As [former Federal Prosecutor] Andy McCarthy presciently observed in 2004, “Whether Alamoudi will actually serve the 23 years is questionable. His plea agreement contemplates cooperation with the government. If he provides truthful information or testimony that helps the government further investigations – particularly terrorism cases – he could become eligible for a significant reduction. We have reason to believe that there was no cooperation by Alamoudi with the Feds through the late 2000s, so the question remains as to what key information such a dedicated Islamic terrorist would possibly provide at this late date, that would force his release from prison and thus [since he remains an American citizen] place him right back on the front lines of the Muslim Brotherhood’s stealth jihad?

 

What do we have here?

 

Alamoudi undergoing an unbelievably radical change of heart? Are we going to be asked to believe that he no longer supports Hamas, or Hezbollah; that he’s turned against the Muslim Brotherhood, al-Qaeda and the myriad of groups totally committed to Islamic supremacy and the establishment of a world-wide caliphate by any means?

 

That seems doubtful, much more believably, this is pure political groveling by Team Obama. Given the administration’s now public courting of Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood what would serve that cause better than the release of one of its previous go-to guys in America?

An old adage reads, “If it quacks like a duck, then it’s probably a duck.” The push by the Obama Administration to progressively strip Americans of basic liberties in the pursuit of political objectives has now taken on more draconian overtones, and no one seems to have noticed.

While the media quibbles over Romney versus Gingrich, the Occupy movement, and other diversions, President Obama continues to undermine law and order, dismantling the US Constitution piece by piece. When public officials seek to limit freedom, it can be concluded that these officials want to rule instead of govern. Cloaking seizures of power in clever misnomers does not validate the abuse of public office. What else can we conclude when Obama claims the illegal power to assassinate citizens at his whim? If citizen assassination were the only example of executive malfeasance emanating from Washington, Americans could breathe easier, except that citizen assassination, e.g. Awlaki, has opened the floodgates for a barrage of new power seizures. The ground softened, the first brick laid, Obama can now proceed unchallenged.

As I warned repeatedly in multiple articles over the last two years, the machinery put in place to thwart Islamic terrorism could be turned against citizens for political purposes, due to the broad constructions used in terror definitions. Only no one could have imagined the speed at which these things would come to pass:

Sixty percent of people arrested for Islamic terrorist activities between January 2009 and April 2011 were American citizens, according to a new report from Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy. The study of 104 people who were arrested included U.S. and non-U.S. citizens living in America or abroad.

The report, “Analyzing the Islamic Extremist Phenomenon in the United States: A Study of Recent Activity,” was authored by Joan Neuhaus Schaan, fellow in homeland security at the Baker Institute. Jessica Phillips, an intern with the Baker Institute’s homeland security and terrorism program, provided research support for the study.

If you want to understand why the same police who have no trouble cracking heads at left wing and right wing protests—will occasionally turn into pussycats when a racial group takes to the streets, this is why. In the name of social stability laws go unenforced and two systems of justice take hold. One for groups that are notorious for perpetrating violence—and the other for everyone else. And the violence only increases.

The United States has been going through this wringer for half a century. Calls for tough on crime laws warring with social appeasement strategies. Tough on crime is the official approach after the public made it clear that politicians who took the “Blame Society” line would pay a price at the ballot box. But social appeasement hasn’t gone away, it’s just less open.

I have no doubt that he’s the shooter, given the witnesses and the fact that he was arrested at the scene. But an attack like yesterday’s took months of planning and probably quite a bit of training. Not just anyone is capable of building explosives that will remotely (or were they timed?) detonate successfully in a major downtown.

One also does not knock the ruling party from power by murdering 80 of its up-and-coming in a horrific attack. If anything, that’s a good way to keep them in power for the next 20 years. I would count on Labour to milk this for all it’s worth.

Gadhafi originally had accused al-Qaida of creating the opposition to him inside his own country.But now he says his forces appear to be pushing the opposition onto the ropes inside Libya, and he doesn’t like the United Nations adopting a no-fly zone over Libya, or the fact Susan Rice, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, hinted in a speech that other military action may be forthcoming from the West .She did not specify what that would be.

It happened in the early morning hours last Saturday. Full details are just now leaking out…Looking at all the various reports, eyewitness video, and from reading between the lines of mainstream media, it is now clear: San Diego was just the target of an Islamic extremist Terrorist attack.

Here’s how the NBC affiliate described the scene:At 1:54 a.m., an Emerald Cab driver jumped a curb and plowed through a group of people standing outside the popular Stingaree downtown nightclub… of what firefighters and police officers described as a “melee.”

“It was so scary when I realized what had actually happened,” said Guy Handy, a nearby resident.

A witness who wished not to be identified said “there were women and men just lying on the ground, just everywhere.”After the initial media flurry died down, his real name started to emerge: Osama Hassan El-Darandaly.But that wasn’t all. Many mainstream media reports described the scene as simply an accident, by a drowzy driver.

AP even reported “Cabbie out of hospital after crash that hurt 35″ implying that El-Darandaly himself was one of the ones “hurt” in the crash.

In actuality, we now know 36 San Diegans were injured, 22 of them seriously, 1 women from Encinitas critically injured. She had her leg completely torn off after El-Darandaly pinned her to the wall in his Cab…The suspect is “devoutly Muslim.

What legitimate religion would demand that its members either kill or convert people of other faiths? What legitimate religion is intent on imposing its own laws on the rest of the entire world? If Islam were just about praying to Allah and worshiping Mohammed and nothing more, we would not be having a problem with Islamism and Islamic terrorists. Islam has a global mission to take over and run the world according to Islamic Shariah law. How can we call that a religion?

What legitimate religion in this country comes with its own civil laws that take precedence over national, state, and local laws? No, Islam is not a religion. It is a governing doctrine that not only dictates religious beliefs, but also social behavior that includes laws, penalties and punishments, not by God, but by people if the laws are not obeyed. Islam is a form of government, not a religion. It does not belong here. We already have government under our Constitution sort of.As Muslims build their mega-Mosques in our nation – financed by Saudi Arabia – they laugh at the stupid Americans who are selling out their fellow citizens by allowing Islam to take over our country a little bit at a time. It is the same method used over decades by the Marxist Progressives who now have control of our government – take away our liberties one little piece at a time until full control and submission is achieved.

How many more extremists hearing Imam Rauf in the Middle East strap themselves to suicide bombs? How many acts of terrorism will Imam’s words launch against the innocent?Meanwhile, we’re two weeks from the 9th commemoration of 9/11 when Obama and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg will, by their hypocritical official physical presence, mock the memory of the almost 3,000 souls who died on Sept. 11, 2001.
