The government’s judicial system is the originator of the case law you are searching for.

 

The Chief Justice of the United States is appointed by the President of the United States of America not the President of the United States.  The only constitutional duty imposed on the Chief Justice is for him to preside at the impeachment of the President of the United States, so that imposition of a non-judicial duty on the Chief Justice makes him a legislative employee just like the President of the United States.

 

There can be no case law on the issue of freedom.  There is only one ultimate judge of  the law of freedom and that is God the Almighty.

This certificate of live birth is certified true and correct establishing by officers of the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE, PUBLIC HEALTH DIVISION, VITAL STATISTICS, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA a corporate Department of the government of the United States the state of Florida.

I am demanding that this hearsay document of certificate of live birth of the label ADAM DAVID MAEL be expunged from your records as being a person born in a U.S. State or Territory as I am a Man born on North America of one of the (50) sovereign, free and independent states of the United States of America freed of all government and written law by the Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776 made permanent by the Treaty of Paris of 1783.

The persons who certified this “government” document did so  Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Chapter 47 §1015 (a)”Whoever knowingly makes any false statement under oath, in any case, proceeding, or matter relating to, or under, or by virtue of any law of the United States relating to naturalization, citizenship, or registry of aliens…”

Further; employees of a  Department of the government of the United States state of Florida are misusing the document as evidence of citizenship or naturalization pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Chapter 69 §1423—“Whoever knowingly uses for any purpose any order, certificate, certificate of naturalization, certificate of citizenship, judgment, decree, or exemplification, unlawfully issued or made, or copies or duplicates thereof, showing any person to be naturalized or admitted to be a citizen, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.”
