Rush’s caller asked him when he was going to do another “inaugural speech” like the one he did at CPAC four years ago when he famously said he hoped Obama fails.

After the call, he mused that some evenings when everyone was asleep, he’d sip an adult beverage and think about possibly buying some time on network TV to try and reach Americans who don’t get info anywhere else. (Snerdly cracked that he could get that time cheaper on NBC.)

On Fox’s America Live this afternoon, senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano took on the news of how a judge ruled that Stockton, Calif., can become the first American city to declare bankruptcy by slamming the local government’s “reprehensible” spending habits that led to their dodging debt obligations via insolvency.

“Stockton is the beginning of a very long train,” Napolitano said before recalling all the various debts the city holds to other government bodies. “Where is the money going to come from?” he asked.
“This is reprehensible what the politicians did in order to get votes,” he continued. “How did they get votes? By giving lavish deals for people who will continue to keep them in office. They either never thought they’d run out of cash or the cash would run out not on their watch; and they also, of course, wrote laws that would benefit themselves because the politicians making these laws would themselves be pensioners some day. So these pensions are lavish and generous and noncontributory, comes from the taxpayers.”

Lincoln’s “erroneous understanding of the Declaration of Independence” as espoused in The Gettysburg Address, wrote Bradford, established “a rhetoric for continuing revolution” and “set us forever to ‘trampling out the grapes of wrath.’”
What Bradford meant by this is the way in which Lincoln quoted the “all men are created equal” line from the Declaration and reinterpreted it to mean that it was somehow the duty of Americans to stamp out all sin in the world, wherever it may be found, so that ALL MEN everywhere could share in equal freedom.

“The popular media narrative is that this country has shifted away from conservative ideals, as evidenced by the last two presidential elections. That’s what they think. That’s what say. That might be true if Republicans had actually nominated conservative candidates in 2008 and 2012,” Gov. Rick Perry (R-Texas) said in his address at CPAC this afternoon.
Perry also slammed President Obama for undocumented illegal immigration being released from detention centers due to sequestration cuts. “This president’s posture, it’d be laughable if he hadn’t taken it one step too far, dangerously releasing criminals onto our streets to make a political point,” Perry told the crowd at CPAC.
“When you have a federally-sponsored jailbreak, and don’t get confused, that’s exactly what that is — when you’ve had a federally-sponsored jailbreak, you’ve crossed the line from politics of spin to politics as a craven form of cynicism.”

The feds predict that they will dispatch or authorize about 30,000 of these unmanned aerial vehicles across America in the next 10 years. Meanwhile, more than 300 local and state police departments are awaiting federal permission to use the drones they already have purchased – usually with federal stimulus funds.The government is out of control.
If the police use a drone without a warrant to see who or what is in your backyard or your bedroom, or if while looking for a missing child the drone takes a picture of you in your backyard or bedroom and the government keeps the picture, its use is unnatural and unconstitutional.I say “unnatural” because we all have a natural right to privacy; it is a fundamental right that is inherent in our humanity. Breitbart News Network’s Steve Bannon now denies there was any footage featuring Obama with Ayers and has slammed World Net Daily for asking questions about the bizarre circumstances surrounding Breitbart’s death.
“He died of natural causes,” Bannon said. “The family wants the matter put to rest, and WND is beginning to irritate me suspecting foul play.”

In the thread about Justice Kagan, I started thinking aloud how important it is to finish Breitbart’s job and fully vet Barack Obama. No media person asked him about Kagan’s ties to communism. I didn’t know this until today.
How to get the mainstream media to be even slightly accountable about serious questions a candidate (let alone the sitting President) should answer? Why not start slow and focused? One important question, asked by all of us, to one mainstream news personality.

I picked as the first question “Did Obama enter college as a foreign student?”. I picked as the recipient Anderson Cooper. I deliberately did not choose a Fox person because they have not been very trustworthy of late. Though Cooper is liberal, I believe he considers himself thorough and good, and the question is a fair one for us to have answered.
Here is the form to ask Cooper to find out whether Obama entered Occidental College as an American or not. Ask in your own words. Don’t be afraid to sign your name and info; this is a fair question.

In my last installment in this series I argued that talk show host Glenn Beck was raising legitimate concerns about the state of the nation, but that he had a history of predictions of imminent disasters which did not pan out. Why didn’t they? After all, the left really does have a strong totalitarian bent. No nation is guaranteed eternal life, let alone eternal prosperity and hegemony. And the United States is, indeed, aggressively moving in the wrong direction.
So why didn’t the dollar collapse? Why is it still the reserve currency of the world? Why don’t we have hyperinflation? Why did gold stall and then fall last summer? Was there a food shortage? Nope. Widespread urban violence?

Noting that the cause of Andrew Breitbart’s unexpected death yesterday was being examined by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office, talk-radio host Michael Savage raised the question of whether the conservative media powerhouse – who recently announced he had videos that could politically damage President Obama – was murdered.
On his top-rated show today, Savage played an audio clip of Breitbart telling an audience at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington last month that he had obtained videos that shed light on Obama’s ties to radicals in the early 1980s who helped propel him to the presidency.
“Maybe my overly active imagination kicked into overdrive,” Savage told his listeners of his decision to raise the question. “But you heard what Breitbart said – he has videos … we’re going to vet the president.”
Breitbart reportedly was walking near his home in Brentwood, Calif., just after midnight this morning when he collapsed. A neighbor saw him fall and called 911. Emergency crews tried to revive him and rushed him to the emergency room at the UCLA Medical Center.
It’s entirely plausible, Savage acknowledged, that Breitbart simply collapsed of a heart attack because of overwork and a reported history of health problems.

