By Chuck BaldwinJuly 10, 2014NewsWithViews.comJust as they did with his father, Ron Paul, globalist elitists within the GOP are pouncing on Kentucky Senator Dr. Rand Paul. Obviously, the only reason for Republican leaders to be ganging up on Rand like this is because
they are scared silly that he might just win the Republican nomination for President in 2016. And if there is anything that frightens the GOP establishment, it is an independent-minded, non-interventionist, reader of the Constitution–you know, someone like George Washington or Thomas Jefferson–or Rand Paul. Here is how Politico covered the story:
However, all is not yet lost! I have a simple plan to help the neoconservatives get what they want in the Middle East – both explicitly and implicitly, both exoterically and esoterically. I think they should consider my suggestion as a culminating point in the development of the philosophy, particularly with regard to its foreign policy.
Clearly, the instruments of neoconservative foreign policy – presidents, tenured Congressmen and senators, satraps and sycophants – all have failed miserably. If only this, if only that, and woe to the misunderstood intellectual – yes, I know, and I sympathize! The solution, perhaps a final one, is clear. Neoconservatives must take matters into their own hands, and now is the time.

0A frighteningly serious “urgent bulletin” issued earlier today.Via, upaces88 ::: I just got this in. I do want you to read this. You can delete it, or copy and paste it…but whatever you do, please read all of it:
A frighteningly serious “urgent bulletin” issued earlier today by certain sects within European government branches states that information has been received from main intelligence sources warning to expect a “radical change” in the government of the United States, possibly within the next fortnight, based on information they have received from “highly placed” sources within the the U.S. Department of Defense.
According to the bulletin, intelligence assets were notified by their Pentagon counterparts this past week that U.S. President Barack Obama is preparing to invoke the powers given to him under 50 USC Chapter 13 to hold that various American States are now in a “state of insurrection.”
This will allow him to invoke the National Emergencies Act under 50 USC § 1621 and in turn invoke the highly controversial “continuity of government” plan for the United States allowing him, to rule with supreme powers. What is the “continuity of government” plan?

Committing Treason and Benghazi Murder Cover-up… “There’s A Murderer In The WH !!!!!” | Veterans Today
Take off your partisan hat and open your minds to the actual uninterrupted high treason that is part of the foreign policy establishment. Party politics is often just a show that plays to their respective bases. However, the tract and direction of extending the transnational empire just continues on a global scale. The full-blown treason committed by every administration that practices the internationalist vision of democracy domination is really a masquerade for worldwide dominion. Presidents are mere temporary talking heads for the oligarchy that actually rules. Murdering their own diplomats and hired help is incidental, when 1,455,590 Iraqi deaths since the U.S. invasion are ignored and dismissed.

Anjem Choudary is supposed to be some kind of extremist Muslim.
But what kind, exactly?
Apparently, he’s the kind of Muslim extremist who loves Dick Cheney, George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, Benjamin Netanyahu, Mike Harari, and Dov Zakheim – since Choudary “has repeatedly praised the 9/11 terrorists.”Ever since Jon Ronson’s favorite risible Muslim extremist, Omar Bakri Muhammad, disappeared into the prisons of Beirut, the British tabloid press has had to resort to using Mr. Choudary as its favorite whipping boy.
Whatever the situation, Choudary may be relied on to say something stupid – something counterproductive to the causes of anti-imperialism, anti-Zionism, and the defense of Islam against aggression and calumny.

