$16.4 trillion – that’s the latest figure for America’s massive national debt. Nearly $6 trillion of this debt was racked up in the first term of the Obama presidency – a 50 percent increase. It is horrifying to imagine what the debt will be when Obama leaves the White House in 2016, unless Congress has the willpower to stand in the way.

(Jan. 6, 2012)— At approximately 3:05 ET, Atty. Orly Taitz contacted The Post & Email following the hearing scheduled for today in Taitz v. Fuddy in the First Circuit Court in Honolulu with Judge Rhonda Nishimura. Astoundingly, although we are told that Nishimura was aware that Taitz was not available on January 26, 2012 because of a ballot challenge hearing in Atlanta, GA, she scheduled a hearing on the subpoena issued by the court in Georgia for the very same day.

Taitz said that because of the Motion for Reciprocal Subpoena Enforcement filed with the Hawaii court, Judge Nishimura was aware that Taitz could not be in both Hawaii and Georgia on that day.

Taitz is representing four presidential candidates and a registered voter in a challenge to the placement of Obama’s name on the Georgia state ballot in November, and on January 3, 2012, Judge Michael Malihi denied a motion filed by Obama’s attorney to dismiss the case in accordance with Georgia state law.

President Barack Obama served notice on Sunday that the United States was fed up with China’s trade and currency practices as he turned up the heat on America’s biggest economic rival.

“Enough’s enough,” Obama said bluntly at a closing news conference of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit where he scored a significant breakthrough in his push to create a pan-Pacific free trade zone and promote green technologies.

Using some of his toughest language yet against China, Obama, a day after face-to-face talks with President Hu Jintao, demanded that China stop “gaming” the international system and create a level playing field for U.S. and other foreign businesses.

“We’re going to continue to be firm that China operate by the same rules as everyone else,” Obama told reporters after hosting the 21-nation APEC summit in his native Honolulu. “We don’t want them taking advantage of the United States.”

Vogt and Irey both told WND they are making travel plans to join Taitz in Honolulu when she goes to the state agency at 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 8, to present the subpoena in person.

“We will plan to hold a press conference late in the day of Aug. 8,” Vogt said, “and if the document we see varies from the birth certificate documents the White House released, we plan to file criminal charges in Hawaii immediately.””

Father spoke of having Obama adopted

In the spring of 1961, President Obama’s father revealed a plan for his unborn son that might have changed the course of American political history.

The elder Barack H. Obama, a sophomore at the University of Hawaii, had come under scrutiny by federal immigration officials who were concerned that he had more than one wife. When he was questioned by the school’s foreign student adviser, the 24-year-old Obama insisted that he had divorced his wife in his native Kenya. Although his new wife, Ann Dunham, was five months pregnant with their child – who would be called Barack Obama II – Obama declared that they intended to put their child up for adoption.

“Subject got his USC wife ‘Hapai’ [Hawaiian for pregnant] and although they were married they do not live together and Miss Dunham is making arrangements with the Salvation Army to give the baby away,’’ according to a memo describing the conversation with Obama written by Lyle H. Dahling, an administrator in the Honolulu office of what was then called the US Immigration and Naturalization Service.

Obama, the Subject, and his USC, or United States citizen, wife, obviously, did not put their baby up for adoption. Whether the young couple actually considered such a step, or the elder Obama made the story up in order to appease immigration officials who at the time were considering his request for an extension of his stay in the United States, is unclear. Family members on both sides of the marriage now say they never heard any mention of adoption.

But his statement provides a unique glimpse into the relationship between the president’s parents and the fragility of his connection to the father whom he would little know.

Obama’s ‘birth hospital’ hides White House letter

Obama’s alleged birth hospital has locked in a storage vault a letter President Obama purportedly wrote to the hospital on Jan. 24, 2009, declaring it his birthplace.

For the past month, Hawaii State Senator Sam Slom, the only Republican in the Hawaiian State Senate, has been trying to get answers from Kapiolani Medical Center executives as to why the hospital has chosen to put under lock and key a letter from the White House that the hospital should have been proud to receive and display publicly.

In an email exchange with WND, Slom’s office staff confirmed that Martha Smith, the hospital’s chief operating officer, said a copy of the Obama letter is currently hung in the administrative section of the hospital, away from public view, while the original is stored for “safekeeping and preservation.”

