The present political and fiscal environment in which the United States barely survives is so destruction that the country must now take extraordinary Constitutional measures to save the republic.Article II, Section I, Clause 6, the Twentieth and the Twenty-fifth Amendments of the Constitution allow Congress the power to declare both Barack Obama and Joseph Biden unable to discharge the powers and duties of the Office of President and appoint an eligible individual to act as President until a new election can be held in 2014.

Last December, 58-year-old Ki Suk Han was pushed onto the subway tracks in New York City. Even though 60-90 seconds passed before an oncoming train hit the man, a group of up to eighteen bystanders simply stood on the platform and looked on as the train approached and ran him over. One, a freelance photographer for a New York newspaper, even had time to snap a photo of Han’s last moments.

Six months earlier, 49-year-old Patricia Villa was grabbed and thrown onto the same NYC tracks as Mr. Han. One of her classmates, Luis Polanco, chased down the attacker, punched him, and then, hearing others yell for someone to save her and that a train was coming, turned and joined a group who pulled her off the tracks.

Rush Limbaugh is engaged in a very public war with Cumulus Media, the radio network that runs his show on 40 stations, including WABC in New York.

Limbaugh and Cumulus must renegotiate their contract terms by the end of the year, so it’s not surprising that they’re jockeying for leverage.

obampoint

But a source tells us that Cumulus has less to lose in this battle than most people think, and may even gain financially from Limbaugh’s departure.

gophum

gophum (Photo credit: GunnyG1345)

First, the back story: Cumulus CEO Lew Dickey recently told investors that the ad boycott of Limbaugh’s show — after Rush called a Georgetown college student a “slut” on air because she favored contraception coverage in healthcare — may have cost him up to $5.5 million in sales.

rprprprp

rprprprp (Photo credit: GunnyG1345)

Another source in Cumulus just leaked to Radio Ink that 48 out of 50 of its advertisers had “no Rush” instructions on their media placements.

Limbaugh fired back, saying that Dickey is blaming him for his own sales failings. He’s threatened to pull his show from Cumulus, which has a reported 15 million-person audience and $363 million in ad sales running on it.

The future just got a lot scarier.

A Texas company is set to release blueprints for making a plastic gun with a 3-D printer — a development Sen. Chuck Schumer called “stomach-churning” Sunday.

Defense Distributed, a collective of gun access advocates headed by self-described “free-market anarchistCody Wilson, has announced it made such an untraceable gun with the new plastic-making technology. The nonprofit Texas group intends to post blueprints for “The Liberator” (pictured) online this week.

A controversial home-defense project will be hitting the streets of Houston soon.

The effort, called the Armed Citizen Project, seeks to give shotguns to residents of moderate and high-crime neighborhoods. University of Houston graduate student Kyle Coplen came up with the idea, and he hopes that because he’s publicizing it, criminals will be scared off from targeting the neighborhoods where shotguns have been distributed.

Taxation is Robbery Part 2 – Frank Chodorov – Mises Daily

A basic immorality becomes the center of a vortex of immoralities. When the State invades the right of the individual to the products of his labors it appropriates an authority which is contrary to the nature of things and therefore establishes an unethical pattern of behavior, for itself and those upon whom its authority is exerted.

Thus, the income tax has made the State a partner in the proceeds of crime; the law cannot distinguish between incomes derived from production and incomes derived from robbery; it has no concern with the source. Likewise, this denial of ownership arouses a resentment which breaks out into perjury and dishonesty.

Men who in their personal affairs would hardly think of such methods, or who would be socially ostracized for practicing them, are proud of, and are complimented for, evasion of the income tax laws; it is considered proper to engage the shrewdest minds for that purpose.

The urban political machine was born in New York but died in Chicago. It’s no longer a separate entity from the rest of the country; one of the inconveniences of urban life along with smog, muggings and excessive regulation. The urban political machine has gone national. It’s here. It’s there. It’s everywhere.

You can live surrounded by ten thousand acres of wilderness on one side and the deep blue sea on the other and it will still find you because the urban political machine has gone national.

DENVER — Underground tunnels do exist around the world as the longest documented publicly known tunnel is located in New york and is 85.1 miles in length. It was drilled through solid rock in 1945 and is used as a waterway. The “Delaware Aqueduct is the newest of the New York City aqueducts. It takes water from the Rondout Reservoir through the Chelsea Pump Station, the West Branch Reservoir, and the Kensico Reservoir, ending at the Hillview Reservoir in Yonkers, New York.

The aqueduct was constructed between 1939 and 1945, and carries approximately half of the New York City water supply of 1.3 billion US gallons (4,900,000 m3) per day. The Delaware Aqueduct leaks up to 36 million US gallons (140,000 m3) per day. A $1 billion project to repair the leaking is scheduled to begin in January 2013″, according to Wikipedia.

One attorney representing several people who have been forced to surrender their guns spoke with TheBlaze and alerted us to some disturbing facts:

As a Marine I served this country of mine honorably upholding the U.S. Constitution and everything that comes along with it.

