The IRS scandal provides Republicans and conservatives with the opportunity to repeal and replace Obamacare now. The House Republican majority should refuse to fund the expansion of the IRS necessary to manage Obamacare. Without that funding, and hiring thousands of additional agents, the IRS cannot even begin to manage Obamacare.

The IRS is Obama’s KGB – their agents and the armed goons that they employ to enforce their arbitrary will. And the IRS isn’t the only agency Obama uses to bludgeon Americans into surrendering their freedom.
Make no mistake – Obama is the person responsible for the IRS lawbreaking, not some low-level rogue bureaucrats.
Obama has made it clear that conservatives, Tea Partiers, and Republicans are the enemy. He has never acknowledged their legitimacy,

Reloaders: solution to ammunition shortage?

At one time, it was popular for people to reload their own ammunition. In fact, at one time in American History, it was necessary.
It seems like this might be a hot topic for some people so that they can get enough ammunition for target practice, etc.

Everybody but the GOPe KNOWS immigration reform guarantees Democrat control for ever « Coach is Right
By Kevin “Coach” Collins
Every thinking American, whether conservative or liberal knows that when the feckless Republicans in the Congress fold and stab us in the back by erasing our borders Democrat Party control of our lives will be assured forever.
The sad truth is that we are reduced to hoping that the horrific terror attack on Boston will defeat the Democrats’ plans to swamp our country with ready- made Democrat voters because there seems to be little reason to hope the Republicans will do so.
And that is in any mid-term, not just in the more onerous second mid-terms.
But President Obama has decided to defy that history. He has decided not to try to govern with the Republican House majority, but to devote the next 18 months to political posturing and framing the issues so negatively against the Republicans that America would rally to give Obama total control of the government in November 2014, with a restored Democrat majority in the House as well, leaving no check on Obama’s power at all.
That is because President Obama’s goal is the radical transformation of America from the world’s leading capitalist state, the freest, most prosperous, and mightiest in history, into just another socialist third world country.
But he knows he can’t do that with the Republican House majority elected in 2010 precisely to stop his socialist agenda. For that radical, socialist transformation, reflecting what the Democratic Party and their party controlled media lapdogs are really all about, he needs total control of Congress. For that he needs, effectively, a socialist, one-party state, which is actually what he is after in defying history, and seeking a restored Democrat House majority.

Once upon a time where was no political correctness about the Civil War. There were differences of opinion yes, but they were not exploited for political reasons like they are today.
Throughout the ’90′s and into the new century many Democrats and Republicans alike competed over who could wipe their feet the hardest on Southern heritage to make themselves more attractive to the black vote. The Republicans have always lost big, and never learned.
A classic was John McCain playing Mr. Veteran, who understood about the sanctity of battle flags in the South Carolina primary. But Carl Rove just gutted McCain there. (Editor’s note: Ted Sampley told me Rove gave him $37,000 to attack McCain. Later, when Rove tried to get Sampley to stop, he refused. We miss Ted, cut out of better cloth than both.)

Either (a) Obama is referring to a different shooting, which I doubt, (b) I missed a major update to the Newtown story, (c) he knows something we don’t, or (d) he has roughly the same mastery of gun fundamentals as magazine expert Diana DeGette. From last night’s DCCC fundraiser in San Francisco:
Now, over the next couple of months, we’ve got a couple of issues: gun control. (Applause.) I just came from Denver, where the issue of gun violence is something that has haunted families for way too long, and it is possible for us to create common-sense gun safety measures that respect the traditions of gun ownership in this country and hunters and sportsmen, but also make sure that we don’t have another 20 children in a classroom gunned down by a semiautomatic weapon — by a fully automatic weapon in that case, sadly.

As you know, Colorado, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rode Island, and New York have all illegally passed so-called gun control laws.
I keep hearing and reading by way of social media and some of the corrupt news outlets the majority of Americans are for stricter gun controls which is flat out patently false. I speak with real Patriots and Veterans about this issue daily and not one is for more control on our liberties. What make things worse are so-called Republicans in name only in these state legislatures have joined liberal democrats in the illegal process of taking away our liberties and Freedoms I fought so diligently to protect.
Mr. Wayne LaPierre I’ve noticed has been under considerable attack by these crazies from both parties and to me isn’t striking back enough. I would gladly stand on the front lines again to repel any illegal tyrannical efforts by those who seek to stifle my Constitutional Rights guaranteed me and every true American.