When Slom’s office asked if the senator would be permitted to see the original letter, Smith responded in an email, “Nope sorry, we are not going to do that.”

” If the “birthers” are nuts — as Establishment pooh-bahs like George Will profess to believe — how come the so-called “certificate of live birth” released online by the Obama team in 2008 doesn’t list the name of the Honolulu hospital at which the future president is said to have been born.

My birth certificate lists the hospital. Doesn’t yours? Have you ever seen a birth certificate that doesn’t include the hospital’s name?

And when lawyers in Kenya trying to track down anyone who might have a claim on the estate of Barack Obama Sr. contacted Obama’s mother for the usual birth-certificate information about her son, how come she couldn’t provide it?

By the way, Cashill pulls this troubling, but little-noticed incident, right out of Dreams.

“No Obama birth certificate exists”

ALL Americans who support our nation’s Constitution and election laws must now ask: WHERE IS IT? As the Obama birth certificate controversy drags-on, any unbiased observer could tell you that events are strengthening the birthers’ case by the day… not the other way around.

Oczam’s razor theory dictates that if they can’t find it… there must not be one. This would also provide the most viable explanation for why Obama has spent almost $2M fighting the claims in court. And to since it’s a principle requirement for presidential eligibility… would someone please tell me WHY the burden of proof is on us?

How’d this guy even get a passport without a long-form birth certificate, anyway…

“During the course of my employment,” Adams swears in the affidavit (viewable in full as part 1 and part 2), “I became aware that many requests were being made to the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division, the Hawaii Office of Elections, and the Hawaii Department of Health from around the country to obtain a copy of then-Senator Barack Obama‘s long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate.”

As he inquired about the birth certificate, he says, his supervisors told him that the records were not on file at the Hawaii Department of Health. “Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division told me on multiple occasions that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama in the Hawaii Department of Health,” Adams’ affidavit reads, “and there was no record that any such document had ever been on file in the Hawaii Department of Health or any other branch or department of the Hawaii government.”

Tim Adams, former senior elections clerk for Honolulu In a recorded telephone interview, Adams told WND that it was common knowledge among election officials where he worked that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate could be found at the Hawaii Department of Health. “My supervisor came and told me, ‘Of course, there’s no birth certificate. What? You stupid,’” Adams said. “She usually spoke well, but in saying this she reverted to a Hawaiian dialect. I really didn’t know how to respond to that. She said it and just walked off. She was quite a powerful lady.”

Moreover, Adams was told that neither Queens Memorial Hospital nor Kapi’olani Medical Center had any records of Obama’s birth at their medical facilities: “Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division further told me on multiple occasions that Hawaii State government officials had made inquires about Sen. Obama’s birth records to officials at Queens Medical Center and Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu and that neither hospital had any record of Senator Obama having been born there, even though Governor Abercrombie is now asserting and various Hawaii government officials continue to assert Barack Obama Jr. was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center on Aug. 4, 1961.”

… Who were the doctor(s) and nurse(s) at Kapi`Olani that delivered Barack? My ex-wife worked at the hospital and I understand the records at Kapi’Olani are impeccable. Where are the foot prints? What public records exist that can even demonstrate that Mrs. Obama was even at Kapi’Olani on the day of Barack’s birth? Talk at Kapi`Olani, would have been unabashed, the city of Honolulu at the time very racist towards black people.

More and more information on the lack of evidence of Obama’s birth in Hawaii continues to drip out. The Post and Email has an extensive article with two different long comments posted at the CBS site. Well worth reading.

 

A further excerpt follows:

It’s a big leap from running into Obama’s father on campus and knowing details of this birth. Especially since Barack’s father was the first papolo “black” person in the 60 year history of UH Manoa at that time to attend grad school. Hence would have attracted lots of looks and attention on campus, none the less having a pregnant white wife. Neil Abercrombie being a lifelong self promoter and attention seeker would have naturally gravitated to Mr. Obama Sr.

This comment “I was here when he was born” is worthless as you were not present at Mr. Obama’s birth.

I doubt also that you can swear under oath that you had ever visited the house Mrs. Obama, your “buddies wife” supposedly lived in on Kalaniana`ole Hwy near Hawai`i Kai.

