This Is How We Resist *Video*
February 28th, 2013
It should be clear by now that the Federal government, through various agencies like the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security, is rapidly moving towards a legal model that aims to strip fundamental rights traditionally protected by the Constitution of the United States.
The Second Amendment is and has been under fire for quite some time, but what many Americans fail to realize is that the attack on our right to bear arms is only part of a much broader plan, one that aims to quietly kill any semblance of liberty we have left.
The Fourth Amendment, which protects an individual’s right to be secure in their own person and home is as important as the right to speak freely and defend one’s self, yet it is being eroded without respite.
At some point in the last couple of decades there was a shift in how the justice system deals with average citizens. No longer is there a presumption of innocence on the part of police or prosecutors. In the eyes of the government, we’re all guilty of something, a position that has left countless Americans imprisoned or dead for no other reason than the arresting officer or government attorney wanting to stroke their ego or increase their conviction rate.

H. L. Mencken correctly observed:
Government is actually the worst failure of civilized man. There has never been a really good one, and even those that are most tolerable are arbitrary, cruel, grasping and unintelligent.
Mencken also was prescient:
Think you own your wireless handset, inside and out? Think you can do whatever you wish with your own property? Think again. Beginning Saturday, it will become illegal to unlock a phone without the express permission of the carrier who locked it.
While the relevant portion of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act legalizes jailbreaking for three years, it also makes it illegal to unlock new, locked wireless handsets (without the permission of the previous carrier). Exemptions include “legacy phones” (“used (or perhaps unused) phones previously purchased or otherwise acquired by a consumer”).
It’s about more than guns… (“We are not witnessing incompetence, but the fulfillment of an agenda generations in the making. A century ago our Republic experienced a coup in the form of a monetary takeover through the creation of the Federal Reserve, followed by a consolidation of power through the IRS”)
By Doug Hagmann Thursday, January 10, 2013
The warning signs of a tyrannical takeover of our Constitutional Republic have been flashing red for some time now and are now reaching a fever pitch. Despite the flashing signs, the clamor of the alarms and the cries of the watchmen, most Americans of this era remain in denial or have been rendered intellectually catatonic by busily chasing immediate gratification in the form of the newest version of the iPhone, iPad, or whatever “i” device will satisfy their ADHD addled intellect.
Others have simply chosen to adhere to a normalcy bias that is continuously fed by the familiar faces and voices of political pundits who remain dedicated to the lie of the right-left, Republican-Democrat paradigm of American politics, unwilling or unable to look at the larger picture for fear of being shamed by accusations of being part of a conspiracy fringe. Instead, these pundits would rather ignore the lie and squander their ability to make a difference, to educate and inform others of the dangers of the lie they know exists.
We must realize that we are not witnessing the fundamental change of America as represented by the mindless mantra of the Obama campaign, but something much deeper, much more nefarious, and something that will not be rectified through the ballot box. As uncomfortable as it is, what we face cannot and will not wait for the next general election.
Actions have consequences, but so does inaction.
The elite’s plan for the future doesn’t include you
The global elite has reached a decision that
could spell the end of humanity as we know it in the decades to come. Having become superfluous in the eyes of those who plan to impose a technocracy over the entire planet, robots will be used to both replace and eliminate humans as the elite advances towards its much cherished technological singularity.
The rise of the robots is no longer confined to the realms of science fiction. If the predictions of those who have already proven themselves accurate in forecasting the future course of technological development are manifested, a new high-tech dark age is upon us.

Facebook really is watching your every move online.
In testing out the new AbineDNT+ tool, we noticed that Facebook has more than 200 “trackers” watching our internet activity.
The next time you get pulled over, watch for a blocky, black gadget attached to the officer’s iPhone. That’s the MORIS device, one of many mobile fingerprint and biometric scanners proliferating in police departments around the country. MORIS is designed to ascertain identity and dig up an unsavory past, but that’s not all: the device can also gather iris scans, fingerprints, and photos searchable with face recognition technology.
The waves literally unzip the helix strand. Now a team of technologists at UT Dallas are planning to take chips broadcasting THz waves and embed them into mobile phones for use as an imaging system for consumers, law enforcement and medical personnel… a potentially deadly technology that could eventually kill or sicken millions of people

WAR ON TERROR: The World’s Biggest New Business
THE WORLD TODAY IS PRIMARILY A BUSINESS COMPRISED OF A LARGE CONFEDERACY OF INTERLOCKED MAJOR INTERNATIONAL CORPORATIONS
DURING WW2 THE WORLD’S BIGGEST BUSINESS BECAME WAR
By the end of WW2, America had the largest war industry with Russia close behind. After WW2, the biggest business became the Cold War. Then it became the War on Drugs, and now it’s the WAR ON TERROR which is being turned against the American Citizens.

