A controversial home-defense project will be hitting the streets of Houston soon.
The effort, called the Armed Citizen Project, seeks to give shotguns to residents of moderate and high-crime neighborhoods. University of Houston graduate student Kyle Coplen came up with the idea, and he hopes that because he’s publicizing it, criminals will be scared off from targeting the neighborhoods where shotguns have been distributed.

9/11: Civil Court Finds Against Arrested “Dancing Israelis” | Veterans Today
Remember the Israelis who were arrested by New Jersey Police on 9/11/01 as the attacks occurred? They were arrested, interrogated, held for 71 days and eventually all sent back to Israel under suspicous circumstances.
Many researchers have documented this as evidence of Israeli complicity in the attacks. But did you know that the Israelis later sued numerous government employees for civil rights violations? This is not widely known.

There is a lot of information which outlines the initial stories of the “Dancing Israelis”, including WhatReallyHappened and KillTown. The website 911Myths, while defending the establishment’s story, also has a lot of good information on the case. LibertyFight.com disagrees with 911Myths conclusions and analysis but credits them with providing links to some information that many other sites do not have.

TSA inspectors with drug-sniffing dogs patrol platforms
Footage shot at the Oceanside Transit Center in Southern California documents how the rollout of TSA workers is expanding out of the airports and into train stations and bus terminals.
TSA Expands Invasion To CA Train Stations & Bus Terminals 250712tsa
The clip shows TSA inspectors standing with police and drug-sniffing dogs. The TSA agents told the film maker that he was still allowed to take video and photos at the train station but may get “questioned” for doing so.
There were about six or seven TSA agents patrolling the station according to the uploader of the video.
City Council: American Flag is Clutter
A Texas city council has voted to ban American flags from a local cemetary. Why? Because these people want to keep the cemetary free of “clutter.” That’s right… according to these “leaders,” the American flag is “clutter” and cannot be placed beside a tombstone.
It appears common sense and respect for veterans have gone out the window.
High-mileage vehicles not allowed in US
The video explains the difference in passenger car mileage between European countries and the US. I had heard from friends that travel regularly in Europe that European cars typically get higher mileage than comparable US automobiles, but I had no idea how much or why. I figured it probably had to do with government regulations and air quality demands. It’s much worse than that.
Revolution Is Alive by Lucas Sepulveda
Anybody who thinks Republican nominee Ron Paul has lost his core support obviously wasn’t driving down Cullen St. around 6:30 p.m. Friday.

“I’m sure glad the revolution is alive and well in Houston,” Ron Paul said to thousands of supporters as cheers echoed off the walls of Hofheinz Pavilion.
Hours before Paul’s speech, a line of supporters sporting their favorite Ron Paul T-shirts and buttons snaked around the block, eagerly waiting to hear the man of the hour make his case for liberty. People of all sorts and ages were in attendance, and the mood was lively to say the least.
As you may have expected, throughout his speech Paul carried the same tune he’s been singing since the start, and it seems like nothing is ever going to change that.
His consistency is truly impressive, and as far as I’m concerned, Paul demands and deserves respect, no matter what ideology you have.
It’s a shame that he doesn’t get the proper amount of attention, because while some of his ideas may be out there, a lot of what he says makes sense.

Prison Planet.com » Big Sis Launches Undercover TSA Spies To Ride Houston Buses
A new program in Houston will place undercover TSA agents and police officers on buses whose job it will be to perform bag searches, watch for “suspicious activity” and interrogate passengers in order to ‘curb crime and terrorism’.
Democratic Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee unveiled the program, labeled Bus Safe, during a press conference on Friday. According to a Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston (METRO) press release, agencies involved in the scheme will, “ride buses, perform random bag checks, and conduct K-9 sweeps, as well as place uniformed and plainclothes officers at Transit Centers and rail platforms to detect, prevent and address latent criminal activity or behavior.”
“While local law enforcement agencies focus on overall safety measures noted above, representatives with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will also be on hand, lending their counter-terrorism expertise and support during the exercise,” states the press release.
“If you think you’re going to be a bad actor on buses, get ready. You are going to have a short-lived time frame,” Jackson Lee said during the press conference. The Congresswoman is a staunch advocate of the TSA, having recently chastised the passage of a new law that allows airports to evict TSA agents and replace them with private screeners by claiming it would lead to a new 9/11-style attack.

