In the increased police state around us and the amplified NSA surveillance everywhere, citizens are feeling more and more like they are guilty until proven innocent.
The police in Fairfax County, Virginia, cannot stop many people for speeding since the interstates and highways are constantly partially blocked by accidents, road repairs, and rush hour – it is almost impossible to go fast – just a crawling speed bumper to bumper at all hours of the day and night.
Life in the Electronic Concentration Camp… “What is most striking about the American police state is not the mega-corporations running amok in the halls of Congress, the militarized police crashing through doors and shooting unarmed citizens, or the invasive surveillance regime which has come to dominate every aspect of our lives. No, what has been most disconcerting about the emergence of the American police state is the extent to which the citizenry appears content to passively wait for someone else to solve our nation’s many problems. “

Yet as I detail in my book A Government of Wolves: The Emerging American Police State, if we don’t act soon, all that is in need of fixing will soon be unfixable, especially as it relates to the police state that becomes more entrenched with each passing day. By “police state,” I am referring to more than a society overrun by the long arm of the police. I am referring to a society in which all aspects of a person’s life are policed by government agents, one in which all citizens are suspects, their activities monitored and regulated, their movements tracked, their communications spied upon, and their lives, liberties and pursuit of happiness dependent on the government’s say-so.
That said, how can anyone be expected to “fix” what is broken unless they……………………….

In arguably the most bizarre and disturbing case in U.S. history involving a routine traffic stop by a police officer, a New Mexico man was subjected to an illegal search that would make the President of the United States wince if it had occurred at the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, military detention center to a terrorist who killed innocent Americans.

While America rapidly sinks into a police state with martial law shutdowns of cities now becoming the accepted norm across the land at the slightest provocation, yesterday’s shooting in Roseville, California brought the police state directly into the faces of many Americans as this picture shows. The video below clearly shows ‘a night of terror’ in what is now becoming common ‘police state’ practice in Barack Obama’s new Amerika.
Are Americans ready to accept a police state? Are pastors and Christians ready to accept a police state? Are Republicans and conservatives ready to accept a police state?
Are Democrats and liberals ready to accept a police state? Are there truly enough people left in this country who even understand what a police state is, and if they do, would they really support it?

In this video, a group of officers arrive at a home and, through a closed screen door, demand that the occupants come outside.
The unidentified man inside, along with his female companion, demand that the officers produce a warrant, but they don’t.
When the police continue to demand that they come outside, and order that both occupants raise their hands, the man responds that he doesn’t live in a police state with martial law. He also warns the police that he is video-recording everything.

America Is In The Throes Of A Burgeoning Police State
What is it going to take for pastors and churches to wake up and realize that America is in the throes of a burgeoning police state? Ladies and gentlemen, the long-standing veneration for law and order does not include blind submission to governmental abuse of power. Yet,
it seems that very few Christian conservatives are even paying attention to what is happening before their very eyes.
For example, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has purchased over 2 billion rounds of hollow-point ammunition (enough to wage a 30-year war); the DHS has purchased over 7,000 AR-15s. The DHS calls them Personal Defense Weapons (PDW). These are the same semi-automatic rifles with high capacity magazines that when you and I buy them are called “assault rifles.”
Plus, the DHS has purchased over 2,700 armored vehicles, the same kind that the US military uses in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Department of Defense (DOD) calls them MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected). They carry .50 caliber weapons that fire from inside the vehicle. The vehicle itself is impervious to mines and small-arms fire. They are the vehicle of choice for our combat troops in the Middle East.

