Not at all. Obama and his gaggle of leftists were actually floating the idea of nationalizing 401Ks and IRAs in 2010—and only were stopped in their tracks when they lost the House in the 2010 midterms.
Under the auspices of a “bailout” for Big Labor’s bankrupt pensions—the same Big Labor that has donated half a billion dollars to Obama’s endless campaign—Democrats were planning on confiscating Americans’ retirement accounts and funneling the money to their Big Labor backers.
The cover was the creation of what they called a Guaranteed Retirement Account—GRA—another government takeover that dwarves ObamaCare’s takeover of the healthcare industry.
Is this something a radicalized Obama administration floated, then rejected, in 2010?
Not at all. Obama’s just doing it, as always, via a Trojan Horse. Called “Automatic IRAs,” Obama’s budget proposals for 2013 include a preliminary government takeover of Americans’ retirement accounts by mandating employers contribute a certain amount to their employees’ retirement.
Of course, this employer mandate sounds oddly similar to ObamaCare’s mandate to buy health insurance, which is nothing more than a Trojan Horse for single-payer—that is, socialized healthcare.
And the “Automatic IRA” will be a Trojan Horse for nationalizing retirement accounts.

It goes on to suggest that Soros and his few remaining competitors are selling new production only to the government, while the civilian market has been relegated to a fast-disappearing stock of old ammunition.
If you’re like me, you check the ammunition shelves in every retailer you visit, and we all have felt the sinking feeling of seeing nothing but empty shelves. The trend is especially acute at the “Big Box” stores where speculators check every day to see if new shipments have arrived overnight.

Rigid screening is slowing approvals of Americans coming to Canada and someone should be demanding to know why.

Who is in charge of efforts to bring about a “New World Order?” It is not George Soros! No matter how much money and influence George has, he never could be the chief organizer. He is part of it, but much more is needed than a single individual with a plan and unlimited resources.
What is needed is an organization that reaches into every country, has the sanction and cooperation of governments, has unlimited national and international contacts, and the respect and support of millions of ordinary citizens who do not really understand what they are doing or where the organization is leading them. I submit that the chief organizing body for the New World Order is the Chamber of Commerce.
There are millions of Chamber of Commerce members in communities all over the world. They promote their own communities, welcome visitors, help promote local businesses, and sometimes perform community services. They also try to influence legislation.
In the United States the many Chambers of Commerce were mostly separate organizations until 1912. Change began in December 1911 when President Taft suggested to Congress that an association of Chambers of Commerce would be of great value in supporting American interests. [1]
Then in January 1912 Senator Knute Nelson of Minnesota spoke in the Senate saying:

Both NBP and OWS are emboldened because only days ago, their masters the Muslim Brotherhood, who kicked off the First Revolution as Arab Spring, opening the way for worldwide revolution, left the White House 1.5 billion dollars richer. The Brotherhood has gone over to the 1% side.

Billionaire investor George Soros has a new prediction for America. While it might be as dire as it gets for the financial wiz, this bet concerns more than just the value of the buck. According to Soros, there’s about to be an all-out class war.Soros, 81, previously bet against the British pound in the early 90s and made $1 billion off its collapse. In the years since, he’s remained active in investing, but also in advocacy.
He’s helped keep Wikipedia afloat thanks to impressive contributions and through donations to the Tides Center, has indirectly funded Adbusters, the Canadian anti-capitalist magazine that put Occupy Wall Street on the map. Speaking to Newsweek recently, Soros neglected to acknowledge his past successes, but instead offered a word of warning: a period of “evil” is coming to the western world.“I am not here to cheer you up.
The situation is about as serious and difficult as I’ve experienced in my career,” Soros tells Newsweek. “We are facing an extremely difficult time, comparable in many ways to the 1930s, the Great Depression. We are facing now a general retrenchment in the developed world, which threatens to put us in a decade of more stagnation, or worse.
The best-case scenario is a deflationary environment. The worst-case scenario is a collapse of the financial system.”Soros goes on to compare the current state of the western world with what the Soviet Union was facing as communism crumbled. Although he would think that history would have taught the globe a thing or two about noticing trends, Soros says that, despite past events providing a perfect example of what is to come, the end of an empire seems imminent.“The collapse of the Soviet system was a pretty extraordinary event, and we are currently experiencing something similar in the developed world, without fully realizing what’s happening,” adds Soros.Soros goes on to say that as the crisis in the Eurozone only worsens, the American financial system will continue to be hit hard. On the way to a full-blown collapse, he cautions, Americans should expect society to alter accordingly. Riots will hit the streets, says Soros, and as a result, “It will be an excuse for cracking down and using strong-arm tactics to maintain law and order, which, carried to an extreme, could bring about a repressive political system, a society where individual liberty is much more constrained, which would be a break with the tradition of the United States.”