I can’t for the life of me understand why it appears you aren’t doing enough to combat these attempts by State and Federal governments along with the corrupt media who seek to subvert the very Rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

As you know, Colorado, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rode Island, and New York have all illegally passed so-called gun control laws.

I keep hearing and reading by way of social media and some of the corrupt news outlets the majority of Americans are for stricter gun controls which is flat out patently false. I speak with real Patriots and Veterans about this issue daily and not one is for more control on our liberties. What make things worse are so-called Republicans in name only in these state legislatures have joined liberal democrats in the illegal process of taking away our liberties and Freedoms I fought so diligently to protect.

Mr. Wayne LaPierre I’ve noticed has been under considerable attack by these crazies from both parties and to me isn’t striking back enough. I would gladly stand on the front lines again to repel any illegal tyrannical efforts by those who seek to stifle my Constitutional Rights guaranteed me and every true American.

I haven’t seen nor heard anything from the NRA about lawsuits against these state and federal governments to re-establish what is rightfully ours. You will lose the PR battle if you flinch and don’t establish a powerful network of informational columns focusing on the Second Amendment and the rights that come with it.

Taxation is Robbery, Part 1 “It is not the law which in the first instance defines robbery, it is an ethical principle, and this the law may violate but not supersede”- Frank Chodorov – Mises Daily

The Encyclopaedia Britannica defines taxation as “that part of the revenues of a state which is obtained by the compulsory dues and charges upon its subjects.” That is about as concise and accurate as a definition can be; it leaves no room for argument as to what taxation is. In that statement of fact the word “compulsory” looms large, simply because of its ethical content. The quick reaction is to question the “right” of the State to this use of power. What sanction, in morals, does the State adduce for the taking of property? Is its exercise of sovereignty sufficient unto itself?

On this question of morality there are two positions, and never the twain will meet. Those who hold that political institutions stem from “the nature of man,” thus enjoying vicarious divinity, or those who pronounce the State the keystone of social integrations, can find no quarrel with taxation per se; the State’s taking of property is justified by its being or its beneficial office. On the other hand, those who hold to the primacy of the individual, whose very existence is his claim to inalienable rights, lean to the position that in the compulsory collection of dues and charges the State is merely exercising power, without regard to morals.

gophum

gophum (Photo credit: GunnyG1345)

The present inquiry into taxation begins with the second of these positions. It is as biased as would be an inquiry starting with the similarly unprovable proposition that the State is either a natural or a socially necessary institution.

Complete objectivity is precluded when an ethical postulate is the major premise of an argument and a discussion of the nature of taxation cannot exclude values.

If we assume that the individual has an indisputable right to life, we must concede that he has a similar right to the enjoyment of the products of his labor. This we call a property right. The absolute right to property follows from the original right to life because one without the other is meaningless; the means to life must be identified with life itself. If the State has a prior right to the products of one’s labor, his right to existence is qualified.

It would be way overstating things to suggest that there could be a run on the cache of gold that is kept in the basement of the Federal Reserve Bank in New York. But in the wake of reports that Germany is undertaking a program to remove its gold from the Fed and return it to Germany, a bill has been introduced in the legislature of Texas to move the state’s gold bars held at a private bank in New York and transfer them to a depository in the Lone Star State.

The bill has been introduced at Austin by Representative Giovanni Capriglione. It would establish a depository in Texas itself for the state’s specie. It has been endorsed by Governor Perry. And Texas most famous former congressman, Ron Paul, has just sent us a cheerful telegram saying that if the bill passes, he’ll volunteer to go with Mr. Perry to “pick up our gold” — so long as the “governor brought along his body guards and the Texas Rangers.”

The measure introduced by Mr. Capriglione, a Republican of Southlake, is designed to bring back to Texas gold bars that the Texas Tribune reckons would fetch $1 billion. The Tribune reports they are owned by the University of Texas Investment Management Company, or UTIMCO. A report in the Washington Post and of the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee says the gold Texas wants to bring home is on deposit in New York with a facility of HSBC.

The magazine is designed to accept either hardware store or standard AR15 magazine springs, which need to be bought separately to make the magazine functional. As a bit of political history, these magazines may prove to be a curio that either sparked the start of a revolution in 3D printer manufacturing, saved the Constitution by demonstrating the insanity of attempting to outlaw boxes with springs, or both.

This week Charles Rangel, a crazy politician from New York who has recently been pushing for regulations on private gun ownership, is now putting forward a bill that would force young people to take up arms for the state, or at least work in some uniformed way to help the government with their never ending war effort.

Evan Todd was a student at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado in the late 1990s. He is a miraculous survivor of the infamous living nightmare that occurred there on April 20, 1999. In fact, he was the first student shot when Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris began their rampage that day.

One might think Evan would be supportive of the misguided efforts by President Barack Obama to restrict the Second Amendment rights of every law-abiding citizen in the United States of America. Nothing could be further from the truth: for the past decade, he has been an outspoken opponent of additional gun control laws. Now Evan has written an open letter to the president about the issue.