Ron Paul Warns Immigration ‘Reform’ Will Turn The US Into A Police State
Politics / US Politics
February 05, 2013 – 03:31 AM GMT
By: Dr Ron Paul
Whenever the federal government decides to reform something we can be fairly sure that the problem is about to get worse, especially if they call the plan bi-partisan. The bi-partisan immigration reform proposal launched last week in the US Senate will be no different.
The new plan, introduced by Sens. McCain and Schumer, would provide a path to citizenship for many of those in the United States illegally. This would only begin after the borders are deemed secure and applicants have paid fees for their illegal entry. They must also pay back taxes on their earnings while working here without government permission. Those on a path to citizenship would be subject to background checks and would be monitored while in the US.
the producer and an actor in Gray State, a film about American behind the wall of a tyrannical police state. The world reels with the turmoil of war, geological disaster, and economic collapse, while Americans continue to submerge themselves in illusions of safety and immunity.
While rights are sold for security, the federal government, swollen with power, begins a systematic takeover of liberty in order to bring about a New World Order.Americans, quarantined to militarized districts, become a population ripe for tyrannical control.
The pieces come together. Within the last week I have read:
1) New software, associated with Google, will recognize customers in stores so as to offer them discounts; having your photos uploaded to allow this service will (for now) be voluntary.
2) A new surveillance system in New York will store footage from cameras in, for example, the subway, so that when an unattended package is discovered, the police can look back in time to see who left it.
3) TSA is perfecting a laser that will allow detection on travelers of trace amounts of drugs, explosives, and doubtless a wide variety of other things.
4) The government is moving toward mandating black boxes on cars to record information thought to be useful in ascribing blame in crashes.
Police Battalions Meant to ‘Quickly’ Deploy Abroad
by Jason Ditz, July 30, 2012

Military police are nothing new, but the US Marines seem to be taking the concept to a new level, forming a growing number of new battalions of police meant not to police the military, but to be deployed abroad as a US-imposed police force for other nations.
The new “world police” battalions are being presented as a way for the US to quickly deploy police abroad for “anti-terror” or drug war operations, and it seems they won’t necessarily be confined to places under direct US occupation, and could be sent anywhere the US has designs on imposing a police state.
The ‘Great Transformation’ occurred exclusively from above, organized by the upper echelons of the civil and military bureaucracy under the direction of the Executive and his National Security Council.
The ‘Great Transformation’ was not a single event but a process of the accumulation of powers, via executive fiats, supported and approved by compliant Congressional leaders.

On the Friday, July 6 edition of the Alex Jones Show, Alex covers the latest police state antics by the Transportation Security Administration, including testing drinks and an insane policy that will require travelers to “freeze” upon command, a control freak plan once again revealing that the nation’s airports have indeed become Gestapo zones where the Fourth Amendment is dead and mean-spirited sadists rule.
Alex confronts multiple aspects of the emerging police state.
The Police State Is Here
by Tim Kelly, May 21, 2012
“There are those who still think they are holding the pass against a revolution that may be coming up the road. But they are gazing in the wrong direction. The revolution is behind them. It went by in the Night of Depression, singing songs to freedom.”
Those are the words of Garet Garrett, the 20th-century journalist and writer, who lamented the collapse of the old Republic and the rise of the American managerial/administrative state — the consummation of which he had witnessed in Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal.
You know you live in a police state when the president allows the military to continuously harass a prisoner against whom no crime has been proven by interrupting him every five minutes of the day to ask him, “Are you okay?” and forces him to stand to attention naked at roll call.
What it can do to one man it can do to every man
.You know you live in a police state when said prisoner is barred from exercising in his cell and told where he may and may not put his hands when he goes to sleep at night.

Many, many times I have been asked about armed resistance to national tyranny, leaving no doubt that those who want this to occur are ready, prepared and anxious to do so. Still others are very angry, but unwilling to commit to anything other than their own arguments and a belly full of Budweiser loudmouth.
Agenda warriors wave the flag for their pet peeve but are unwilling to use their real names for anything other than a “Facebook” entry. I have been insulted by patio patriots who like rare steak, but don’t like the sight of blood. “Do something,” they shout, “but leave me alone. I don’t want to lose my internet service.”Keep filing your taxes, vote for the lesser of two evils, complain about the price of gas, go to your do nothing church, watch the city council vote in one more Agenda 21 UN grab, send a donation to Human Rights watch and “Twitter” your life away. Then, write to me and brag about how you are doing everything you can to throw off the police state that has surrounded you.
One of the unique things about the Constitution of the United States was that it guaranteed certain rights for its citizens. Those rights provided the foundation for an era of freedom and prosperity that was pretty much unprecedented in human history and dozens of other nations eventually copied many of the ideas contained in our Constitution and Bill of Rights because they worked so well. Of course our system never functioned perfectly, but when you compare it to what has gone on for most of human history, it truly was a bright light in a sea of oppression and totalitarianism. Unfortunately,
WAY BEYOND “EXTRA-CONSTITUTIONAL”

