Al Qaeda‘s English language magazine Inspire, in its latest edition, has expressed the jihad terror organization’s outrage over the “Innocence of Muslims” video trailer, an amateurish production which merely depicted some of the less salutary aspects of the Muslim prophet Muhammad’s biography, based upon the sacralized Islamic sources.

For once, I am inclined to believe Hillary Clinton. The U.S. Secretary of State, suffering from a sick stomach, has reportedly fainted and bumped her head. As a result, her spokespeople have already announced that she will be unable to testify at the Benghazi hearings, although she was not due to appear until December 20, many days after the vaguely reported fainting spell.

 

Already, the internet is resounding with a chorus of “How convenient!” (See here and here, for example.) Many, upon hearing this news, are assuming that Clinton, who has been hedging for a month on whether to appear at the congressional hearings, has concocted yet another excuse to avoid facing the music on a scandal which, if pursued with integrity, would likely end her political career, to put it mildly.

I, on the contrary, would like to give Secretary Clinton the benefit of the doubt on this one. Though I have never participated in a cover-up involving the brutal murder and defilement of people under my direct employ, I can only imagine that if I had, and if I were being called on the carpet to answer questions about my role in events surrounding a seven-hour terrorist assault on my representatives in Libya, and the subsequent disinformation campaign being managed, in part, out of my office, I would be feeling sick to my stomach, too. I imagine I might even faint, as the day of reckoning approached.

Cindy Lee Garcia of Bakersfield, California, who appears briefly in clips of the film posted online, said she answered a casting call last year to appear in a movie titled “Desert Warrior.” “It looks so unreal to me, it’s like nothing that we even filmed was there. There was all this weird stuff there,” Garcia told Reuters in a phone interview.

 

Clips of the movie, posted on YouTube under several titles including “Innocence of Muslims,” portrayed the Muslim prophet engaged in crude and offensive behavior. Many Muslims consider any depiction of the prophet as blasphemous.

The Nation of Islam, one of the country’s oldest hate groups, has an ugly fratricidal history. Along with its violent attacks on those outside its circle of race and religion, fueled by a belief that white people are subhumans created by a black mad scientist, it has carried on an equally violent campaign against its own. The list of Nation of Islam dissidents murdered or assaulted by their own people stretches back nearly eighty years. Despite the call to racial solidarity, there is little unity even within the ranks of the Nation of Islam, whose management often resembles that of a gang, rather than a religious group.

Did the Prophet Muhammad really exist? This question, which may seem bizarre on the surface, is at the root of a new book by Robert Spencer, a prominent author and the director of Jihad Watch. Spencer, a figure who is praised by his fans and loathed by his detractors, has written numerous books on Islam.

Earlier this week, The Blaze spoke with the expert about his controversial, new book, “Did Muhammad Exist?” As can be derived from the title, the text delves into some uncomfortable subject matter, as Spencer examines the historical documentation surrounding the Muslim prophet.

The book’s official description perfectly encapsulates its central tenets:

Did Muhammad exist?

It is a question that few have thought—or dared—to ask. Virtually everyone, Muslim and non-Muslim alike, takes for granted that the prophet of Islam lived and led in seventh-century Arabia. But this widely accepted story begins to crumble on close examination, as Robert Spencer shows in his eye-opening new book.

In his blockbuster bestseller The Truth about Muhammad, Spencer revealed the shocking contents of the earliest Islamic biographical material about the prophet of Islam.

Now, in Did Muhammad Exist?, he uncovers that material’s surprisingly shaky historical foundations. Jesus – not a commie, not a Muslim

Some today, like the man in the White House, suggest Jesus was an old-fashioned “progressive” – someone who wanted to spread the wealth around. Some Communists, the world’s worst butchers, even claim Him as one of their own. Muslims, who call Him Issa, claim Him as a prophet second in status only to Muhammad.

But Jesus is not a progressive or a Communist. Nor is He a Muslim. I dare say He is not even a Christian.

The word “Christ” is the Greek word for Messiah, the Anglicized term for the Hebrew “Mashiach.” No one even called Him “Jesus” throughout His entire life, because it wasn’t His name. His name was and is still Yeshua. That’s because He came first for the Jews and later offered the message of “salvation” (the precise translation of the word Yeshua in Hebrew) to the non-Jews.

Furthermore, Yeshua did not come to start a new religion.

