According to the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security, evangelical Christians are now a national security threat. I’m talkin’ at the top of the list folks. As Gomer Pyle used to say, “Surprise, Surprise, Surprise” eh, Christians?
Under the New Rules enacted by these agencies under this administration’s tutelage the following acts are now to cause red flags of “terrorism” to fly, alerting cops and military personnel to a new group[s] which could start blowing crap up like the other group that we can no longer speak the truth about.

Footage of hundreds of armored trucks, similar to ones reportedly purchased recently by the Department of Homeland Security, has appeared online, raising more questions over their intended use.
The first video was uploaded to YouTube last week by a user who stated that it was shot in the middle of the desert between Hackberry and Peach Springs, Arizona.

It shows hundreds of military style trucks loaded on to a train, presumably in the process of being delivered domestically for law enforcement or military purposes.

The video raises significant questions in the wake of reports that the Department of Homeland Security, headed by Janet Napolitano, recently purchased around 2,700 MRAP trucks that many believe are to be deployed to local law enforcement agencies around the country.

In what can only be described as covert attack on liberty, President Obama and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are preparing to end civil liberties and institute martial law in the United States. Over the last year, DHS has purchased more than 1.6 BILLION rounds of ammunition. Conservative-Daily raised the alarm, but the Obama Administration lulled the public to sleep with the excuse that the bullets were needed for training.
Now it has come to light that DHS has purchased 2,717 light tanks. What does DHS need with 2,717 light tanks?

During this call, he said that the DHS is actively preparing for massive social unrest inside the United States. He then corrected himself, stating that “a civil war” is the more appropriate term.

A website run by the federal government (“WelcomeToUSA.gov“) encourages new immigrants to the United States to apply for welfare benefits. This website is run by the Department of Homeland Security and it says that it “is the U.S. Government’s official web portal for new immigrants.” So your tax dollars were used to build and maintain a website that teaches immigrants how to come into this country and sponge a living off of federal welfare programs paid for by your tax dollars.

Hurricane Sandy hadn’t even touched down when liberals started blowing kisses to FEMA, or Federal Emergency Management Agency, the federal disaster relief agency. A New York Times editorial declared that the impending storm proved that the country needs FEMA-style “Big Government” solutions more than ever. Salon, New Republic and other liberal outfits heartily agreed.
Why do liberals love FEMA so much? Certainly not for its glorious track record. Rather, FEMA has been a great vehicle for expanding the welfare state.
FEMA’s tragic missteps after Katrina earned it well-deserved disgrace. The Times blames those on the Bush administration, whose anti-government philosophy supposedly gutted FEMA. President Obama, the argument goes, straightened things out, and Americans should now “feel lucky” that the agency is there for them. Without it, local and state authorities wouldn’t be able to coordinate where “rescuers should go, where drinking water should be shipped, and how to assist hospitals that have to evacuate.”

When 34-year-old U.S. citizen and Mississippi resident Wade Hicks boarded a military flight to visit his wife, a Navy lieutenant stationed in Okinawa, Japan, he did not think it would be a one-way trip. Stopping off in Hawaii to refuel, upon reboarding the plane, Hicks was quickly escorted back off again by armed guards. He was then taken to a secure interrogation room where Hicks was informed he would not be flying anywhere because he turned up on the no-fly list.
Hicks has since been stranded on the island state without a way home.
After being asked to get off the plane, “It started out like something fairly routine,” Hicks said in his interview with Infowars. “About 15-20 minutes later, two heavily armed Air Force security forces guys showed up.”
It was then Hicks was told he would not be flying anywhere. There is no indication as to why Hicks was able to first fly from San Francisco to Hawaii without being notified he was supposedly on the list.

The Department of Homeland Security is preparing to use surveillance drones for the purposes of “public safety,” according to remarks made by DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano during a House hearing yesterday.
Asked by the House Committee on Homeland Security why the DHS is not more involved in overseeing the rollout of unmanned drones domestically, Napolitano responded by pointing out that the federal agency is looking at using the technology for “public safety”.

According to Hagmann’s DHS source, the Obama Regime—which initiates Department agenda and dominates its thinking—will proceed by implementing “economic chaos, chaos through racial division and chaos through class division, all joined by Barack Hussein Obama and his stable of unelected czars.”
For three years, the Administration has worked to destroy the private sector and destabilize the value of the dollar. It has injected race and class into every argument, setting the stage for “summer riots” organized by Regime operatives. And when economic calamity and civil unrest are at their zenith, “…a false flag event against Obama or his family, something that will outrage ‘black America’ ” will be crafted, its purpose, to “…evoke the ugliest of reactions and create racial chaos in this country that will make the Watts riots, 1968 and the Rodney King riots pale in comparison.”
At this juncture, the federal government will be “forced” to take a hand for the well-being of the nation and the American public, of course. Martial law will be declared by an appropriately “reluctant” Barack Obama, who will offer a television persona clearly dis-inclined to the exercise of such staggering authority.
Naturally, he will promise the duration of his absolute power to be brief and its use, strictly and fairly measured. The 2012 election will–for the purposes of fairness and equity—be indefinitely postponed.

