesse thinks they’ll just go back to sleep again. Ventura points out that his generation, from the Vietnam era, are supposed to be in charge today, but have gone back on every single principle they once embraced.

The start of the real revolution will only occur when Americans stop reinforcing the two party dictatorship by voting in Democrats and Republicans, points out Ventura.

Ventura talks about potentially running for President himself in the future, and how he continually received death threats as Governor. The video ends with footage from Willie’s closing event at the Backyard in Texas, along with more interviews with Ventura and blues star Jimmie Vaughan.

“THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE LEVELED”by Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, IIIThere is no smoking in the Monroe County detention facility, “a decision that is very important to the health and safety of those incarcerated,” but there is also no heat.Nov. 5, 2010 —

There’s quite a report about the conditions here, but I’m going to wait until I leave to release it. It’s really bad. The jailers in here are moving people around, they’re doing things as if they expect some kind of an inspection, so the reports that are going out to The Post & Email are taking an effect. But this place is a mess. It’s not a fit place to survive…it’s just outrageous. There’s a Mr. Daniel Bragg who has been waiting on a habeas corpus petition for two weeks. It’s been buried; nothing has been done, and it’s just being ignored. Two other gentlemen, Mr. Chris Hooper and Mr. Jeff Shewsbury, went to the day room two weeks ago and they were brought some law books to use to try to prepare for their own defense.

They asked for copies from the books, and they were told two weeks ago that the copies were made and that they would be delivered to them. But it’s been more than two weeks. These documents go to their court cases, and the men can’t get them. So that’s going on.

Monroe County Jail Inmate rushed to hospital with bleeding pancreas after being denied medical attention| The Post & Email

SO WHEN DOES THIS STOP????by Sharon Rondeau So why isn’t Sheriff Bill Bivens placed under arrest for the way he runs his jail? Does someone have to die before someone puts handcuffs on HIM?Nov. 5, 2010 —A second call from LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick came in today at 3:45 p.m.LCDR FITZPATRICK: The man whom we’ve been talking about, a man named Mr. David Jacobs, was someone who was being denied medical treatment and medication. He was transported out of here this morning. He was supposed to go to the Loudon County jail facility. I just learned that he is now in the Sweetwater Hospital in the intensive care unit suffering from a bleeding pancreas. So he was a medical emergency; he’s in the hospital now…that’s what goes on here. They were going to transport him two days ago, and they didn’t. They kept him here. So all this time he’s been a medical emergency, and it’s just been terrible for this man. That’s one thing. While I’m on the phone, I should also tell you that the census here is now 37 people in a pod that is meant for 24, with 13 people on the floor.MRS. RONDEAU: Did Mr. Jacobs have symptoms before today?LCDR FITZPATRICK:

Well, yes, there have been doctors complaining about his treatment here for some time. You might get a call directly from someone about his situation. I’m sure they’ll be in touch.

JUDGE DENIES FITZPATRICK LEGAL COUNSEL

by Sharon Rondeau

From LCDR Fitzpatrick’s website http://www.thejaghunter.wordpress.com, a depiction of Judge Jon Kerry BlackwoodNov. 2, 2010 — Today is the seventh day of Walter Fitzpatrick’s incarceration in the Monroe County, TN detention facility. A second unscheduled hearing took place today for which everyone was apparently unprepared.LCDR FITZPATRICK: Today there was an assignment hearing, and it dealt with the additional two charges for last Wednesday morning when the four sheriffs came to my door, broke the door down, there was a fight, resistance, and I was arrested. So those two charges: resisting arrest and elbowing the police officers were assigned today to an arraignment hearing which will be next week on the 9th of November. I was taken over there today in four-point shackles, hands and feet, like a murderer, with a bullet-proof vest. I was told while I was there before the judge this afternoon, just past 1:00, that I’m being held by the Blackwood court by Judge Blackwood without bail.

So that means that I’m here for as long as Judge Blackwood says that I stay here.Yesterday’s hearing was to establish who was going to be my attorney, and right now it looks as if it’s me, pro se, until I hear word from the outside about anybody else coming to this party. But I’m going to be held in here to prepare my case while I’m being jailed. That’s what they expect to have happen. This is just outrageous.

