JB Williams — Law Center Warns Congress Not to Certify 2012 Election

Despite a deafening silence on the part of the government controlled news media, it is no secret that very serious questions concerning Barack Obama’s history persist and that wide-spread election fraud was used by the Democratic Party and the Obama Campaign to secure a second Obama-Biden term.

At least one group seems interested in getting answers to those questions and stopping congress from certifying the 2012 election results until the American people have those answers.

 

The newly formed North American Law Center is serving members of the US Congress with a notice, demanding that congress stop the fraudulent 2012 election and advising members of congress not to become complicit in the fraud by certifying the tainted outcome of the 2012 election.

 

How Chicago and Obama Globalized Voter Fraud

Chicago has a long tradition of padding its vote totals by placing homeless and deceased persons on its voter registration list. Jim Laski, who once served as the City Clerk of Chicago, second in power only to the mayor, noted in his book My Fall From Grace that fraudulent voters were registered to addresses that included cemeteries, municipal buildings, and taverns.

The taverns, at least, are understandable: politically connected city workers spent so much time on bar stools the Board of Elections thought they lived there.

WASHINGTON — Following Barack Obama’s re-election, accusations from some quarters have held that his campaign stole the election through vote fraud. Others claim no vote fraud occurred, and that the election victory resulted from the Obama campaign’s vastly superior get-out-the-vote effort. One RedState diarist has even gone so far as to announce that commenters complaining that the election was stolen will be banned from the site.

Well…well. The Obama has finally begun his now-open for all to see and hear demands for a dictatorship over the [former] United States of America. A few days ago, Dictator-in-Chief Barack Hussein Obama laid out his demands to Congress for not yet pushing the current USSA (aka “Amerika”) and its people over the ostensible fiscal cliff.

 

These demands include: a doubling of his campaign “promise” to $1.6 Trillions in new taxes levied on the American people (which will decimate what’s left of the middle-class…his intent all along), an immediate funding (to Obama) of $50Billions (to be used for political purposes as he sees fit…in other words a “gift” to him personally for any political purposes he deems necessary) and personal unlimited sole authority to raise the USSA’s debt ceiling as he desires…whenever he wants.

Translation: Obama now demands full dictatorial powers over the US economy and the elimination of Congressional authority — or even input — in all economic matters. In exchange, Obama said he “may” consider spending less of the taxpayers’ (aka “serfs”) money — but, he did not say it was a guarantee.

We discovered a day or so ago that these most recent ObamaDemands are not negotiable. Either Congress gives him full dictatorial control in this matter or he will 1. Bring the country to an immediate close or 2. Write another illegal non-binding Executive Order giving himself supremacy in this matter. As Congress has not yet challenged Obama on any of his EOs we can assume they will, also, remain silent on this one…should it be written.

After what we have seen this November, how is any American ever supposed to trust the integrity of our elections ever again? There were over 70,000 reports of voting problems on election day, and there are numerous eyewitnesses that claim that they saw voting machines change votes for one candidate to another candidate right in front of their eyes. In several of the swing statesthere were counties where the number of registered voters exceeded the total voting age population by a very wide margin.

Some of the vote totals that were reported in some of the most important swing states were completely and totally absurd, and yet we are just supposed to accept them on blind faith without ever being able to ask any questions. Of course the Romney campaign has already totally given up, so it isn’t as if there is any chance that the results of the presidential election could be overturned anyhow. But if massive election fraud did take place and nobody is held accountable, what kind of message will that send for the future? Will we ever be able to have faith in the integrity of our elections ever again?

Here is just one account of what happened in a Wisconsin polling place; We saw loads of voters being bused in from Chicago. They were blatant, in your face, wearing BEARS shirts, pants, hats,etc. They were FREELY openly talking about catching buses back to Chicago. VAN loads of these people were followed from the polling place to drop off points in the same geographical area, by THREE different individuals, including Republican Legal representative, and TWO Official trained Project ORCA representatives/poll observers . This area was in the 12th and 13th St. area, between the 1300-1600 blocks.

Already we’re seeing problems with early voting which should be done away with altogether. Up until the time when Americans were brain washed with the idea of ‘fast food’ election results, no one had a problem waiting a few days or even a week for the outcome of elections, including president. Honest elections came first – except in cities like Chicago where vote fraud in all forms has been a mainstay for nearly a century. Doesn’t seem to bother the people who live there because nothing has been done to effectively clean it up.

 

America got all the whiz bang new technology. The result: Our elections for candidates from county to state to federal have been stolen now for nearly a half century.

