Your hope balloon has popped in your face and you are left with ringing ears and consumed with fear for what is at hand. Oh My dear friends, America‘s demise is just the tip of the HORRIFIC godless iceberg that we see in front of us (Rev. 6-19). Will you now FINALLY wake up to the Divine realities and the prophetic warnings which are found in Almighty God‘s INFALLIBLE Word? It is sad to say… but no you will not wake up and you will continue down your delusion until that Day over takes you.

 

I have seen it time and time again and it is VERY VERY rare that an individual will truly repent and turn to Almighty God in spirit and truth (John 4:24). The Bible is absolutely full of countless examples and in just my little life I can testify to the validity of the Bible’s examples.

Just a thought..I’m obviously a Nervous Nellie! I was watching Fox and Friends this morning, and they were all over the fact that Hurricane Sandy may cause voting problems in the upcoming election.

I know this pic has been posted to FreeRepublic many times but today I realised exactly what is going on here.At first glance it just looks like a disrespectful thug with his feet on the furniture.I think this posed image has a deeper meaning.

Back when the other Hussein (Saddam) was being removed from Iraq,I remember seeing little kids spanking a toppled statue of Saddam on the face with a sandal.Then we were told that in the muslim world that to show someone the soles of your feet was a severe insult.Just google “muslim insult” and there is a ton of info and the reasoning behind this.

Time for a new laptop – Freeper Help Needed

When I last bought a laptop in 2006, I asked my fellow Freepers for advice and got such great responses. Based on those responses, I finally bought a Dell D820 and was completely happy with the result.

So now it’s time for a new one. I am going to stay with the PC for business reasons, and also because Apple is too expensive.

I use the computer primarily for work which means I’ll be running MS Office Pro — and most of my work uses MS Office apps.

I’m not a gamer, but I do want fast video. Any thoughts about the chipset would be helpful.

I’d also love opinions about any manufacturers to avoid. My Dell has been a great machine, even though I needed the screen and motherboard replaced at last three times since I bought it. But that was OK because Dell’s next-day onsite service warranty has been very reliable.

(By contrast, I bought an HP desktop from Circuit City a few years ago, but it had constant problems. And when Circuit City closed, I could no longer get support and repair. So it’s just a dust collector now.)

Anyway, I’m strongly considering a Dell Vostro 3550, but would certainly welcome advice from my fellow Freepers regarding what to buy and what to stay away from.

Given the limited powers of the then fledgling Federal Government, he did not envision the “money go round” that permeates and too frequently dominates Washington DC.

“Liberals” and their snarky hypocritical ilk controlled the agenda in DC for most years after Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s war. That control existed and was kept alive on a sea of Federal largesse and campaign money. It began when FDR became the first President to use the Federal government as a vast vote buying machine. Republicans were knocked back on their heels and then supported…

Hey, you want us to get an all new system with all new software and add a few more pricey techs, system programmers and database administrators to keep it all working 100% of the time 24/7/365? Well, start coughing up the big bucks.

 

It’s going to take tens of thousands of donations and many with at least three zeros each after the comma to accomplish the task. And that would be EVERY month like clock work to make the payroll. Once you take on a big load of expensive overhead, there’s no going back. As it is, we get a couple thousand donations per quarter averaging about $30 bucks each and there’s no guarantees we can cover this quarter’s expenses much less next quarter. We’re on a pay as we go system and we have zero employees.We just ask for enough to pay the bills.

This Just InThroughout the entire day I have been attempting to log onto Free Republic. I had not been successful until a short while ago.

And although I have been able to log on, every time I click on a thread my pc says I’ve timed out. It takes at least 5 minutes for one thread to actually connect.

Has anyone been dealing with the same problems today? Is Free Republic being attacked by hacks?
