…..A common misconception which has been used to excuse the unlawful use of the Executive Order is that every President, including George Washington has used them.

While this is “factually” correct, it is not true that George Washington abused it.

His EO’s were limited to the operation of the Executive Branch and did not ever legislate laws for anyone outside of the government.

However, the most wide reaching violation of the Executive Order came from one of this country’s greatest Presidents, Abraham Lincoln.

His Emancipation Proclamation of January 1, 1863 was, for certain, noble, just and something long needed and overdue.

Several weeks ago, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announced Obama’s sudden executive order favoring illegal aliens. This was just one of many presidential executive orders and actually not a big deal but this tool will likely be the legal mechanism used to financially lock down America similar to the way a warden limits privileges and movement in a prison complex. Executive orders, unless they are challenged, can allow a president to rule by decree. This is basically what our once great republic has been reduced to.

Eisenhower wrote in the 10,000 range, Ford was up to the 11,000 bracket, and Reagan got only into the 12,000 numbers. Executive Orders are numbered consecutively, no matter who occupies the White House for reasons of continuity, record keeping, and to prevent confusion. It resulted in a total waste of a grant by the Fund for UFO Research of $16,000 which was given to Stanton Friedman to research the information. A Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed.

According to this SVR report, Federal Judge John McCarthy Roll was the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona who this past Friday issued what is called a “preliminary ruling” in a case titled “United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al” [Case Number: 4:2010cv00703 Filed: November 30, 2010] wherein he stated he was preparing to rule against Obama’s power to seize American citizens money without clear and convincing evidence of a crime being committed.

The case being ruled on by Judge Roll, this report continues, was about bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States that the Obama administration claimed was their right to seize under what are called Presidential Executive Orders, instead of using existing laws. The Obama administration used as support for their claim before Judge Roll, the SVR says, the seizing of all American citizens’ gold, in 1933, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Order 6102, which was ruled at the time to be constitutional.

Should the Obama administration win their argument to seize their citizen’s money by Executive Order without having to abide by the law was made more chilling this past week when reports emerged from the US stating that President Obama and his regime allies were, indeed, preparing to rule America by decree since their loss this past November of their control over the US House of Representatives, and in the words of the Washington Posts columnist Charles Krauthammer: “For an Obama bureaucrat … the will of the Congress is a mere speed bump”.

W.H. Petition Calls for Stripping Citizenship and Exile for Anyone Who Signs Petition to Secede

A White House petition gathering force calls for citizenship to be stripped and exile for anyone who signs a petition in favor of a state’s secession.

“Mr. President, please sign an executive order such that each American citizen who signed a petition from any state to secede from the USA shall have their citizenship stripped and be peacefully deported,” the full petition reads.

The title of the petition is, “WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO: Strip the Citizenship from Everyone who Signed a Petition to Secede and Exile Them.”

The latest executive order (EO) emanating from the White House October 9 now claims the power to freeze all bank accounts and stop any related financial transactions that a “sanctioned person” may own or try to perform — all in the name of “Iran Sanctions.”

 

Titled an “Executive Order from the President regarding Authorizing the Implementation of Certain Sanctions…” the order says that if an individual is declared by the president, the secretary of state, or the secretary of the treasury to be a “sanctioned person,” he (or she) will be unable to obtain access to his accounts, will be unable to process any loans (or make them), or move them to any other financial institution inside or outside the United States.

In other words, his financial resources will have successfully been completely frozen. The EO expands its authority by making him unable to use any third party such as “a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, subgroup or other organization” that might wish to help him or allow him to obtain access to his funds.

Over the past week, the Internet and talk radio have been buzzing about an Executive Order quietly signed by President Obama that allegedly authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to get ready to shut down all domestic communication in case of a declared national emergency. Let me repeat: All domestic communication, which includes “New Generation Systems” – a.k.a. the Internet – within the United States.

Just exactly what qualifies as a “national emergency” is not clearly defined. But something tells me we’ll soon find out.

White House Executive Order 13618, signed July 6, 2012, and titled “Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions,” could be used to prevent communication between U.S. citizens, allege some concerned, thus allowing the president to eliminate any and all opposition to his plans. President Barack Hussein “kill list” Obama has offered over 900 Executive Orders (EO), and he is not even through his first term. He is creating a wonderland of government controls covering everything imaginable, including a list of “Emergency Powers” and martial law EOs.

And while Obama is busy issuing EOs to control everything inside the US, he has been issuing EOs to force us to submit to international regulations instead of our US Constitution.

And comments by North Carolina governor Beverly Perdue and former OMB director Peter Orszag only contribute to this pattern.

Is it now time to start connecting the dots? Obama signed EO 13603 on March 22, 2012. Then he signed EO 13617 on June 25, 2012, declaring a national emergency. Then he signed EO 13618 on July 6, 2012.

In EO 13603, entitled, “National Defense Resources Preparedness,” Obama says (among other things) that [we must]:

be prepared, in the event of a potential threat to the security of the United States, to take actions necessary to ensure the availability of adequate resources and production capability, including services and critical technology, for national defense requirements;

What comes to my mind (as I read of Obama having entire control over all communications systems in America) is the fact that I once read in an article that the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency could shut down five states at a time and search homes for undeclared firearms, until the whole nation had been purged of its defense to resist a global governmenttakeover.   In other words we would not be able to send warnings out to others if they decided to do house-to-house searches.  Also it is important to get him impeached before his first term as president is up; otherwise, the danger exists that he will run for a second term and be elected by the uninformed who do not realize the damage that he is doing to our country.  Please relay this article to all your contacts.

I am replying to your question as to the source of the statement “five states at a time being blocked off”.  I did report on this many years ago when I found an article written in “The Greater Nebraskan” under date of October 1963.  In turn, they had printed the same quote from “ON TARGET — Exclusive Report — Newsletter of September 1, 1963″. 

I am attaching Page 23 of “The Greater Nebraskan” for your review.  Please be aware that the leadership doing the global planning has, without a doubt, engaged in many sessions and meetings in which they lay out suggestions and tentative plans by which control can be taken over the American people; thus, forcing Americans to surrender whatever armaments they possess which would be considered objectionable to the “General and Complete Disarmament Program” under the United Nations Organization. 

We don’t get the opportunity very often to get reports on such secret planning sessions, but undoubtedly, there has been a whole series since 1961 at which time Public Law 87-297 was passed by the U.S. Congress. No doubt, with the “Small Arms Treaty” being laid out for Obama’s enactment, there would be existing some sort of plan designed to handle the objections of the truly patriotic Americans who realize that “no guns” means “no authority” and “no liberty”!

In my last post, I compared President Obama’s new executive order with the Third Reich‘s “Decree for the Protection of the German People.” Every dictatorship, or every country en route toward dictatorship, justifies its lust for power and control by asserting that such power grabs are for the “good of the people” or “public safety in times of crisis” or for reasons of “national security.” But all of the bovine scatology in the world cannot conceal the fact that control is the driving force behind dictatorship.