Does Obama hate America and therefore wish to destroy it?
(Jan. 8, 2012) — I have warned and written about this particular subject for over three years–since before Obama was elected–aka “coronated.“ It is only now that many others finally seem to be getting the message. However, this is not something to be criticized. It is to be applauded, as it means they are finally and inexorably awakening to the truth. They are to be applauded and not insulted. I noticed this morning that–after a few of the latest Obama assaults on the US Constitution and liberties of We-the-People–some in the media (not the Obama media of course) appear to at last to have come to the realization that Obama is and has been a dictator.
Even some members of our feckless and Obama-accommodating Congress are at last saying that Obama is acting in an “extra-Constitutional” (aka “illegal”; “unconstitutional”) and “dictatorial” manner. Even though it seems to have taken an inordinate amount of time for even these to ultimately admit that we are in a police state crisis, I applaud them for having the insight–albeit VERY delayed–to admit the destructive force that is working daily to eliminate the United States of America. We need all of the help we can muster.
Obama’s latest shredding of the US Constitution and replacing the USA’s 3-Branch Equal-Powers Federal Government system with his own dictatorship include but, are hardly limited to the following:
1. Removing local police presence from communities and replacing them with a federally-paid (that’s US taxpayer-paid) Obama-controlled National Police force. It is starting–in earnest–in Detroit.
Wow. I always knew the neocons hated LRC, but now I also know the extent of their fear. From the NY Times on down (or is that on up?), they all want to destroy this website. It’s been the 10-minute hate. And, of course, for pro-war, pro-police state, pro-empire types who exalt the “Noble Lie,” no fib is too fictional.
Heralding a New Level of the Police State
December 12, 2011
It is a sign of just how fast the police state is advancing that drones in American skies have gone from conspiracy theory to admitted fact in about a year.
In a precedent-setting event, local law enforcement in North Dakota nabbed three suspected armed men with the help of a Predator B unmanned drone. It was only after the drone confirmed that the men were unarmed that police moved in to make the arrest.
It has now become clear that, as we have written and warned about for the past year, the drones that were supposedly commissioned strictly as tools for border control will now patrol inland for suspected criminals on American soil, heralding a new level of police state oppression.
“I think the Patriot Act is unpatriotic because it undermines our liberty,” Paul said. “I’m concerned, as everybody is, about the terrorist attack . . . Terrorism is still on the books, internationally and nationally, it’s a crime and we should deal with it.” Paul added, however, that the framers of the Constitution warned the country not to “sacrifice liberty for security,” yet “Today it seems too easy that our government and our congresses are so willing to give up our liberties for our security.”
“I have a personal belief that you never have to give up liberty for security. You can still provide security without sacrificing our Bill of Rights,” added Paul, to which the candidate was met with a round of applause.
Among the signers of the letter to the Senate are retired officers who also fought against the Bush/Cheney/Obama torture policy, including:
Generals Joseph Hoar, USMC;
Charles Krulak, USMC;
Maj. Gen. Paul Eaton, USA.
The letter says,
“Which is better – to be ruled by one tyrant three thousand miles away, or by three thousand tyrants not a mile away?” –
“Do you see this soldier in this checkpoint?” Iraqi Wael al-Khafaji asked a Reuters reporter, pointing to a spot just a few feet from his Baghdad barbershop. “He can do whatever he wants to me right now and I can’t say a word. Is this democracy?”
Before the U.S. invasion, this businessman – like millions of other Iraqis – was ruled by a distant dictator who had little direct influence on his life. Today, everything he does takes place under the shadow cast by armed men who have given themselves permission to brutalize or kill anybody who refuses to obey them.
It would be nice if the police would be reasonable and would carry out their duties with gentleness and respect.
But sadly, those things are probably not going to happen.
The civil unrest we are seeing now is only the beginning.
Things are going to get a lot worse.
If things keep getting escalated to “the next level”, eventually we will see martial law imposed in some of our largest cities.
Don’t think that it can’t happen.
The United States is increasingly becoming a very unstable place.
As America comes apart at the seams, this is not going to end well for any of us.
According to an Oct. 19 article in the North Carolina News & Observer, written by associates of Human Rights First, more than 20 retired U.S. Generals and Admirals have written to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), and to the chairman and ranking Senator of the Armed Services Committee, to demand the removal of police-state “anti-terrorism” measures from the 2012 Defense Authorization Act.
Authors J. Adam Abram and Alston Gardner write, “The 666-page National Defense Authorization Act being considered by the Senate contains at least two provisions that are simply not consistent with American values…. Section 1031 of the act permits indefinite military detention of American citizens, without charge or trial, if those citizens are accused of supporting or being members of or supporting an affiliate of al-Qaeda.”
Most citizens are completely unaware of the dangerous measures in the bill, especially since the committee debate in June 2011 was held behind closed doors. Now, the article warns, “a minority of senators is trying to rush the entire bill to the floor, using the excuse that we ‘must fund the military.’”
Among the signers of the letter to the Senate are retired officers who also fought against the Bush/Cheney/Obama torture policy, including:

My hometown of Scottsdale, Ariz. recently bought an armored SWAT vehicle that looks like something out of Hitler’s Wehrmacht. Its cost of nearly $400,000 was picked up by our munificent federal government. It will come in handy if there are ever riots at the Victoria’s Secret store in Scottsdale’s upscale Fashion Square Mall.
Not being of sound mind due to being driven crazy by the irrationality of government and citizens, the purchase compelled me to examine the federal budget for the two line items of Police and Corrections. Below are figures showing the growth in civilian employees and payroll for the two items from 1999 to 2009.

The idea of “safety” or “security” is a powerful tool in the collection of emerging dictatorial governments that are not yet able or willing to use outright force to crush the entire population into compliance with the freedom-robbing desires of the rulers of the state. How many freedoms and liberties have we already willingly given up for “security’s” sake? How much more burdensome is air travel in the wake of 9-11, because we simply had to crack down on dangerous, old ladies leaning on walkers and potential terrorist toddlers in diapers? Our blossoming police state is growing scarier by the day—all in the name of “security,” of course.
…..The cops weren’t content with kidnapping minors: they kidnapped every adult in the trailer, too, even the childless friend. Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time! “‘All of the adults were aware of the situation and were aware of the kids were being housed in the animal kennel and did nothing to stop it or report it,’ said Lt. Hoaglund. …[They’re] each charged with two counts of first-degree false imprisonment” – that’s rich, coming from tyrants who cage more people than any other country on earth – “two counts of felony child abuse and misdemeanor child abuse, based on the condition of the house.” Shall we discuss the condition of the average airport, where goons force us to walk barefoot while their grimy paws grope us?
Currently, the state of Tennessee is acting as a testing ground for the federal government’s assault on the citizen’s right to privacy. TSA goons dressed in state sanctioned garb, and heavily armed “law enforcement” cretins with drug sniffing dogs, are harassing the people of Tennessee on interstate highways and bus stations. They are doing this of course all in the name of stopping terrorism. It is interesting how these state simpletons can at the same time terrorize the general populace while protecting them from terrorism.
The object of this charade of course is not to stop terrorism, but to intimidate (terrorize) the people, and to habituate them, so that they will come to expect and accept this kind of treatment in order to be “safe.” This indoctrination training by the state is meant only to beat down the individual into submission, so that state thugs can gain more control. This is not a new concept, but in the U.S. today, police state abuses are not only greatly increasing in numbers, but also are becoming more invasive as every day passes.
The mainstream media claims that Tennessee is the first state to fight terrorism statewide, but illegal checkpoints are now being set up all across the country. The DHS now claims the right to stop and harass anyone, ask for their “papers,” and search them within 100 miles of any U.S. border. This invasive and illegitimate nonsense affects over 190 million citizens, or about two thirds of the entire population. The very abusive conduct by these agents of the state is not restricted to Tennessee, it is evident nationwide. Checkpoints are everywhere it seems, and the numbers are increasing.