JB Williams — Anti-Obama Retired Military Officer Jailed Again – with NO Accuser

October 31, 2010 Leave a comment

This morning, Monroe County Sheriff’s burst through the door of Lt. Commander Fitzpatrick’s residence and arrested him for failing to appear in court last Friday, a date the Monroe County court failed to notify Mr. Fitzpatrick of before he learned on Monday via the local press that an arrest warrant was issued for missing the court date.Monroe County officials made no effort to contact Fitzpatrick prior to kicking his door in Wednesday morning, according to all available information.

But less than an hour before Sheriff’s burst in, Fitzpatrick was reportedly on the phone with the Knoxville office of the FBI, whom he claims advised that they had opened an investigation into Monroe County government corruption.Friday’s court date was a hearing on the request to withdraw representation by Fitzpatrick’s attorney, Steve Pidgeon, a request reportedly denied by the court, once again according to local news reports. On Monday the 25th, Knoxnews issued a report stating that Special Circuit Judge Jon Blackwood ordered Fitzpatrick arrested and held without bond until his Dec. 1 trial. The press knew about the Friday hearing before Fitzpatrick did, and was reporting the arrest warrant before Fitzpatrick had been notified of the court date or arrest warrant. As of this writing, Fitzpatrick stands accused of crimes, but has no official accuser. Normally, for criminal charges to be brought evidence of a crime must exist and there must be witnesses to the crime committed, or a complainant, an accuser. Fitzpatrick stands accused, but with no known accuser.Despite his retired status, Fitzpatrick is acting on his military oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution and rule of law. He has done so peacefully.Back StoryEvents leading up to today started more than a year ago when Fitzpatrick presented evidence against Barack Obama before a three person Grand Jury panel in Monroe County.

After ninety minutes of sworn testimony, the panel refused to even accept or review the evidence.

“THE MODEL OF A DICTATORSHIP”by Sharon RondeauThe Monroe County Sheriff is Bill BivensOct. 30, 2010 — The Post & Email spoke with Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III shortly after 8:00 p.m. last evening from the Monroe County jail, at which time he reported the following:I have spoken with some of the deputy sheriffs here, and they know what’s going on and can’t say anything.

The situation is terrible, out of control. There are innocent men who have been locked up. They’re rigging the juries, and the people here know it. It’s the model of a dictatorship, an extortion racket. We asked Mr. Fitzpatrick if he had seen a physician for his injuries sustained on Wednesday during his arrest. His answer was, “No, that’s not going to happen until I get out of here.”However, Fitzpatrick reported that two “special” FBI agents visited him at the jail on Friday.Fitzpatrick’s closing comments were, “This is a gulag. It’s outrageous. Tell everyone to keep up the pressure. What’s happening in Monroe County is an example of everything that’s wrong in our local communities.”On the Monroe County Sheriff’s website, Sheriff Bill Bivens is pictured and quoted:Welcome to the Monroe County Sheriff Department website. Monroe County is home to some of the most beautiful views in the country and some of the finest people in the world. The men and women employed with the Sheriffs Department are committed to serve and protect through cooperative efforts between the city police departments, the Sheriff Department, and the citizens to make Monroe County the perfect place to live.

Commander Fitz Could Use Your Help; Walter Fitzpatrick Arrested

Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III US Navy Ret. has been arrested by the Monroe County Sheriffs Department. http://www.thepostemail.com/2010/10/27/monroe-county-gestapo-beat-and-taser-retired-naval-commander/Readers are probably aware that Mr. Fitzpatrick “Commander Fitz” has been in a longstanding “feud” with the Monroe County judicial and law enforcement system. The disagreement first broke over Commander Fitz’s attempt to bring Barack Obama to trial as being Constitutionally ineligible to be POTUS, but soon spread into a battle with the Monroe legal system — specifically the Grand Jury system. http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/22276According to an AP report, Mr. Fitzpatrick was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 27 because he missed a court appointment scheduled for last Friday. I, and a number of others, have written about Mr. Fitzpatrick in the past, and I’m here to tell you that he is one gentleman that dots every “i” and crosses every “t” when it comes to legal matters. There is just no way in the world that he would have missed a court date intentionally — if he had been informed of it IMHO. http://www.wrcbtv.com/Global/story.asp?S=13404199 http://americangrandjury.org/judge-orders-arrest-of-ltc-walter-Seeing as how Jim Miller, the chairman of the Monroe County election commission, was found dead in the trunk of his car last summer, Commander Fitz might appreciate a call to the powers that be TPTB, just to check and make sure that things are on the “up and up” in Monroe County, Tennessee, and that Commander Fitz is in good health.

