The RNC appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey denying, in part, the RNC’s Motion to Vacate or Modify the Consent Decree. Although the District Court declined to vacate the Decree, it did make modifications to the Decree. The RNC argues that the District Court abused its discretion by modifying the Decree as it did and by declining to vacate the Decree. For the following reasons, we will affirm the District Court’s judgment.

On Sunday night, chairman of the New Black Panther Party, Malik Zulu Shabazz, appeared on WABC‘s “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio,” and claimed that his organization is now thinking about “legally and lawfully go to the polls again to make sure there is no intimidation against our people, which was our intent in 2008.”

Barack Obama has a long record of open association with racists like Jeremiah Wright, racists and anti-Semites like Al Sharpton, hatemongers like Michael Pfleger, and hate organizations like MoveOn.org. “Association” goes far beyond merely being in the same room with the person, as in “guilt by association.”

It means making public appearances with him, accepting endorsements and testimonials from him, and so on. As shown by the attached screen shots from Barackobama.com, Obama accepted and posted on his website endorsements from Wright and Pfleger until he had to throw the two men under the bus. (We have added to the Wright screen shot what Wright had to say about the United States “deserving” 9/11 and so on.) An endorsement from the New Black Panthers also was approved by the moderators who exercised editorial control over Obama’s campaign pages.

There is an interesting story about the 2008 election coming out of Wikileaks. Memos from Stratfor released by Wikileaks say that widespread voter fraud occurred in Ohio and that “black Dems were caught stuffing the ballot boxes in Philly.” The McCain campaign knew about the fraud but feared taking action because of the “possibility of domestic violence” if they challenged the results in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

The memos say campaign staff urged candidate John McCain to act in court:

“Staff felt they could get a federal injunction to stop the process.”

One of the Wikileaked memos says: “Sen. McCain chose not to fight.” The reason?

The memo states:

“McCain felt the crowds assembled in support of Obama and such would be detrimental to our country and it would do our nation no good for this to drag out like last go around, coupled with the possibility of domestic violence.”

Big Sis Janet Napolitano and the Obama private army working under ICE, has placed an HUGE order for 450,000,000 (YES..MILLION) rounds of 40 calliber ultra high performance optimum penetration for terminal performance rounds from Defense contractors ATK.

They also have an open order for 175 million rounds of .223 caliber rifle rounds.

I have to ask each and every one of you reading this today a series of very important questions and would love some answers.

1/ Why does the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency need to be so heavily armed and need so many detention facilities? Go to their web site and check out the massive number in each state, far many more than are needed for illegal immigrants. http://www.ice.gov/detention-facilities/ . Have a look at how many employees this agency has grown to, the different divisions and the always growing number of “special agents” all heavily armed with armored tanks, vehicles and heavy duty military style equipment. All this to catch some illegals? I do not think so, as they have done a very bad job of that so far.

2/ Is this the private army that President Barack Hussein Obama said and promised that he would form when running for president, which would be as well equipped and trained as the regular army? If so, he has it now and it was all done on our watch! Shame on us.

Our Dictator May Be In Deep Trouble…with Chief Justice John Roberts, U.S. Supreme Court.

According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smack-down of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable.

Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues. Critics have complained that much, if not all of Obama’s major initiatives run headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal government. Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the Court when he used the venue of the State of the Union address early in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling that the First Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political ads during the time of an election.

The tongue-lashing clearly did not sit well with the Court, as demonstrated by Justice Sam Alito, who publicly shook his head and stated under his breath, ‘That’s not true,’ when Obama told a flat-out lie concerning the Court’s ruling.

It’s apparent that President Obama considers Americans, who want to enforce illegal immigration laws in America, to be the enemy. Even more revealing is the fact that with so much riding on the 2012 elections, Obama decided to take the time to speak to people who shouldn’t be voting — legal and illlegal immigrants.

But the dirty little secret is there exists an enormous amount of proof that non-citizens are being registered to vote and they’re being registered as Democrats. And our political leaders know it.

In the midst of a heated congressional race in California in 2006, the Democrat Party candidate was heard advising a crowd she knew were illegal aliens to vote and work for her campaign. Democrat Francine Busby supported the bipartisan immigration reform plan that Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) helped create with the late Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-MA). Busby believes that the amnesty serves as the heart of the legislation approved by the Senate last week.

“The U.S. Census Bureau reports that 28.2 percent of Hispanic voters in the 2008 election were immigrants,” according to Steven Camarota of Center for Immigration Studies

Whistleblower J. Christian Adams, who testified before a Commission of Civil Rights committee regarding voter intimidation by the New Black Panthers, dropped a bomb on his former employers at the Department of Justice.

According to Adams, a Deputy Attorney General refused to investigate allegations of illegal voting during the last presidential election.

In a new book—Family of Freedom: Presidents and African Americans in the White House, by Newsweek reporter Kenneth Walsh—President Barack Obama is said to have characterized the so-called Tea Party movement as “racist.”At a White House dinner party for political supporters the President pointed out that “the preceding 43 white presidents never had to face the kind of opposition I’ve had to face with these tea baggers.

I find it very telling that such a movement only came to life after the first Black man took control of the government.”“I mean, there have been some inept white men running the show,” the President continued. “I wouldn’t expect these right-wingers to go after guys like Reagan or Bush. But what about Jimmy Carter? Stagflation, gas lines, hostages—they were all on his watch. But he got a pass because he’s white. I think if we look closely at the facts the only coherent explanation we can come up with is racism.”In related news, US Attorney General Eric Holder in testimony before a House Committee defended his decision to drop voter intimidation charges against two Black Panthers who accosted voters at a Philadelphia polling place in the 2008 election. “There’s still a long way to go before the scales of justice are balanced for my people,” Holder argued. “Call me when whites are getting hanged by Black lynch mobs.

That’s serious intimidation.

But two guys with clubs outside a voting booth—give me a break, that’s nothing.”

Liberal Media Gives Black Racism From The WH A Pass.

Just when we think the liberal media‘s hypocrisy could not be more blatant, they kick it to the next level. They have obviously abandoned any pretense of fair and honest reporting.OK, we get it.

Their template is “Conservatives suck”, kill them “politically”. Minorities are “angels”, victims of a racist America controlled by rich white guys.

Obama refuses to press charges against the new Black Panthers; now get this folks, because they are black. Attorney General, Eric Holder, who is black, told the House Appropriations subcommittee that the New Black Panther voter intimidation case demeans “my people.”

Holder went on to explain that the suffering of African Americans seeking the right to vote in the South in the 60s far surpasses the intimidation white voters recently endured in Philadelphia. So much for any pretense of Obama dispensing equal justice to all Americans.

PHILADELPHIA – Fox 29 News ran into a New Black Panther Party member outside as the same Philadelphia polling place where voter intimidation was reported two years ago. He was handing out a sample ballot for the Democrats.The man was seen outside the polling place in North Philadelphia was wearing a pin that indicated his party affiliation, along with a black hat, sunglasses and leather coat.