Today may mark the real beginning of the end of the United States of America. We-the-People are being forced into the deadliest phase of the Obama Plan, yet—that of his overwhelming implementation of his US Police State.
Obama and his syndicate have now declared the usurpation of the State of Tennessee and its melding into the Obama government to be official. After extensive testing to see how far employees of Obama’s perverse TSA (Transportation Security Administration) would go with their sexual groping of even small children, Obama has now seen that they will do virtually anything they are tasked to do and “The One” has judged them worthy of the questionable honor of checking for US citizens’ papers on US highways, buses, trains and wherever else the now official dictator-in-chief decides he wants to exhibit his power and control over the American people.
Tennessee—which is the scene of multiple unconstitutional test cases with its completely corrupt Monroe County—has been chosen as the State that will begin the official Obama Police State. The former USA has now become either East Germany or the Stalinist USSR—take your pick. And, this move by the Obama syndicate has nothing—whatsoever—to do with terrorists (unless you’re finally waking up to the fact that the Obama syndicate members ARE the terrorists). It is, however, Obama pushing hard for the final forced submission of We-the-People into the US Slave State, which has now arrived with nary a whimper.
Note: I never realized how thoroughly submissive to totalitarianism we had become, until recently. I thought we still had a chance to survive. I actually thought we would fight. On one thing Obama is correct. We HAVE become soft.
The corrupted elite have three uncompromising goals for society and they have it all. Ultimate power, control of the money supply, and control of the people through unconstitutional mandates drawn up in congress, signed by a treasonous president, and codified by a politicized bought off judiciary. America has followed the same dead-end road as all previous societies. They are prosperity, corruption, police state, rebellion, (rejuvenation) or collapse. Must I point out where we are? Every society that has ever lived and died had that moment where their nation could have been salvaged. None so far has taken that redemptive course…………
Lawlessness, injustice, and contempt for democratic values define his administration. He delivered change all right – for the worst, and nothing ahead looks promising.

Do you love liberty and freedom? If so, you better watch your back.
The control freaks that run our society are stripping away our liberties and freedoms a little bit more each day, and lately they seem to be particularly focused on coming after those that are not “integrating” into the system. Just like the rest of the western world, America is being transformed into a “Big Brother” police state control grid. Nearly everything that you do is being watched and monitored. A whole host of organizations know that you are on this website right now.
If you want to go to an NFL game next weekend, there is a good chance that you will be on the receiving end of an “enhanced pat-down” and if you are producing raw milk on your farm there is a good chance that the feds will show up for a pre-dawn raid on your property. In many areas of the country, the government forces us to shoot our kids full of vaccines and implant dangerous microchips in our pets. Virtually wherever we go there is a camera that is watching us or there are other Americans that are evaluating whether or not we are engaged in “suspicious activity” that needs to be reported to the government. Once upon a time, America was all about liberty and freedom, but today our nation is undergoing a radical cultural shift.
America is being “locked down”, and those who love liberty and freedom should watch their backs…………….

Six Fullerton cops, responding to a phone call alleging that someone in the downtown area might be breaking into cars, approached a 130-pound homeless man named Kelly Thomas, grabbed his backpack and, according to eyewitnesses, began Tasering him and beating him into a pulp. He died a few days later at a local hospital.
According to eyewitnesses…………………
As America’s empire spreads abroad, it becomes ever more the police state at home. The methods used for the suppression of foreigners by military force and violence are eventually mirrored in the “homeland.”
In an article last September 25th titled “It Is Official: the US Is A Police State,” author Paul Craig Roberts, Assistant Treasury Secretary during the Reagan years, wrote, “’Violent extremism’ is one of those undefined police state terms that will mean whatever the government wants it to mean. In this morning’s FBI foray into the homes of American citizens of conscience it means antiwar activists, whose activities are equated with ‘the material support of terrorism’…”
The FBI raids at home are reminiscent of U.S. military raids overseas. In Iraq, for instance, labor union offices were raided and rifled and labor leaders imprisoned by the Occupation forces. Their “crime” was to oppose sweetheart contract deals with private oil firms.
The vast U.S. prison system, which houses 2.4 million Americans, may be compared with the Gulag the U.S. has built abroad. America today is the World’s Jailer. As Allan Uthman reported on AlterNet, in 2006 the Bush regime began building “detention centers” to warehouse inmates for unspecified “new programs” when the Army Corps of Engineers gave Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg Brown & Root nearly $400 million. What we do abroad, we do at home.
Adopting police state tactics on Americans the U.S. Empire first used on subjects abroad has a long history. When Filipinos rebelled against U.S. rule after their country was “liberated” from Spain, captured resistance fighters were subjected to water torture. Twenty years later, imprisoned American pacifists who opposed the Wilson administration’s entry into World War One were hung by their hands, and had running hoses shoved in their faces.
