Amazon.com: Liberalism Is a Mental Disorder: Savage Solutions (9781595550439): Michael Savage: Books
Love him or hate him, Dr. Savage is certainly an interesting and compelling writer. He’s back once again touting his “borders, language and culture” mantra from the previous books. This is supposedly the final of this series.
The new spin this time takes his assault on liberalism to its ultimate and logical conclusion, asserting that extreme liberalism is in fact a mental disease–one in which logic no longer prevails yet emotion runs rampant.
The useful morons, as he calls them, flock like lemmings behind ideas that simply cannot work. He goes on to prove his points by citing hundreds of specific examples based upon remarkably well-founded research (the guy is an actual scientist after all).
It’s nice to see a little substance behind the political commentary.
He doesn’t just slam the left, as you might expect from the title, however. His vitriol takes a stab at the current administration’s handling of homeland security in general and our country’s borders in particular.
Savage’s fiery witticisms such as “more Pattons (i.e., the general) and less patent leather,” “one dirty bomb ruining your whole day,” and “oil for illegals” aren’t really as funny as he thinks they are and frankly got pretty annoying after a while. Regardless, the underlying message is pretty well-written, consistent, and insightful.
Savage behavior By Doug Hagmann… (“They are not JUST coming for your guns”)
By Doug Hagmann Friday, December 28, 2012
Gun and ammunition sales have been rising over the last few years, as have the number of concealed weapon permits being issued across the country. Please note I am not referring to the recent panic buying spree of semi-automatic weapons since the Sandy Hook school shooting. What is the real reason behind the rise of weapon sales and increase in concealed carry permits? Who might be to blame, or if you are a manufacturer or gun store owner, who could be thanked? What if I told you it is national talk show host Michael Savage? Don’t believe me? Read on.
Reason for owning an “assault weapon”
Contrary to the recent claims by Progressives, err, Socialists is that men who own such big and scary guns is to compensate for physical deficiencies below the waist, owning a semi-automatic weapon is due to the realization that the government will not be able to protect you when needed, or will simply not protect you at all. While everyone points to major visible natural disasters and man-made crises from hurricanes to riots, there is a much more subtle and arguably, much more serious threat that everyone seems to be missing. It is no better illustrated by the situation of well-known talk show host Michael Savage.

I think you might be on to something.

…..Additionally, Bill O’Reilly on his 7/23 show reported the attorney for the Holmes family in San Diego commented the mother said, “You have the right person, I’m his mother.” Did the call come in the middle of the night? Did the mother fear something happened to her son? The media again conveniently left off the “I am his mother,” which suggested the mother may have been fearful something of this nature would happen.