Media Matters is a White House front group
The Obama administration attack dog Media Matters is attempting to shut down free speech by spending $100,000 dollars on radio advertisements in an effort to get Rush Limbaugh off the air in a staggering display of contempt for the first amendment.

“The ads use Limbaugh’s own words about student Sandra Fluke, who told congressional Democrats that contraception should be paid for in health plans. Limbaugh, on his radio programs, suggested Fluke wanted to be paid to have sex, which made her a “slut” and a “prostitute.” In return for the money, he said Fluke should post videos of herself having sex. Under sharp criticism, Limbaugh later apologized,” reports the Associated Press.
The ads, which will run in eight major cities, encourage listeners to call stations which carry Limbaugh’s show and complain about his remarks. Using an approach similar to that which ran Glenn Beck out of Fox News, Media Matters is clearly trying to create momentum behind booting Limbaugh off the air altogether.
This represents a revolting attack on the first amendment. Media Matters has proven once again that its sole purpose is to crush the free speech of any broadcaster who dares to challenge Obama’s big government agenda.
Should we really be surprised given the fact that Media Matters is nothing less than a propaganda front for the White House itself?
As we have documented on many occasions, in addition to new information gleaned by the recent Daily Caller investigation, Media Matters is an Obama attack dog. When you’re attacked by Media Matters, you’re being attacked by the White House itself.
The Daily Caller exposé revealed that the organization conducts “a weekly strategy call with the White House” and that an Obama administration representative meets with Media Matters reps at the Common Purpose Project meeting at the Capitol Hilton on 16th Street in Washington every Tuesday evening.

Media trailblazer Andrew Breitbart, who single-handedly declared war on the establishment left and won numerous political battles, unexpectedly died this early morning in his Los Angeles home aged 43.
Breitbart’s untimely death has shocked the media world and left some to question whether or not damning footage of Obama in his youth, which Breitbart announced he had obtained only last month, will still be released.
According to some observers, the footage threatened to sink Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign.
“I’ve got video from his college days that show you why racial division and class warfare are central to what hope and change was sold in 2008 – the videos are going to come out,” Breitbart told a crowd during a CPAC speech in February, adding that the video shows Obama meeting “a bunch of silver pony tails” like Bill and Bernardine Dohrn (Weather Underground members), who radicalized him.
Breitbart was probably best known for his role in exposing ACORN, a community-based organization with links to the Democratic Party, with the release of undercover videos showing ACORN workers advising people how to hide evidence of prostitution and commit tax evasion.

Cliff Kincaid at America’s Survival has launched a call for Fox News to bring back Glenn Beck.
This announcement comes on the heels of troubling revelations about Beck’s firing and other disturbing trends at Fox. It quickly got front-page coverage at the Huffington Post, presumably to launch a campaign of ridicule and smears before Kincaid’s idea builds momentum. No matter how much they sneer, the left is terrified of Beck.

The ‘Anti-Spooky Dude’ posse behind a new website called Sorosfiles.com, a project of America’s Survival, Inc. (ASI) has launched the ‘Bring Back Beck’ campaign: “Tell Fox News to stop selling out to Soros.”