(“…shut down five states at a time and search homes for undeclared firearms, until the whole nation had been purged of its defense to resist a global governmenttakeover. In other words we would not be able to…”) Obama gives Himself Control of All Communication Systems in America.doc « AMERICAN BLOGGER: GUNNY.G ~ WEBLOG.EMAIL
What comes to my mind (as I read of Obama having entire control over all communications systems in America) is the fact that I once read in an article that the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency could shut down five states at a time and search homes for undeclared firearms, until the whole nation had been purged of its defense to resist a global governmenttakeover.
In other words we would not be able to send warnings out to others if they decided to do house-to-house searches. Also it is important to get him impeached before his first term as president is up; otherwise, the danger exists that he will run for a second term and be elected by the uninformed who do not realize the damage that he is doing to our country. Please relay this article to all your contacts.
I am replying to your question as to the source of the statement “five states at a time being blocked off”. I did report on this many years ago when I found an article written in “The Greater Nebraskan” under date of October 1963. In turn, they had printed the same quote from “ON TARGET — Exclusive Report — Newsletter of September 1, 1963″.
I am attaching Page 23 of “The Greater Nebraskan” for your review. Please be aware that the leadership doing the global planning has, without a doubt, engaged in many sessions and meetings in which they lay out suggestions and tentative plans by which control can be taken over the American people; thus, forcing Americans to surrender whatever armaments they possess which would be considered objectionable to the “General and Complete Disarmament Program” under the United Nations Organization.
FORMER VICE PRESIDENT DICK CHENEY: I think the danger from [the Obama Administration’s] standpoint is that this whole episode of Benghazi demonstrates that they don’t have a handle on foreign policy and national securitymatters.
They like to go out and say, “bin Laden is dead. Terrorism is dead, al Qaeda is dead, and, you know, we’re great in the foreign policy field,” but that’s hogwash. First of all, the people who deserve credit are the intelligence professional who worked on that issue for ten years and finally got on the trail of bin Laden. But secondly, that claim to be competent in the world of foreign affairs just goes down in flames when you look at what happened in Benghazi. The latest thing I’ve heard now is that, and they were denied – now this is all second hand, I haven’t seen the confirmations yet – they had denied the additional security resources that had been requested by the Benghazi consulate or the Libyan- our embassy in Libya had asked for more help and didn’t get it.

Accusations have been made against two senior Navy officials that may well lead to charges of conspiracy to commit murder, treason and terrorism against the United States.
More importantly, sources report that behind the plot that it has taken years to bring forward may well implicate former Vice President Cheney.
As of this writing, the lives of all involved hang in the balance as, too often in the past, cleaning up the crimes of the Bush administration has involved “accidents” as with presidential aide John Wheeler, whose body was found in a Delaware landfill in January, 2011.

The most despicable act of American treason was the 9/11 official attack storyline and carefully orchestrated cover up which continues to this day. The Obama administration is still determined to keep this bamboozle covered up and is, as such, is complicit in hiding the truth of 9/11.
Nothing captures the sheer horror of that day more graphically than Richard Drew’s photo of the falling man ~ later identified as Jonathan Briley.

Last week, while looking into the Supreme Court decision on “Obamacare,” I stumbled onto some startling information. Everything we think we know about insurance and medical care is a lie, all that stands between you and being murdered by a bankster is a doctor who may or may not choose to save your life, even if he or she has to break the rules.
These rules exist by the millions, rules by hospitals, by insurance companies, by the VA, by Medicare and Medicaid, all of them deny care, deny drugs, deny lifesaving procedures and the rationale is generally based on “not being former Vice President Dick Cheney” who is wanted for war crimes in dozens of countries.
End the All-Volunteer Force? End the Stranglehold of the National Security Elite! | William M. Arkin Online
No, the truth of the matter is that warfare is indeed easier to wage today because of the shift from the industrial to the information age, and even in wars like Afghanistan and Iraq where we make fruitless and desperate attempts to create heroism and a sense of chivalry through manpower-intensive force deployments, most of that manpower is superfluous to the actual fighting, and the number who are truly at risk in combat, even within military ranks, is incredibly small.
“Confirmed by military documents as well as official statements, both the U.S. and Israel contemplate the use of nuclear weapons directed against Iran,” writes professor Michel Chossudovsky, Director of the Centre for Research on Globalization in Montreal.
The plans were formulated in 2004. The previous year, Congress gave the Pentagon the green light to use thermo-nuclear weapons in conventional war theaters in the Middle East and Central Asia, allocating $6 billion in 2004 alone to create the new generation of “defensive” tactical nuclear weapons or “mini-nukes”.
“In 2005, Vice President Dick Cheney ordered USSTRATCOM (Strategic Command) to draft a ‘contingency plan’ that included “a large-scale air assault on Iran employing both conventional and tactical nuclear weapons,” Chossudovsky writes. The plan went beyond the terms of reference outlined in the Pentagon’s 2001 Nuclear Posture Review (NPR), which called for a “preemptive” “first strike use” of nuclear weapons against Russia and China as well as Iran and North Korea.
The 2005 plan identified more than 450 strategic targets in Iran, including numerous alleged nuclear-weapons-program development sites. The plan, incredibly, was rationalized on a second 9/11 type attack on the US that Cheney believed Iran would allegedly support!
“President Obama has largely endorsed the doctrine of pre-emptive use of nuclear weapons formulated by the previous administration,” Chossudovsky writes in his new book, “Towards a World War III Scenario: The Dangers of Nuclear War” (Global Research, 2012). His Administration “has also intimated it will use nukes in the event of an Iran response to an Israeli attack on Iran.”
Chossudovsky points out, “The new nuclear doctrine turns concepts and realities upside down. It not only denies the devastating impacts of nuclear weapons, it states, in no uncertain terms, that nuclear weapons are ‘safe’ and their use in the battlefield will ensure ‘minimal collateral damage and reduce the probability of escalation.’ The issue of radioactive fallout is not even acknowledged with regard to tactical nuclear weapons, neither is the issue of ‘Nuclear Winter’.”