What is the business of the state government or the federal government telling me who I can and can’t marry?
RUSH: You are serious with this? You want to equate interracial marriage to homosexual marriage?
CALLER: Yeah, I think that a person should be able to make their own personal decision. I think actually this should be something the Republican Party should be in support of. It’s individual rights, you can marry whoever you want.
RUSH: You don’t have to worry, the Republican Party’s moving in that direction, it is.
When we look at what is going on in America today we have to ask the question, “Is anyone really paying attention?” We basically have a two party system that is scattered with 15 or so sub-parties. The only Parties of real influence are the Democrats and the Republicans. The question there is, is there really that much difference between the two? On the surface, they are miles apart but a closer examination shows that there really is not that much difference.
I review the bills that are introduced into Congress weekly. It takes anywhere from an hour to sometimes two and a half hours to review these bills. When I examine these laws that are introduced to Congress you will find that any law that involves raising taxes and implementing more and more regulations on businesses and people in general and bills that nibble away at our Constitutional rights you will find that they come from the Democrat Party 100% of the time. When we see bills that attempt to lower taxes, re-establish Constitution al rights, remove regulations they come from the Republican Party virtually 100% of the time.

Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-Texas) introduced an amendment to the fast-moving continuing resolution spending bill that would bar funding for President Obama’s golf outings until the White House reopens for public tours.
Gohmert, who announced his amendment from the floor of the House, said Americans, whether Republicans or Democrats, will be greatly disappointed to come to Washington and not be able to get their tours of the White House. Many tours are planned well in advance.
The amendment states:
When gun confiscation begins, ALL politicians must be viewed as enemies of freedom until proven otherwise « Coach is Right
by Doug Book, staff writer
As the far left pass into law unconstitutional and unforgivable statutes by which to confiscate the firearms of the American people, a number of gun rights supporters believe the reclamation of our 2nd Amendment rights must depend upon the continued election of declared, pro-2nd Amendment Republicans.
Unfortunately, such is the rose-colored-glasses thinking of individuals either too foolish, too gullible or too cowardly to recognize the perpetual treachery of elected Republicans for what it truly is— a politician’s perception of political necessity taking precedence over his duty to support the God given rights of the American people.
And never mind the argument that politicians who vote for gun confiscation will be in imminent danger of losing their jobs and therefore get what they deserve. That is irrelevant to the situation. For such politicians are traitors to the nation and to the American people. They are intent upon eliminating a God given, constitutionally codified and protected right! Therefore, reclaiming their elected office ceases to be an issue of any import as the very fact of their vote to abolish the right to keep and bear arms means they have lost all right to be a lawmaker in a free country.

Here is video of Judge Andrew Napolitano on “Fox & Friends” this morning saying what Barack Obama is doing with the “Sequester” is “almost an impeachable offense.” Napolitano blasted Obama for using the “Sequester” to “hurt” the nation, when it is his Constitutional duty to “make the Government work.”
“He can decide where the cuts happen,” Napolitano said, even though Obama is acting as if his hands are tied and the most essential services must be cut. In reality, Napolitano pointed out Obama could fund anything he wishes to fund and cut something else less important, since he is the Chief Executive of the nation. Instead, he wants to use the “Sequester” as a political tool to demonize Republicans. Lost in all of this, of course, is that the “Sequester” was Obama’s idea to start with.

President Obama’s demagoguery and fear-mongering on his sequester cuts are breathtaking, even for him. Lest you think I am engaging in hyperbole, let me give you the dictionary definition of a demagogue. One definition is “a political leader who seeks support by appealing to popular desires and prejudices rather than by using rational argument.”
Obama’s ordinary MO is to stir people against one another, to stoke the flames of envy among some against others in lieu of rational argument to rally support for his causes.Obama has had four years to try his ideas. They have all failed, in every category.
His stimulus plan to spend nearly $1 trillion of borrowed money to jump-start the economy was a colossal, unconscionable waste of money we didn’t have and not only didn’t work as promised but probably stalled the private sector‘s efforts to recover. He remains defiantly unrepentant in the face of his repeated reckless green policy failures.

In Part 1 of this interview with former FBI operative Larry Grathwohl, we addressed the goals and methods of the Weatherman organization and debunked recent attempts to dismiss their words and activities as “youthful folly” or “typical of those days.” In Part 2, we discussed the continuity of purpose connecting the murderous radicalism of the Weather Underground leadership with the progressive education and social justice advocacy of the “mature,” “respectable” Ayers, Dohrn, Machtinger, Boudin, and others.
Here in the final installment, I ask Grathwohl about the alarming cognitive dissonance of today’s Middle America in the throes of the “fundamental transformation” promised by Barack Obama, facilitated by the progressive education and legal establishments, and put into practice by federal agency appointees, colleges of education, union leaders, and bureaucrats with established leftist pedigrees.