(Reuters) – Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords served a Thanksgiving meal on Thursday to Air Force personnel in her first constituent event since she was shot in the head in January, her office said.
Giffords dished out turkey with tongs as she stood between Brigadier General Jon Norman and her husband Mark Kelly, said Giffords’ spokesman Mark Kimble.
The event at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base was expected to draw more than 400 people, mostly U.S. Air Force personnel, retired service members and their families.
Giffords was shot on January 8 at an event for constituents at a Tucson supermarket. College dropout Jared Loughner has been charged in the shooting spree that killed six people and wounded 13, including Giffords.

CONROE, Texas — A Houston area law enforcement agency is prepared to launch an unmanned drone that could someday carry weapons, Local 2 Investigates reported Friday.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office in Conroe paid $300,000 in federal homeland security grant money and Friday it received the ShadowHawk unmanned helicopter made by Vanguard Defense Industries of Spring.
A laptop computer is used to control the 50-pound unmanned chopper, and a game-like console is used to aim and zoom a powerful camera and infrared heat-seeking device mounted on the front.
“To be in on the ground floor of this is pretty exciting for us here in Montgomery County,” Sheriff Tommy Gage said.
He said the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) could be used in hunting criminals who are running from police or assessing a scene where SWAT team officers are facing an active shooter.
Gage said it will also be deployed for criminal investigations such as drug shipments.
“We’re not going to use it to be invading somebody’s privacy. It’ll be used for situations we have with criminals,” Gage said.
It could have been used to help firefighters in the recent tri-county wildfires, he said, and it also could be handy in future scenarios like a recent search for a missing college student in The Woodlands.
Woman Sues for Torture by Rush
RUSH: The story is from the Houston Chronicle. “Talk about your Monday from hell. Not only did Bridgett Nickerson Boyd’s car break down on her way to work, but when she pulled over to the side of the freeway, a sheriff’s deputy named Mark Goad pulled behind her, wrote her a ticket for driving on the shoulder, decided to arrest her, followed her to the hospital when her suddenly racing heart prompted a call to paramedics, then took her into custody again after she was treated by doctors and finally drove her to jail.”
Wait.
“To make matters worse, Boyd claims in a lawsuit that the handcuffs were put on her wrists painfully tight and that she was forced to listen to conservative broadcaster Rush Limbaugh “make derogatory comments about black people” all the way to the jail. Boyd is African-American. Because of the incident, which occurred on Oct. 4, 2010,” and we’re just now learning of this, “Boyd filed a federal lawsuit Monday against Goad and Harris County alleging defamation, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, assault and battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.” That’s where I come in.
“‘Deputy Goad was aware that Boyd had not committed a crime and her arrest was without probable cause,’ according to the lawsuit filed in Houston. The magistrate who saw her while jailed apparently agreed and dismissed all charges. A spokesman for Sheriff Adrian Garcia declined to comment on the lawsuit.” We have an audio sound bite on this. This is a montage of Houston television stations and anchors talking about the woman suing Houston police because they forced her to listen to
me.
HURST: We haven’t heard this one before. She complains a deputy forced her to listen to Rush Limbaugh. She’s suing for mental anguish.
BALLEZA: Handcuffed, and forced to listen to Rush Limbaugh?
SACHSE: She was forced to listen to Rush Limbaugh, quote, “make derogatory remarks about black people through the deputy’s radio on the way to jail.”
CAREY: To torment her, he made her sit in the back of his patrol car listening to Rush Limbaugh.
RUSH: Now, it sounds like the way this thing got reported down there, that that was the number one offense. (laughing) Not the handcuffs. This woman doesn’t know how lucky she is. What a great opportunity she had, forced to listen. Derogatory comments about black people? We don’t make derogatory comments about black people. We make derogatory comments about liberals. According to her Facebook page, Bridgett Nickerson Boyd’s favorite TV shows are Chris Matthews and Rachel Maddow. No surprise there. (laughing) I don’t know about Jerry Springer. He’s not mentioned. Wouldn’t doubt it though. Forced to listen. Emotional distress.