I agree. All people who aren’t in prison should have their rights restored.
“Sic Semper Tyrannis”, latin for “Thus Always to Tyrants,“ is the rallying cry against tyranny dating back to the Roman Empire with the utterance of this phrase by Marcus Junius Brutus upon the assassination of Julius Caesar. This simple phrase has been used by countless European nationals as a cry to arms for independence from their oppressive monarchs, as well as others down through the ages since first spoken two thousand years ago.
To give an American context to this phrase, John Wilkes Booth immortalized it as he leapt to the stage from the Presidential Box after mortally wounding Abraham Lincoln at Fords Theater 147 years ago, and it is the motto for the state of Virginia.
Throughout history, man has always sought self-determination as a God-given or natural right as they struggled against the rule of man through kings, royalty, and monarchs. This nation was founded upon the principle that man, given the ability, the will, and means to do so, could flourish under self-rule and the rule of law. Flourish, we have; the amount of economic growth and wonders this nation has seen in its short existence of only 236 years is astounding and has not been rivaled in history.
To even begin to understand what has happened to the Republic, we must look backward in time to the period following the Civil War. We must go back to the year 1871, which was the beginning of the decline of the Republic. When we examine what happened during that time in our history, we begin to piece together this troubling, perplexing puzzle that is “America” — only then should we answer as to whether we are indeed a “free” people or not.
So, let’s roll backward into the past for a moment. It is time we learned what they didn’t teach us in school. It is far more interesting than what they DID tell us. I think you’ll stay awake for this lesson.
If Barack Obama is re-elected the United States will never be the same, nor will it be able to re-capture its once lofty status as the most dominant nation in the history of mankind. The overwhelming majority of Americans do not understand that Obama’s first term was dedicated to putting in place executive power to enable him and the administration to fulfill the campaign promise of “transforming America” in his second term regardless of which political party controls Congress. That is why his re-election team is virtually ignoring the plight of incumbent or prospective Democratic Party office holders.
The most significant accomplishment of Obama’s first term was to make Congress irrelevant. Under the myopic and blindly loyal leadership of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats have succeeded in creating an imperial and, in a second term, a potential dictatorial presidency During the first two years of the Obama administration when the Democrats overwhelming controlled both Houses of Congress and the media was in an Obama worshiping stupor, a myriad of laws were passed and actions taken which transferred virtually unlimited power to the executive branch.
God bless cell phones. With them we can chat with our friends; we can watch the grossest zit since the dawn of time being popped via YouTube; and our kiddos can record their bat crap crazy teachers attempting to mitigate their First Amendment rights!
You should know, dear reader, we are not among those who despised ADM Jeremy “Mike” Boorda. In fact, we did and always will admire this fine man, who went all the way from Seaman to Chief of Naval Operations. No one has done it before, and it’s very likely no one else will accomplish such a feat in the future.
ADM Boorda deserves our respect and remembrance as a great leader who deeply cared about his sailors and country.
On this, the 16th anniversary of his mysterious death, we should mourn his loss, but also demand the Pentagon come clean on what really happened in the Washington Navy Yard on May 16, 1996
FEW BELIEVE “OFFICIAL STORY” OF HOW BOORDA DIED

India wants to set up a system whereby the United Nations would rule the Internet.
The Internet is governed by “a voluntary, multi-stakeholder group called ICANN or Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.” This group, headquartered in California, ensures that the Internet is free and mostly decentralized. ICANN has a Government Advisory Council (GAC), and invites governments across the world, including India, to participate.
But that is not good enough for India, which wants to set up a different system wherein the United Nations would rule the Internet.
The details of this effort are alarming. Be sure to click this link, read the piece, and let your congressional reps know what you think.
In neighboring Pakistan, the Ministry of Information Technology blocked access to Twitter for what it says was “blasphemous material posted by users” on the social networking site. Another official said “the ban would be lifted after ongoing discussions between the Pakistan government and Twitter about the allegedly blasphemous material are resolved,” according to a Reuters report. The ban was subsequently lifted after several hours.

A crushing situation is emerging for, not only Barack Obama, but also for the American people as a landmark statement has been made by the Obama administration that is going to turn the entire 2012 Presidential race and potentially much more on its head.
Young Americans are eschewing cars for alternative transport, leaving carmakers to wonder if this is a recession-induced trend or a permanent shift in habits.
For generations of American teenagers, the car was the paramount symbol of independence. But in the age of Facebook and iPhones, young adults are getting fewer drivers’ licences, driving less frequently and moving to cities where cars are more luxury than necessity.

