Mark Cuban‘s Advice for the GOPRush Limbaugh.com ^ | October 22, 2014 | Rush LimbaughPosted on 10/22/2014, 3:39:35 PM by KaslinBEGIN TRANSCRIPTRUSH: Mark Cuban has got the answer.

“Mark Cuban has some advice for the Republican Party: Drop the social issues. ‘If I was going to give guidance to the Republican Party, I’d say, ‘Stay completely out of social issues.'” He said it on CNBC today. I’ve been hearing that since 1992.BREAK TRANSCRIPTRUSH:

I can’t tell you how many years, since 1992, that I have been hearing: “The Republican Party better get rid of the social issues or it doesn’t have a prayer.” And the theory, here’s what Mark Cuban says. “If you stay out of social issues, then the conversation from that side will only be about economics, and business, and growing business, and ideas. It should be easy! The generation of sex, drugs, and rock and roll didn’t turn out quite like we planned, right? We thought we’d be like, ‘Live free.

Stay out of the bedroom. Stay out of everybody’s lives. Let’s just focus on business.’ It turned out to be the exact opposite.”By the way, there are plenty of Republicans that have stopped talking about social issues. They still get hammered with ‘em. The Republicans are gonna get hammered no matter what they do. The Republicans are gonna get hammered. Look at the War on Women. There wasn’t one. There isn’t War on Women, other than the one the Democrats conduct. There is not a War on Women. And yet it exists.

And it’s not because of anything the Republicans do. It’s not because of anything the Republicans have said. It was totally made up out of whole cloth. You know, giving away ammunition is not the solution to your political problems. Abandoning 24 million voters is not the route to victory. But it’s amazing how the smart people keep coming up with the same suggestion.BREAK TRANSCRIPT

Comrade Abraham: Was President Lincoln a Closet Marxist? | Nomadic Politics

October 22, 2014 1 comment

When we think of Lincoln, most of us do not consider the sixteenth president as a Marxist revolutionary.

Yet, a little research uncovers some very interesting- slightly confounding- connections between Abe Lincoln and the father of the Communist movement. As fascinating as that might be, there is an even bigger shock in store when it comes to the origins of the Republican Party.

This quote in the meme above reportedly came early in his political career December 1847. For some of us who grew up thinking of “Honest Abe” as a folksy backwoods lawyer, it’s a bit jarring to hear him talking about labor issues. It’s not the image many of us have of the man who freed the slaves and held the nation together.

It’s hard enough to think of him as a Republican. But there was more to that quote. Lincoln also wrote in that same passage: These capitalists generally act harmoniously and in concert to fleece the people..MORE!

Chuck Baldwin — Ryan Zinke: The Greater Evil

October 20, 2014 2 comments

By Chuck Baldwin

October 9, 2014NewsWithViews.com

Republican hacks are famous for promoting the “lesser of two evils” mantra.

The idea goes something like this, “No matter how bad or evil a Republican candidate might be, the Democrat candidate is always worse, therefore, in order to keep the worse candidate out of office, meaning the Democrat, one must vote for the “lesser of two evils,” meaning the Republican candidate.

Obviously, the only way one can buy that philosophy is he or she must accept the premise that the Democrat candidate is ALWAYS worse than the Republican candidate; however, this premise only makes sense in the smoke-filled back rooms of Republican Machiavellians such as Karl Rove and John Boehner–and in the closed and shackled minds of their slavish GOP robots.

The idea that the Republican Party is a “good” party and the Democrat Party is a “bad” party is just so much horse manure. The fact is that BOTH major parties in Washington, D.C., have routinely turned their backs on the American people, the Bill of Rights, individual liberties, State sovereignty, and constitutional governance for most of the last half-century.

And when it comes to building a universal Warfare State abroad and a ubiquitous Police State at home, the Republican Party in Washington, D.C., is far, far worse. For example, the American people lost far more liberties under President G.W. Bush a Republican than we have under President Barack Obama a Democrat. Bush gave us the Patriot Act,

the Military Commissions Act, the indefinite detention provision of the NDAA, and the Department of Homeland Security, and the preemptive war doctrine, just to name a few.

Yes, these egregiously tyrannical acts continue under Obama, but he is simply………MORE!!!!!!!!!

Devvy Kidd — Queering of the Republican Party

October 20, 2014 1 comment

By: DevvyOctober 20, 2014NewsWithViews.comI know there are really sincere Americans who still believe the Republican Party is different than the Democratic/Communist Party USA. Perhaps they believe so based on their state party platform, but the GOPs “leadership” continues to have a choke hold on” their way or the highway” while stomping on true conservatives and decent Americans who belong to tea party chapters around the country:

Leading Republicans Move to Stamp Out Challenges From RightWASHINGTON —” As conservative activist groups stirred up trouble for establishment Republican Senate candidates in 2010 and 2012, party leaders in Washington first tried to ignore the insurgents, then tried to reason with them, and ultimately left it to primary voters to settle the matter.

” Insurgents?”This election season, Republicans led by Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky are taking a much harder line as they sense the majority within reach. Top congressional Republicans and their allies are challenging the advocacy groups head on in an aggressive effort to undermine their credibility. The goal is to deny them any Senate primary victories, cut into their fund-raising and diminish them as a future force in Republican politics.

“I think we are going to crush them everywhere,” Mr. McConnell, the Senate Republican leader, said in an interview, referring to the network of activist organizations working against him and two Republican incumbents in Kansas and Mississippi while engaging in a handful of other contests. “I don’t think………..MORE!

Media’s take on poverty issues exposes the dishonesty of the press

There is perhaps nothing which so perfectly exposes the partisan instincts of the political press as do our various National Conversations on poverty issues.

When poverty again becomes a major focus of the media, as it often does when Republicans are on the political ascendancy, the intentions of Democrats are almost always framed as pure and decent.

Republicans Poised to Lose BIG in November

Contrary to popular political theory and the hopes and wishes of millions of Republican voters, not to mention the strategic blunder of the Republican National Committee RNC, I predict that without a massive shift in Republican political posture, they will not only lose congress in November, but several governorships and the entire Republican Party as well.

Popular theory goes something like this…. “The Obama administration is the worst in U.S. history and Republicans will win elections simply because people will come out to vote against the Obama regime.”

Dare one call it treason?

by LAWRENCE SELLIN, PHD

July 18, 2014 obama_ dark_ mean _ large The hardest thing to explain is the glaringly evident which everybody had decided not to see – Ayn RandMany Americans believe that the US Government, the Democrat and Republican Parties and the media are deliberately misleading the American people, hiding the most heinous fraud and Constitutional crisis in the history of the United States.

Individuals at the highest levels of the federal government may have aided and abetted a deception, which included willful ignorance, misinformation, false interpretations of the Constitution, outright lies and the creation of fraudulent documents and computer records to protect an ineligible, ill-prepared and unworthy candidate for the office of President of the United States.

In the age of Obama we have witnessed the complete metamorphosis of the media, no longer objective journalists, but partisan liberal activists, who control, manipulate, even create news to support a left-wing political agenda. On April 27, 2011, Barack Obama presented as his official birth certificate a digital image so riddled with anomalies that only counterfeiters or the complicit could vouch for its authenticity.Evidence has been reported claiming that Barack Obama has been using a fraudulent Connecticut Social Security Number SSN since at least 1986.
