In his first public comments since being kidnapped by authorities over political posts on Facebook, former Marine Brandon Raub tells John Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute that he is scared for his country.
Marine Veteran Brandon Raub’s Attorney says he is getting calls from veterans and people all over the country reporting psychiatric detention for political speech.
Last Thursday, decorated former US Marine Brandon Raub, who served two tour of duties in Iraq and Afghanistan, was detained by the FBI and local authorities for posting controversial anti-government political comments on the social media site Facebook.
Although 26 year-old Brandon Raub was forcefully detained against his will for his political views he was not charged with any criminal misconduct a hallmark of the NAZI gestapo which used the tactic of indefinite psychiatric detention to crush political dissent.
Constitutional attorney John Whitehead representing Raub discussed how the US government violated his client’s first amendment rights with RT yesterday.
But the Nazi government substantially supported psychologists … many of whom, in turn, espoused extermination of the people they considered to be “racially and cognitively compromised”.
Soviet psychiatrists famously aided Stalin in applying fake insanity diagnoses to political dissenters. The official explanation was that no sane person would declaim the Soviet government and Communism.
American psychologists created the American program of torture which was specially-crafted to produce false confessions to justify U.S. military policy. And see this.

On the basis that there was zero reason to detain a retired Marine and commit him to a medical facility for psychiatric evaluation, a Virginia judge has demanded that Brandon Raub be released from custody immediately.
Raub, 26, had his home visited one week earlier by FBI, Secret Service and local law enforcement agents who expressed concern over a series of Facebook posts he had made on his public social networking profile. They detained him without charge and admitted him to a local hospital for evaluation.
“The petition is so devoid of any factual allegations that it could not be reasonably expected to give rise to a case or controversy,” reads a signed statement by Circuit Judge W. Allan Sharrett, which was provided to the Richmond Times-Dispatch Thursday afternoon.
Judge Sharrett adds that he was shocked to find that a magistrate did not include any grounds at all for holding Raub, who was placed in custody for a full week without any charges being pressed.
Judge Allan Sharrett dismissed the case against Brandon Raub, 26, who had been detained by government officials in Richmond, Va., and transferred to a VA hospital in Salem, Va. The judge called the petition to continue Raub’s forced detention “so devoid of any factual allegations that it could not be reasonably expected to give rise to a case or controversy.”

Liberty Knows No Compromise
That is exactly how Stalin did it. If somebody was in his way, he just had them declared “insane” and disposed of them.
The best thing we (and especially we veterans) can do is get to these guys before they get into the VA system. All initial “counselor” interviews will ask them about guns. They need to know that it is not immoral to lie to any government sumbitch for exactly the same reason it is not immoral to lie to a common street thug who puts a gun to your head and demands your money or your life.
Not only does someone need to get ahold of the Army’s document, we need to figure out how to help this poor bastard. — jtl, 419

Attention U.S. Military: You are Being Demonized. This is an Extremely Important Article … It’s now becoming overt. The meme emanating rapidly from the mainstream media is that the U.S. military is a threat to the nation! It sounds very 1984 and backwards, but what isn’t these days. What really captured my attention is a very clever and dangerous article published by Reuters titled “U.S. Army battling racists within its own ranks.” It sounds benign enough at first and as you continue to read it all seems pretty reasonable. Who wants crazy racists running around the armed forces? Nobody. That said, there is a tone throughout that clearly attempts to make the sheeple public suspicious about returning veterans, which is bothersome in its own right considering these young men and women are being sacrificed daily by the elite power structure that would never dip their dainty little toes anywhere near any action. – libertyblitzkrieg.com
