Ooops… Hot mic reveals lawmakers intent to confiscate guns
By Doug Hagmann Tuesday, May 14, 2013
Every American gun owner, regardless of the state in which you live, is presently or will be the target of gun confiscation. A state-by-state framework of confiscation is being erected in front of us all to strip us of our rights under the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
Proof of this nefarious intent of disarming citizens was serendipitously caught by a “hot” microphone at the conclusion of the May 9, 2013 meeting of the New Jersey State Legislature.

The magazine is designed to accept either hardware store or standard AR15 magazine springs, which need to be bought separately to make the magazine functional. As a bit of political history, these magazines may prove to be a curio that either sparked the start of a revolution in 3D printer manufacturing, saved the Constitution by demonstrating the insanity of attempting to outlaw boxes with springs, or both.

Project Veritas is out with a damning video showing police officers from multiple departments saying “you’re on your own” when it comes to home invasions. The video focuses on New Jersey and New York, where it is nearly impossible to obtain a firearm. In New Jersey you must obtain a permit to purchase a Biden approved shotgun. Some officers are seen offering advice about how to fight off an intruder: throw bleach, yell, hide with your cell phone and call the police, etc.
Officers steered clear from suggesting the man in the video obtain a firearm to protect himself, his family and his property. The video also points out painfully long response times, sometimes over 30 minutes, of many police departments.

The common media view of the South is as a regressive region, full of overweight, prejudiced, exploited and undereducated numbskulls. This meme was perfectly captured in this Bill Maher-commissioned video from Alexandra Pelosi, the New York-based daughter of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.
Given the level of imbecility, maybe we’d be better off if the former Confederate states exiled themselves into their own redneck empire. Travel writer Chuck Thompson recently suggested this approach in a new book. Right now, however, Northeners can content themselves with the largely total isolation of Southerners from the corridors of executive power.
Yet even as the old Confederacy’s political banner fades, its long-term economic prospects shine bright. This derives from factors largely outside the control of Washington: demographic trends, economic growth patterns, state business climates, flows of foreign investment and, finally and most surprisingly, a shift of educated workers and immigrants to an archipelago of fast-growing urban centers.

Geraldo contemplating run for Senate By Jonathan Easley – 01/31/13 02:02 PM ET
Television personality and radio host Geraldo Rivera announced Thursday he’s “truly contemplating” a run for Senate in New Jersey.
“I mention this only briefly, fasten your seatbelt,” Rivera said on his radio show. “I mentioned this only briefly to my wife … but I am and I’ve been in touch with some people in the Republican Party in New Jersey. I am truly contemplating running for Senate against Frank Lautenberg or Cory Booker.”
New Jersey Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D), 89, is up for reelection in 2014 but hasn’t announced whether he plans to seek another term.
Newark Mayor Cory Booker (D) has announced he is weighing a bid for the seat, a decision that has frustrated New Jersey Democrats, many of whom feel he was their best shot at unseating Gov. Chris Christie (R).

And there doesn’t seem to be any Republicans ready to work against or run against Corey Booker, the popular Newark mayor.”
Rivera could face a tough primary challenge, however, with reports suggesting that Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick of Westfield, state Sen. Joe Kyrillos of Monmouth County and Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno are all weighing bids for the GOP ticket.
The Kindness of Strangers…
By Joan Swirsky Monday, January 14, 2013
When Sandy hit, my husband Steve and daughter Karen and I spent day after day after day freezing in our ordinarily-cozy home, unable even to leave the premises, as police tape cordoned off every means of egress to protect all the shivering residents of our block from the massive trees that had blown over like toothpicks and the downed wires that were strewn all over the place like spaghetti gone wild.
A few days later, my husband – packed and ready – was due to leave for trade shows in Orlando and New Orleans. But being a throwback to a more chivalrous age, he decided to stay home to protect the damsels in his life from the scary state of things: ongoing freezingness, no electricity (which lasted for 15 days), early darkness, and the risk of criminal activity, which ultimately did transpire, leaving a dozen cars in our neighborhood, including my own, vandalized.