WASHINGTON – For the first time since Election Day, President Obama is on the defensive. That’s because on March 1, automatic spending cuts (“sequestration”) go into effect — $1.2 trillion over 10 years, half from domestic (discretionary) programs, half from defense.
The idea had been proposed and promoted by the White House during the July 2011 debt-ceiling negotiations. The political calculation was that such draconian defense cuts would drive the GOP to offer concessions.
It backfired. The Republicans have offered no concessions. Obama’s bluff is being called and he’s the desperate party. He abhors the domestic cuts. And as commander in chief he must worry about indiscriminate Pentagon cuts that his own defense secretary calls catastrophic.

Sen. Diane Feinstein, D-Calif., introduced sweeping so-called “assault weapons” ban legislation this week that would place unprecedented restrictions on individuals’ rights to own, use, sell and even pass along already owned firearms to family members. But given where things stand now in the polls and political atmosphere, that legislation will go nowhere.
But the Constitution and the will of the people matter little to a progressive with an opportunity.

Reid & McConnell are reportedly about to change the Senate rules
It’s probably a harbinger of sell-outs to come. But Senate GOP Leader Mitch McConnell is apparently about to conclude an agreement with Majority Leader Harry Reid which would sell out pro-gunners and decimate minority rights under the Senate rules.
This change could occur as early as Wednesday. If enacted, it could handcuff pro-gun forces and keep them from defeating the most radical initiatives aimed at restricting our Second Amendment rights.
Late last night, New York Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin, one of the few Republicans with a strong enough spine to stand up to the new gun legislation, released the following statement on his Facebook page.
Thirty-six percent of the surveyed voters think the president is possibly “hiding important information about his background and early life,” the Fairleigh Dickinson University PublicMind survey found…..
The Republicans in Congress look like they are about to sell us out on the question of protecting the Second Amendment. The way they took a dive on the “fiscal cliff” gives us an idea of what they will probably do when confronted with Barack Obama’s fearsome attacks on gun ownership. They won’t listen to us.
They will jump as high as the media and Obama tells them to and count themselves lucky if they aren’t singled out as a Hillbilly and an ogre for opposing “common sense” gun control.
According to a newly released report, based on the results of a major sampling of conservatives–the kind of people who vote in Republican primaries–if this scenario plays out many Republicans might be…
In a letter to Obama, Sensenbrenner on Tuesday voiced concern about the video game, “Bullet to the Head of the NRA,” which allows players to assassinate NRA President David Keene with a scoped firearm. (RELATED: Developer of “Bullet” NRA game admits to wanting as much publicity as possible)
“Making threats against public figures who speak out either for or against gun control prevents us from having a reasonable, thoughtful debate,” Sensenbrenner wrote in his letter. “Although we may have strong disagreements on the best ways to reduce gun violence, it is my hope that we can both agree that video games targeting specific individuals who speak out on this issue, is counterproductive.”
We were told that the GOP achieved a coup in the fiscal cliff negotiations because they lured Obama into an agreement to lock in the Bush tax rates except for the highest-income earners. Never mind that Obama agreed to no spending cuts or entitlement reform after demanding a “balanced approach” to deficit reduction; they told us he’d be forced to address those matters in a couple of months in the debt ceiling negotiations.
U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio is developing a wide-ranging immigration reform plan—including steps to give more than 12 million illegals currently in the U.S. legal status—in an effort to seize the initiative on a contentious issue that polls show is hurting the Republican Party with the nation’s rapidly growing Hispanic population.
Rubio laid out the broad outline of his plan in an interview with the weekend edition of the Wall Street Journal, at the same time President Obama announced he would push a comprehensive immigration plan of his own this March.
Surprisingly, both hold similar goals—creating a process in which undocumented workers in the U.S. can gain status and at the same time create a potential path to citizenship at some point in the future. …
Republican lawmakers have told Newsmax that Rubio’s plan could pass muster, even with immigration hardliners, if the plan included a significant restitution for illegals to pay and began taxing them for their work here. …
Today, the leftwing media is still not talkina about the emails. They would have been if the guy in the White was a Republican because they detail the manufacturing of a tragedy. The emails were sent from the US mission in Benghazi to the State Department, the CIA, the Pentagon and the White House situation room.
The first of these emails were not sent on or around Sept. 11, 2012 as the White House initially led us to believe, but on August 27 when Ambassador Christopher Stevens reiterated to Washington about the ttwo earlier attacks on the embassy compound—the first one taking place in June. At that time, on Aug. 27, he requested a detachment of Marines at the Consulate.
I don’t know what Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said to Stevens, or Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, because I suspect neither wanted their fingerprints on the reply. I would speculate that some underling replied that his request was “…under advisement but for the present, he needed to get along with what he had because there simply were no other assets to spare.”
