Online sales tax set to pass in Senate [Media Yawns at Democrats Increasing the Cost of Living]

The Marketplace Fairness Act, which easily cleared a set of procedural Senate votes in recent weeks, wouldn’t technically impose any new taxes. Instead, it would give state governments the ability to collect Internet sales taxes from businesses headquartered outside of their respective state borders — taxes that are technically already owed. Consumers are expected to declare those taxes on their state income tax returns but often don’t.
Democrat storm troopers find Gadsden flag “offensive” order veterans: take it down and hand it over « Coach is Right
By Kevin “Coach” Collins
Democrats love to flex their political muscles in the faces of anyone, but they take special pleasure in rubbing the noses of conservatives in the dirt. They are nasty lowlifes after all.
Recently the Democrats of the City Council of New Rochelle New York, a Big Apple bedroom community, decided that the United Veterans Memorial & Patriotic Association could not fly a Gadsden flag (known more widely as the “Don’t Tread On Me” flag) in front of the town’s armory. One of the five skunks who voted to take this action cried that the flag which is a symbol of pride to actual patriotic Americans was “offensive” to him.

“So what does a traitor look like?”
That is a very good question.
After all, a traitor is different than an enemy. An enemy declares himself and opposes you openly. But in order to become a traitor, someone first needs to enjoy your trust.
Those of us in the gun rights community have plenty of enemies … people who have openly declared war on the Second Amendment and the Constitution. Heck … practically every Democrat in the country seems to have signed up for a frontal assault on gun owners.
Republicans are upset that although President Obama released his picks for the NCAA men’s basketball final four bracket, he didn’t submit to Congress his budget for the next fiscal year as he was supposed to do by the first Monday in February. I don’t know why Republicans are so upset, since any budget that Obama submitted would be dead on arrival in the Republican-controlled House of Representatives.
Just don’t think for a minute that Obama’s budget would be rejected because Republicans are fiscal conservatives who want to follow the Constitution, eliminate the deficit, balance the budget, reign in federal spending, and decrease the national debt.
The budget recently passed by the Republicans in the House contains unconstitutional spending, has a built-in deficit, is not balanced, does not reign in federal spending, and increases the national debt.

Consider the evidence and the growing alarm expressed from many quarters.
“We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.” – Barack Obama, Colorado campaign speech, July 2008
The American people have been patient, and far too accommodating. For many years we have respected the rule of law even as those who rule over us break the law. We have been too accommodating. And now, it is clear our worst enemy is our own federal government.
“Liberals With Guns!” – Wild Bill
Federal spending once again dominated the debate in Washington last week, as House Republicans and Senate Democrats began work on their ten-year budget plans. Contrary to claims, neither party’s budget reduces spending. While the Republican plan increases spending a little less than the Democrat plan, it would still spend $5 trillion in 2023, an almost two trillion dollar increase over this year’s budget.
Of course, these projections of future budgets are meaningless, as a current Congress cannot bind a future one. Therefore, the projected spending for next year is the only part of the budget with any significance. So is there a great gulf between the two parties’ budgets for next year? No.
For fiscal year 2014, the Democrat budget proposes spending $3.7 trillion, while the “radical” Republican budget spends $3.5 trillion!

We have heard liberalism aka Democrat-ism described as a mental illness. A little research seems to prove this observation. You need not be a goateed psychiatrist with a German accent to conclude liberals/Democrats are anti-social misfits. See for yourself, see how well liberalism/Democrat-ism fits into the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) criteria for identifying the mentally maladjusted.

Karl Rove’s declaration of war on conservatives will bring the GOP a slow and agonizing death « Coach is Right
By Kevin “Coach” Collins
The Republican establishment is still trying to blame conservatives for last November’s disaster.
The phonies of the Karl Rove Wing of the Republican Party didn’t get it then and they still don’t. They are fooling themselves by refusing to look at the numbers. The GOP just doesn’t understand that asking us to vote for a Republican because he is not a Democrat doesn’t fire conservatives up, and the stupid fools think they can win without conservative support.

President Obama’s sequester strategy: Divide and conquer By: Carrie Budoff Brown February 26, 2013 04:42 AM EST
President Barack Obama broke Republicans once on taxes — and his risky strategy for winning the sequester fight assumes he’ll do it again.
He will divide, isolate and defeat Republicans using all the powers of his office and all his skills as a political campaigner. As Americans grow frustrated with the cuts, Republicans will reject their party’s no-tax mantra and demand that Congress end the standoff, even if it means raising some new revenue – just the way Obama is demanding.

