Despite a deafening silence on the part of the government controlled news media, it is no secret that very serious questions concerning Barack Obama’s history persist and that wide-spread election fraud was used by the Democratic Party and the Obama Campaign to secure a second Obama-Biden term.

At least one group seems interested in getting answers to those questions and stopping congress from certifying the 2012 election results until the American people have those answers.

 

The newly formed North American Law Center is serving members of the US Congress with a notice, demanding that congress stop the fraudulent 2012 election and advising members of congress not to become complicit in the fraud by certifying the tainted outcome of the 2012 election.

On Sunday, 1 April 2012, during the Fox News program John “Stossel” – Stupid in America an advertisment was played for a medicine manufactured by Pfizer called CHANTIX ( varenicline ) tablets. At the beginning of the ad a female provides a positive testimonial about the anti-smoking product followed by the narrator’s voice his first two words are “….Obama support….”. He then proceeds to describe the medicine’s positive and negative potentials.

I did a double take, and played the ad again ( Direct TV ), and sure enough the guy says “….Obama support….”, whereupon I recorded the program at 12:37p PST.

When Pelosi says “special interests,” she means the interests of those opposed to establishment Democrats. Clear Channel is a corporation. So is Fox News. There are thousands of websites, newspapers, think tanks and political action committees that Pelosi and the Democrats consider corporations.

In Citizens v. Federal Election Commission, the Supreme Court ruled that the free speech of corporations is protected by the First Amendment. Corporations that produce political books, documentaries, and other materials have the same freedom of speech rights as individuals.

A Guyana-born naturalized American citizen fits the Federal Elections Commission‘s requirements to run for president, the FEC announced in a ruling.

The case involves New York lawyer Abdul Hassan, who was born in the South American country in 1974. Hassan argues it is discriminatory to not allow him to run for office.

Responding to criticism of possible dual-loyalty issues, Hassan said in a radio interview that a person’s place of birth should not determine his patriotism or presidential eligibility.

“I am an attorney,” he said. “When I undertake the representation of a client, I have to act in the best interests of my client,” Hassan stated on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on New York’s WABC Radio.

FEC Drafts Opinions for Guyana-Born Man About Presidential Run:

The Federal Election Commission is showing signs that it might allow a Guyana-born American citizen to file papers and raise money to run for president of the United States.

The agency released two draft advisory opinions Friday that could permit New York lawyer Abdul Hassan to go through the initial steps to run for president. But the FEC’s pending decision won’t be the last word on the constitutional issue of whether someone born outside the United States can be president.

Hassan was born in the South American country in 1974, and he asked the FEC in July whether he could raise funds as a candidate for president.

The request put the FEC in the rare role of deciding a large constitutional issue that has only a few intersections with campaign finance law. The two commonly held constitutional requirements to run for president are that the candidate be 35 years or older and be a “natural born citizen.”

Washington (CNSNews.com) – In what the White House calls a push for transparency, a pending executive order would require companies doing business with the federal government to disclose political contributions to independent groups, but would not place the same requirement on public employee unions or federal grant recipients that typically donate to Democrats.

Entitled the “Disclosure of Political Spending By Government Contractors,” the order would implement parts of the DISCLOSE Act, which failed to get through Congress last year. The legislation sought to restrict campaign speech after the landmark Citizens United vs. Federal Elections Commission U.S. Supreme Court ruling that upheld the right of corporations and unions to donate to campaigns.

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney confirmed Monday that work is underway on the draft order, and linked the move to President Obama’s stated commitment to transparency.

“We fully acknowledge there is a process underway,” he told CNSNews.com. “A draft is just that. It’s a draft until it makes its way through the process. The president is committed to transparency and he certainly thinks American taxpayers should know where their money is going.”

Obama and his democrat thugs are making every effort to hamstring Republican fund raising efforts. The tools they are using for this purpose only add gasoline to the brightly burning fire of democrat hypocrisy. Obama has signaled that he once again will try to bypass Congress and out of thin air fabricate self-serving government rules to limit Republican fund raising.

The Obama administration is considering a number of measures to compel disclosure of the kind of anonymous campaign contributions that helped finance millions of dollars of attack ads against Democrats during the 2010 elections. The White House last week began circulating a draft executive order that would require companies seeking government contracts to disclose contributions – including those that otherwise would have been secret – to groups that air political ads attacking or supporting candidates.

And here is the comedy gold:

The proposed order follows several actions by regulatory agencies that have a similar intent of making corporate and individual donations more transparent.

“More transparent”

Democrat thugs, led by Chris Van Hollen, are joining in the effort to shut down contributions to Republicans.

WASHINGTON — Unable to stanch the flow of corporate money to Republican causes, Democrats tried a new tack on Thursday by bringing a lawsuit against the Federal Election Commission to force the disclosure of tens of millions of dollars in secret donations. The lawsuit seeks to close “a major loophole” that allows private companies and nonprofit groups to operate “under a veil of anonymity” in raising money for political work, said Representative Chris Van Hollen, a Maryland Democrat who brought the lawsuit along with lawyers for several liberal groups.

In another push for greater disclosure, President Obama is considering issuing an executive order that would require contractors with federal business to report their political donations. “His goal is transparency and accountability,” said the White House spokesman, Jay Carney.

The irony is that Barack Obama’s 2008 Presidential campaign set the standard for anonymous sources.

In fact, I organized a campaign to inform each member of the Electoral College, the Supreme Court and the Federal Elections Commission of the serious questions about Obama’s constitutional eligibility to assume office. But none of those parties demanded any evidence of the president-elect.

Employees of casino giant Harrah’s may have been pushed by executives to vote early in order to help Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid win his tough re-election campaign against Republican Sharron Angle according to emails leaked to the press. If true, this would violate Federal Election law, as coordinating “Get Out The Vote” efforts cannot be coordinated with a political candidate.
