Battlefield Earth… (Before It’s News) | Alternative…
So American’s should be increasingly worried that such incidents, manufactured or not, are getting more frequent and closer to home, because if the way Boston was handled is the blueprint for the introduction of a more permanent state of martial law to go along with our apparent state(s) of perpetual financial repression and bureaucracy emboldening, the evidence is clear – we are all in a great deal of trouble.
Just wait for the banks and financial institutions to start failing to see your life savings confiscated by a bunch of corrupt bureaucrats to keep their pensions coming in. Then, like depicted in Animal Farm, it will be too late, because the pigs will unleash their dogs on you if trouble erupts. That’s what the ‘big show’ in Boston was all about; showing you who is boss. So again, one does wonder how a couple of deeply misguided boys were able to both concoct and execute such an elaborate plan with all those special opps types present supposedly watching for just that kind of thing. It makes you wonder.

BATTLEFIELD USA: De Facto State of Martial Law Has Been Declared in Boston by Mac Slavo… “This is what America looks like under martial law:”
As news of last night’s incident in Watertown, Massachusetts spread, police from all over the North East converged, once again, on Boston. Along with them were elements of the National Guard and U.S. military.
Though an official announcement has not been made, and likely will not be made, the entire Boston metropolitan area is now in complete lock-down in what can only be described as a de facto state of martial law.

FULL TITLE: Who is this person? Individual seen walking on roof directly overhead as bomb goes off at Boston Marathon
A picture posted on Twitter shows an individual walking on the roof directly overlooking one of the blasts at the Boston Marathon.
The picture of the mystery person was posted shortly after the terror attack and raises the eerily possibility that one of the perpetrators watched as the carnage was unleashed.

Massachusetts police pepper sprayed and arrested a man for video recording them after they ordered him to walk away. Then they spent the next several minutes handcuffing and stuffing him inside a police car while a woman who repeatedly identified herself as an attorney recorded it all.The incident took place in a bar district in Northampton.
And the video was uploaded today. Other than that, there is not much information available other than the following brief description:Northampton, MA police arrest an innocent black man outside of Tully O’Reilly’s for no reason.
All he did was take out his phone to start recording the police. He did not fight back, did not resist, but was pepper-sprayed and slammed onto the ground and arrested. The video starts off with some type of police action across the street.

Massachusetts Democratic State Representative John Fresolo complained that “people are misinterpreting the rationale behind what I did.” What he did was send a digital photo of his penis to a computer at the State House. A legislative aide who saw the photo lodged a complaint with the Ethics Committee.
Fresolo maintained that he was “pilot-testing a new element for sexual offender databases.
Right now, all we have on sex offenders is facial photographs. In cases where a rapist wears a mask the victim may not be able to identify her assailant. By providing another data point we could close more cases.”
Palin: Tea partiers have ‘no choice’ but Romney
After a long and sharply contested GOP primary battle, many Republicans, conservatives and tea-party types have been left questioning whether they can, in good conscience, vote for Mitt Romney
in November.
Obama already gutting Medicare–the Ryan plan will bring it back
By Sher Zieve
The Obama syndicate’s (aka the Obama regime) campaign lies have hit new and previously unprecedented heights…or lows as it were. Delving into uncharted dark and murky waters,
one of Obama’s first reelection campaign lies came about in an Obama-Ad that claimed Mitt Romney, while at Bain Capital, was a “corporate raider” and while governor of Massachusetts sent American jobs overseas to India. Both of these claims are false, as reported by the liberal Washington Post who advised in its article “4 Pinocchios for Obama’s newest anti-Romney ad”:
“The claim that Romney outsourced jobs as governor is equally overblown. This concerns Romney’s veto of a bill that would have prohibited Massachusetts from contracting with companies that outsourced the state’s work to other countries. Lawmakers were especially concerned about a $160,000-a-month contract with Citigroup to operate a system of electronic food-stamp cards that included a customer phone service center in India.
Ron Paul Rocks, Hits Back, Stands Up, Delivers and Gets a Seat at the Convention Table
Ron Paul cooperates with no one, checks his voice for no one and doesn’t much like the GOP establishment types. This would include the GOP’s likely nominee, Mitt Romney, template maker in Massachusetts for all things nefarious accomplished by Barack Hussein Obama but brought to a national audience.