RUSH: Now, if there is anybody in this audience listening that writes for an Apple or high-tech blog — or if there is anybody listening to this program that works for or at Apple, Incorporated — you have to hear what happened to me this morning. Sadly, I can’t prove it. (interruption) Well, you’ll hear why in a moment. I was so discombobulated by what happened that I didn’t save what showed up on my iPhone. Now, let me describe my setup for you. I have a car that has a Bluetooth mating system in it. So my iPhone is paired with the Bluetooth system, which means that I can use hands-free operation. Everybody does this, probably. No big deal there.
I also drive around with a Verizon LTE hotspot because Verizon’s turned on LTE here which is 20 megabytes down. So I don’t use AT&T’s 4G, I don’t use cellular when I’m driving around. I use Wi-Fi. This hotspot from Verizon converts the LTE signal to Wi-Fi and that’s how I connect the iPhone. So my system is my phone paired with the car’s Bluetooth provided by the manufacturer, and it is also connected via Wi-Fi to a Verizon LTE hotspot. Now, the way Apple iPhone dictation works is you hit the microphone button on your keyboard, and that immediately establishes an online connection with Apple servers somewhere.
The Hot Theory on How the Supreme Court Gets to a 6-3 Vote to Uphold Obamacare

RUSH: Let’s talk about the Supreme Court. I am fascinated to watch the media, folks. What is happening today at the United States Supreme Court is what has happened for 222 years. There’s nothing special about today. There’s nothing unique. The court is doing nothing today that it hasn’t done since its inception. But if you read the media you would think that the vote the court’s taking today is unprecedented. Also, various stories, media obviously begging for a leak on the vote. There hasn’t ever been one that anybody could recall. Even Roe v. Wade didn’t leak, and that decision wasn’t announced for months after it was reached.
But the media, here’s a story, this is Associated Press: “Justices Meet Friday to Vote on Health Care Case — While the rest of us have to wait until June, the justices of the Supreme Court will know the likely outcome of the historic health care case by the time they go home this weekend.” Well, of course. They’re voting on it. Is it unfair that the justices know and we don’t know? “While rest of us have to wait until June, the justices will know the likely outcome.” Well, of course, duh. They are the likely outcome.
Google has secretly been bypassing your privacy settings in Internet Explorer, Microsoft claimed Monday afternoon. The startling accusation came in a blog post Monday by Dean Hachamovitch, Microsoft’s corporate vice president for Internet Explorer.

Video has emerged of Russian pro Democracy protesters being watched by hovering surveillance drones overhead.
25,000 people gathered in Bolotnaya Square in Moscow Saturday, were stunned to witness the strange hovering object directly above them. Some climbed trees to take pictures and get a closer look at the “UFO”.
The craft is clearly some kind of small quadricopter drone similar to the one pictured below:
These drones can be controlled via a touch screen interface and the video can be transmitted in real time via wireless modem or Wi-Fi to 3 km by iPhone, iPad connected to the network, laptop or a similar device.

Larry Page is a busy man. The Google CEO wants his company moving quickly and decisively. That, in turn, means eliminating the plodding exchanges fostered by Gmail.com. Who invented that thing, anyway?
Seventy years ago Orson Welles directed Citizen Kane, which critics still praise as the most innovative film ever. Welles modeled the main character, Kane, on a famous northern California magnate who revolutionized the media of his day, William Randolph Hearst.
“Rosebud” was Kane’s dying declaration, and the narrative structure of the film emphasized the work of a reporter trying to figure out the meaning of that word and the meaning of Kane’s life. Everyone he interviewed saw Kane through the prism of his own preoccupations. The reporter ended up much like the blind man feeling different parts of the elephant and thinking he’s in the presence of a tree trunk, a snake—or something else.

