Do you hate paying taxes? Are you fighting foreclosure? Do you feel like no one should be allowed to commit violence against you and don’t always blindly follow the commands of the authorities? Do you film encounters with police or believe gold makes better currency than Federal Reserve Notes? Well you might be part of a domestic terrorism movement and not even know it.

On Friday, the Los Angeles Times posted an article attempting to define a domestic terrorist movement consisting of as many as 300,000 Americans. Some are even labeled as non-violent “paper terrorists”.

Usually the argument runs like this, “America is not an empire, never has been and never will be,” or “America’s far-flung military deployments are not the garrisoning of an empire it is instead a forward defense of the homeland.”In my most recent column along these lines, aptly entitled, “Republic or Empire?” in several publications, there was spirited debate about whether or not America could be called an empire. Some people seemed to take offense at the very idea.

Radio host Alex Jones today called for a second American Revolution led by states who would secede from the federal government and reconstitute the Republic under the terms of the Declaration of Independence, bill of rightsand constitution.

The call for Americans to rally behind a restoration of the Republic and the bill of rights comes on the back of a burgeoning secessionist movement that has swept the country with residents from all 50 states submitting petitions to the White House calling for states to withdraw from the union and form their own independent governments. The petitions have received a combined number of signatures totaling over a million.

During his nationwide broadcast today, Jones laid out the battle plan for secession, emphasizing that states must first secede from the federal government, which has gone rogue, and then use the terms of the Declaration of Independence to restore the Republic, not create a new country.

Jones stressed that he was calling for a cultural restoration in the spirit of the bill of rights – a newly unified America under the Constitution – and not a violent overthrow, noting that it was the states that created the Constitution and the federal government in the first place.

Now do you understand why I had precious little to say about the “election”? The results of this election were determined in 2008, including the faux-opposition candidate. You people who have spent the last several months breathlessly agonizing over this, analyzing fake polls and deluding yourselves into believing that this was somehow a legitimate operation are just sad.

You’re like the people in Iraq who supported the opposition candidate to Saddam Hussein for all of those years. Yes, Saddam Hussein held “elections”. Regularly. That is what happened here yesterday. We had a Saddam Hussein “election”.This can all be summed up in one simple sentence that I have been screaming from the rooftops ever since November of 2008:

To even begin to understand what has happened to the Republic, we must look backward in time to the period following the Civil War. We must go back to the year 1871, which was the beginning of the decline of the Republic. When we examine what happened during that time in our history, we begin to piece together this troubling, perplexing puzzle that is “America” — only then should we answer as to whether we are indeed a “free” people or not.

Here is how we win our country back in spades. First everyone must decide NOT to compromise any further No — to the UN Constitutional assaults and tyrannical positioning of controls on the People. Make up your minds to start drawing lines in the sand everywhere. Your country is being taken over and destroyed from within…get it?

The NDAA Bill is law now, and now Obama signs an executive order to declare Marshall law whenever he wants. Forget your Miranda rights or any rights for that matter – your military can now be turned on you, swoop you away without charges and hold you indefinitely somewhere just because Obama says you are a threat of some kind.

Obama also signed an aviation Bill, allowing 30,000 Drones of all sizes to fly all over our country. These are for surveillance and can be armed. It is so much easier to take people out from the air don’t ya think? Walking through the park just thinking about the drones overhead inspires me. How can I notice the mountain scape or beautiful sun reflecting off the lake when the spy drone and gun are aiming up and down the street.

I must shut out the intrusion stress of the drone and think of something more enlightening like the soon to be forced RFID chip in my body. Let’s have a moment of silence.

Decide that you refuse to live in Cuba, Iran or Nazi Germany. We live in the United States of America, a free Republic, built on Judeo Christian values, freedom and exceptionalism. Even with our imperfections we have been and still are a light on a hill to the world and the ONLY Christian nation in the world left. We cannot and must not die.

Realize that since the beginning of our existence, the rising power of America, her freedoms and Christian values have been nothing but a threat to the wanna be dictators and crowd that does not submit to the God of the Holy Bible and freedom. Freedom for the people means less power for the leaders and diffused and ‘accountable’ power in our country.

Does the U.S. Constitution define a “national” or “federal” government formed by the states?

(Dec. 25, 2011) — Is this the really issue? If it is, the current Government located in DC is still de facto.

This presentation is hopefully going to help you connect the dots and provide evidence of the deeds done that changed what our Founding Fathers first guaranteed to every State in this Union, a “Republican Form of Government,” as Section. 4 of Article IV declares:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

Please note for the record that the Organic Constitution posted here does not have either of the terms ‘national’ or federal’. Therefore, all we have to rest our beliefs on is “A LAW DICTIONARY ADAPTED TO THE CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND OF THE SEVERAL STATES OF THE AMERICAN UNION” by John Bouvier, Revised Sixth Edition, 1856 posted on the Internet. The term “Federal” is defined within this Law Dictionary as:

FEDERAL, government. This term is commonly used to express a league or compact between two or more states.

Which candidate is it that will “take the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune” and return them back ten fold? What candidate will promote the most conservative agenda for America and its people? (Nov. 7, 2011) — The Founding Fathers, after much argument–more than a few stubbed toes and a lot of hard feelings–settled on a Constitutional Republic as the form of government they deemed best to advance the interests of the new nation they had begun.

The reason they decided on that type of system rather than a true democracy is they were wise enough to know the purest form of democracy is a mob. A mob is also one of the lowest and most dangerous of all social phenomena. A mob is an excellent instance of people working together to a negative outcome; it’s one of the best examples of people working together when they actually shouldn’t. A mob is easy to start and hard as hell to stop … simple to put in motion, but very difficult to steer. It is nearly impossible to use a mob for any constructive purpose.

Someday when we the people look back into the chain of events that led to the Fundamental Transformation of America, the biggest question will surely be:“Why did no one in the 535 elected officials step forward to fight it?

In the zany world of politics, there’s a ‘committee’ for just about anything, including the hideous so-called “bi-partisan” Super Committee.

Yet no one has struck the committee called ‘How to Stop the Fundamental Transformation of America’.

Why is congress allowing Obama to proceed with a transformation of America that is forcing—against the will of its people—a noble, 235-year-old Republic into a Socialist State?

Why are none of the Republican contenders for president taking the proverbial bull by the horns?

Mere words will not curtail Marxism, only walls built against it will.

Decent, law-abiding people depend on decent, law-abiding courts whose commitment to justice seems to be fading more every day.

Civil society no longer gets to play on an even playing field. There are no checks and balances to deal with an Obama, who uses executive order to trump his enemies. It was likely within days of an inauguration when he had to retake his Oath, that the president with no provable identity, at least figuratively speaking, threw the Rule of Law out of a White House window.

Barack Obama has now had 1,000 days to work his Marxist agenda against America with no relief imminent.

These are the words patriots await:

“I come before the people today to state unequivocally that the Obama administration works night and day to destroy America. We must find the way to stop it and stop it now.”
