This morning in Washington, the Supreme Court will begin its deliberation of gay marriage.
In some three months time, this august body will tell us what the Constitution does or does not say about a supposed right of homosexual people to marry one another.
In one regard, it will be a momentous decision.
In another, it will be completely meaningless.

Chick-fil-A: Democrats’ Jihad Against Christians (“Make no mistake about it; this is much bigger than Dan Cathy and Chick-fil-A.”)
Chick-Fil-A has become the target of a Democrat-led campaign in support of gay marriage
The relentless war by the left on Christians and biblical values has reached a new and more frightening phase with announcements by Democrat mayors and city officials across the country that they are “banning” fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A from their cities because company president Dan Cathy said unapologetically that he is in “support of the traditional family.”

Canadian Crackdown (on those who dare oppose the homosexual agenda)
A considered and empathetic opposition to same-sex marriage has nothing to do with phobia or hatred, but that doesn’t stop Christians, conservatives, and anybody else who doesn’t take the fashionable line from being condemned as Neanderthals and bigots. This is a lesson that Canadians have learned from painful experience.
The Truth About Homosexuality
According to modern dogma, homosexuals are like sprinters: born and not made. Thus, even though psychology’s longstanding nature-nurture debate has concluded that many traits are the result of both factors, it isn’t politically correct to consider even this possibility with respect to homosexuality. But does this biology-is-destiny theory hold water with respect to same-sex attraction? And, if so, what does this say about the behavior’s moral status? Let’s examine the matter.
Why do Women Love Gay Men? – henrymakow.com
A reader asked this question recently.
“There’s a gay guy at my work who’s totally obnoxious, self-centered, and spiteful, and yet all the female employees adore him. They’re hover around him all day like groupies, hanging on his every word and laughing at his jokes.”
“Are they just too stupid to realize he’s a jerk, or are women so insecure in the company of real men that they prefer the emasculated ones? This seems to be the case everywhere.”
Before I give my opinion, let’s look at some of the explanations I found online……

New Hampshire business owners could soon have the legal right to decide who they serve.
Lawmakers are debating a bill that would let a business refuse service to any couple, for any reason.
As a business owner, Tim Kierstead believes in the right to run his restaurant the way he sees fit.
“I think each business has the right to do as they choose,” he told WBZ-TV.
But as a gay man, he has a real problem with the new bill being proposed.
It would allow businesses to refuse service to a couple if they didn’t agree with their marriage.
The bill never specifically mentions gay marriage and opponents say it could be used to allow businesses to discriminate against anyone whose marriage they didn’t agree with.
The bill’s co-sponsor Rep. Frank Sapareto, a Republican from Derry, said this is not a gay rights issue, but a religious freedom case.
“We’re certainly taking people’s freedoms away as we make more and more laws that force them to provide occupation or services that violate their beliefs,” Sapareto told WBZ.

The homosexual agenda could destroy the moral fabric of our country as they target children, since that is where our future lies. Have you checked your local school’s curriculum and textbooks? Homosexual activists have set a well planned and well financed agenda that started in the 1960s and now includes not only tolerance of their lethal lifestyle but acceptance with privileges as a special class, as a minority group. The key target is our youth. This can be seen in the following written by “gay revolutionary” Mark Swift and printed in the February 15, 1987 issue of Gay Community News. These excerpts are reprinted from the Congressional Record:

DADT gone, but unequal treatment of gays still here [Now, it starts]:
(CNN) — In the very early hours of this morning, “don’t ask, don’t tell” ceased to be U.S. policy.
As a result, today is the first day I can write about being the partner of a gay military serviceman without fear that he will lose his job. …
The battle has only been half won. Gay servicemen or servicewomen can no longer be discharged simply for being gay, but they are still treated inequitably.
Only by using their newly won free speech can they hope to reap the same benefits as their straight colleagues.