In this broadcast of the Cybertribe News Network, a North Carolina Police Lieutenant calls in to give his first hand knowledge of preparations being made within his own department to train and prepare for martial law in the United States, possibly in the coming year.
Many similar reports are starting to trickle in from all across the country, through various independent media resources and even organizations like Oath Keepers.
The consensus is that a major economic event is expected, and that it will be used to provide cover for the institution of draconian policies being readied behind the curtain.
The exact timing of this event is not clear, but we do know the planning is being done, and that provisions are being put in place.
Warning Signs: Living in a Forest…
By Alan Caruba
Driving around my hometown and surrounding communities in New Jersey, a familiar sight has been tree stumps, the wreckage left behind by Hurricane Sandy. Having lived here with few breaks my entire life, it never occurred to me how many trees there are. From a lookout point in the Essex County South Mountain Reservation area one sees in the distance the city of New York.
As far as the eye can see, it is entirely forested.
In an interesting new book, “Nature Wars”, by Jim Sterba, a veteran journalist, takes the reader on a journey to America’s long ago past and brings him to the present. In the process, he removes a lot of mythology and replaces it with some extraordinary facts that are the background for the way our modern lifestyles put us in conflict with many species that are not only thriving, but some which faced virtual extinction from over-hunting, especially during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
9/11: Civil Court Finds Against Arrested “Dancing Israelis” | Veterans Today
Remember the Israelis who were arrested by New Jersey Police on 9/11/01 as the attacks occurred? They were arrested, interrogated, held for 71 days and eventually all sent back to Israel under suspicous circumstances.
Many researchers have documented this as evidence of Israeli complicity in the attacks. But did you know that the Israelis later sued numerous government employees for civil rights violations? This is not widely known.

Isaiah 9:10 redux in Sandy aftermath
–New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo
WASHINGTON – For those who have read the No. 1 bestselling Christian book of 2012 or viewed the No. 1 faith movie of the year, the words of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy’s devastation had special meaning.
English: Andrew Cuomo, 11th United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and 64th New York State Attorney General as a candidate for Governor of New York, outside of City Hall, little American flags on his tie. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
It was a message all-too-familiar from U.S., state and city leaders in the wake of the 9/11 attack: “We will rebuild. We will come back stronger.”
The words mimicked – sometimes with precision – those of ancient Israel in Isaiah 9:10: “The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycamores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.”
And that’s the pattern that has been revealed in Jonathan Cahn’s bestseller “The Harbinger” and a movie based on the same message called “The Isaiah 9:10 Judgment.”
It continued in the words of some officials in the wake of Sandy’s flooding of New York and New Jersey – including by the governor of New York speaking on network television from Ground Zero.
“What makes it worse is this is already the reconstruction site, right?” Cuomo told Brian Williams on “NBC Nightly News.” “This is one of the largest reconstructions that the country is doing at this time … [In] downtown Manhattan, we had the Hudson River came over the banks and was pouring in to the Ground Zero site … and this was all filled with water. … It’s a new reality for us and I think it’s one we’re going to have to deal with. Now, on this site.
Prison Planet.com » New Jersey Contracted RFID Evacuee Tracking Tech Just Days Before Sandy Formed ~ (“Hurricane Sandy formed just four days later, October 22, making for notable timing as New England hasn’t been hard hit by a hurricane since 1938. Who could have seen the devastation to New York, New Jersey and other parts of the East Coast coming when that area hadn’t been hit by a major hurricane for some 70 years?”) ??????
Presciently, the State of New Jersey announced a 5-year contract for RFID tracking technology used to assist in evacuation by identifying and monitoring the location of evacuees and emergency assets during hurricanes or other disasters just four days before Hurricane Sandy began to form.
A press release was published October 18, 2012 announcing that Radiant RFID, based in Austin, Texas, would provide the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness (OHSP) with the RFID technology it has already used during disasters in Texas and other locales, as during 2008′s Hurricane Gustav. From the press release:
Radiant RFID will provide the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness (OHSP) with an RFID-based managed evacuation solution that tracks evacuees, pets, emergency transport vehicles and commodities deployed at state shelters in preparation for and in the event of a hurricane, natural disaster or other incident to assist in reunification of families.
Prison Planet.com » Troopers deployed around NJ and NYC as gas shortages, power losses raise anger levels