Columnist-to-the-World Mark Steyn and I chat on air almost every week. The transcript of those interviews are always posted, both at HughHewitt.com and SteynOnline.com. Here’s a lengthy excerpt from yesterday’s conversation about Ron Paul, which begins as I play a tape of a question asked of the would-be Iowa upset winner about 9/11:
Q: Okay, and one more question. Why don’t you come out and tell the truth about 9/11?
RP: Well, I can’t handle the controversy. I have the IMF, the Federal Reserve to deal with, the IRS to deal with, because no, I just have more, too many things on my plate, because I just have too much to do.
HH: “Why won’t you come out on 9/11? Ron Paul?” He has too much controversy, Mark Steyn, too many things on his plate. What do you think about that?
MS: Yeah, I mean, that is a very cowardly answer. One of the rare occasions on which I’ve applauded Bill Clinton was 2008, four years ago. He was in Keene, New Hampshire, and some Ron Paul supporter asked him about the truth about 9/11 being an inside job. And Clinton slapped that guy down, as he well should have. This, by the way, is not an irrelevant thing, because it gets to the heart, to the most disfiguring aspect of Ron Paul’s campaign, leaving aside his unpleasantness to Michele Bachmann the other night, and all the rest of it, which is this stunted parochialism. Let’s say, for a moment, that 9/11 was an inside job. Does that also mean, then, that the Bali nightclub bombing was an inside job, that the Madrid train bombings was an inside job, that the Beslan school shootings were an inside job, that the London Tube bombings were an inside job? Because in that case, that’s one hell of a sum to be hiding somewhere within the darkest recesses of Dick Cheney’s non-specific line items. So we’re getting here into what is the problem with Ron Paul, which is the sheer stupid, half-witted parochialism of his view of what’s going on out in the planet. And that’s why this is so pathetic. This is a kind of utopian isolationism that fantasists on the right have embraced. And at its darkest side, it meets the left coming round the other way in 9/11 truther conspiracy theories.
HH: Now can someone, do you think it’s right for someone to go to the Iowa Caucus and say I agree with Ron Paul on the Fed, so I’m going to put aside this nuttery, and I’m going to ignore his newsletters, and I’m going to ignore his other baffling and incoherent positions on issuing letters of mark and reprisals and all the rest of it because I want to make a statement? Is that a right way to conduct yourself, Mark Steyn?
The Empire Strikes Back… Against Ordinary Americans, Constitutionally-Protected Protesters and the Rule of Law