His true followers understand that He is more than their Savior, their Lord, their King. He is the only eternal Son of God – the One who walked with Adam and Eve in the Garden, visited the prophets, appeared to Joshua, wrestled with Jacob and wrote the Ten Commandments in stone tablets with His own finger.

If you believe God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow, you cannot believe that Yeshua came to start a new religion called Christianity.

SANFORD — Members of the New Black Panther Party are offering a $10,000 reward for the “capture” of George Zimmerman, the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who shot Trayvon Martin.

New Black Panther leader Mikhail Muhammad announced the reward during a protest in Sanford Saturday. And when asked whether he was inciting violence, Muhammad replied defiantly: “An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.”

The bounty announcement came moments after members of the group called for the mobilization of 10,000 black men to capture Zimmerman, who shot Trayvon in a gated Sanford community on Feb. 26.

Muhammad said members of his group would search for Zimmerman themselves in Maitland — where the 28-year old worked before the shooting, employees there told the Orlando Sentinel. He declined to say when the group would begin their search.

Muhammad said the group’s national chairman, Dr. Malik Zulu Shabaz of Washington, D.C. is receiving donations from black entertainers and athletes. They hope to collect $1 million by next week, Muhammad said.

The party said they would not release the names of donors nor would they provide documentation to support the existence of donations.

We’ll mock Jesus but not Mohammed, says BBC boss

The head of the BBC, Mark Thompson, has admitted that the broadcaster would never mock Mohammed like it mocks Jesus.

He justified the astonishing admission of religious bias by suggesting that mocking Mohammed might have the “emotional force” of “grotesque child pornography”.

But Jesus is fair game because, he said, Christianity has broad shoulders and fewer ties to ethnicity.

Bias

Mr Thompson says the BBC would never have broadcast Jerry Springer The Opera – a controversial musical that mocked Jesus – if its target had been Mohammed.

He made the remarks in an interview for a research project at the University of Oxford.

Mr Thompson said: “The point is that for a Muslim, a depiction, particularly a comic or demeaning depiction, of the Prophet Mohammed might have the emotional force of a piece of grotesque child pornography.”

Update: (Thanks, wtd) Perce, the victim in this case, is being threatened with jail time for posting the audio of his trial. This is pure sharia in America, where the victim is punished and the perpetrators are freed, and where the judge ignore human rights in favor of Islamic superiority.

Campaign warning parents of bias in classroom books

A new Islam-awareness campaign is being launched to tell parents and students that they simply shouldn’t believe the editorializing in the textbooks used in Florida’s schools.

Two organizations have worked together to produce a study on the controversy, and they are reporting that some of the nuggets that students in Florida’s schools can learn from their social studies textbooks include:

The Jewish Temple in Jerusalem contained “symbolically, the throne of their invisible God.”

Realtor is shocked by (Muhammed) Ali lawsuit

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – “The Greatest” says he bought a home in eastern Jefferson county that was anything but the greatest.

Thursday night, the realtor who sold Muhammad and Lonnie Ali the home says he is surprised to see this come about.

The home is an upscale property in Louisville’s East End that the former heavyweight champion of the world bought to spend quality time during his retirement in his home town.

The house is the subject of a lawsuit filed by Ali, which claims the person who sold it to them should have known about severe problems with the home and disclosed them.

Ali and his wife Lonnie have sued P.R. Lancaster and his wife Beverly, the former owners.

The suit claims the couple failed to disclose major problems with the house, including roof leaks, chimney leaks, water intrusion, poor insulation, improper ventilation work and mold.

…My first thoughts were, “I think it’s time for Islams to get out of America and go back to the sand and flea pits that they came from. We allow them to enter our country and the first thing you know is they want to take it over with their bloodthirsty and illiterate mindset of KILL, KILL, KILL.

Similarities Between Islam and Communism

When many people think of Islam they tend to believe that which they have been told endlessly by politicians, journalists, academics, and other sources of presumed authority that Islam is simply a religion .

If I was pressed to define Islam in terms that many in the West are far more familiar with, I would equate it with Communism with the difference being instead of the superiority of the State, the Laws of the State, and the Party Leaders being the final authority in Communism, Islam replaces the State with Allah, the State Laws with the Koran and the Hadith, and the Party Leaders with the Imams.Further investigation leads to numerous other similarities. In Communism one is expected to fully surrender themselves to the dictates of the State while Islam demands on surrendering themselves to Allah and the defined laws attributed to Allah by Muhammad.