Gun Grabbers Want Annual Home Searches… “[Editors Note: I will say it one more time. You just can't make this stuff up]” | Veterans Today
Washington State gun grabbers go for searching your home once a year to confirm gun storage compliance
[Editors note: They got caught trying to put this in a new bill and then claimed it was a 'mistake'. They really do think we are that stupid. Now we have to show them what the cost is.]
…from Tim Brown at Freedom Outpost
Washington State Democrats have sponsored Senate Bill 5737, which has a little provision that apparently was to go unnoticed that would have said that police have a right to search a private citizen’s home once per year if they own certain types of firearms.
According to the legislation:
Last week, Neil Stevens raised the alarm about Google selling out conservatives on policy issues. He’s right, but a number of conservatives and Republicans think there is an even bigger problem for GOP.
Remember that enormous, sophisticated data operation the Obama campaign had? The one that gave them massive daily data on public opinion trends in almost every segment of potential voters.
It’s almost as if Democrats had access to some sort of huge database of real time information about what the public was reading or writing online. The kind of breathtakingly large, real-time data that could be used for real-time trend analysis, predictive modeling and even behavioral manipulation.

“Certainly one of the chief guarantees of freedom under any government, no matter how popular and respected, is the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. This is not to say that firearms should not be very carefully used, and that definite safety rules of precaution should not be taught and enforced. But the right of citizens to bear arms is just one more guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically has proved to be always possible”

HILLARY: Was it because of a protest or was it because guys out for a walk one night decided to go kill some Americans? What difference does it make? It is our job to figure what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again, Senator.
Now, honestly, I will do my best to answer your questions about this, but the fact is that people were trying in real time to get to the best information.
“Just watch,” they said to me, in effect, “he will win re-election decisively and then he will throw down the gauntlet to the Republicans, insisting they raise taxes on the wealthy. Right on the edge of the fiscal cliff, he thinks Republicans will cave.”
What’s your Plan B, I asked. “We don’t need a Plan B,” they answered. “After the president hangs tough — no more Mr. Nice Guy — the other side will buckle.” Sure enough, Republicans caved on taxes. Encouraged, Obama has since made clear he won’t compromise with Republicans on the debt ceiling, either.

‘Gun Appreciation Day’ Seeks To Emulate Chick-fil-A Success, Scheduled For Jan. 19

Pushing back against calls for greater gun control from some members in Congress, conservative groups have now launched a Chick-fil-A style ‘Gun Appreciation Day’ set to take place on January 19, 2013.
According to US News and World Report:
“If all goes according to plan, gun lovers will come out in droves on January 19 to support gun stores, gun ranges, and gun shows.”
“The national “Gun Appreciation Day,” which is being launched by a coalition of conservative and gun rights groups, will take place a day before California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein is expected to introduce legislation for an assault weapon ban,” according to the Report.
“We felt that there needed to be a swift, strong statement, Chick-fil-A style, to show that we’re not only here but we’re vocal,” Gun Appreciation Day chairman and president of Republican new media consulting firm Political Media, Inc., Larry Ward tells the Report.
Exclusive: Phil Elmore insists gun-hating liberals ‘want to murder you’
The war has begun.
The cultural war, the roiling but barely concealed “cold” war in which you have been enmeshed for years, has exploded into a full-fledged conflict.
Where once the libs, the leftists, the Democrats in the United States were content to try to marginalize you – to define you through flawed “studies” and junk “science” as stupid, as uninformed, as less compassionate, as inferior – they are no longer satisfied with this cowardly tactic. Where once the major news media at least went through the motions of concealing their advocacy for lib candidates and “progressive” policies, they now proclaim their naked, brazen favor for them. Where once there were enough Americans to counter-balance the useless eaters, the “low-information voters,” the unemployed, disengaged flotsam of humanity who vote for “free stuff” from Uncle Sugar Barack, we have now reached a tipping point.
We’re outnumbered, and they know it.
Senate Democrats who helped pass ObamaCare are finally seeing what is in it and aren’t really so sure the massive tax increases mandated in the legislation will be good for their constituents, especially when it comes to the medical device tax which is set to further increase on January 1.
With some of their most influential constituent groups facing onerous tax increases that are slated to help fund the law’s mandates and regulations, Senators like Al Franken (D-MN), Dick Durbin (D-IL), Charles Schumer (D-NY), Patty Murray (D-WA), John Kerry (D-MA), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), and others — all of whom voted in favor of the law — are aiming to delay or outright repeal parts of ObamaCare.
……..“He’s at maximum damage potential right now, max damage. He can inflict the greatest damage possible for the purpose of transforming the country from capitalism to Western European socialism,” Limbaugh said Monday afternoon.
“He’s got two years here to double down, triple down, max out on it – and that’s if he cares about the 2014 midterms. But if you listen to Democrats talk, they don’t care about that.”
In 2010, Obama said taxes should not be raised, fearing it would harm the economy.
The man you see before you as your President today bears a striking resemblance to the main character in a Greek tragedy. He so reeks of hubris. Every word that drops from his lips speaks a haughty derision of the lesser beings not benighted to be a cog in his political machine. All witness Obama the Magnificent, the conqueror of America, which was the world hyperpower, but is now the Sick Man of the 21st Century, en route to terminal illness.