Just days after Hurricane Sandy blew through the Northeast, leaving huge swaths of New York City powerless and flooded, anger is rising among residents as shortages in food, gasoline and basic supplies begin to take their toll.
In what is becoming a case study for why disaster preparedness is so vital, state troopers are being deployed in greater numbers at gas stations along the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway, where stocks of gasoline are beginning to run low, causing frayed nerves and high angst on the third full day of massive power outages that industry analysts don’t expect will be fixed too soon.
Fox News and other outlets are reporting that frustration with dwindling supplies of gasoline and other necessities of life is beginning to boil over in the tri-state region of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, the states hardest hit by superstorm Sandy-caused power outages.

If you read my columns regularly, you know that I consider the TSA to be a carcinogenic petting zoo. I nearly always opt out. I object to the scanners on principle of their unconstitutionality. And I am concerned about the possibility of a scanner malfunction (thousands of service calls have been made to the backscatter X-ray machines)—which medical experts warn can result in extremely high radiation exposure.

Amazing, Romney still battles Ron Paul in New Jersey
October 19, 2012
The battle for the soul of the Republican Party is still ongoing. If you doubt that, take a look at the Romney henchman in New Jersey, who is even now, doing everything within his power to resist the involvement of grass roots Ron Paul people.

What you saw in Tampa, where Ron Paul delegates, mostly young and war veterans and Hispanics were unseated, continues in other ways, unabated in state after state, county after county.
Governor Mitt Romney is conducting a war on two fronts. On the one hand he is trying to wrest control of the White House from the Democrats in a close election. But simultaneously, as distracting and draining as it may be, he continues the brutal scrub of any challenge to the American oligarchical system by destroying the last vestiges of democracy within his own Republican Party.
Fred On Everything ~ A White Demise Golden Geese, and All That…
Yes, yes, I know. I will get stupid mail from stupider people saying that I am a white supremacist. No. I am a brain supremacist. If the entire faculty of Harvard came to consist of Jewish Koreans from Mumbai, I would be perfectly content, assuming they got there on merit. Or even if they came from New Jersey.
In pondering the coming unwhite America, it might be wise to consider how democracy will then work. In America we are accustomed to a rough balance of contending factions—liberals, conservatives, women, men, blacks, Hispanics, feminists, hawks, doves, and so on. Values overlap, emphases change. Elections are often determined by a few percentage points. Any group potentially can influence the outcome, so politicians have to pay attention to the desires of all groups.

Back in the late 1800s and early 1900s it used to be a common thing for either people who had fought in the War of Northern Aggression or someone in their families, to write accounts of their activities while in that War and have these printed up in limited editions, mostly for succeeding generations of their families and maybe a few close friends.