Texas State Officials Groped By TSA As “Punishment”
Agents admit forceful pat-downs were conducted when officials opted out from body scanners
Prisonplanet.com
June 17, 2011
As the resurrected TSA anti-groping bill cleared the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, and gathered enough support to pass both chambers, Texas state officials have recounted disturbing stories that highlight how the TSA is using forceful pat-downs as a form of “punishment” to those who opt out of the full body scanners.
“Let me put this delicately. I was still feeling the effects of the pat-down as I sat in my seat from New Orleans to Houston, and then Houston to Austin.” Chairman of the Texas Public Utilities Commission Barry Smitherman told Fox 7 News.
Smitherman described the groping as “aggressive” and recounted an admission by a TSA supervisor that he was being “punished” for opting out.
Texas State Rep. Barbara Nash also told Fox 7 that a TSA agent “moved my legs apart and went up my legs, all the way up, and then she made me stand a different way where she could go all the way up the front., and then all the way up the back of my dress.”……………………
Big Sis Breaks Out “Heightened” Terror Alert As PATRIOT ACT Extension Heads Back To House Floor
Also noteworthy is the fact that several representatives who ran on a Tea Party platform actually voted FOR the extension to the PATRIOT Act yesterday.
Slate’s Dave Weigel notes that high profile Tea Partyers like Michele Bachmann, Kristi Noem, and Allen West all voted for the extension.
I break this out because there’ll be a temptation to say ‘the Tea Party and its isolationist elements beat the reauthorization,’ and that’s not quite it,” he writes.
In addition, Ryan Hecker, a Houston lawyer and tea-party organizer, told the Wall Street Journal he believes the act has helped curb terrorism and “the movement should remain agnostic.”

HOUSTON, 11/22/2010 — Thanks for volunteering (again) to serve your country. As you noted, Ghost Troop has been engaged in countering a sudden nuclear exercise that coincided with Obama’s 11/5 post-election India egress and Netanyahu’s 11/6 ingress. I have placed the infowar group under the control of CSM Merlin Neadow, who is Chief of Cyber Recon. It’s a specialized group for experienced GTs. To become one of those, I hope you will consider one of the regional GT Groups, which are my current focus of operations. They are headquartered in Texas and Illinois to keep watch over Chicago and Houston, which experience has shown us to be the top two terror targets. Willis Tower/Sears Tower is the most likely ground zero for Chicago, and the BP refinery in Texas City, Texas is the most likely Houston ground zero. There is also a small but cerebral D.C. group that keeps track of Capitol affairs.
Your Pacific region is headquartered in the Portland Nuclear Inquest, http://ca.groups.yahoo.com/group/Portland-Nuclear-Inquest/. The group description contains my eight reports during the city’s peril are referenced there. It was convened by my order on 7/27/2007 after:
- We evaluated the then-recently enacted Bush plan for dictatorship, NSPD-51.
- We learned that a nuclear exercise was to target Portland.
- I did an interview with Penny Dodge, Oregon Rep. Peter Defazio’s Chief of Staff.
BREAKING: Toxic Texas City Terrified by BP Refinery Evacuation ~ By Captain Eric H. May ~

The Lone Star Iconoclast
Note to my readers: The bullseye in the Texas Terror Triangle, BP’s refinery in Texas City, has just gone red. Beneath the news story I leave my incomplete nuclear national level exercise analysis for Major Bill Fox, my former executive officer. Beneath that is a special note of interest for Abu-Suleyman of Islamic Intelligence and Dr. Kevin Barrett of Truth Jihad. — Captain May
HOUSTON, 11/16/10 — Deep in the heart of Texas City, BP’s largest U.S. refinery suffered a fright last night after noxious fumes erupted from the dilapidated facility at five o’clock in the afternoon to sicken workers and neighbors.
Officials issued a nine o’clock “all clear” notice to end four hours of evacuation and shelter-in-place orders,
The still unexplained emergency, coming from the same place where a 3/23/05 explosion killed 15, is hardly a matter for comedy. The peril of America’s most dangerous petro-suburb warrants a serious headline, with a serious article beneath it. Inexplicably, though, local media are either not reporting it or are underreporting it with headlines like the CBS News story: BP chemical leak spreads stink across Texas City, http://www.khou.com/news/local/-BP-chemical-leaks-spread-stink-across-Texas-City–108280624.html. The Fox News story was simply obscene: BP Plant Cuts the Cheese in Texas City, http://www.myfoxhouston.com/dpp/news/weird/101115-bp-plant-cuts-the-cheese-in-texas-city.
This is an outrage, by any standards of journalism. When I wrote the editorials for Houston‘s NBC affiliate KPRC, Station Manager Steve Wasserman would have howled had the news director let that poor headline pass. The story is of national interest, and should entice many reporters to Texas City, like hungry sharks attacking a whale of a story.
At least a few Texas Citizens believe that their home town is already condemned for the sake of BP corporate interests. Among them was “Izzi Ixxi”, an unidentified BP insider who gave The Iconoclast advance warning of the Dow pipeline explosion during terror training exercises on 10/18/07, and of the El Dorado fertilizer company during terror exercises on 7/30/09. Ixxi is adamant in asserting that federal authorities, Homeland Security and the FBI, have played a role in several Southeast Texas petrochemical explosions, including the 3/30/04 and 7/28/05, both of which resulted in record profits for Big Oil.
Ironically, BP paid a record fine for those two unreported and underreported disasters just recently, reaching a settlement of $15 dollars with federal authorities on 10/1/10. The landmark case received little media attention. In Big Oil’s back yard, all journalists are BP journalists.
Portland media analyst Theresa Mitchell was clearly astonished while describing the 10/18/07 events, about which The Iconoclast had sent warning hours before they occurred: It pays to monitor terror exercises, http://kboo.fm/node/4236.
“The warning of a sudden terror exercise in the refinery “national sacrifice area” in Texas came last night; the suspicious blast came early this morning. It would appear that monitoring exercises like Vigilant Shield and TOPOFF is essential to our survival.”