Joining the Dark Side: Darth Vaders Stranglehold on America obama+change+death+starWould it be taken as parody to openly state that the United States has moved away from its Constitution, and the hope that its concept of freedom would be a light upon the world, and instead shifted towards ‘The Dark Side’– that is, the kind of evil empire portrayed in Star Wars? The language authorizing the indefinite detention of American citizens without trial under the sections 1031 & 1032 of the 2012 Defense Authorization Act take America many steps towards that fictional but importantly symbolic Empire– it too a broken and corrupted Republic.
But it is much more than the naked tyranny demonstrated under NDAA. It is the direction towards paradoxical control by the State, sold psychologically in Orwellian terms. Preemptive strikes define the atmosphere of lawlessness and paranoia that has painted in succession terrorists, rogue states, patriots and homeland dissidents as threats that must be dealt without outside the framework of due process and the rights explicitly stated under the Bill of Rights.
THE DARK SIDE, BORN ON 9/11
Joining the Dark Side: Darth Vaders Stranglehold on America leno cheney vaderSomehow victory in the War on Terror was successfully accepted under a definition that saw constitutional protections under the Fourth Amendment, preventing warrantless checkpoints and guarding privacy, as a barrier to stopping the bad guys under due diligence. This same attitude, coaxed under the manufactured fears from 9/11, helped to stifle, but not stop, free speech and encouraged legislation and administrative policies that disregard (and even spit upon) many of the Bill of Rights– from warrantless wiretapping, to policies on torture and legal-roundabouts turning definitions like waterboarding, spying, searches, enemy combatant status, lawful detention & imprisonment, “war” and many other important concepts upside down, all with legal ramifications. And it’s no wonder why, as the president during this era had referred to the Constitution as ‘just a goddamned piece of paper.’

That’s a good question — and according to former VP Dick Cheney’s contacts, Barack Obama didn’t lack for options to keep the highly-classified drone from falling into the Iranian military’s hands. In an interview with CNN’s Erin Burnett, Cheney wonders why Obama didn’t order an air strike on the downed aircraft while he still had the chance:
(VIDEO AT LINK)
“The right response to that would have been to go in immediately after it had gone down and destroy it,” he said on CNN’s “Out Front with Erin Burnett.” Instead, Cheney said, “he asked nicely for them to return it. They aren’t gonna do that. … Or, they’ll send it back to us in pieces after they’ve gotten all the intelligence out of it they can.” …

Cheney backs end of ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ policy:
Former Vice President Dick Cheney said Sunday he supports the Obama administration‘s decision to repeal the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy banning gays and lesbians from serving openly in the military — a move that was staunchly opposed by most top Republicans.
“I think the decision that’s been made with respect to allowing gays to serve openly in the military is a good one” Cheney told CNN’s Candy Crowley on “State of the Union.” “It’s the right thing to do.”
The policy, first enacted during the Clinton administration, was officially repealed on September 20. Over 14,000 people were kicked out of the military due to “don’t ask, don’t tell.”
The controversial repeal of the policy became a focal point of a GOP presidential debate last month when members of the audience booed a gay soldier who asked about the decision. President Barack Obama criticized the Republican presidential contenders on Saturday night for failing to rebuke the audience.
“We don’t believe in standing silent when that happens,” Obama told attendees at the annual National Dinner of the Human Rights Campaign, an organization that promotes equality for gays and lesbians…..

Devvy Kidd — Unloading Bad Baggage: Hypnotic States of Americans (via ~ BLOGGER.GUNNY.G.1984+ ~ (BLOG & EMAIL))
Shortly after the illegal swearing in of Obama/Soetoro, I referenced a piece titled, Obama’s use of hypnotic technique during his speeches. I read the entire 60 page document and in my mind, it was the only thing that could account for what I saw with massive crowds reacting to someone I saw as a dead soul. Like Condeleeza Rice, Hillary Clinton and Dick Cheney to name a few. When I looked at Obama/Soetoro’s eyes, they were flat, empty, evil. There is much evil in this world, although too many don’t recognize it. Evil and Satan are just something they see at the movie theater while munching popcorn.
In his book, Hypnotic States of Americans, Roy Masters skillfully explains many things a lot of us know, but tens of millions don’t: “We move against our own best interest when we respond to those appeals. [Outside manipulations] People who are in control of other people know that fact. Once we get caught up with their games, we go on responding until that response becomes a conditioning and then we can’t prevent them from imposing their will on us. We become fearful, guilty and lost.” Pg. 37
As regular readers of my columns know, I frequently use the phrase: If you play their game, the game will play you. If you become one of the parasites feeding off the host, as Sun Tzu said in so many words: make your enemy do what you want them to do while making it seem like a good idea at the time. In the end, they bring their own death.
In Chapter 4, The Psychology of Hypnosis, Masters clears up, I think, many misconceptions about the meaning of certain words like psychotic and psychopath. We hear those………………………………

