NCIS: Marines Sold Millions In Stolen Combat Equipment Online

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (CBS Charlotte) — An investigation conducted by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service finds that Marines stationed at Camp Lejeune sold $2 million in stolen combat equipment online to gangs in the U.S. and other foreign countries, including China and Russia.

Widow of Marine Corps Launches Campaign to Prove Her Husband Was Murdered | Veterans Today

Military widows join forces to raise awareness of non-hostile military deaths.

(EASLEY, SC) – Kimberly Stahlman, widow of Colonel USMC, is fighting to prove that her husband did not commit suicide but was instead murdered. However, the Marine Corps refuses to help.

As part of this fight she partnered with Tracy Shue, widow of Colonel Philip Shue USAF and writer/military family advocate Cilla McCain and drafted a Bill of Rights for Bereaved Military Families.

To bring this campaign to the public, they have started a petition to Congress and launched MilitaryHomicide.org as a resource for other military families facing the same circumstances.

Marine Corps Colonel Michael Stahlman was an investigating officer in the case against Lt. Andrew Grayson, an intelligence officer charged with making false statements, attempting fraudulent discharge, and obstructing justice, in connection to the deaths of 24 Iraqi civilians in the city of Haditha.

Colonel Stahlman was vocal in his disappointment with the manner in which the entire Haditha matter was handled by the Marine Corps hierarchy and recommended that charges against Grayson be dropped. The recommendation was rejected by prosecutors and Grayson eventually was cleared of all charges in June 2008.

Tim Adams was the Senior Elections Clerk for the city and county of Honolulu during the 2008 presidential election. Tim was the person who told the media that there was no long form birth certificate for Barack Obama in Hawaii, and that it was common knowledge by all of the officials there. In his position, he had a staff of about fifty people who were in charge of verifying voter eligibility. He stated in his thesis that he had access to all the usual government databases to verify voter identities. They had access to databases such as NCIS, Social Security, and others. He does not say that he looked up information for Barack Obama, just that the group had access to information.

Interestingly, he wrote about his experience in his 106 page Master’s thesis presented to the Faculty of the English Department at Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, Kentucky entitled “Discourse and Conflict: The President Barack H. Obama Birth Certificate Controversy and the New Media.” It is dated May, 2011.

The thesis is a mixture of information from literature comparisons to politics. He expresses his opinions on different issues that are interspersed with current events, history, narrative, quotations, and personal experiences. It is presented utilizing both a time line of events and his analysis of the circumstances. It is a most unusual dissertation, unlike what I expected from reading the abstract. He describes his effort as being akin to Gonzo journalism. He calls his writing style creative, but I would describe it as a convoluted style, but that is my opinion

After the April 27th release of Obama’s long form birth certificate found here, amazingly enough, out pops another surprise. On the morning of April 27th there was a release of Obama’s father’s immigration file by Heather Smathers, a writer for the Arizona Independent.

Her article is here and to view documents, visit here. Both released on April 27th? Coincidence? May I quote Jethro Leroy Gibbs from NCIS: “There is no such thing as coincidence. Period!”

According to an Associated Press report found here, “The papers were given to a Boston Globe reporter in 2009 through a Freedom of Information request. The papers were first made public Wednesday by The Arizona Independent, a weekly newspaper.” Interesting!