The two-man, one-woman posse of Cliff Kincaid, Trevor Loudon and Tina Trent, is staked out on the trail to smoke out the latest swerve to the left by Fox News. This posse is no pussy. Their smoke rings already reached Glenn Beck, who thanked them and Canada Free Press (CFP) for promoting the ‘Bring Back Beck’ campaign in opening remarks on GBTV last night.
No word yet if Fox sniffed the smoke rings.
No problem to Kincaid, Loudon and Trent who know that any good posse only has to wait for the growing “Fox News Family” to come trotting down the trail.
Kincaid, Loudon and Trent are the mainstays of a public policy group dedicated to exposing the role of hedge fund billionaire George Soros in Obama’s radical Transformation of America.
Red diaper babies have been taking over the Fox News nursery since Beck was shown out of Dodge.

Morozov, whose biography confirms him as a well-connected insider, decries in a Slate piece how the Internet is a useful tool for “People who deny global warming” as well as “the anti-vaccination movement,” calling on Google to provide a “socially responsible curated treatment” that would marginalize such beliefs by amending search results.
His solution is to, “Nudge search engines to take more responsibility for their index and exercise a heavier curatorial control in presenting search results for issues like “global warming” or “vaccination.” Google already has a list of search queries that send most traffic to sites that trade in pseudoscience and conspiracy theories; why not treat them differently than normal queries? Thus, whenever users are presented with search results that are likely to send them to sites run by pseudoscientists or conspiracy theorists, Google may simply display a huge red banner asking users to exercise caution and check a previously generated list of authoritative resources before making up their minds.”
Morozov describes the potential that such a move will be judged as Google “shilling for Big Pharma or for Al Gore” as “a risk worth taking”.
Cliff Kincaid — Fox News Hires Soros-funded Activist
Sally Kohn, a former senior strategist at the Soros-funded Center for Community Change, has been hired as a Fox News Contributor. Soros is the controversial hedge fund billionaire, convicted of insider trading in France, who finances the “progressive” movement in the U.S.
It is significant that Kohn is now a regular paid commentator on Fox News, while Glenn Beck, the one-time archenemy of George Soros, was ousted from the channel last year and now hosts an Internet TV show.

Beck was discussing comments made by longtime PBS news commentator Bill Moyers who was defending leftist billionaire George Soros.
Moyers had said Soros has “been the victim, of course, of Glenn Beck and the right-wing, the Fox News assassins.”
In response to Moyers’ comment, Beck explained that his own former network tried to get him to clam up about his constant reporting on what he felt was Soros’ fiendish agenda to harm the American way of life.
“Here’s the real reason why George Soros is worried about little old me and the assassins, because I know the truth about him,” said Beck.

Scholars and historians have documented exhaustively the Left’s obsession with (1) the acquisition of power, and (2) transforming America from a free-market, Constitution-respecting, freedom-loving, God-embracing society into a Socialist-cum-Communist “share the wealth” collective that echoes the beliefs and “values” of their heroes Marx and Engels.
But it takes money to bring about the kind of poverty both Socialism and Communism deliver to their masses. The kind of money only a few at the top enjoy while they’d like the rest of us to wait on food lines and appear before death panels of impersonal state functionaries who decide if we’re worthy of antibiotics or surgery and, if not, convenient “go-to-sleep” pills.
The kind of money that “talks”—that can buy people off, finance revolutions, launder money, pay to rig voting machines, manipulate allies into positions of power (czars, anyone?), conveniently crash markets (as George Soros did in England in 1992, Asia in 1997, and, I believe, the U.S. in September 2008), make people disappear, make birth certificates and other vital records disappear and then make sure that an entire media, Congress and court system is terrified of “going there.”

Intellectually speaking, we live in fascinating, if dangerous, times. Given a larger view of history, it should be understood that nations, political systems, and currencies come and go on a fairly regular basis. Human freedom is an exception — not the norm.
There are four core components necessary for the existence of an independent, sovereign nation: A system of laws (constitutional or otherwise,) geographical borders, a sound monetary system, and a defensive function.
Presently, the United States is failing (or trending toward failure) on the first three counts. Failure on two or more will lead to a failure of the fourth (national defense.) Capitalism notwithstanding, could it be that this is what Russia, China, and the emerging Islamic Caliphate want? Or what George Soros wants?
It is for this reason that I support Ron Paul for POTUS. Yes, detractors of Paul’s foreign policy may have legitimate gripes — in particular his seeming failure to understand that radical Islamists cannot be disincentivized in the same way that Soviet Communists could.