A Note from the Author: As I worked on my first essay on the robocon scandal I was drawn to look more and more to the possible linkages connecting voter suppression in Canada to election fraud in the United States. Given the history of the Harper Conservatives and the well-documented theft of the 2000 and 2004 presidential elections by Republican campaign team of George W. Bush, it did not seem like a major stretch to posit that we aredealing with phenomena that are best understood within continental rather than national frameworks.

I was reinforced in this view as I began to look at the treatment being meted out to Ron Paul’s campaign by the establishment of the Republican Party. The thought occurred to me that the same establishment willing to cheat to keep Ron Paul from winning the keys to the White House might share some common ground with the establishment that backed and facilitated Stephen Harper’s rise from prairie populist to Prime Minister of Canada in a remarkable brief period……

Is voter fraud a one-way street?

WASHINGTON – The Democratic National Committee is not going to like this bumper sticker.

Neither will Media Matters – or is that redundant?

It’s a protest against voter fraud and proclaims “Dead Men Vote Democrat.” But you’ve got to see it to fully appreciate it.

Have you ever noticed that one of the two major political parties is almost uniformly opposed to voter identification requirements? After all, you need an official photo ID to cash a check, to get on an airplane, to open a bank account. What is so objectionable about presenting one to show you are a legitimate, registered voter – and not an impostor?

Ask a Democrat.

One of the reasons they don’t like voter ID laws is because they prevent dead men from voting – as dead Democrats have been doing since the days of the original Chicago Mayor Richard Daley back in 1960, dead votes that may have swung a presidential election.

The US Justice Department has blocked the implementation of a Texas statue to require voters to present a photo ID at the voting booth. Last December, the same Eric Holder-led department blocked the enforcement of a similar law in South Carolina.

Vetoing state laws governing voting procedures shows a dangerous pattern of abuse by these officials and could dramatically increase fraud and undermine the integrity and legitimacy of elected officials. It leads to a feeling amongst voters that these same officials want fraudulent votes to re-elect their very unpopular boss, Barack Obama.

For a republican form of government to function properly, the citizenry must have confidence in the unbiased and impartiality of the voting mechanism. In a society such as our own which verifies the identity of citizens millions of times per day for such mundane activities as buying groceries with a credit or EBT cards, it hard to understand why officials would object to verifying the identity of voters at the polls.

The only real reason why they might object to identification requirements is to perpetuate the ability of unsavory elements in society to vote multiple times in multiple jurisdictions, allow non-citizens to vote, or to have persons voting for non-existent voters, such as the dead.

A major non-partisan research project suggests that the U.S. is fast approaching the status of Third-World Nation when it comes to the integrity of local and national elections.

“Our democratic process requires an effective system for maintaining accurate voter registration information. Voter registration lists are used to assign precincts, send sample ballots, provide polling place information, identify and verify voters at polling places, and determine how resources, such as paper ballots and voting machines, are deployed on Election Day” state Pew Center statisticians.

Yet more evidence of voter fraud has emerged, this time in the wake of Saturday’s primary in South Carolina, where it was reported that at least 953 votes had been cast by people who were listed as dead.

The Associated Press reports that South Carolina’s attorney general, Alan Wilson, has notified the U.S. Justice Department of potential voter fraud in the Palmetto State this weekend.

“In a letter dated Thursday, Wilson says the analysis found 953 ballots cast by voters listed as dead. In 71 percent of those cases, ballots were cast between two months and 76 months after the people died. That means they ‘voted’ up to 6 1/3 years after their death.”

Wilson has asked the State Law Enforcement Division to investigate the situation.

In addition to stories that have emerged from both Iowa and New Hampshire in the past few days, the revelations once again suggest that voter fraud has become a common occurrence throughout the country.

The same situation occurred last week in New Hampshire, where the State attorney general also raised questions over possible voter fraud.

The Union Leader reported that activists obtained ballots as dead people because they weren’t ID’ed.

One activist posted video of himself walking into New Hampshire Polling locations during the Presidential Primaries, and asking for the ballots of deceased residents. The man had obtained the names from local obituaries.

“The names of the deceased were both Registered Republican and Democrats And in almost every case, saying a dead person’s name, we were handed a ballot to cast a vote.” wrote the activist on his Youtube channel.

None of the allegedly fraudulently obtained ballots was actually cast.

Associate Attorney General Richard Head confirmed his office had learned about the possible fraud on election day and immediately began investigating. “That investigation is ongoing,” he said. “Based on the information received on Election Day and the information on the video, we are undertaking a comprehensive review of voting procedures with the Secretary of State,” the report states.

The judges on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have ruled that election fraud suspected in the 2008 presidential campaign essentially was canceled by the inauguration of Barack Obama.