The two separate birth announcements appearing in the local newspapers, The Honolulu Advertiser and The Honolulu Star-Bulletin, in 1961 needing further clarification. That the two newspapers were operating out of the same building at 605 Kapi`Olani St. That more than likely, the State Dept of Health, in 1961 was not prepared to deal with a birth where validity was in question.

The list of babies being printed prior to amending with Barak’s named stricken from the list. The only public and rather flimsy record contemporaneous to the time being offered to the public.

Who were the doctor(s) and nurse(s) at Kapi`Olani that delivered Barack?

My ex-wife worked at the hospital and I understand the records at Kapi’Olani are impeccable.

In low density Hawai`ian neighborhoods, the birth of a child is as much a neighborhood event as it is family. Curiosity held by the “local” ladies would have been insatiable. All would have made or gave gifts for the new baby, if for no other reason than to see this new born, regionally unique child.

I haven’t heard a single story about how someone gave this gift or that gift to the new mom or baby. Who were his local “aunties” that cared for the newborn?

Who were these mystery people in Honolulu whose identities and kindness still have yet to be revealed and openly appreciated by Mr. Obama?

Obama’s Birth Announcements Aren’t Evidence Of Anything

Obots are always pointing to the two “birth announcements” from Honolulu newspapers (images here) as evidence of Obama’s Hawaiian birth.

As anyone who has ever had a birth, wedding, or death in the family, knows, the information in those announcements are sent to newspapers by the family, or agents of the family.  They do not originate from government agencies, hospitals, churches or synagogues, although they may originate with political campaigns.

Beyond questions about the source of the Obama birth announcements being his family, probably grandmother Madelyn, there is a question about the law to consider.  Could those microfilm/fiche copies (nobody has ever seen the original newsprint copies) from 50-year old newspapers be allowed as evidence in a court of law?

So, as a civilian, I asked an attorney (actually two), if one must posses and present the original newsprint copy of those “birth announcements” for them to be admitted into evidence.

It’s High Time to investigate Obama

It is high time that legislative bodies and prosecutorial authorities investigate the citizenship status of Barack Hussein Obama II as it relates to his eligibility to the Office of President under Article II Section 1 of the United States Constitution.

This includes the determination of his actual identity, which requires genetic analysis. I started my investigation and analysis by deeming nearly every assertion as open to question, including the claimed identity of Mr. Obama’s parents.

A certificate that a child was born to Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama in Honolulu on 4 August 1961 might be true; but, assuming it’s true, it does not necessarily follow that Mr. Obama is that child. Whether he is or not requires genetic analysis.The federal government needs to determine whether fraud was committed in the electoral process, whether the Great Pretender is eligible under Article II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, and whether he is posing as a federal officer.

Article II Section 1 also provides that the states elect the President. It states that each state shall appoint the presidential electors “in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct . . . .” Hence each state should have long ago brought its legislative and prosecutorial powers to bear to determine whether Mr. Obama was eligible to be on the ballot including proof of his identity, whether state election officials performed their duties in allowing him on the ballot without confirming his eligibility, and what should be done to prevent a recurrence of such a constitutional violation, if any.

The Dunhams were found in the Polk’s Directory as residing in Honolulu from sometime in 1960 forwardAug. 21, 2010 — In June, The Post & Email solicited funds for its Legal Defense Fund for a specific research project focusing on details and discrepancies surrounding Obama’s alleged birth in Hawaii.

Many of our readers were very generous with their donations, including one who put forth a “matching grant” challenge which was met and even surpassed. With the help of a private donor, The Post & Email was able to fund an investigative journey to Hawaii for an experienced researcher.

The results of the investigation follow in the researcher’s own words.MRS. RONDEAU: How long were you in Hawaii doing this investigation?RESEARCHER: I was in Honolulu for approximately three days. I arrived in the middle of the day on a Tuesday.

My first stop was the State Library to review the Oahu Polk’s Directories to confirm the address history of Stanley, Madelyn and Stanley Ann Dunham and some other persons of interest. I also verified that Barack Obama Sr. appeared in the Polk’s Directory. I looked for the name “Lolo Soetoro,” but I never did find a record of him in the directories I looked at. However, from the passport information that was recently released as a result of the Chris Strunk FOIA request, it appears that Lolo was in Honolulu as early as 1962.