9/11 After A Decade: Have We Learned Anything?
August 24, 2011 “Information Clearing House” — — -In a few days it will be the tenth anniversary of September 11, 2001. How well has the US government’s official account of the event held up over the decade?
Not very well. The chairman, vice chairman, and senior legal counsel of the 9/11 Commission wrote books partially disassociating themselves from the commission’s report. They said that the Bush administration put obstacles in their path, that information was withheld from them, that President Bush agreed to testify only if he was chaperoned by Vice President Cheney and neither were put under oath, that Pentagon and FAA officials lied to the commission and that the commission considered referring the false testimony for investigation for obstruction of justice……………..
Look, I am past exhausted talking about liberal media bias. It’s real, we all know it, and people who deny it aren’t even fooling themselves. But some things just have to be pointed out. This morning I watched the first 15 minutes of the Today Show. I don’t particularly love or even like the program, but I find it useful to see what the producers think is the big news of the day. And sometimes Chuck Todd is on, and I like him. If I sound defensive about watching the show it’s only because I am.
Anyway, the first ten minutes was about Gabby Giffords’ return to the House yesterday. I’m not sure it merited the full ten minutes or trumped the hard news that later followed, but it’s a great story and everyone is rooting for the lady, so I’m fine with it.
But think about this for a second. The Giffords shooting sent the media elite in this country into a bout of St. Vitus’s dance that would have warranted an army of exorcists in previous ages. Sarah Palin’s Facebook map was an evil totem that forced some guy to go on a shooting spree. The New York Times, the Washington Post, all three broadcast networks — particularly NBC whose senior foreign-affairs correspondent, Andrea Mitchell, devotes, by my rough reckoning, ten times as much air time to whining about Sarah Palin as she does about anything having to do with foreign affairs — flooded the zone with “Have you no shame” finger wagging. A memo went forth demanding that everyone at MSNBC get their dresses over their heads about the evil “tone” from the right. Media Matters went into overdrive working the interns 24/7 to “prove” that Republicans deliberately foment violence with their evil targets on their evil congressional maps.
Everyone “knew” the shooter was a tea partier. Except he wasn’t. He wasn’t even a conservative. He was a sick, demented, nutball. And it still didn’t matter! More bleating and caterwauling about the “tone” followed. More chin stroking and tut-tutting from Meet the Press roundtables and “very special segments” on the Today Show. More pizzas were ordered for the Media Matters galley slaves.
Finally, president Obama, our national-healer, gives a speech. It was a good speech. Indeed it was one of the first speeches in a long while that got anything like bipartisan support. Civility. New tone. No more martial metaphors. These were the takeaways.
So flashforward to this week. Tom Friedman — who knows a bit about Hezbollah — calls the tea partiers the “Hezbollah faction” of the GOP bent on taking the country on a “suicide mission.” All over the place, conservative Republicans are “hostage takers” and “terrorists,” “terrorists” and “traitors.” They want to “end life as we know it on this planet,” says Nancy Pelosi. They are betraying the Founders, too. Chris Matthews all but signs up for the “Make an Ass of Yourself” contest at the State Fair. Joe Nocera writes today that “the Tea Party Republicans can put aside their suicide vests.” Lord knows what Krugman and Olbermann have said.
Then last night, on the very day Gabby Giffords heroically returns to cast her first vote since that tragic attack seven months ago, the vice president of the United States calls the Republican party a bunch of terrorists.
No one cares. I hate the “if this were Bush” game so we’re in luck. Instead imagine if this was Dick Cheney calling the Progressive Caucus (or whatever they’re called) a “bunch of terrorists” on the day Giffords returned to the Congress. Would the mainstream media notice or care? Would Meet the Press debate whether this raises “troubling questions” about the White House’s sensitivity? Would Andrea Mitchell find some way to blame Sarah Palin for Dick Cheney’s viciousness? Would Keith Olbermann explode like a mouse subjected to the Ramone’s music in Rock and Roll High School? Something inside me hidden away shouts, “Hell yes they would!”
The Today Show even had Debbie Wasserman Schultz on this morning for five minutes talking about Giffords. No one thought to ask her what she thought of Biden’s comments? It’s not like she’s the Democratic party’s national spokesperson or anything. Oh, wait. She is!
