The FOIA request, filed by Barr’s Liberty Guard organization PDF here [2], demands that the Transportation Security Administration, an agency of the DHS, turn over all information related to “Matt Drudge,” “drudgereport.com,” along with other media personalities and websites that have been at the center of the TSA controversy, including “Alex Jones, “John Tyner” and “prisonplanet.com”.

The request seeks to ascertain whether any of these names have been linked with the term “domestic extremist,” in reference to a reported TSA memo that was leaked last week [3] which, according to Doug Hagmann, “officially addresses those who are opposed to, or engaged in the disruption of the implementation of the enhanced airport screening procedures as ‘domestic extremists’.”

Numerous confirmed memos originating out of federal or state law enforcement agencies, such as the infamous MIAC report [4], have listed conservatives and libertarians as “domestic extremists” and even potential domestic terrorists for opposing big government and supporting Constitutionally-minded campaigns and causes.

Big Sis has slapped travel and pilots associations in the face after a meeting designed to address the burgeoning backlash surrounding naked body scanners as well as new invasive groping measures ended in nothing more than a glib Homeland Security press release that failed completely to offer any reasonable response to the national outrage against the TSA.

The DHS press release ^[2] not only fails to address any of the concerns surrounding health risks posed by radiation scanners ^[3], pat downs of children that amount to sexual molestation, or the TSA’s own lackluster background checks for its employees that have allowed rapists and illegal aliens to work in airport security ^[4], it actually only reiterates that the same if not even more invasive policies will continue to be followed.

The statement encourages Americans to spy on each other under the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign, but unfortunately for the feds, the only people saying something are the one third of tourists who have made a pretty big statement by refusing to travel to the United States as a result of the TSA’s oppressive security policies.

Even the US Army, as an occupying force in a foreign country, now refuses to make Afghan citizens submit to the same treatment Americans are subjected to by the TSA and Homeland Security.

“A US Army staff sergeant, now serving in Afghanistan, writes about the new enhanced pat-down procedure from the TSA. Summary of his very powerful message: to avoid giving gross offense to the Afghan public, and to prevent the appearance of an uncontrolled security state, the US military forbids use on Afghan civilians of the very practices the TSA is now making routine for civilian travelers at US airports,” explains the Atlantic’s James Fallows ^[5].

The federal government is attempting to diffuse the controversy by simply refusing to acknowledge its existence, and hoping prominent industry heads will simply drop the issue entirely.

The federal government has been forced to respond to the accelerating backlash against new TSA measures which have outraged the nation, with TSA Administrator John Pistole and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano set to meet today with executives from the travel industry and heads of pilot associations.

Following intense and sustained focus on the issue by the Drudge Report, Infowars and Prison Planet, Reuters reports ^[2] that, “Executives from the travel industry, including online travel sites, theme parks and hotels, were set to meet Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Pistole on Friday to discuss their concerns that security is crimping travel.”

The feds were forced into action after five prominent pilot and travel associations, along with a flight attendants union, vowed to boycott naked body scanners as well as the new invasive pat down procedure, threatening travel chaos. The backlash has also been characterized by new cases of individuals being abused at the hands of the TSA, stories which continue to pour in ^[3] on a daily basis.

Yet another 9/11 video that NIST tried to block from being released has emerged discussing bombs in the World Trade Center that led to the collapse of the twin towers, indicating once more that the organization attempted to preside over a cover-up to hide evidence of secondary explosives.

Every single video that we have been able to study following a lawsuit brought by the International Center for 9/11 Studies ^[2], which forced the National Institute of Standards and Technology to release 3 terabytes of material, has contained either direct or eyewitness evidence of controlled demolition, suggesting that NIST’s refusal to release the footage after a FOIA request was a deliberate ploy to try and keep the material out of the public arena.

On Wednesday we reported on how footage of WTC 7’s collapse had been edited to try and hide evidence of controlled demolition. ^[3]

The new clip features CBS 2 reporter Marcia Kramer discussing a CNN report about secondary explosions inside the ground level areas of the south tower which caused the building to collapse.

“CNN is now reporting that there was a third explosion at the World Trade Center, probably an explosion from the ground that caused World Trade Center 1 to collapse on top of itself,” states reporter Marcia Kramer in the clip.

Kramer refers to WTC 1 but is in fact talking about the south tower, which was the first to collapse. The live footage on the clip shows the smoking north tower still standing.

Congressman Ron Paul has indicated that he will embark on a bid to become President in 2012 if the economic crisis worsens and leads to a dollar collapse, hinting for the first time that the Ron Paul Revolution, which was the grass roots precursor to the Tea Party, will once again be ignited as it was to such great fervor in 2008.

“Events can change quickly, and I believe sincerely we’re moving toward a much more major economic crisis. Depending on where we are on that might help me make that decision,” said Paul, who gave a speech to Tea Party enthusiasts in Richmond Virginia this past weekend.

The Congressman said that a further financial collapse was “95% likely… [because] right now the whole world is racing to beat their currencies because they think it’s going to help trade…But let me tell you, if the bombs started to fall on Iran, hold your hat, because that would be, I believe, the end of our dollar system. And we would have a real skirmish to find out what we’re going to replace this government with.”

In an effort to chill free speech and smear those who dare to stand up for their constitutional rights as terrorists, the FBI sent bomb-sniffing dogs into Concord Hospital New Hampshire on Friday to coincide with a protest against the snatching of a baby by the DCYF, which was partly justified on the basis that father Jonathon Irish was affiliated with the Oath Keepers organization and owned guns.