For the record, I am not a big fan of signing pledges. It may sound grand to include oneself in opposing this or that policy by signing a pledge, but extenuating circumstances can, and do, arise. This is a fact of life and it has a a habit of raising its ugly head, when you least need it to appear. As we are seeing in Washington, Grover Norquist‘s “no new tax” pledge is getting in the way of any possible compromise that may be brokered between the Republicans and Democrats on how to avoid the fiscal cliff we are facing at the beginning of 2013.
OBAMA IS THE ENEMY WITHIN! HIS GOAL IS TO DESTROY AMERICA! HE MUST BE STOPPED! « Sally’s Political Blog

We are in a battle for our very life’s, and way of life!! This is one of the most important elections we have ever had.
We the People were fooled four years ago by the “ENEMY WITHIN”! The enemy has been planning and preparing for this for years. We Americans became complacent. We must all wake up and see the EVIL for what it is anti-God, anti-America, anti-Family, anti-Liberty, anti-Constitution, anti-Capitalism!!
With this year’s crucial election less than a week away, it has become painfully clear that the winners and losers will be decided by the least qualified voters. Misdirection, lies and deceit are nothing new in politics, but have recently been elevated to an art form.
The electorate is divided into three main groups and subdivided into a few minor ones. About one third of the voters are hard core Republicans and one third hard core Democrats. It does not matter who their party nominates, they will vote for him or her. If the Republicans ran Hitler and the Democrats ran Stalin, each would be guaranteed one third of the vote simply by their party affiliation. The remaining one third is who decides those elections that are legitimately run. This third breaks down into left and right leaning people, those who choose based on the candidate, not the party, the one issue voter (abortion, gun control, etc.) and the totally clueless. The clueless are the real targets of all of the campaigning, political ads, and the so called debates. Winning over the “low information voter” is the key to victory.
As set forth in an excerpted version of an indictment I intend to present to a Citizens’ Grand Jury in Ocala, Fla., Oct. 29-31, 2012, both men will be held to account for the treasonous crimes they have perpetrated against the United States – endangering our national security and resulting in the deaths of brave Americans.
According to Judicial Watch, Rep. Edolphous Towns D-NY has introduced the Presidential Records ActAmendments of 2011. That bill would do with Obama’s presidential records what Obama has already done to his personal and collegiate records:
Seal them up.In an obvious effort to protect President Barack Obama, a group of congressional Democrats has introduced legislation to create an official process that will allow the commander-in-chief to keep presidential records secret after he leaves office.Ironically, Obama revoked a similar George W. Bush order in one of his first official acts as president.
The former New Mexico governor this week took his case for inclusion in the presidential debates to U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. Johnson’s presidential campaign filed an antitrust lawsuit alleging that the Commission on Presidential Debates is colluding with the Republican and Democratic parties to prevent third-party candidates from participating.
“It’s antitrust. We’re being excluded by a private organization, and it is fundamentally unfair,” Johnson told the Journal on Friday.
I think we’re at the most dangerous time in our political history in terms of the balance of power in the role that the media plays in whether or not we maintain a free democracy or not. You know, when I first started in politics – and for a long time before that – everyone on both sides, Democrats and Republicans, despised the press commonly, because they were SOBs to everybody.
Which is exactly what they should be. They were unrelenting. Whatever the biases were, they were essentially equal-opportunity people.
That changed in 1980.
In remarks to the AIM conference, “ObamaNation: A Day of Truth,” on September 21 st , former Democratic pollster and analyst Pat Caddell said, “I think we’re at the most dangerous time in our political historyin terms of the balance of power in the role that the media plays in whether or not we maintain a free democracy.”
Countless school children have been taught that Abraham Lincoln was the Great Emancipator.