Missouri Man Claims “Criminal Sexual Assault” At Hands Of TSA
Andy CerotaABC News 13Nov 12, 2010“I felt violated. I felt abused,” Mr Mollman said.
The 54-year-old Missouri City man had recently undergone surgery and was on pain medication. He was headed home to Houston when a TSA officer stopped him as he was going through security at the Fort Lauderdale airport.
[...]Mollman was patted down and taken to a body scanner, where he claims a TSA officer inappropriately touched him in what was now his third search.
“I was wearing shorts at the time – between the underwear, right on the skin, all the way around the back, all the way around my front, 360 degrees, touched inappropriately,” he said.Mollman, who by this point is humiliated, says he was never given a reason for the invasive searches and was sent on his way.
“This was an assault. This was no different than a sexual assault,” said KTRK Legal Analyst Joel Androphy.
Thomas Mollman says he’ll never look at flying the same way again.

Wondering about…NK…
First NK came up in an article involving the gulf oil rig last summer. Why?
Then there was a story about that oil rig and an official report having been changed…
Then, just today there is an article to do with NK and that supposed ‘missile’ sighting on the west coast,,,
But then actually we don’t really see all that much about NK in the US media do we?
But why not, since some news from international sources seems to sift through to us anyway–not that anyone cares.

Is the Obama Regime Going Into Exile?
RUSH: Melissa in Houston, it’s great to have you on Open Line Friday. Hi.CALLER: Yes. I’ve read that something like 800 people are going on this Indian trip with the president. And I was just wondering: Who are these people? Why are they all leaving the country, and what is gonna be the cost of all this, too.RUSH: Well, we know this.
We know that 40 airplanes are being utilized, including both Air Force Ones. Both Marine Ones are being disassembled and flown over there on cargo planes, as is the Obamamobile, the official presidential limousine. I think there are two or three of those. You gotta know that a lot of Secret Service are going, White House staff. I hadn’t seen the number 800.CALLER: Okay. I read that, I guess, on Politico. But you said something like 500. Well, they’re taking the whole Taj Mahal.RUSH: Yeah, 520 rooms in the Taj Mahal.CALLER: Mmm-hmm. And then there were additional hotels, I think, too.RUSH: Yeah. Basically it sounds like a government in exile. Like I said, the question to me is: Are they coming back?

Cheerleader fired for not cheering her alleged rapist
Ms Magazine and others are blasting a recent federal appeals court ruling involving that reliable Texan source of national controversy, a cheerleader.A three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously ruled last month that school officials in Silsbee 100 miles northeast of Houston did not violate a cheerleader’s constitutional rights when they kicked her off the squad for refusing to cheer for a basketball player whom she had accused of sexually assaulting her.I hate to say it, but it appears the appeals court got it right. It’s the school officials, not the judges, who should be ashamed of themselves.
A girl identified in court papers only as H.S., then 16, was at a post-football party at the home of a friend in October 2008. According to her attorney, Larry Watts of Missouri City, three boys took her into a game room and sexually assaulted her.He said other students, hearing her yell, began banging on the door, whereupon the boys fled through a bathroom window. One of the boys was football star Rakheem Bolton, a high school junior.Bolton was reportedly suspended from athletics, including the basketball team, on which he also played. But when a grand jury declined to indict him in January, Bolton was allowed to rejoin the basketball team. He was legally innocent until proven guilty and an arm of the state had determined it would not prosecute.H.S., on the advice of a Beaumont therapist helping her to deal with the trauma, went back to cheerleading and other activities.
“He told her she had done nothing wrong and she should hold her head up,” Watts said.At the last home game of the season H.S., one of a dozen cheerleaders on the squad, cheered for her team.