Why All My Ex’s Live In Texas (Why all of America is moving to the Lone Star State)
Not only do my ex’s live in Texas, but your ex’s, and pretty much everyone else’s ex’s as well. All of America is moving to Texas. Especially the ex-residents of high tax states like California and New York. And, I’ll bet many of the ex-residents of Big Brother tax and spend Massachusetts, Illinois and Michigan are there too.

The fact is Texas led the nation in net population growth for the past decade, while New York and California led the nation in net population loss. Interestingly, the most new Texans (over 550,000) came from one state- California. They brought with them a remarkable $14.3 billion in income, but even that paled to the almost $1 trillion in assets and income that re-located New Yorkers brought to the Lone Star State.
Prison Planet.com » Paul supporters booted in Massachusetts
Back in April, activists aligned with Ron Paul seized control of Massachusetts’s 2012 caucuses and elected many of their own to serve as delegates to the Tampa convention this summer. In the process, they defeated a number of prominent Massachusetts Republicans, including former Lt. Gov. Kerry Healey and 2010 gubernatorial candidate Charlie Baker.

Well, now the Boston Globe reports the revolution is over:
[Evan] Kenney was one of 17 delegates and alternates disqualified by a Republican committee deciding who gets to represent Massachusetts Republicans at the national convention in Tampa. Kenney and others had failed to deliver in time an affidavit swearing, under the penalty of perjury, that they would support Mitt Romney’s nomination for president.
An affidavit is never mentioned in the Republican Party’s rules for selecting delegates and has never been required of delegates in the past, GOP critics say. Suspicions are steep this year because Kenney and the others are supporters of Ron Paul, the libertarian candidate whose quixotic campaign for president culminated in an effort to take over state caucuses nationwide.
Tracing the roots of “progressive education” back to European ideals of totalitarianism
One of the most dangerous aspects of progressivism is the stranglehold they have upon the educational system. None of the ideas they have are new, some may be modern spins on old ideals, but these ultimately go back a long, long way.
John Dewey is very well known as the father of modern education, but Dewey himself cites Mann as the “patron saint of progressive education”. This makes Mann an important figure to be readily knowledgable about, as well as the roots of his beliefs.
ObamaCare: Engineered to Destroy and Fail
A very sobering video report from the Wall Street Journal on how ObamaCare is already forcing colleges to drop student health plans. The bureaucratic nonsense of ObamaCare is forcing radical cost increases (imagine that!) and colleges are dropping their student health care plans.
Dr. Patrick Johnston — Anybody but Romney
Bush’s liberal policies while governor of Texas dwarfed compared to his exploits as president.
Why couldn’t Clinton do these things? Because of a Republican Congress. How could Bush do these things? Because of a Republican Congress! The Republicans resisted Clinton’s leftist agenda, but stood faithfully by their man G. W. Bush when he outdid the socialist programs of Marxist Bill Clinton.
Fast-forward to 2012.
“Anybody but Obama” is now the motto of all the conservatives who are lining up to hold their noses and endorse Mitt Romney.
• Even though Romney single-handedly, illegally, and unconstitutionally put Massachusetts on the map as the first state to hand out marriage licenses to same-sex couples.
• Even though he passed Romneycare which included $50 co-pay, taxpayer-funded abortions – all of this supposedly three years after his “pro-life conversion.”
• Even though under Romney’s leadership, employment in Massachusetts was the worst in the nation and the size of the state government grew to astronomical proportions.
If you judge a candidate by what he does and not what he says on the campaign trail, who would be the face of legalized gay marriage, tax-payer funded child-killing, and BIG government?
The Coming Food Police…
The Massachusetts legislature and its Department of Public Health recently set off a national furor over a proposed statewide ban on bake sales at school events under the guise of fighting obesity.
The national exposure forced Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick to lift the proposed ban from the regulations. “Nobody’s interested in banning bake sales,” Patrick told the Boston Herald May 10, backtracking. “We are interested in student nutrition and good choices.” The state house had just overwhelmingly voted to amend the healthcare law they had passed a year earlier.
Why the Health Nazis are on the March
They say “Jolly is the fat man,” but perhaps not when he’s being chased (and, I’m sure, caught) like a Frankenstein monster by the Body Cult crazies. And that is the case today, as it has become fashionable to affront the friendly-fronted.
It seems most anything goes now: bloated houses, bloated egos, bloated libidos, bloated bureaucracies, bloated government—except bloated bellies. And a perusal of the news makes this clear, with a never-ending stream of stories about obesity this and obesity that. For example, headlining Drudge the other day was a piece about how fathead officials in Massachusetts propose to ban school bake sales—even before and after school hours—to combat obesity.