9/11 By Way of Deception | EUTimes.net
The following is an exclusive excerpt from the new book “Official Stories” by Liam Scheff, from Chapter 4: “9/11 – A Perfect Tuesday Morning.”
The countdown of the top five hits of 9/11 brings us to number three on your hit parade: Mossad with “White Van!”
Mossad, the Israeli intelligence force, has an Old Testament motto that is described two ways. Politely as, “For by wise guidance you can wage your war.” Or, from a former agent critical of the agency, “By Way Of Deception, Thou Shalt Do War.”
I didn’t know a thing about Mossad until I had to research them for what comes next. Did you know that the Israeli military attacked a U.S. ship (the Liberty) off the coast of Egypt in 1967? Injured 171 Americans, killed 34 and said it was an accident? They said they mistook it for some other country’s large military vessel. But all U.S. soldiers who were interviewed said, “No freaking way. They saw us, they shot us and they killed a lot of us.”
Michelle Obama’s Under grad Thesis is flawed throughout « « Coach is RightCoach is Right
By Suzanne Eovaldi, Staff Writer
The thesis written by Michelle LaVaughn Robinson (now Obama) in 1985, contains three unmitigated impediments that would have rendered the paper an automatic F in the Introduction to the Research Paper course I taught at a Chicago area community college, yet it was accepted at her Ivy League Princeton University alma mater.
No attribution in the form of formal footnotes and very little author extrapolation are bad enough but using the school’s participation in the selection of field sample are unacceptable literary research flaws that would stop the grading process at page 17. Robinson states: “With the permission of ___________, the President of the Association of Black Princeton Alumni and his office, the STAFF at the Alumni Records Office ASSISTED the Study BY SELECTING every fourth name on a mailing list of approximately 1,200 names until 400 names were collected! This removes the paper’s author from the third person objective normative for independent research. Furthermore, Robinson, page 1, releases her thesis for widespread circulation by Princeton “to lend this thesis to other institutions or individuals for the purpose of scholarly research.”
Not buckling up your pet in the car can mean big fines (NJ)
Judging from the alarming number of summonses issued so far for failing to buckle up in the back seat, motorists don’t seem overly concerned about the current Click It or Ticket crackdown. After all, most unrestrained drivers and passengers can afford a measly $46 fine.
But if you drive with an unrestrained pet, don’t expect a slap on the wrist.
It’s None of the Government’s Business…(“It’s not just school kids who are the victims of nosy questionnaires. The U.S. government has zeroed in on 250,000 Americans and demanded that they answer nearly a hundred nosy questions about their living and work arrangements and habits. This is called the American Community Survey questionnaire…”)
What is it about bureaucrats and school personnel that they want to pry into the personal life and habits of American citizens of every age? There seems to be no end to the imperial demands by government and schools to require both grownups and kids to reveal personal information.

Why Frank Sinatra Will Always Be The Voice
As the BBC quest to find The Voice goes on, the original and the best singer given that title was Frank Sinatra, says Richard Havers.
Seventy years ago, on a November evening in 1942, Robert A. Weitman, one of the most influential men in American entertainment had been persuaded to drive out from Manhattan to Newark, New Jersey, to check out the singer who had recently left Tommy Dorsey’s band to go solo.
According to Weitman, who was the manager of the prestigious Paramount Theatre on 43rd Street and Broadway at Times Square in New York City, not since Rudy Vallee had he seen a singer who induced so much squealing from young girls in an audience. The singer was Frank Sinatra.
Weitman was impressed enough to offer Sinatra a booking at the Paramount on a show to be headlined by Benny Goodman – one of the most popular bandleaders in America. They were booked into the theatre for four weeks from December 30th 1942 to play the tried and tested formula of a 2 for 1 show that included a movie – in this case, Star Spangled Rhythm starring Victor Moore and Betty Hutton – along with live entertainment featuring ‘theKing of Swing’, Benny Goodman and his famous Orchestra, his young vocalist, Peggy Lee, and the Radio Rogues along with Moke and Poke providing the laughs. Frank Sinatra, who had turned 27 a couple of weeks earlier was included as an extra-added attraction and billed as, ‘The Voice That Has Thrilled Millions’.

In a 5 to 4 vote, the Supreme Court ruled on Monday that it is permissible for jailers to strip search people arrested and jailed on minor offenses, even if they have not violated the law.
Supreme Court Rules Strip Searches OK for Minor Offenses 57060066.Image21Justice Kennedy wrote for the majority when he said that when an arrested person is to be put into the general jail population, “courts must defer to the judgment of correctional officials unless the record contains substantial evidence showing their policies are an unnecessary or unjustified response to problems of jail security.”
Justice Stephen Breyer dissented. He said strip searches improperly “subject those arrested for minor offenses to serious invasions of their personal privacy.”
