All law is naturally divided into written law and unwritten law.

The Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776, the first Organic Law of the United States of America states that our unalienable rights are to be found in the body of unwritten laws known as the “Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God.”

The Articles of Confederation of November 15, 1777, the second Organic Law, binds the States of the United States of America in Article IV to honor the unalienable right of the people of the States to live only according to the “Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God,” as free inhabitants.

Obama the Lawless and the Day of the Lord! (“…Obama and his leftist cohorts WILL succeed in their efforts. These “tools” of the Devil (John 8:44) will succeed in putting the final nails into the coffin of this once great Judeo/Christian society and nation which was established and founded on the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God. America is already far past the POINT OF NO RETURN…”)

 

Just in the last three and a half years we have seen the Obama “regime” rejected and lawlessly over ride constitutional and moral laws on the verdicts on, balancing the budget, czars, Obama Care, drilling for oil, the protection of marriage, gays in the military, immigration, state law, the banking industry, the 2nd amendment, separation of powers issues etc.

President Obama sees himself “above” the law and outside of its healthy restrictions. This addiction for power and control from this “pee-wee potentate” is plain to see for all. In the name of his subtle and deceiving concerns and personal causes, he is rapidly transforming our republic democracyinto a tyrannical lawless state. Just as our founding fathers sternly warned us of what would be – when morality and sound biblical absolutes and principles were out right rejected by our leaders and the people – so has it become here in America today.

Obama’s Parade of Vindictive Rage

President Obama is a subjective narcissist who adheres to lawlessness, moral relativism and is fully opposed to the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God. He is the polar opposite of our Founding Fathers in every way and as we have seen, his chief trait is to display and parade his vindictive rage in all of his anti – constitutional policies. He and his administration fully comprehend better than anyone that they are in deep trouble come November 2012 and the only thing for them to do is to go completely full bore radical and lawless until this November and to do as much damage and destruction to Romany’s personal character and our nation as possible.

Liberalism – The Lawless Ideology

Liberalism – for the most part – rejects out right the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God. The root and source of this rejection – of these crucial moral laws and realities – is their subjective hatred towards the Creator of the heavens and earth (Romans 1:18-32). This base ideology is expressed and manifested in their disdain and hostility towards the American blue print drawn up by our Founding Fathers, which was based on the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God.

A New Declaration of Independence

When in the Course of human events it again becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with a failed authority and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God as well as our original, properly constituted laws entitle us, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that we should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

It has abused its role over the law and instituted fiat rules that are detrimental to the common good — welfare, cap and trade, oppressive taxes, onerous regulation on business are recent examples.

It has forbidden governors of states to pass laws useful to local needs and has interfered in state business.

It has refused the right of local government to govern at home and has as a matter of course caused local legislators to carelessly assume they have no power.

It has defacto dissolved the authority of state governments so that the representatives of the people constantly defer to rule from Washington.

It has refused to secure the borders so that all manner of foreigners of the lowest station might flood these shores without hesitation while refusing to allow those foreigners with useful skills and education to enter and apply for citizenship.

It has allowed capricious courts to usurp proper legislative duties and to rule from the bench.

It has seated judges with no opposition or investigation and has not required judicial candidates to express an interest in the true meaning of the law of the land.
