It should come as no surprise that President Obama told Ohio State students at graduation ceremonies last week that they should not question authority and they should reject the calls of those who do.
He argued that “our brave, creative, unique experiment in self-rule” has been so successful that trusting the government is the same as trusting ourselves; hence, challenging the government is the same as challenging ourselves. And he blasted those who incessantly warn of government tyranny.

Melowese Richardson voted a reported six times for President Obama in November of 2012. Twice she used her real name, then another four using the names of her relatives. If convicted she faces a maximum of 12 years in prison.
More disturbing is that Richardson is a long time poll worker and has worked for the Board of Elections in Hamilton County, Ohio since 1998. People like her were watching the polls when President Obama won by close margins, often with “odd” voting totals, in November.

Among these statistical anomalies occurred in Pennsylvania, when President Obama received over 99% of vote at polls where GOP inspectors were removed. In addition, in those areas turnout was somehow “30%” above government numbers.
Resistance to Obama Has Melted Away… “There isn’t any resistance to Obama anywhere, and it’s going to get worse even from this point. There’s no political impetus, there’s no perceived upside on the part of Republicans standing in the way of Obama.”

Meantime, the ruling potentially invalidates dozens of NLRB decisions since the illegal recess appointments were made. A similar mess occurred in 2010 when the Supreme Court ruled in New Process Steel v. NLRB that some 600 decisions made by the NLRB without a three-member quorum were invalid.

The decision also means that Mr. Cordray has no authority to run the consumer financial bureau, which has been busy issuing thousands of pages of regulations since he was illegally imposed in the job. Mr. Obama renominated Mr. Cordray this week, which is an insult to the Senate and after this ruling to the Constitution too.

President Obama’s newly announced gun-control initiatives are intended as “revenge” against many Americans, as he’s pushing them “to snap,” claims top-rated radio host Rush Limbaugh.

At least one group seems interested in getting answers to those questions and stopping congress from certifying the 2012 election results until the American people have those answers.
The newly formed North American Law Center is serving members of the US Congress with a notice, demanding that congress stop the fraudulent 2012 election and advising members of congress not to become complicit in the fraud by certifying the tainted outcome of the 2012 election.

The House of Representatives will reconvene on Sunday evening, just less than 30 hours before the United States reaches the fiscal cliff.

Ohio’s Republican Governor John Kasich has reneged on his campaign pledge to “block ObamaCare” being established in Ohio. And he has done it a way which would make Barack Obama proud—by lying through his teeth.

Contrary to Nancy Pelosi’s claims, passing ObamaCare has not enabled most Americans to know what’s in it. But one thing has become clear to those who have studied this signature, power-play legislation of the left— courageous Republican governors can kill it.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act can only infect the nation and the American people if states are willing either to set up state based ObamaCare exchanges, or “partner” with the federal government, thereby allowing an exchange to be installed and operated by the Department of Health and Human Services. BUT, although the federal government can “…by law TRY to impose a HHS-run federal exchange” in states which refuse to provide assistance, congress appropriated no money with which the government can build or operate it! And so far, the House has refused to provide that funding. (1)
In short, if a state does not accommodate the HHS by setting up a state-based exchange or acceding to a partnership, there will be no ObamaCare in the state. And if enough states hold the line, the Marxist healthcare scheme will fail.
By November 16th, the original deadline for states to advise the feds of their intentions concerning ObamaCare exchanges, 15 states had informed HHS that they would do NOTHING to allow the implementation of an ObamaCare exchange, most even passing legislation against the plan entering their state at all.

Here is just one account of what happened in a Wisconsin polling place; We saw loads of voters being bused in from Chicago. They were blatant, in your face, wearing BEARS shirts, pants, hats,etc. They were FREELY openly talking about catching buses back to Chicago. VAN loads of these people were followed from the polling place to drop off points in the same geographical area, by THREE different individuals, including Republican Legal representative, and TWO Official trained Project ORCA representatives/poll observers . This area was in the 12th and 13th St. area, between the 1300-1600 blocks.
Crooked Politics: Obama Lost in Every State With Photo ID Law
November 7 | Was the election stolen? Remember all those lawsuits by Democrats demanding that any voter identification laws be repealed. Well, now we know why they filed them. They needed to steal the vote in certain key states so that Obama could be reelected.
Curiously, Obama lost in every state that requires a photo ID to be produced before voting. A list of closely contested state elections with no voter ID, which narrowly went to Obama include: Minnesota (10), Iowa (6), Wisconsin (10), Nevada (6), Colorado (9), New Mexico (5) and Pennsylvania (20). This amounts to a total of 66 electoral votes. When added to Romney’s total of 205 electoral votes, that would give Romney 271 electoral votes, enough votes to win even without Ohio or Florida.

Obama hints at handgun restrictions too
The National Rifle Association, jumping on President Obama’s new and firm support for a Clinton-style assault weapons ban, is stepping up its attack on the president in Ohio, Virginia, Florida and Wisconsin with a new “we told you so” theme.
In his 2008 campaign and while president, Obama has distanced himself from gun issues, aware that it could hurt him politically in key battleground states. But when pressed about gun violence during the Tuesday town hall-style presidential debate, he fully embraced a Clinton-style assault weapons ban. Clinton’s ban expired in 2004.
Suggesting a ban not just on semi-automatic weapons like the AR-15 but maybe even handguns, the most popular rifle in America, the president said, “What I’m trying to do is to get a broader conversation about how do we reduce the violence generally. Part of it is seeing if we can get an assault weapons ban reintroduced. But part of it is also looking at other sources of the violence. Because frankly, in my hometown of Chicago, there’s an awful lot of violence and they’re not using AK-47s. They’re using cheap handguns.”
Ron Paul Won’t Endorse Romney, Sees “Essentially No Difference” ~ (“There are other people who are technically capable of winning because they’re on a lot of ballots,” Paul said about alternatives to Romney or Obama. “Like Gary Johnson, for example,” the interviewer suggested. “Yeah,” Paul replied…..)