The court-ratified affidavit used to rip newly born Cheyenne Taylor from her mother’s arms, which was confirmed on Saturday by the Union Leader ^[2], cites Irish’s association with the Oath Keepers, a peaceful group of current and former police and military professionals committed to disobeying unconstitutional orders, and also Irish’s ownership of guns, as two justifications to take the baby.

The affidavit in support of the decision to take the child states, “The Division became aware and confirmed that Mr. Irish associated with a militia known as the Oath Keepers and had purchased several different types of weapons, including a rifle, handgun and taser,” confirming that political beliefs were, amongst other reasons, one of the primary factors behind the snatching of the baby.

In reaction to the controversy, half a dozen people gathered to show their support for Jonathon Irish and Stephanie Taylor at a demonstration on Friday at the hospital.

Despite there being no threat, no warning and no genuine purpose, “FBI bomb-sniffing dogs were at Concord Hospital on Friday after demonstrators gathered to protest a newborn being removed from her mother’s care by the state,” reports WMUR 9 News ^[3].

“The hospital said there was no threat made….The FBI left the hospital without finding anything threatening,” adds the report.

In other words, the feds wanted local news to report on the bomb sniffing dogs in order for the public to make a connection between the demonstrators and violent terrorists, while also attempting to legitimize the seizure of the baby in the first place by creating contrived paranoia and suggesting that a protest involving less than a dozen people was a genuine terror threat.

By manufacturing a non-existent bomb threat, the feds were keen to send a message that people who oppose the lucrative government child abduction racket, where babies are seized in return for massive cash incentives and the children sold on to transnational corporations like Dyncorp and Halliburton who run sex slave rings ^[4], are domestic extremists.

Recent headlines surrounding Glenn Beck’s health problems could be a face-saving ploy to pave the way for his exit from Fox News, which could be a reason why Beck has become increasingly hardcore in recent weeks, knowing that he is on his way out.

Since Beck has been appointed the de facto leader of the patriot movement by the establishment media while reaching some 50 million people a week, it’s necessary to look at why he’s started to cover real issues in recent months instead of blaming the march of big government collectivism on people like Van Jones and other relative nobodies.

Although Beck undoubtedly has genuine health problems, these could just be a secondary factor to the real reasons why he may be preparing to quit Fox News in the near future.

We challenged Glenn Beck to stop identifying Woodrow Wilson and people from the early decades of the 20th century as the real threat to America and to be fair he responded by talking about modern-day eugenicists such as John Holdren, Eric Pianka and Fred Singer.

We challenged Beck to talk about poison in the water and the entire neo-eugenics movement and he actually started doing so.

So when Beck responds to criticisms we have leveled at him, it’s hard to continue bashing the guy. Quite frankly, Beck is becoming more like Alex Jones on a daily basis, which is why it’s difficult to accept that he will be allowed to continue on Fox News for much longer. We’ve noticed a marked difference in Beck’s tone and the nature of the information he covers in recent weeks.

Beck was undoubtedly molded by Fox News as a pied piper for the patriot movement and a phony leader for the Tea Party, but watching his most recent programs makes you wonder whether he knows his time is short and if he has decided to lay it all out in the knowledge that the date has already been set for his departure from Fox News.

Naked body scanners are being readied to go mobile and scan you on the street, at football games and any other event where masses of people are congregated, according to a leaked paper written by Dutch authorities.

As we have been warning all along, the tyranny now being metered out at airports was always intended to be rolled out onto the streets, with mobile metal detectors already being stationed at various transport hubs in the UK in the name of stopping knife crime.

Now Dutch police have announced that they are developing a mobile scanner that will “see through people’s clothing and look for concealed weapons”.

According to a confidential document, “The scanner could first be used as an alternative to random body searches in high risk areas. The mobile detector would enable the search to be carried out more quickly and would only be used on people suspected of carrying concealed weapons,” reports Dutch News.nl ^[2].

The device would also be used from a distance on groups of people “and mass scans on crowds at events such as football matches.”

“The biggest challenge is making it portable and ensuring it can carry out a scan in seconds,” Giampiero Gerini, a professor at Eindhoven University, told the paper.

The aim is to develop and deploy the device within three years. With police in major American and British cities already carrying out random searches of innocent people under routinely abused terrorism laws, mobile scanners are likely to be added to their arsenal, especially if people have been trained to accept their use as routine in airports.

Perry says trampling of Constitution may force officers to conduct “intervention”

Former White House speechwriter John L. Perry has courted controversy by suggesting that the U.S. Military, upholding their oath to defend the Constitution against domestic enemies, could stage a bloodless coup to oust President Obama.

In an article ^[2] originally posted on the Newsmax website, Perry wrote, “There is a remote, although gaining, possibility America’s military will intervene as a last resort to resolve the “Obama problem.” Don’t dismiss it as unrealistic.”

Despite the fact that Perry was not explicitly advocating such a coup, Newsmax later removed the article ^[3] to ensure it “was not misinterpreted”.

The article outlines how military officers, outraged at Obama’s “trampling” on the Constitution, nationalization of American institutions, rising deficits, unemployment and taxes, could peaceably seize power from the “radical-left commissars” of the Obama administration.

“Military intervention is what Obama’s exponentially accelerating agenda for “fundamental change” toward a Marxist state is inviting upon America. A coup is not an ideal option, but Obama’s radical ideal is not acceptable or reversible,” writes Perry.

It is important to stress that Perry is not a Neo-Con, he worked under the Democratic administrations of Lyndon Johnson and Jimmy Carter.

Perry warns that America could be unrecognizable by 2012, prompting a coup to “restore and defend the Constitution,” a prospect that is “weighing heavily on the intellect and conscience of America’s military leadership,” he writes.