It was not the proverbial 3:00 a.m. phone call, but close enough. And it was not made to the White House, but to my house, which is not white, nor is it in DC. It was about 2:30 a.m. on 25 April 2012, and the call itself was somewhat unexpected. I had anticipated the telephone call from my DHS insider much earlier the previous day, but our schedules didn’t synch up. I was traveling on an investigative assignment, while my source was in meetings all day. I had just fallen asleep, and was slumbering no more than 20 minutes when the phone rang.

Despite the fact that the U.S. government has a history of dangerous biological testing against the American people, the Department of Homeland Security claims that a bacteria it plans to release in the Boston subway later this year to test biological sensors is harmless to healthy people.

“Federal officials say they test the subway sensors by releasing dead bacteria called B-subtilis. They say it is used in food supplements, has been rigorously tested and has no adverse health effects for low exposure in healthy people,” reports CBS News.
What effect the tests will have on unhealthy people or those exposed to higher doses is unknown.
The tests will be held in Cambridge and Somerville during off peak hours this summer, but not before a hearing on May 16, from 5:30-7:30pm at the Cambridge YMCA in Central Square, during which the public will voice concerns and ask questions about the experiment.
The bacteria will be released as a means of testing biological sensors that guard against the threat of a bio-terror attack. The DHS has released a 28-page summary entitled ‘Environmental Assessment for Bacillus subtilis Particles to Challenge Bio-Detection Sensors in Subway Stations’ (PDF).
Given the federal government’s ominous record in releasing biological agents into subway systems and other transport hubs, it’s no surprise that this latest example is sure to cause consternation, which is probably why the feds are being so open about it.
During a Senate hearing in 1977, it was revealed that the Pentagon had conducted numerous secret germ “attacks” on cities without public knowledge in an effort to test the threat posed by biological agents. These tests “may have caused outbreaks of disease which occurred in some of the test areas,” writes Leonard A. Cole, citing the Senate inquiry.
These “attacks” included a 1964-65 program carried out by the U.S. Army which involved unsuspecting travelers being sprayed with bacteria-laden mist at Washington’s National Airport.

Another example involved light bulbs containing Bacillus globigii that were dropped in the New York Subway by government scientists and allowed to contaminate the air. Similar tests were also conducted in the Chicago subway system, but when people started falling ill the connection with the tests was fudged because the government refused to keep track of the health effects of the released substance.
The hidden U.S. history of germ testing in general also serves as a warning that allowing the government to experiment with biological agents in public which it claims are perfectly safe has not always been a wise choice.

This also known as an Article Five5 Convention, or a Convention to Amend the U.S. Constitution. With fifty 50 States in the U.S. Federal Compact today, thirty four 34 is the Constitutional number of legislatures from the several States needed to cross the threshold for such a convention.
Let’s look at Article 5 of the U.S. Constitution :”The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress;
Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate. “Thirty eight 38 is the number of legislatures from the several States that is necessary to ratify and thus amend the U.S. Constitution after such a convention.
This amendment could be “to dissolve”. By “dissolve” I mean the whole compact between the several States. Yes, the entire Federal Government and every thing it has or was created under it’s jurisdiction. This would include but is not limited too, the Federal Debt, the Federal Reserve Bank, the FDIC, the Department of Education, the Department of Homeland Security, the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, the Marines, etc. etc… Think of it as a Constitutional self destruct mechanism.This would leave the fifty 50 several States and the numerous Federal Territories, sovereign and under their own rightful and direct jurisdiction. Of course each State or Territory would then be free to individually or in groups engage in new compacts and trade arrangements.

In a New York Times editorial, former government cybersecurity czar Richard A. Clarke has called for the creation of customs checks on all data leaving and entering US cyberspace.
Clarke makes the call in relation to Chinese hackers stealing information and intellectual property from US firms.
“If given the proper authorization, the United States government could stop files in the process of being stolen from getting to the Chinese hackers.” Clarke writes.

A recently issued lexicon from the Department of Homeland Security warns law enforcement personnel to be on the lookout for what it calls “militia extremists.”
Militia extremists were described as “persons who exhibit an undue suspicion of government as manifested in statements that evince an inordinate reverence for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, especially provisions protecting the rights to freedom of speech, bearing arms, and bars to so-called unreasonable search.”