Instead, after the full ten minutes on Giffords, we get an update about the debt-limit situation (which is supposedly an Armageddon-level issue) and Kelly O’Donnell basically carries water for Biden on the issue by completely muddying whether he said anything of the sort at all. (His office says, no, no the vice president didn’t call them terrorists, he just politely agreed with all the Democratic congressmen in the room that they “acted like terrorists.” Ah, this is a distinction a team of a million Jesuits working around the clock would have a hard time slicing.)
And yet you know the next time there’s the slightest, remotely exploitable tragedy or hint of violence, the same reporters, editors, producers, and politicians are going to insist that blood was spilled because of the right wing’s rhetoric.
Well, go to Hell. All of you.
But Obama has no intention of restoring the rule of law. He not only refuses to prosecute flagrant war crimes, but has immunized those who orchestrated, led and carried out the torture. At the same time he has dramatically increased war crimes, including drone strikes in Pakistan. He continues to preside over hundreds of the offshore penal colonies, where abuse and torture remain common. He is complicit with the killers and the torturers.
The only way the rule of law will be restored, if it is restored, is piece by piece, extradition by extradition, trial by trial. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, former CIA Director George Tenet, Condoleezza Rice and John Ashcroft will, if we return to the rule of law, face trial. The lawyers who made legal what under international and domestic law is illegal, including not only Rizzo but Alberto Gonzales, Jay Bybee, David Addington, William J. Haynes and John Yoo, will, if we are to dig our way out of this morass, be disbarred and prosecuted. Our senior military leaders, including Gen. David Petraeus, who oversaw death squads in Iraq and widespread torture in clandestine prisons, will be lined up in a courtroom, as were the generals in Argentina, and made to answer for these crimes. This is the only route back. If it happens it will happen because a few courageous souls such as the attorney and president of the Center for Constitutional Rights, Michael Ratner, are trying to make it happen. It will take time—a lot of time; the crimes committed by Bianco and the two former officers sent to prison this month are nearly four decades old. If it does not happen, then we will continue to descend into a terrifying, dystopian police state where our guards will, on a whim, haul us out of our cells to an amusement park and make us ride, numb and bewildered, on the kiddie train, before the next round of torture.
Psyops: Is Barack Obama a CIA Trained Manchurian Candidate? (via ~ BLOGGER.1984.GUNNY.G ~ (BLOG & EMAIL))
A coalition of peculiar media forces apparently led by Donald Trump appear to be working to make President Barack Obama’s birth certificate a major 2012 campaign issue, and all signs point to Sean Hannity hopping on the bandwagon. After dedicating a significant amount of time on his radio show earlier this week to the matter, he brought it up once again on TV in the context of Trump’s potential 2012 bid, calling the entire ordeal ‘odd.’
The discussion began on his “Great American Panel,” where Republican strategist Dee Dee Benkie was urging viewers not to completely dismiss Trump as a viable presidential candidate. This allowed Hannity to bring up the birth certificate, which Trump had been demanding to see, and Hannity noted merely asking the question had helped Trump’s poll numbers: “he’s now in a tie for 5th place, two points behind Sarah Palin.” Panelist Ron Daniels scoffed at the idea that being anywhere near Palin on the polls was a good thing, and dismissed the idea that Trump even wanted to be President. “It’s a publicity stunt,” he concluded.
But Hannity was far more interested in pursuing President Obama’s birthplace struggles, wondering aloud yet again why the President has yet to produce a long-form birth certificate. He took his now-typical line of attack, noting that Dick Cheney had to prove his residency and that President Chester A. Arthur had one attorney after him proclaiming he was born in either Ireland or Canada. That said, Hannity clarified that he personally had no questions as to whether the President was American, but he did not consider himself a worthy arbiter of that.
Legal analyst Peter Johnson agreed that “there is a way to put this to bed”– showing a birth certificate that would be adequate to those who believe the conspiracy– and that the White House has not produced said certificate raised questions. Daniels objected, noting correctly that the White House in fact has published President Obama’s birth certificate several times, but the copy presented was not sufficient. To that, Hannity concluded the discussion articulating what many exposed to the birther debate regularly lament: “let’s get out of this. This is stupid.”