The ruling comes in a lawsuit that was filed on the same day Obama was inaugurated in Washington by a team of taxpayers, voters, presidential candidates, members of the military and others who alleged Obama failed to meet the Constitution’s requirements for the presidency…..

Thousands of fraud cases just ‘tip of iceberg’

A group that monitors elections in Minnesota and roots out fraudulent votes is warning ballot fraud is on the rise across the nation, and if unchecked, the ultimate consequences would be an electorate that simply doesn’t believe the system works and refuses to participate – “a total breakdown in the cohesion of American society.”

That’s from spokesman Dan McGrath of the Minnesota Majority, which advocates for traditional values in state and federal public policy through grassroots activism. The group also contributes to the work of ElectionIntegrityWatch.com to focus specifically on elections and voter fraud.

Minnesota Majority reported that its investigations of fraud allegations arising from the 2008 general election in the state so far have resulted in 113 convictions. Another 200 or so cases are being processed or are pending but might not be completed because the statute of limitations expires next month, three years after the election.

And a stunning 2,800 or more cases cannot be prosecuted because of the wording in the state law that essentially requires voter fraud participants to admit they knew what they were doing was illegal in order for a conviction to be obtained, the organization said.

The organization’s report on voter fraud said the convictions appear to be the highest number since a scheme in Jackson County, Mo., in 1936 resulted in 259 individuals convicted of voter fraud.

A more recent effort by the U.S. Department of Justice that encompassed five years resulted in just 53 convictions, the group said.

Across the country the tsunami that flipped so many state legislatures is beginning to prove how profound our side’s version of “change” is and will be. Among the top priorities of the new Republican majorities in state Senates and Assemblies has been fixing the problem of Democrat voter fraud.

The most obvious and easily accomplished remedy to cure this social cancer is a photo identification card for anyone wishing to vote. We need a photo ID to get on a plane;to cash a check and even to use our local gym. Why then should those without photo ID be allowed to vote? The answer of course is there are no genuine reasons only those fake “reasons” generated by Democrats who would sell out America’s sacred voting process to stay in power.

Those interested in honesty have seen this fight played out in the battles to curb thefts from shipments passing through our seaports. In the 19th and 20th centuries as international commerce increased,the rate of theft from cargos handled by longshoremen grew as well. These workers imagined that since they were handling valuable commodities some of each shipment belonged to them personally. My own grandfather regularly stole sugar from cargos he unloaded on the Brooklyn waterfront when it was scarce during World War I. As unions took over the docks the theft became absolutely institutionalized to a point that drove companies to find ways to defeat these “inventory shrinkages.” The answer was containerization.

So commonplace were these thefts before containerization that once they became inevitable and the unions knew they couldn’t find enough “safety” reasons to stop them they negotiated contracts that provided huge unwarranted benefits to longshoremen as compensation for their “loss of income” due to the new more honest handling system.

Every concerned American should read carefully the following article posted at The Daily Pen in which the following statement is made:

The legal tactics employed by the Obama machine are specifically designed…to discourage challenges to Obama’s fraudulent occupation of the White House…

In my opinion, the most important statement in the whole article appears in fact number 13 in a list of twenty-eight indisputable facts associated with the 2008 Hawaii presidential election fraud:

the Democratic National Committee, headed by Nancy Pelosi, committed election fraud and violated the Constitutional right(s) of the people of the state of Hawaii” (and all Americans).

Election day mistakes aren’t random

As of late, I have been impressed with the number of electoral irregularities that have been reported during the past several election cycles. By electoral irregularities, I mean all these lost-and-found ballot boxes and bags, miscalibrated voting machines, judicial interventions, etc.

Please understand, I am no mathematician or statistician, but I would think the very nature of any series of errors leading to those irregularities would be random, i.e. those errors would favor democrats and republicans equally.

In fact, a decent dictionary definition of the word random could be a process of selection in which each item of a set has an equal probability of being chosen. So, my argument would be it is mathematically impossible, over the long run, for either democrats or republicans to have the majority of electoral irregularities cause benefit to their candidate. Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case…

These happenings are generally referred to as “mistakes” and “glitches,” but if that’s all they are, then we’re witnessing a truly historic anomaly. Because either the mainstream media is now suppressing stories of mistakes and glitches benefitting Republicans, or the laws of probability have suddenly been rescinded and tossed coins are coming up donkey tails every time.

Harry Reid’s name was already checked.” the report states.The incident was not an isolated one, with several voters encountering the same problem within minutes of each other.Officials blamed the malfunctions on the machine’s “sensitive” screens and discounted any notion of fraud.Similar problems have also been reported in North Carolina. With rumours of voting problems in several counties.