NOW CHAZ CAN BE A MARINE
You knew the first one to get married would be a Navy guy.
At least you did if you had ever been in the Army.
Or had heard the Village People song.
At the stroke of midnight yesterday, it became OK to be queer in the military.
And across America, newscast after newscast carried the water of the gay-rights movement. We saw repeated pictures of clean-cut men kissing, and heard any number of past and present military homosexuals talking about their moral victory, and there were sound bites of various generals and secretaries testifying that this was the right thing to do.
Opposing voices were intimidated into silence, politics trumped policy, and a new day dawned.
The next step will be on-base family housing for gay couples, and chaplains performing gay weddings. Then there will be a law suit or two and a couple of congressional speeches and gay lovers will have military-dependent ID cards and will be shopping at the post exchange.
Then there will be sensitivity training seminars and Gay History Month commemorations and each of the services will compete to promote the first gay general or admiral. The American pulpit, long infiltrated by homosexuals, will produce a ready line of candidates for the chaplaincy, eager to have the big paycheck and the captive audience.
Don’t get me wrong.
I don’t have a problem with homosexuals in the military. I was in the military myself, and served with many homosexuals. Most were good soldiers, none were harassed or professionally jeopardized. Most were repeatedly protected by higher ups. Only one was inappropriate. Unfortunately, he was a drill sergeant who threw a pizza party for the drill-and-ceremony detail, complete with gay porn.
But I don’t have a problem with gays in the military.
As long as they keep their orientation to themselves. Not that they need to keep their nature secret, but that they shouldn’t wear it around like a chip on their shoulder. Human desire is universal, the specifics of human desire vary and are personal. Some guys like fat girls, some guys like girls with big boobs, and some guys like guys. Maybe common decency says nobody should be overly advertising their particular preferences.
But that’s counter to how the gay agenda advances itself. The modern gay-rights movement is antagonistic and aggressive. It insists on being the center of attention, the defining issue in all situations. It demands not parity, but priority. It is an in-your-face assault on the sensitivities and values of others. If you share their views, you are enlightened. If you don’t share their views, you are a bigot. That’s how it is in this politically correct society, and that’s how it will be in the military.
It’s not gays in the military that will cause problems, it will be the more-more-more demands of the gay-rights movement that will cause problems in the military.
Yesterday was just the beginning. The only official opinion allowed was joy and rejoicing at this advance for gay rights. The kissing pictures on the evening news proved that. All across America, families had to explain to children why two men were kissing – and that was a victory for a gay-rights movement that is fundamentally hostile to traditional family values.
Which brings us to “Dancing With The Stars.”
I don’t control the military, but I do control my TV. And this season, there will be no “Dancing With The Stars” in my home.
Why?
Don’t get me wrong. I have sympathy for her. I’ve known of her since she was a little girl singing with her mom and dad on their TV show. And I can understand why she is screwed up.
But she is screwed up.
And her fat-tattooed-bearded-man act is not entertaining.
She is not a man, she is a disfigured woman.
And she is not an appropriate example for my children. “Dancing With The Stars” may say it’s a family show, but it’s clearly not my type of family show. Or a show for my type of family.
The Hollywood types can pretend she is a he, and in their crowd that may be normal.
But it’s not.
It’s freakish.
Is that bigoted to say? Is it an unacceptable point of view?
Too bad.
Because this is a free country. Chastity Bono is free to call herself Chaz, and I am free to call her a fruit.
And I am free to watch or not watch whatever shows I choose for whatever reason I choose.
And if I choose not to watch some dancing show because it’s spotlighting a he-she, I don’t think I’m the only one.
Does that mean I hate Chastity Bono? No. Does it mean I disrespect her? No. It simply means I’m free to have a point of view, too, and I’m free to raise my children any way I choose.
And I choose not to submit them to a TV culture that actively propagandizes homosexuality.
They’ll get enough of that when they join the Navy………………………

A Gay US Military? I Think Not
Homosexuals are a natural fit for the Godless, limited-population agenda of the NWO/Fascist/Marxist globalist elites—just run down a check list. Homosexuals are generally atheists—check. They are generally childless—check. Generally self-obsessed—check. Generally sexually promiscuous—check. Generally anti-family—check. Check, check, check, check, and check. “Ya’ll fit right in. Welcome aboard.” (Given the large number of gays in the government, and various leftist NGOs , I suppose the question of who’s recruiting who comes into play). (Link)
(And please, no emails about a homosexual cousin who works at a leper colony in Rwanda, and donated a kidney to feed the starving children in Bangladesh. I’m dealing with generalities here, not exceptions).
Edmund Bergler, M.D. and William Kroger, M.D. wrote in their book “Kinsey’s Myth of Female Sexuality: The Medical Facts” that “The homosexual is inwardly sick; in a convenient process of displacement he shifts the blame for his illness on the outer world. …He is the classical injustice collector; his constant complaint is that he has been ‘unjustly treated.’” Zygmund Dobbs notes that “These attitudes make the sexual deviate a natural candidate for collectivist tyrannies.” No lie. American companies that don’t promote ‘gayness’
When it comes to automotive service in America, Pep Boys may be among the best-known brands, but the company is doing absolutely nothing to promote the homosexual agenda.

That’s the conclusion of the Human Rights Campaign which has produced its 2011 “Buying Guide for Workplace Equality.”The report lists hundreds of U.S. companies according to their support and non-support for “gay,” lesbian, bisexual and transgender causes. The scale is from zero to 100, with those closest to zero being firms that are not supportive of homosexual policies, and those nearest 100 being very “gay”-friendly.
Military recruiters told to accept gay applicants imperial courts rule Amerika
A Pentagon spokeswoman says recruiters have been told that they must accept gay applicants, following a federal court decision striking down the ban on gays serving openly in the military.Spokeswoman Cynthia Smith said Tuesday that top-level guidance has been issued to recruiting commands informing them that the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” rule has been suspended for now.
Recruiters also have been told to inform potential recruits that the moratorium could be reversed at any point.

Last night at the bar
Hmmm… Aside from the intended topics on online forums, blogs, etc. it is also interesting to hear what folks are saying these days; in bars I have just decided to keep my yap shut of late.
I just file it all away up there somewhere under the heading of…”what they’re saying these days”…around the former republic…maybe…

Homosexual Assault in the Military
EXCERPT…
Conclusion
The military already has a serious problem with sexual assault by homosexuals. If the current law against homosexuality in the military is overturned, the problem of same-sex sexual assault in the military is sure to increase. If the law is overturned and open homosexuals are welcomed into the military, the number of homosexuals in the armed forces can only increase-leading to a corresponding increase in same-sex sexual assaults.
Removal of the threat of discharge from the military for homosexual conduct will reduce deterrence, likely leading to more cases of sexual assault. If homosexuals become a protected class within the military, victims will be afraid to report incidents of homosexual assault and commanders will be afraid to punish them, lest they be accused of “discrimination” or “homophobia.”Allowing open homosexuality in the military would do nothing to enhance the readiness or effectiveness of our armed forces. On the contrary, it would clearly damage them-in part because it would increase the already serious problem of homosexual assault in the military.