Frequent candidate for President Ralph Nader is back on the scene and proves, at the very least, he is consistent with his viewpoint. Arguing that President George W. Bush and Dick Cheney were war criminals and then claiming that the Obama administration continues to engage in the same activity, Nader made the logical deduction that President Obama must also be a war criminal who should be impeached.
Innocents are being slaughtered, we’re creating more enemies, he’s violating international law, he’s not constitutionally authorized to do what he’s doing, he’s using State secrets, he’s engaging in illegal surveillance, the CIA is running wild without any kind of circumsribed legal standards or disclosure . . . why don’t we say what’s on the minds of many legal experts; that the Obama administration is committing war crimes and if Bush should have been impeached, Obama should be impeached.”

Is Obama embracing torture? State Dept spokesman out of a job after criticizing treatment of Manning
Yes, Obama “lied” about ending torture: It’s bad enough that Obama fired an “American hero” like Crowley for telling the truth about the “bizarre and immoral treatment” of Manning, says Will Bunch at the Philadelphia Daily News.
But the “biggest outrage” is that “Obama’s Pentagon is torturing Bradley Manning” at all. “This isn’t “George W. Bush’s fault or Dick Cheney‘s fault,” but the fault of the guy who vowed to stop torture. That’s “taking presidential hypocrisy to new levels.” “Lies my Obama told me”

Not like the days when gas was in the mid $2.50’s and George W. Bush and Dick Cheney were getting hammered by the media for high gas prices and making their rich oil buddies richer. What is going on? Are we content with having massive untapped oil reserves in the U.S., and yet being held hostage to the Middle East and Venezuela? Are Americans content with not being in control of our own oil destiny? Have we turned into a bunch of sheep? Maybe someone can explain.

“Mineta responds to an opening question by Commissioner Hamilton about the events in the PEOC and an alleged shoot down order. He describes a conversation between Cheney and a young man:
“Mineta: “During the time that the airplane was coming into the Pentagon, there was a young man who would come in and say to the Vice President [Dick Cheney] …the plane is 50 miles out…the plane is 30 miles out….and when it got down to the plane is 10 miles out, the young man also said to the vice president “do the orders still stand?” And the Vice President turned and whipped his neck around and said “Of course the orders still stand, have you heard anything to the contrary!?”
“Mineta explains that while he had not known it at the time, he had surmised that the standing order the young man asked about must have been a shoot down order. Hamilton, looking a bit confused, seeks clarification about which flight the conversation was regarding, and Mineta once again clarifies that it is the flight that hit the Pentagon at 9:37 a.m. on September 11. There was good reason for the quizzical expression on Hamilton’s face. Secretary Mineta had thoroughly trashed previous accounts of the PEOC activities that had been published in the press.”