Ron Paul Wins Louisiana and Massachusetts Caucuses by Thomas Eddlem
Texas Congressman and Obstetrician Ron Paul “dominated” the Louisiana presidential caucuses April 28, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune. Paul supporters also out-organized the presumed GOP presidential nominee in caucuses in former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney’s home state of Massachusetts, and Paul supporters took over the Alaska Republican Party the same day.

Ron Paul dealt a quiet, but embarrassing, blow to Republican rival Mitt Romney this weekend, scoring an impressive delegate victory on the presumptive nominee’s home turf.

The Boston Globe reports today that Paul supporters filled more than half of the delegate slots at this weekend’s Massachusetts Republican district caucuses, edging out at least 16 Romney delegates for a spot at the Republican National Convention.
Paul’s wins aren’t likely to effect on Romney’s all-but-certain coronation as the Republican nominee. Romney won the Massachusetts Republican primary with 72% of the vote, so 38 of the state’s 41 RNC delegates are legally bound to vote for their former governor on the first ballot at the convention.
Any true Americans left among us? (“…This means that voters will have no choice in November if they wish to reject socialism and restore justly limited Constitutional government…”)
[It's now clear that, as expected, in November's Presidential election the elite faction's sham party system will offer American voters the choice between a Democrat lying order to force anti-American socialism on the nation and a Republican lying in order to hide the role he proudly played in imposing anti-American socialism in Massachusetts.
This means that voters will have no choice in November if they wish to reject socialism and restore justly limited Constitutional government, framed in light of the God acknowledging principles of the Declaration of Independence.
This week I will be sharing some ideas about the election strategy the Constitution allows for people truly determined to defeat the elite faction’s destruction of America’s liberty.
The Myth of the Morally Superior Yankee by Thomas J. DiLorenzo
Being born and raised in Pennsylvania, I am a northerner but not a Yankee. The same is true of my friend Lew Rockwell, a native of Massachusetts who would qualify for membership in Sons of Union Veterans. The word “Yankee” gained popularity in the early to mid nineteenth century to describe a particular brand of New Englander: arrogant, hypocritical, unfriendly, condescending, intolerant, extremely self-righteous, and believing that he and his were God’s chosen people.
Yankees have never shied away from using the coercive powers of the state to compel others to be remade in their image. That’s why compulsory government schooling originated in New England, as did prohibitionism. It’s also why Stalinism took hold in the North (especially in New York City) in the twentieth century, as did its offshoot, neoconservativism, in more recent times. Indeed, many of the more notorious neoconservatives openly admit that they were Stalinists in their youth and have never fully abandoned those beliefs.
Prison Planet.com » 19 Signs That America Has Become A Crazy Control Freak Nation Where Almost Everything Is Illegal
Do you think that you are free? Most Americans would still probably answer “yes” to that question, but is that really the case? In the film Edge of Darkness, Mel Gibson stated that “everything is illegal in Massachusetts”.
Well, the same could pretty much be said for the United States as a whole. Our lives are governed by millions of laws, rules and regulations and more are being piled on all the time. In fact,40,000 new laws just went into effect in January. Every single new law restricts your freedom just a little bit more. The truth is that America has become a crazy control freak nation where virtually everything that we do is highly regulated. You have probably broken multiple laws today that you don’t even know exist. We have all become criminals and lawbreakers because almost everything is illegal at this point.
Our politicians are convinced that they are “making life better” by piling gigantic mountains of laws on to our backs, and law enforcement authorities are convinced that they are helping society by “cracking down on crime”, but the reality is that our liberties and our freedoms are being strangled by all of this government oppression. This is not the way that America is supposed to work.
Yes, every society needs laws. But the laws should be short enough and simple enough that everybody can read them and understand them.
In America today, there is no possible way that any of us could ever read all of the laws that apply to us. Most of us just live our daily lives and try to do the “right” thing. But there is no guarantee that men with guns will not show up at your door one evening because of some obscure regulation that you have broken.
The following are 19 signs that America has become a crazy control freak nation where almost everything is illegal….
#1 One California town is actually considering making it illegal to smoke in your own backyard.
#2 In Louisiana, a church was recently ordered to stop giving out water because it did not have a permit to do so.
#3 In the United States it is illegal to operate a train that does not have an “F” painted on the front. Apparently without that “F” we all might not know where the front of the train is.
A d v e r t i s e m e n t
#4 In many U.S. states is it now illegal to collect rain that falls from the sky on to your own property.
#5 In America today it is illegal to milk your cow and sell the milk to your neighbor. If you do this, there is a good chance that federal agents will raid your home at the crack of dawn.
#6 In Washington D.C. it is illegal not to recycle cat litter.
#7 It is illegal to give a tour of the monuments in Washington D.C. without a license.
#8 In the United States it is illegal to sell natural cures for cancer – even if they work.
What are they hiding? That came a week after Paul’s third-place finish in the Iowa caucuses.Paul has done better than any Republican presidential contender not named Romney, and his success is part of the buzz at the Republican National Committee’s winter meeting in New Orleans, which runs through Saturday. Some are surprised by his showing. Some are happy about his success. N.H. results: Romney, Paul, Huntsman