The correct conclusion to draw from all these polls is that Romney is comfortably ahead in Virginia and Florida while he holds a slight lead in Ohio. And, remember these polls are all pre-debate!

Gary Johnson Gains Support And May Take Ohio Out of Play for Romney

A new poll from Ohio shows Gary Johnson gaining support, even as press reports emphasize the hold-your-nose-quality in which both major-party candidates marinate, and which may have voters looking elsewhere for options.

The Pentagon’s Inspector General discovered nearly half of U.S. military bases abroad lack offices where troops can register to vote or apply for absentee ballots.

The Pentagon’s report notes the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act, which President Barack Obama signed into law in 2009, requires an installation voting assistance office (IVAO) on every military basethat is not in a war zone. The Pentagon attempted to contact the offices at 229 military bases, but could only reach 114 IVAOs.

ANOTHER VETERAN RAIDED AND HIS FIREARMS CONFISCATED
I have some breaking information regarding an Army combat veteran (and Christian) in Ohiowho was just raided this evening for the same reasons Brandon Raub was arrested.

There were no criminal charges, no suspicions of criminal activity charge, and he was notarrested but all of his firearms were confiscated and he has been given a notice to appear before a judge. He is a Purple Heart recipient, no criminal background, no issues with prior VA psych evals. I just got off the phone with him and would like to pass along all of the information (and there is quite a bit) so others can be made aware of what is happening. At 18:40 ESTon 22/Aug/2012, I received a call from a very close friend of mine in west central Ohio, claiming he had just had all firearms confiscated. At first I thought he was joking, as we often do, so I made some sarcastic remarks, but he continued explaining what he had gone through. I stopped him and asked if he was being serious or just pulling my leg. He assured me he was being serious.

MIAMI (CBSMIami) – Skeeters a problem? Lots of people think so, so Miami-Dade officials are calling in the cavalry; well, actually, the Air Force to kill the biting pests and their breeding grounds. However, the attack may come as a surprise because of how low the spraying planes fly.
The county and the Air Force announced the plans Monday as complaints continue to rise. Recent rainy weather has caused the mosquito population to bloom, something that can cause problems to people headed to cookouts and 4th of fireworks celebrations.
Normally spraying is done in the early morning hours, but nighttime spraying allows the county another whack at the population.
This newest round of mosquito control involves a large C-130 cargo plane based in Ohio to spray Homestead ARB and communities of Doral, West Sweetwater, Kendall, Homestead, Florida City and areas east of U.S. 1, where heavy concentrations of mosquitos have been reported.

The report also states that some guardsmen have been instructed to go to people’s homes and carry out “personal health checks”.

I have been writing about vote fraud since 1993. Few Americans became interested in the cold reality that since the mid-1960s our elections have been rigged until the 2000 presidential election and the farce known as ‘hanging chads’. As regular readers of my columns know I belong to no party; I left the Republican Party in 1996 over vote fraud and the putrid world of dirty politics where the truth didn’t matter. It still doesn’t to party hacks whose only goal is to climb the political ladder of power.
The Florida recount energized Democrats; the howling was heard from coast to coast. Laughable when you consider the Democratic Party machine is more famous for vote fraud than Republicans. Both sides engage in it and that’s a fact.
The 2004 presidential “election” was another farce. An illusion to keep the herds believing their vote actually counted. It only counts when those who count the ballots put it in the desired win column. In 2008, Richard Hayes Phillips book, Witness To A Crime: A Citizens’ Audit of an American Election, was published. That book is an absolute condemnation of vote fraud in the State of Ohio. Phillips, who I interviewed when I had my radio show, examined 126,00 ballots, 127 poll books and 141 voter signature books from 18 counties: “Thousands of ballots in heavily Democratic precincts were pre-punched for third-party candidates. Voting machines were rigged, tabulators were rigged, ballot boxes were stuffed, ballots were altered, ballots were sorted according to candidate, and ballots were destroyed.”
Fair and impartial elections is our absolute right in this country regardless of what party you belong to or what candidate you support. For the destroyers and their minions, putting the same incumbents back into office to carry out the planned destruction of this republic is the only goal. The Department of InJustice under Eric Holder, a racist and as corrupt a political animal as they come, is going after many states in their attempt to stop voter registration fraud. The Democratic Party wants illegal aliens, felons and dead people voting. It’s the only way they can win. A dirty machine stealing our elections for their agenda.
Obama/Soetoro has no constitutional authority to run for the presidency. He didn’t in 2008, yet that malignant narcissist and pathological liar continues to camp out in the the people’s White House because of cowardice by judges and career politicians.
Barry Soetoro, the last known legal name for Barack Hussein Obama, is already on the campaign trail and now – unless it is stopped – the mechanism is in place to fix the election in his favor – again.