Others have been taught — and many have concluded — that the Emancipation Proclamation, which Abraham Lincoln announced on Sept. 22, 1862, has been overemphasized, that it was inefficacious, a sham, that Lincoln’s motivations were somehow unworthy, that slavery was ended by other ways and means, and that slavery was on the way out in any case.
The truth is that Lincoln’s proclamation was an exercise in risk, a huge gamble by a leader who sought to be — and who became — America’s great liberator.
2012 Political Season Will Be a Street Fight
by LAWRENCE SELLIN, PHD March 15, 2012
Americans should stop whining about the bias and double standard of the mainstream media and the barefaced lies told by politicians.
That is what they are, that is what they do and that will not change. Recognizing reality, however, does not mean that we should accept it or not act to change it.
…tax you to any extent it wants to and by any means it chooses to,
…take any amount of your wealth and transfer it to whomever it pleases or use it for any purpose it pleases,
…draft you into a fighting force if it decides to,
…tell you what to eat,
…control who appears on ballots,
…borrow any amount of money,
…itself decide what is legal for it to do,
…enter warfare with anyone it chooses whenever and wherever it chooses,
…interpret the Constitution as it sees fit,
…regulate any product in any way it chooses,
…regulate commerce no matter how insignificant,
…take property for any use it wants to,
…search you at its pleasure,
So even in a pretty sour political circumstance, we’ve been able to get some things accomplished. And I believe that in a second term, where Mitch McConnell’s imperative of making me a one-term President is no longer relevant, they recognize that what the American people are looking for is for us to get things done.
The Strange Case of Maj. Gen. Edwin A. Walker http://www.textfiles.com/conspiracy/walker.txt
……Nine days later, on April 9, Walker was sitting at his desk at home when the famous shooting incident occurred. Meanwhile, the American Medical Association was receiving “a volume of letters from individual physicians” charging Dr. Charles E. Smith, the Army psychiatrist — who commented on Walker’s mental state at the time of the Oxford violence — with unethical conduct: that he made an improper diagnosis without a personal examination. Dr. Smith was cleared by the AMA on July 4, 1963. He said that news stories of Walker’s “reported behavior reflects sensitivity and essentially unpredictable and seemingly bizarre outbursts of the type often observed in individuals suffering with paranoid mental disorder.”

the other from Politico. They essentially say the same thing. The Hill: “Republicans strategists are worried that Rep. Their concern: Democrats will successfully demonize Ryan’s budget plan, which contains controversial spending cuts and changes to Medicare.”
If we are to believe this, what’s happening is… By the way, not one of these Republican in either story is named. And they say that
they don’t want to be named because they want to be able to be fully, 100% honest with no recriminations.

What is Barack Obama preparing for? What does Barack Obama actually expect to happen in November?
Does he believe that the upcoming election could actually spark rampant civil unrest inside the United States? The conditions are certainly ripe for civil unrest in this country.
A multitude of recent polls and surveys have shown that Americans are angrier and more frustrated than ever. Sadly, we are taking a lot of that anger and frustration out on each other. America is more divided today than at any other time since the Civil War era. The left absolutely hates Mitt Romney the Republicans, and the right absolutely hates Barack Obama and the Democrats. If you doubt this, just surf political blogs for a few hours and read the comments that people leave. This country is a boiling cauldron of hatred and anger and all it is going to take is just the right “spark” to cause all of this hatred and anger to absolutely explode.

Enrollment in public schools nationwide — I think the number I saw was down 10% and it’s increasing. In big cities, which means that’s inner city kids. We’re not talking whites. Schools are decaying and Obama, the Democrats, are keeping those schools open in fealty to the teachers unions and for a whole bunch of other reasons. I have people ask me, and I’ve asked myself all the time, too, although I must say I have the answers. So my questions to myself are rhetorical.