Numerous Firearms Manufacturers Refuse to Sell to Govt

Bypassing the Politicians on Gun Control… ” the politicians seem to not care. The politicians have learned from recent history that any controversy over their current actions will blow over and be replaced by the latest pop scandal in the press by election time”

As we watch the lawmakers scramble to make new laws to restrict our ability to defend ourselves and our families, it becomes clear that there are few politicians representing the people or the Constitution in this manner.

Despite abundantly clear Second Amendment‘s restrictions, the politicians seem to not care. The politicians have learned from recent history that any controversy over their current actions will blow over and be replaced by the latest pop scandal in the press by election time.

Furthermore, they know that litigation against their illegal laws will take years and perhaps even decades. To bolster their point they sponsor polls and tinker with the numbers counting on people to not understand what the famed historian Alexis de Tocqueville called the “Tyranny of the Majority.”

Gun owners who can’t buy high capacity ammo magazines because of new laws have another option: Print them.

Gun control measures passed or proposed in the wake of the Sandy Hook school massacre have targeted magazines that can feed 30 rounds or more into the firing chambers of AR-15s and other semi-automatic guns. New York has banned magazines holding more than seven rounds, and a federal bill proposed by Sen.

Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., would ban magazines holding more than 10 rounds.

Gun Control: Our future president in 2008 called for “a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded” as the military. Should the “bitter-clingers” be worried?

As Andrew Malcolm has noted on these pages, the Department of Homeland Security has been buying lots of ammo, enough by one calculation to fight the equivalent of a 24-year Iraqi War. Some have speculated about a link between the stockpiling between candidate Obama’s off-prompter campaign remarks about a national security force and the stockpiling by DHS of more than 1.6 billion (with a ‘b’) bullets.

Why a Permanent Democratic Majority Is Not a Demographic Inevitability (Part One: Antecedents)

Following Barack Obama’s victory over Mitt Romney a certain argument became ubiquitous: the argument from demographic inevitability. That the Republican Party, absent deep-seated changes that are all but unimaginable, is in for a generation or more of electoral doom. Indeed the argument was being made long before the votes were even cast. Here was Jonathan Chait in New York magazine, etching the argument sharply almost a year ago:

President Obama said that it will have an important message for all nations of the world as it states, “Welcome to America,…A Nuclear Bomb Free Country!” The President reiterated that he wants the world to know that America has no nuclear arsenal and that we are completely helpless to retaliate against a nuclear attack.

“This will send a clear message,” the President said, “to all our enemies that we mean them no harm.” To further enhance the visual experience the Statue of Liberty will now also speak.

A recording made by Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, will play continuously twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, in which she welcomes travelers to America and kindly reminds them to check any and all nuclear weapons with the Coast Guard before entering the country.

Only One Solution to the Fed Debt Trap

by Rand Clifford

The Oxford Dictionary of Proverbs lists the oldest written version of the saying “what you don’t know can’t hurt you” as coming from playwright George Pettie’s Petit Palace in 1576:

“So long as I know it not, it hurteth me not.”

Several Rothschild-controlled centuries later, what Americans don’t know about “the Fed” may be fatal.

The Fed gained control of America’s money in 1913. Government debt now soars toward $17 trillion. Interest paid to service this debt, for the year 2011 alone, was $454,393,280,417.03, largely funneled by the Fed to eight international banking families:

Rothschild’s of London and Berlin; Lazard Brothers of Paris; Israel Moses Seaf of Italy; Kuhn, Loeb & Co. of Germany and New York; Warburg & Company of Hamburg, Germany; Lehman Brothers of New York; Goldman, Sachs of New York; Rockefeller Brothers of New York.

In New York, we have a prequel of what’s to come – the repeal of the Second Amendment and summary criminalization of peaceful citizens merely for possessing the means of self-defense, even in their own homes. As in Great Britain, citizens of NY face prison if they use proscribed weapons against murderous thugs – even in their own homes. The tyrants Michael Bloomberg and Andrew Cuomo have made their decision. Now New Yorkers will have to make theirs. And so will the rest of us – if, as seems likely, the federal tyrants succeed in issuing a New York-style fatwa that applies to the rest of the country. Which brings us to the question:

What will you do?

The thoroughly irresponsible rate of government spending projected over the next twenty-five years will drive federal debt to unsustainable levels. The country is heading for a financial meltdown and economic ruin.

The Republican Party is inept and impotent and cannot provide the necessary political opposition to the crimes and unconstitutional policies of the Obama regime or stand against the rampant voter fraud which is now polluting the electoral process. There is a report claiming that the Republican Party signed a legal agreement with the Democrat Party in 1982 not to pursue suspected vote fraud. If there is no guarantee of election integrity, then elections become only window dressing for tyranny.

MILLER: National ‘assault weapon’ ban coming Thursday

The California Democrat intends to expand on the ban that expired in 2004, by including handguns and shotguns, in addition to rifles. She would decrease from two to one the number of cosmetic features on a gun to have it be considered an “assault weapon.” This means that if a gun has just one item like a pistol grip or bayonet lug, then it is illegal. Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed into law the same ban in New York last week.