In one of the GOP Presidential debates the number of prisoners who had been put to death in Texas drew applause from the audience. In a subsequent debate, the issue of the end of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” was being discussed and, during a short video of a Marine talking about being openly gay, two members of that audience booed.
None of the candidates on stage reacted to the boos which led to a week of projectile sweat outrage by Liberal commentators as to why no-one told the boo-ers to put a sock in it. Note, please that the moderator(s) didn’t ask the candidates about it after the fact.
During my tour de force performance on the Bill Maher show later that week, they showed the same clip with the two people booing and I said, “It was only two people. It wasn’t like the whole audience stood up and waved its collective fists at the screen” or, as Dr. Samuel Johnson was wont to say, “words to a like effect.”
Keith Olbermann and Bill Maher continued to claim, or at least feign, outrage at the lack of response by the candidates but the discussion moved on.
Now, to present day.
The Occupy Wall Street protesters are apparently accepting of a small, but vocal number of their team who have shouted anti-Semitic remarks.
Is it a large percentage of the protesters? Of course not. But, at his press conference yesterday President Barack Obama claimed a loose fellowship with the protesters, and, according to the LA Times, “Obama said he has monitored the movement, which has spread to dozens of cities nationwide. ‘I think it expresses the frustrations the American people feel.’”
So, if he has “monitored the movement, he must have been briefed on the (few) anti-Semitic outbursts and yet the President, like the dog in Arthur Conan Doyle‘s The Silver Blaze, did nothing.
If Liberals were outraged by the lack of response to a hateful reaction to a serving U.S. Marine by two people in a debate audience, why aren’t they equally outraged by the lack of response to a hateful reaction to Jews in general by a handful of protesters on Wall Street?
I never met Steve Jobs. I have had breakfast with Bill Gates once, and not with 1,500 other people; with three other people one of whom was Speaker Gingrich.
I have never been a “Mac Guy,” I am comfortable with, and good at, Microsoft’s DOS (in the early days), and Windows (in later iterations).
I resisted Microsoft’s move to the graphical interface of Windows (which was not pioneered by Apple – it was designed by Xerox but popularized in the machines of Steves Jobs and Wozniac) on the technologically elitist grounds that “if you can’t deal with a ‘C-prompt’ maybe you shouldn’t be using a computer.”
As I thought about this position, it occurred to me I must have sounded much like an early pilot who, having seen an altimeter in a cockpit for the first time, might have said, “Hell, son, if you don’t know how high you are without one of those things maybe you don’t belong in an airship.”
In the mid-1990s when I was working for EDS I was in a unit that used Apple Powerbooks as our travelling computers. I was sitting at DCA working on my laptop and a man came up to me and asked how I liked the Apple.
“I hate to admit it,” I said, “but I really like it.”
He said that was great because he was the regional sales manager for Apple.
I still use a PC for my heavy-duty writing, but I have fallen in love with my iPad and am trying to figure out how to buy an iPhone 4S without having to wait in a line at my AT&T store a week from today.
In 2010 Apple employed over 46,000 people in the U.S. – the large majority of them at Apple retail stores. Apple provides employment for thousands more at the plants overseas where the guts for its devices are made.
It’s a pretty good model: Invent things here. Assemble them somewhere else. Sell them all over the planet.
I’m sorry Steve Jobs is gone. We need more of him.

Jobs -who was suffering from pancreatic cancer for some time – finally lost his battle Wednesday. During Mr. Jobs’ existence – in this brief and temporal life – his career spanned more than three-decades in which he revolutionized the computer industry. Mr. Jobs transformed Silicon Valley into a technology innovational center. Also to his credit Jobs laid the ground work for the computer industry alongside others like Microsoft Corp. co-founder Bill Gates. Mr. Jobs played a huge part in transforming the way the world interacts with technology and his Apple products were the most desired by the masses.
The most productive era in Mr. Jobs’ career took place near the end of his life. It was in this period when Job’s brought forth products like the iPod, iPhone and iPad which changed the PC, electronics and digital-media industries. The manner in which Jobs marketed and sold Apple products helped turn Apple into a pop-culture phenomenon.

Lost iPhone 5: Bernal Heights Man Says Visitors Impersonating Police Searched His Home (Exclusive):
Update (3:25 p.m.): Police now say they did assist Apple security with the home search of a Bernal Heights man. Read the full story here.
A Bernal Heights man says that six officials claiming to be San Francisco Police officers questioned him and searched his family’s home in July for a lost iPhone 5 prototype they asserted had been traced to the residence using GPS technology.
The man’s statements to SF Weekly in an exclusive interview add significant new twists to the unfolding story of the unreleased iPhone 5 that was reportedly lost at a San Francisco restaurant this summer.
If accurate, his account raises the possibility that Apple security personnel attempting to recover the prototype falsely represented themselves as police officers — a criminal act punishable by up to a year in jail in the state of California — or that SFPD employees colluding with Apple failed to properly report an extensive search of a person’s home, car, and computer.
“This is something that’s going to need to be investigated now,” SFPD spokesman Lt. Troy Dangerfield said, when informed about the Bernal Heights man’s statements to SF Weekly. “If this guy is saying that the people said they were SFPD, that’s a big deal.”……………….