In a stunning coincidence, It appears Andrew Breitbart suffered his untimely death just hours before he was set to release damning video footage that could have sunk Barack Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign.
Around three weeks ago on February 9 during the ‘Blog Bash’ event in Washington DC, Breitbart made a prophetic comment that takes on a somewhat chilling nature given the fact that he died in the early hours of March 1st.
Speaking to Lawrence Sinclair of Sinclair News, Breitbart stated, “Wait til they see what happens March 1st.”
It’s almost certain that Breitbart was referring to his plan to release damning footage of President Obama that he had been promising to reveal throughout the month of February.

imageAmerica has suffered a great loss with the untimely death of Andrew Breitbart, 43, who reportedly collapsed while walking near his home in Brentwood just after midnight. We extend our condolences to Mr. Breitbart’s family, friends and to all who knew him well.

A few words about Andrew Breitbart. I’ve known Andrew Breitbart since the 1990s when he was working with Matt Drudge to help produce that page, the Drudge Report, each and every day.
He grew up in West Los Angeles, surrounded by liberals, father-in-law Orson Bean, the comedian. Sometime during the 1990s, the early nineties, Breitbart had an awakening. He was constantly questioning what was all around him, which was really extreme liberalism, and he became, as many of you in the audience know, a bulldog.

Andrew Breitbart took the podium at CPAC Friday afternoon, introduced to the stage with Rage Against The Machine’s Guerilla Radio, and revealed to the audience he had “videos” of Barack Obama from his college days.“I have videos, this election we’re going to vet him,” Breitbart disclosed to raucous applause.
“We are going to vet him from his college days to show you why racial division and class warfare are central to what hope and change was sold in 2008.”

Oliver North supports Newt, won’t ‘entertain the nightmare’ of an Obama re-election

Retired U.S. Marine Corps officer Oliver North told The Daily Caller that he would like to see former House Speaker Newt Gingrich as commander in chief, saying that another four years of President Barack Obama would be “a nightmare.”
North told TheDC at the Conservative Political Action Conference that “two years ago, when [Gingrich] suggested he might run, he asked for my support. I pledged I would do it,” he said. (RELATED: More interviews from CPAC)
“It’s time for us to hire a commander in chief who doesn’t feel necessary to run around the world apologizing for America,” said North.
“I’m deeply concerned that if we don’t hire a new commander in chief… we can indeed end up in very, very serious jeopardy in this country,” he added.

The exclusion of Paul is likely a maneuver by GOP insiders to re-align CPAC, the biggest annual conservative confab, with the Republican establishment and prevent an embarrassing straw poll defeat for likely presidential pick Mitt Romney, who Paul beat in 2010 and 2011.
According to the CPAC website, fellow presidential candidates Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum will all address the event scheduled to take place Feb. 8-11 in Washington, but Ron Paul will be absent.
“Although a combination of factors might be at play, including Paul’s focus on the Maine caucuses, a changing of the guard at the top of CPAC’s management team is likely behind Paul’s exclusion,” notes Stephen Woodward.

Long ago Bill Buckley drummed the anti-Semites out of the conservative movement, and the movement thrived as a result. But the Jew-haters have returned. For years the Texas crackpot, Ron Paul, has been attacking America and Israel as imperialist powers — the Great Satan and the Little Satan, and calling for America’s retreat from the battle against our totalitarian enemies.
At the recent CPAC conference Paul’s Jew-hating storm-troopers swarmed the Freedom Center’s table to vent their spleen against Israel as a Nazi state. Now Paul is making a priority of withdrawing aid for Israel — the only democracy in the Middle East and the only reliable ally of the United States.

I hate to say, “I told you so.”
It’s rather cliché.
But I did try very hard to warn the conservative movement what it was doing by embracing a group of homosexual activists promoting a radical social agenda while masquerading as “conservatives.”
I don’t know if I was the first to warn about the infiltration of GOProud and how its tentacles would sow seeds of division and strife among conservatives. But I’m quite sure I was among the loudest.
Suffice it to say, few listened to the warnings. It has cost me friendships, long-time alliances and a good name among many who don’t know me except through the caricatures drawn by others making their livings under the bright lights of TV cameras accusing me of being a “publicity whore” and a “fake Christian.”
Today, more people see the truth about a group they once saw as merely a group of “conservative gays.”
Sometimes it takes a little political experience and sophistication, maybe only the kind that can come from being around long enough.
When I tried to point out to Ann Coulter that she was making a mistake by performing at a fundraiser for GOProud at the very moment it was attempting to establish its conservative bona fides, she did not take it well. Neither did many other conservatives…………
Congressman Ron Paul booted from conservative group for anti-war views
The conservative group Young Americans for Freedom (YAF) announced Saturday that Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) would be expelled from the group’s National Advisory Board because of his “delusional and disturbing alliance with the fringe Anti-War movement.”
“It is a sad day in American history when a one-time conservative-libertarian stalwart has fallen more out of touch with America’s needs for national security than the current feeble and appeasing administration,” YAF’s Senior National Director Jordan Marks said in a statement.
“Rep. Paul’s refusal to support our nation’s military and national security interests border on treason, aside from his failure to uphold his oath to the United States Constitution and defend our country and citizens against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” Marks continued.
According to the group’s founding statement of principles, the Sharon Statement, “American foreign policy must be judged by this criterion: does it serve the just interests of the United States?”