You should be polite, of course. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/07/19/body-tennessee-election-official-trunk-burning-car/TN Governor — Phone: 615.741.2001. I don’t know how much of it is left.” He states that he is unable to use his right arm and that “they came out with the intent to hurt me.

They broke down the door. It was a battle. They didn’t stop.”

The Post & Email contacted the detention facility earlier and inquired as to Fitzpatrick’s state of health and was told, “He’s fine.” When we asked if he were injured, the woman dispatcher answered, “No, not that I know of.”Fitzpatrick stated that a nurse came to the jail with an x-ray machine and took x-rays of his shoulders and ribs.

He reports that the ribs on his right side are still sore and that he was beaten over the head. He also said that he has facial contusions.“It was an ambush,” he said. “I resisted them. They hit me pretty hard.”

LETTER CLAIMS THAT ALL GRAND JURY INDICTMENTS FOR THE LAST TWO DECADES ARE NULL AND VOID

by Sharon Rondeau

Are innocent people in jail today because of an illicit grand jury?Oct. 26, 2010 — The following letter was received by The Post & Email from Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III via email on August 28, 2010.

Walt,How’s it going?I haven’t heard from you in awhile.I wanted to write and let you know what’s going on here.So far, I’ve proved in the criminal court that every indictment produced by the Monroe County grand jury has been illegal for the past 20 yrs.It has been verified by the Attorney General’s office in Nashville. By Mr. Clay Lutz.I addressed three different issues in my petition and he verified my petition.I don’t get the news paper, but I got this week’s by chance and say that you made the front page.

I hope things are going well for you.I am now waiting on the court to do what they should by law. They have had proof for some time now that I am in fact being held illegally.I’ve contacted the A.C.L.U., but haven’t heard anything from them.

Upper Moreland Township Police Chief Thomas Nestel, who proposed the ordinance, told the commission’s public safety committee during a Monday meeting the ordinance is required to curb thefts, the Bucks County Pa. Courier Times reported Tuesday.Nestel said data from 2008 to the present indicate more than 75 percent of reported thefts from cars took place when the vehicles were left unlocked.

He said 81 thefts have been reported from cars thus far this year and 75 of the cars had been left unlocked by drivers. The proposed ordinance would have officers perform spot checks in neighborhoods with high rates of theft from cars, and lock cars found unsecured with warning notes inside. On April 1, Fitzpatrick was charged with “intimidation” and “riot,” among other things.Darren Huff was arrested on April 20 and was “charged in U.S. District Court in Knoxville with traveling across interstate lines armed and ready to incite violence if necessary to take over the city of Madisonville and the Monroe County Courthouse located there.”

TV News Blackout: Los Angeles, 3rd night of violence and disturbances

September 9, 2010 Leave a comment

For the most part, people from Mexico and Central America just attempted to torch an apartment building 40 minutes ago so this is ramping up a few notches. This is the 3rd night in a row…Their current excuse for taking to the streets is the fatal shooting by LAPD of a drunken Guatemalan, who was likely here illegally, was threatening people with a knife 3 days ago, in broad daylight.

Generally this would not be breaking news, but since television news media in LA is all but ignoring this, I thought it should go in breaking news.

This is occurring in Westlake District, just west of downtown…LAPD is still on tactical alert. This area is nearly 100 percent Hispanic, with probably 75 percent here illegally, wiht the rest being home grown.

The Battle of Athens 2 AUGUST 1946

The Battle of Athens
2 AUGUST 1946
I. Introduction

On 2 August 1946, some Americans, brutalized by their county government, used armed force to overturn it. These Americans wanted honest, open elections. For years they had asked for state or Federal election monitors to prevent vote fraud — forged ballots, secret ballot counts, and intimidation by armed sheriff‘s deputies — by the local political boss. They got no help.

These Americans’ absolute refusal to knuckle-under had been hardened by service in World War II. Having fought to free other countries from murderous regimes, they rejected vicious abuse by their county government. These Americans had a choice. Their state’s Constitution – Article 1, Section 26 – recorded their right to keep and bear arms for the common defense. Few “gun control” laws had been enacted.
II. The Setting