New Hampshire may soon criminalize the TSA’s intrusive pat-downs and naked body porno scanners as sexual assault.Debate has moved forward on HB628-FN, a bill that would make “the touching or viewing with a technological device of a person’s breasts or genitals by a government security agent without probable cause a sexual assault,” according to WMUR in Manchester.
“Let’s put their name on the sex offender registry, and maybe that will tell them New Hampshire means business,” said bill co-sponsor Rep. Andrew Manuse, R-Derry.“That is a crime in this state, and we should charge them every single time,” added bill co-sponsor Rep.
George Lambert, R-Litchfield.TSA officials did not comment on the legislation. They insist so-called airport security checkpoints are under federal jurisdiction.
“We have to understand that if things need to be changed, they have to be done at the federal level, not the state level,” said Democrat Rep. Tyner secretly recorded his TSA pat down experience on his iPhone. After the computer programmer refused to fly and obtained a ticket refund, TSA officials ordered him to return to the security inspection to complete his screening.
Tyner was later threatened with a $10,000 fine for refusing to be sexually abused by the federal government.Outraged citizens organized a national opt-out day in response to the TSA’s new grope and sexual abuse procedures…………………………….

Reporters from a CBS affiliate in Anchorage, Alaska, allegedly left a voicemail by mistake at the campaign of the state’s Republican nominee for Senate, Joe Miller, in which the journalists can be heard plotting to “find” a “child molester” among the politician’s supporters. The reporters are also overheard hoping for violence against Miller so they can “send out a tweet” and Facebook alert that “Miller got punched” at a rally he held four days ago.
The apparent accidental voicemail message was left on the cell phone of Miller’s spokesperson, Randy DeSoto. In the recording, the assignment editor for the CBS Anchorage affiliate, KTVA, Nick McDermott, along with other reporters, can be heard openly discussing concocting the two stories about Miller.DeSoto says the voicemail message was later authenticated by McDermott himself, who sent a text to the Miller spokesman stating, “D— iPhone … I left you a long message. I thought I hung up. Sorry.”"Frankly, when I first heard this I was shocked,” said DeSoto. “Though a bit garbled at times, there are disturbing comments in this conservation that never should have occurred.”According to the Miller campaign, another voice in the message was that of KTVA’s news director.

As the internet giant increases the quantity and quality of their various web-based solutions, I can’t help but gravitate to their use on a daily basis. They’re an excellent tool for web geeks like myself on so many levels—not the least of which is the fact that everything is FREE and requires only my browser to easily generate some stunningly beautiful and simple problem-solving sites.
I can route any calls through GV to whatever phone is convenient to me. I can customize contact groups and give each a different greeting or routing option. I used it yesterday to call my Dad long distance with my computer for free.A recent offering is Google Sites which I have used to build some totally kick-butt websites for various groups I help organize like church groups, boy scout troop and sports teams. Within each, I can inject various forms, graphics and other documents.
I don’t know what we’d do without our family Google Calendars for organizing everything from sports games & practices, church events, appointments, trips, birthdays, school my son’s school even provides an RSS feed that plugs right in seamlessly, and even meal-planning. This all syncs with my own computer’s calendar program, but I find myself using that one less and less.
I even subscribed to several sports teams’ RSS to alert me of upcoming televised games. And I can access, update, upload, download and modify any of this anywhere I can log on to the internet—including an iPhone if I had one.
Earlier in the week, the government made significant progress in its tireless effort to have the Ministry of Homeland Security and the Pentagon lord over the internet. From PC Mag:Government Effort to Lord Over Internet Creeps Forward onepixel Government Effort to Lord Over Internet Creeps Forward server Government Effort to Lord Over Internet Creeps Forward onepixel The Pentagon, DHS, and NSA say they want to protect the internet and power grid from terrorists and other fanciful miscreants.
The Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense signed an agreement this week under which they will work together to defend the country’s Internet backbone.“We are building a new framework between our Departments to enhance operational coordination and joint program planning,” DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano and DOD Secretary Robert Gates said in a joint statement.
Specifically, the two agencies are going to cross-pollinate a bit more when it comes to personnel. DOD will send its cyber analysts to work on DHS’s National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center NCCIC — a 24-hour incident response center that opened in October 2009. DHS, meanwhile, will send a senior staffer – as well as a support team of DHS privacy, civil liberties and legal personnel — to work at DOD’s National Security Agency. This latest effort to get the government involved in your daily internet travel and eventually snoop your every move compliments a proposed “cybersecurity” bill that would give Obama the ability to shut down the internet in response to a false flag attack on networks or some other contrived emergency.So-called “cybersecurity” is a red herring. For months now the government has performed a theatrical Chicken Little schtick claiming al-CIA-duh and other miscreants will attack and bring down the power grid in the United States. Dire scenarios of blacked out big screen televisions and dormant iPhones have circulated via the corporate media.