Communism grants to the Party Leaders the power to define the desires and rules of the State while Islam gives the power to issue religious edicts known a Fatwas to the Imams. Islam and the West

It is certainly time that the West considered systematically whether it has irreconcilable differences with Islam. The belligerence of many Islamic spokesmen and the unassimilable quality of many Muslim immigrants in the West, as well as the spectacular terrorist provocations of extreme Islamic groups, make this a very legitimate question.

But it is not so easy to answer. Some passages of the Koran, and some of Muhammad’s more purposeful remarks, certainly incite the inference that mortal conflict is inevitable, an impression heightened by the neurotic obsession of a great many Muslims with the red herring of Israel. It is hard for Westerners to know what to make of Islam. It speaks through an infinite number of clerical and secular leaders, and in a range of vocabularies from fraternal to genocidally hostile.Muhammad was allegedly visited by the versatile Archangel Gabriel in 610, and told to found Islam. After twelve years, Muhammad had only 150 followers, but decamped to the Jewish oasis of Yathrib, seized control of it, renamed it Medina, set up the first mosque, and went forth to conquer Arabia. Unlike Jesus, or the contemplative and sedentary Gautama, founder of Buddhism,

Muhammad was a military leader who advanced by fire and sword and told his followers to emulate him. They established Sharia, a totalitarian legal system of organizing of society, directed by clerics and going far beyond what even the most pious and fervent Westerner would consider the province of religion. Arab Islam surged westwards across Africa and into Spain, and then into France, before being repulsed by Charles Martel Charlemagne’s grandfather at Tours in 732.To the history-minded, including many Arabs, the Arab world has been in retreat for the 13 following centuries, which may explain some of the militancy of Arab extremists.

Peaceful Muslim demands that non-Muslims accommodate violent Muslims

Khalid Latif, a chaplain for New York University, here complains that moderate and peaceful understandings of Islam are being unfairly discounted: “As much as Muslims need to acknowledge the existence of a minority voice that is radicalized, so too does a broader society need to acknowledge the existence of a majority voice that is not radicalized and more importantly condemns radical thought.”

That’s just great, and I am happy to accommodate him in this. It is also worth noting, however, that a few years ago, when NYU students planned to display the Danish cartoons of Muhammad at a campus event, Latif wrote a letter to NYU President John Sexton, asking that he “not allow these cartoons to be displayed in any shape or form.”

Why not? Because “the potential of what might happen after they are shown is something else that should be considered and not taken lightly.” For “the repercussions that would take place outside of the university setting are potentially huge. All over the world Muslims have been coming together over this issue and in New York they would not hesitate in doing the same thing.”This has been widely interpreted as a veiled threat, but let’s give Latif the benefit of the doubt: let’s just say that he was simply noting the possibility of violence, not threatening violence, if the cartoons were displayed at NYU. I’m sure that no conscious Muslim will do any harm to the evangelical pastor who is going to burn the Holy Quran on September 11, but I’m sure that his spiritual life as a minister will come to a tragic end, because the very Almighty God who has revealed the Holy Quran upon Prophet Muhammad will save His book as well. “We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it from corruption.”

The minister reportedly wants Obama to “offer Eid prayers at Ground Zero Mosque,” the construction of which, several blocks from where 2,972 people were incinerated by two airliners on September 11, 2001 when they were deliberately flown into the World Trade Center Towers, Obama has openly supported.The same Pakistani story was published on a site which appears to be operated by MSN in India.

The report quotes the government minister as having said, ““The coming Eid would expectedly be observed on 9/11, this a golden opportunity for President Obama to offer Eid prayers at Ground Zero and become Amir-ul-Momineen or Caliph of Muslims.”Eid is a festival which marks the end of Ramadan, which includes daily fasting.

Because the festival of “Eid” coincides with September 11 this year, Muslims are reportedly worried that it could invoke “the potential for misunderstandings or worse in a year when American Muslims are already confronting a spike in assaults on their faith and protests against new mosques.”An online dictionary defines “caliph” as a noun derived from the word “successor,” a “successor of Muhammad as temporal and spiritual head of Islam.”

A second dictionary concurs.According to Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs, “The caliph in Sunni Islam is the successor of Muhammad as the military, political, and spiritual leader of the Islamic community.”