While the federal government is arming itself to the teeth against conservatives
The recent deluge of attacks against the second amendment were completely predictable in the aftermath of the Colorado massacre,
but what perhaps wasn’t so expected was the fact that a lot of them have come from so-called Republicans.
Although normally aligned with the right to keep and bear arms, over the last week numerous self-proclaimed conservatives have proven themselves to be wolves in sheep’s clothing.
The most recent rhetorical assault on gun rights came yesterday courtesy of Reagan appointee and so-called intellectual anchor of the Supreme Court’s conservative wing, Justice Antonin Scalia.
Divergent Paths—The Vision of Our Founders vs. the Plan of Marx
By Dr. Ileana Johnson Paugh Thursday, January 26, 2012
Marx believed that the bourgeoisie exploited the proletariat by keeping them in chains. He urged, “Workers of the world, unite! You have nothing to lose but your chains.” Classical socialists believed that socialism was an imperfect stage before communism, where the means of production were owned by the state and workers were paid hourly for their work.
Margaret Thatcher had once said, “The problem with socialism is that, at some point, you run out of other people’s money.” She was referring to the deliberate attempt by a centralized socialist government to confiscate by various means and redistribute wealth they viewed as unfairly earned at the expense of the masses.
Communism abolished classes and the workers were paid for their needs not for the work they performed—“from each according to his ability, to each according to his need.” This brings to mind the motto Romanian workers adopted under communism in order to survive: “They pretend to pay us and we pretend to work.”
There is no such thing as “equal” or “shared” (”communis” means “shared” in Latin) in communism. There is equal misery, equal suffering, equal mistreatment, and equal poverty. We shared constant shortages of food, rationing of necessities, water, energy, and heat.
Is ‘fix’ in to sink ratings for Rush, Savage, other conservatives?
At the beginning of this year, a rash of stories popped up in liberal media, promising that the death of conservative talk radio was imminent – and this time, the critics of hosts like Rush Limbaugh and Michael Savage insisted, they had the hard numbers to prove it.
The critics had latched onto a story that appeared in Crain’s New York Business (a subscription-only newsletter), which announced: “A new Arbitron report shows Rush Limbaugh’s ratings down 33 percent from a year ago and Sean Hannity down 28 percent over the same time period.”
“Is right-wing talk dying?” John Avlon asked hopefully at The Daily Beast.
“Are we sick of Rush Limbaugh yet”? Alex Pareene asked at Salon.com, adding gleefully, “We might be!”
Find out amazing, behind-the-scenes information that the doctor of democracy never talks about on the air in “Rush Limbaugh: An Army of One,” direct from WND!
But how exactly did Rush Limbaugh lose one-third of his audience over 12 months?
According to Pareene and others, the answer was a 2008 change in how ratings-tracker Arbitron determines listenership, away from the survey system to the Portable People Meter.
The survey system worked like this: At the end of each day, a small number of designated “diarists” wrote down which shows they’d listened to. Listeners sent those diaries to Arbitron, where numbers were crunched and ratings revealed.
A few years ago, Arbitron began phasing out diaries and brought in the Portable People Meters, or PPMs. These pager-sized devices automatically record whatever their wearers hear as they go about their day. No need to rely upon fallible human memories, or worry about diarists “fudging” their feedback or forgetting to send it in.
The PPM sounded like the accurate, scientific ratings system sponsors and programmers always hoped would be invented.
Until the first batch of ratings came in, showing conservative talk going strong and certain, urban and minority programs far lower than ever calculated before.
Faced with the new numbers, community leaders suddenly turned on the PPMs, blasting the new system as “racist.”
Or at least they were, until Arbitron was pressured by powerful political forces to “fix” its new ratings system.

A Trump Donald /Marco Rubio ticket in 2012?

Will Obama Force America To “Absorb A Terror Attack” To Save His Presidency?
Ominous words suggest desperate administration could turn to false flag in bid to crush resistance against big government undefined
Paul Joseph Watson & Alex JonesPrison Planet.comWednesday, September 22, 2010
President Obama’s ominous claim that America can “absorb” a terror attack will have many fearing that staging some kind of false flag event will be the only way the government can overturn the massive resistance to big government that has grown exponentially since Obama took office.
During an interview with journalist Bob Woodward, the president said, “We can absorb a terrorist attack. We’ll do everything we can to prevent it, but even a 9/11, even the biggest attack ever . . . we absorbed it and we are stronger.”
However, the only thing that was made stronger by 9/11 was the federal government’s power to harass, shake down and spy on the American people, as was exemplified yet again recently when Pennsylvania’s Office of Homeland Security was caught conducting surveillance on peaceful protest groups with the aid of an Israeli security company who listed Second Amendment groups amongst others as terrorists.
Given how both Bush and Clinton before him exploited terror attacks on U.S. soil to boost their flagging political agendas, we should be wary of Obama and his masters making good use of their own “October surprise” to counter record low approval figures for Congress on the eve of the midterm elections.
Talk show hosts such as Michael Savage have long been warning of a “Reichstag fire-like event” would be concocted to reinvigorate support behind Obama and given that his advisors include such ruthless individuals as Rahm Emanuel, the knife wielding son of a former Israeli terrorist who was involved in bombing hotels, marketplaces as well as massacres, we would be naive to put anything past these people.
Indeed, it was only two months ago that former Clinton advisor Robert Shapiro wrote in the Financial Times that the only thing that could save Obama’s tenuous grip on power was a terror attack on the scale of Oklahoma City or 9/11.