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney won the New Hampshire primary Tuesday night, adding to a first-place finish in last week’s Iowa caucuses and establishing himself as the man to beat for the Republican presidential nomination.
Texas Rep. Ron Paul led former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman for second place, with Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum trailing.
Prison Planet.com » What’s Really Going On In IA, NH and SC?
Despite what you see about who “won” Iowa and who “won” New Hampshire and who “won” South Carolina, that’s not the main function of these very early contests. What they are really about is culling down the field, promptly, and this is not really based on who wins.
New Hampshire, and to a lesser extent Iowa and South Carolina, play a disproportionate role in removing your choice of candidates in the primary. While you watch the horse race in these three states, understand that if you live in any other state, you are going to have fewer candidate choices, or no chance to vote on the candidate of your choice at all.
IT’S ABOUT EXPECTATIONS, NOT WINNING
If a candidate “exceeds expectations” built by TV punditry and whichever poll is being quoted at the time, three things happen:
The Case for Austerity by Andrew P. Napolitano
Unlike an individual or a well-run corporation, government is not motivated by how efficient it can be, but rather by how lucrative it can be for those associated with it, and how those who run the government can stay in power.
Someone who was philosophically opposed to government domination of the housing market wouldn’t perpetuate it by taking one red penny of taxpayer money from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, like the former Speaker did, whether he calls himself a historian or a lobbyist. Someone philosophically opposed to government domination of the health care market would never offer up government as the solution to the problem of the uninsured, like the former governor of Massachusetts did, since the problem of the uninsured was created by government’s involvement in the health care market in the first place.
The federal government does not need an efficient manager. That’s a pipe dream based on the noble but flawed premise that government can be made to operate as a business. It cannot. Business is subject to the forces of free choice, supply and demand, and competition. Can you imagine government subjecting itself to the forces of competition? Can you imagine government permitting us to ignore it?
The government’s biggest sacred cow is the Pentagon. The mere thought of reductions in the growth of defense spending has the Washington careerists screaming bloody murder. Yet military expert after military expert, not connected to the Pentagon and not employed in the defense industry, has told us that austerity will force the government to do what Congress lacks the political courage to do. Stated differently, we will keep spending on bases we don’t need, on planes that sit unused in hangars and on military hardware stored all over the world, and not for any national security interest, but simply because a congressman earmarked it – unless we get serious about our future.
A dollar of military spending is not a dollar of military strength, but it is a dollar into the coffers of those who contribute to congressional campaigns. Which is the greater threat to our national security, an impoverished gaggle of Third World revolutionaries 10,000 miles away, or our national debt? The answer is obvious…..