I know who’s got my vote for the cutest couple since Bonnie and Clyde. It’s the larcenous lovebirds from Chicago: Jan Schakowsky, the most far-left member of Congress, and her bank robber husband, Robert Creamer, who wrote Obamacare in jail.
What a romance! She waited as he served time for sixteen counts of bank fraud, selflessly devoting herself to trying to impeach Dick Cheney and to showering federal funds on her biggest, most ethically challenged contributors. And he persevered inside the graybar hotel, aflame with the inspiration that became Stand Up Straight!
How Progressives Can Win, a 628-page manual for how “to reshape the structure of one-sixth of the American economy” — namely, health care.Endorsed by David Axelrod and SEIU honcho Andrew Stern, Stand Up Straight! gave Democrats the perfect voodoo recipe of lies, lies, and boiled frog’s eyes they used to cook up ObamaCare.
Here’s how David Horowitz‘s Discover The Network describes it:Creamer’s book advocated a “public plan” that would guarantee every U.S. resident’s “right” to health care; this plan eventually would serve as a model for the “public option” in subsequent legislative proposals by Congressional Democrats. In addition, Creamer laid out a “Progressive Agenda for Structural Change,” which included a ten-point plan to set the stage for implementing universal health care:
…Now that we have cleared away the smoke and mirrors of the mainstream liberal establishment, it’s crucial to consider that students might be tempted to think Dr. Paul is just a mainline neo-conservative. This is also not true. Dr. Paul, like his extremely popular father, Dr. Ron Paul, has as his main agenda balancing the budget and the private Federal Reserve banking system.
The Federal Reserve is a private institution that prints fiat money and controls our monetary system, as well as our government. It is Conway who supported banker bailouts and cap and trade—two massively unpopular and now exposed scams that the Pauls both opposed. What has propped up this system? The answer is career politicians who have no term limits. Term limits is the other key platform of Dr. Paul, and Rand has pledged to work towards this goal. The other proof of Rand Paul’s unique perspective, and that he is not a mainline Republican is that he has been opposed by Dick Cheney and Trey Grayson—two key neo-con figures.
President Barack Obama has reached new lows in terms of presidential approval ratings for the amount of time he has been in office. Jack Conway represents a continuation of the highly unpopular Obamacare and bailout policies of the mainline left. However, what we find is that it is the Pauls who are the true populists, and who are committed to addressing and fixing the central issue that is the means to the end of our republic—that of the debt-based, inflationary system known as the Federal Reserve.
Conway has no such plans. Dr. Rand Paul is a physician, and not a career politician. I would urge students to examine the issue, looking past the hype and media gossip and examine the issues. In so doing, I trust intelligent students will see that Rand Paul is the only choice that makes sense for our future, as opposed to establishment status quo Obamanomics.

A new court filing that returns the issue of Barack Obama‘s eligibility to the U.S. Supreme Court warns that unless the judiciary makes a definitive decision in the dispute, it will be the same as allowing the political interests in the United States to amend the U.S. Constitution at will.
A petition for writ of certiorari has been filed with the high court in the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision to uphold the dismissal of a case brought by attorney Mario Apuzzo on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelsen Jr.
Named as defendants are Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, the House of Representatives, former Vice President Dick Cheney and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
The case alleges Congress failed to follow the Constitution, which “provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate ‘elected’ by the Electoral College Electors.”
The trial court rejected the case based on issues of “standing” and never addressed the core issues presented. The appellate court did the same.
(Story continues below)
Now Apuzzo has escalated the issue to the highest court in the land, suggesting that “the constitutional issue … cannot be decided by the political parties and a voting majority. Our nation is ultimately guided by the Constitution and the rule of law, not by majority rule. Allowing the political parties and the voting majorities to decide constitutional issues would be tantamount to amending the Constitution without going through the amendment process prescribed by Article V of the Constitution and abandoning the basic principles of republican government.”
In an announcement about the filing, Apuzzo said Obama not only has not proven, as required under the Constitution, his status as a “natural born citizen,” but “he has hidden all his early life records including his original long-form birth certificate, early school records, college records, travel and passport records needed to prove he is even a born citizen of the United States.”
His case argues, essentially, that even if Obama was born in Hawaii as he claims, he still fails to reach the Constitution’s mandated eligibility requirement.
And it could be even worse.