(Jan. 25, 2012) — We’ve all read those horror stories when “pet snake eats baby,” where the “pet” was a 16-foot anaconda, and “child bitten on neck by family pet rattler.” Your first thought was, “What were these people thinking?” when the answer is abundantly clear: they weren’t. Reminds me of Russia and China playing with Islamic Caliphates: what are they thinking? Surely they fail to see any correlation between the aforementioned snake owners and themselves.
If there is one glaringly weak spot that the United States has, it’s the lack of a comprehensive and logical foreign policy. Reminds me of the face-off between Alan Keyes and Soetoro, aka Obama, in South Side Chicago. Keyes offered fishing lessons: teach them how to fish, they can feed themselves for life, whereas the Obama character said, “Stay on welfare and I (the government, aka taxpayers) will give you fish for the rest of your life.” Well, we all know that the voters opted for dishonor, shame and a “free ride” (on the taxpayers’ dime), instead of the pride in earning the money in their pocket, an excellent example of the “give me, I somehow deserve it” mentality.
The State Department has treated whole countries as our government treats sections of large American cities.. And the irony is similar: you can’t buy friendship, or trust, or respect; they all must be earned. Liberal members of Congress can’t safely walk in the welfare neighborhoods at night, but they can if the hood is composed of those who work for a living.

Can you imagine that supporting the United States Constitution will label one a terrorist, a real “Enemy of the State?” You wonder what part of the “defend and protect” part of their Oath the politicians and members of the court didn’t understand? At what point in their lives did our oathtakers cross over to the dark side? Was it on January 20, 2009, or maybe they never had it, were never Patriots, were always followers, never led, have never displayed leadership skills, either on the battlefield of valor or in the intellectual wasteland of the universities’ dogma of “publish or perish?”
The number of unconstitutional pieces of legislation passed by the members of the 111th and 112th Congress is unprecedented, and with the last nail in our coffin, the NDAA, the Gestapo has been given unlimited powers to arrest and censor any citizen without habeas corpus. In other words, the cops can do whatever they want, whenever they want, and to whomever they want.
Of course, following illegal orders doesn’t let anyone off the hook. In the execution of illegal orders by law enforcement, the officers of the court automatically become criminals and are therefore subject to the same reprisals that any other law-breaker is subject to.

The problem being that the bill’s definition of such terms is so broad that entire web sites could come under threat of being effectively seized and shut down for merely displaying one offending hyperlink.

Members of the House Homeland Security Committee unveiled legislation Thursday that would authorize the cybersecurity functions of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and establish a quasi-governmental entity to coordinate cybersecurity information-sharing with the private sector. The bill, called the Promoting and Enhancing Cybersecurity and Information Sharing Effectiveness Act (PrECISE), would station a national clearinghouse for information relating to potential attacks on critical infrastructure, such as electric grid, water facilities, and financial service systems.

Department of Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano has directed ICE to prepare for a mass influx of immigrants into the United States, calling for the plan to deal with the “shelter” and “processing” of large numbers of people.

“The Department of Homeland Security wants a plan to deal with sudden mass migrations of immigrants to the U.S.,” reports Government Security News.
“DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, according to a statement by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, recently directed ICE to develop a national-level mass migration plan. The plan will outline how to address the health care, sheltering, processing, transition and disposition of large numbers of undocumented individuals who might arrive in the U.S. as the result of a mass migration, said ICE on Dec. 13.”
Part of the preparations for sheltering and processing an influx of people includes the construction and manning of detention camps.
In 2006, Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root was contracted by Homeland Security to build detention centers designed to deal with “an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S,” or the rapid development of unspecified “new programs” that would require large numbers of people to be interned.

It was a year ago last week that I warned that the Department of Homeland Security was making a list of U.S. citizens who protested and urged others to protest TSA policies. I disclosed the existence of a written directive issued through DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano and TSA head John Pistole, both acting on behalf of the Obama administration, instructed TSA officials to collect the names and other relevant information of anyone who “interfered” with enhanced TSA screening procedures by speaking out against them. They were to be classified as “domestic extremists” in this data mining operation. For my assertions here and on various national news programs, I was attacked by media lapdogs, “investigative reporters,” and members of both sides of the political spectrum.
Later, my credibility was called into question when an enterprising reporter filed a FOI request and was informed that “no such document exits.” Case closed. What a surprise.

See, for example, the recent Indiana Supreme Court decision that a homeowner has no right to resist even an illegal, warrantless and probable cause-free entry by cops. A cop, possibly psychotic, without doubt armed and packing the state’s authority to administer lethal violence – can literally kick in your door, for absolutely no lawful reason whatsoever – and if the homeowner resists, it is the homeowner who is in violation of The Law. If, say, you are asleep in bed and are awakened suddenly by the sound of your door being kicked in and you – fearing for your life – grab the pistol you keep by your bed and shoot the unknown berserker, it’s you who will go to prison!