The New Bern Sun Journal reports:“Sam Laughinghouse of New Bern said he pushed the button to vote Republican in all races, but the voting machine screen displayed a ballot with all Democrats checked. He cleared the screen and tried again with the same result, he said. Then he asked for and received help from election staff.”“They pushed it twice and the same thing happened,” Laughinghouse said. “That was four times in a row. The fifth time they pushed it and the Republicans came up and I voted.

”In this instance officials said that the machine needed to be “re-calibrated”. This error seems to be somewhat common, however, the machines do not display an error message when they need to be calibrated, the simply complete ballots for the opposite party.

The exact same problem was also reported late last week in Dallas, where computer programmer Don Relyea took the initiative to record a video of the incident. Relyea, attempted to vote for Gov. Rick Perry, yet his choice morphed into a straight-ticket Green Party vote.

A Dallas election official threatened to investigate Relyea, saying that any video taping in an election booth is illegal, and

the Youtube video has since been made private.

Maybe it time for this..a NATION–WIDE “fraud alert center” vanity.

We are hearing it all over..election fraud. Nevada. Arizona. Illinois. Colorado even Florida.

Votes already coming up for the Dems, not being delivered, not registering right, military votes not being mailed.

There is NO doubt that the demons pan to STEAL this election!!

SO, perhaps, we at FR should come up with some kind of “one size fits all” calling center or such, where ANYONE form ANY state, can report FRAUD.

Now I DO mean REAL fraud, not just “rumors” cause if we are to have any credibility…it has to be verifiable.

Things like I mentioned before, along with “bought votes”, intimidation, illegal voters and the like. Sure…we COULD rely on the “normal channels” like usual…but, since it is CONSERVATIVES who are being defrauded…

it will likely just “fall through the cracks”, like the last couple of times, and then we will hear things like..”The election is over…the people have spoken…accept it and move on”, from the demons– like the last couple of times–when MANY races got stolen..

I do not know what that would take–and of COURSE, SOMEONE with some “pull” who could NOT be “ignored”–by either the MSM or the “powers that be”–would have to be involved–who could make SURE that EVERY case–and every VOTE–got investigated and COUNTED–for REAL!!

Even if it ties things up for moths…it WOULD be WORTH IT!!Perhaps some name like “TeaParty for truth in elections”, would work.

And some “1-800″ type # to call and then–someone to MAKE SURE –things got taken care of!!

Maybe something like this already exists. I hope so, but if not, hopefully there is still time to MAKE IT HAPPEN!!

Will of the People

On one hand, we have the well-oiled Democratic machine that produced Barack Obama and raised $750 million to get him elected just two short years ago. It is a juggernaut of political savvy, and besides being well-funded, it includes tentacles that connect to voter fraud, union thugs, and professional antagonists in the streets.

On the other side, a relative rabble of loosely organized upstarts. Mostly volunteers, many never even involved in politics at all until a year or two ago, Americans of all stripes: veterans, stay-at-home moms, small business owners, college students, and the like.Yes, there are large sums of money aligned with their efforts — so what? Again, that’s not the real story. Forget the forces that naturally participate in the political process anyway.

Though somewhat unfortunate, that is how our system works.

It is nothing new, and both major political parties equally partake in the system as present law allows.

The battle is between a people and their government. The difference will be the will of everyday Americans.

The upcoming election results will not only speak volumes about the path of our nation’s future, but they will also serve as an important gauge for what a determined majority of Americans are capable of.

October 10, 2010I became aware of electronic vote fraud and the stealing of our elections back in 1993. Like tens of thousands of Americans, I keep pounding on this issue. We have the right to fair and impartial elections.

As someone who ran for Congress and was cheated, I know what it’s like. It’s unacceptable and un-American. Shame on “Americans” whose blind loyalty to a political party is more important than honesty and integrity to the degree they are participants in rigging our elections.The elections are November 2nd — less than a month from now. There are some key races that should be very close according to polls. John Dennis can beat Nutty Nancy Pelosi and Sharron Angle can beat Harry Reid. However, if the machines and scanners are preprogrammed, no amount of money and votes for them will bring a win.It isn’t just motivating people to get off their backsides and vote, it’s all about the machines and scanners that will decide the outcome.

I have never been a supporter of absentee ballots except for individuals in the hospital, military and restricted categories. I’ve always been a supporter to make Saturday voting day so people won’t use and abuse absentee ballots. Make election day a Saturday. That will bring voters to the polls who actually want to exercise their right to vote. Individuals who work on Saturday can still be given the allotted time by an employer to go vote…
