The IRS scandal provides Republicans and conservatives with the opportunity to repeal and replace Obamacare now. The House Republican majority should refuse to fund the expansion of the IRS necessary to manage Obamacare. Without that funding, and hiring thousands of additional agents, the IRS cannot even begin to manage Obamacare.

As a Marine I served this country of mine honorably upholding the U.S. Constitution and everything that comes along with it.

I can’t for the life of me understand why it appears you aren’t doing enough to combat these attempts by State and Federal governments along with the corrupt media who seek to subvert the very Rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

As you know, Colorado, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rode Island, and New York have all illegally passed so-called gun control laws.

I keep hearing and reading by way of social media and some of the corrupt news outlets the majority of Americans are for stricter gun controls which is flat out patently false. I speak with real Patriots and Veterans about this issue daily and not one is for more control on our liberties. What make things worse are so-called Republicans in name only in these state legislatures have joined liberal democrats in the illegal process of taking away our liberties and Freedoms I fought so diligently to protect.

Mr. Wayne LaPierre I’ve noticed has been under considerable attack by these crazies from both parties and to me isn’t striking back enough. I would gladly stand on the front lines again to repel any illegal tyrannical efforts by those who seek to stifle my Constitutional Rights guaranteed me and every true American.

I haven’t seen nor heard anything from the NRA about lawsuits against these state and federal governments to re-establish what is rightfully ours. You will lose the PR battle if you flinch and don’t establish a powerful network of informational columns focusing on the Second Amendment and the rights that come with it.

When I examine these laws that are introduced to Congress you will find that any law that involves raising taxes and implementing more and more regulations on businesses and people in general and bills that nibble away at our Constitutional rights you will find that they come from the Democrat Party 100% of the time. When we see bills that attempt to lower taxes, re-establish Constitution al rights, remove regulations they come from the Republican Party virtually 100% of the time.

Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-Texas) introduced an amendment to the fast-moving continuing resolution spending bill that would bar funding for President Obama’s golf outings until the White House reopens for public tours.

 

Gohmert, who announced his amendment from the floor of the House, said Americans, whether Republicans or Democrats, will be greatly disappointed to come to Washington and not be able to get their tours of the White House. Many tours are planned well in advance.

Unfortunately, such is the rose-colored-glasses thinking of individuals either too foolish, too gullible or too cowardly to recognize the perpetual treachery of elected Republicans for what it truly is— a politician’s perception of political necessity taking precedence over his duty to support the God given rights of the American people.

 

And never mind the argument that politicians who vote for gun confiscation will be in imminent danger of losing their jobs and therefore get what they deserve. That is irrelevant to the situation. For such politicians are traitors to the nation and to the American people. They are intent upon eliminating a God given, constitutionally codified and protected right! Therefore, reclaiming their elected office ceases to be an issue of any import as the very fact of their vote to abolish the right to keep and bear arms means they have lost all right to be a lawmaker in a free country.

Here is video of Judge Andrew Napolitano on “Fox & Friends” this morning saying what Barack Obama is doing with the “Sequester” is “almost an impeachable offense.” Napolitano blasted Obama for using the “Sequester” to “hurt” the nation, when it is his Constitutional duty to “make the Government work.”

“He can decide where the cuts happen,” Napolitano said, even though Obama is acting as if his hands are tied and the most essential services must be cut. In reality, Napolitano pointed out Obama could fund anything he wishes to fund and cut something else less important, since he is the Chief Executive of the nation. Instead, he wants to use the “Sequester” as a political tool to demonize Republicans. Lost in all of this, of course, is that the “Sequester” was Obama’s idea to start with.

Obama’s ordinary MO is to stir people against one another, to stoke the flames of envy among some against others in lieu of rational argument to rally support for his causes.Obama has had four years to try his ideas. They have all failed, in every category.

 

His stimulus plan to spend nearly $1 trillion of borrowed money to jump-start the economy was a colossal, unconscionable waste of money we didn’t have and not only didn’t work as promised but probably stalled the private sector‘s efforts to recover. He remains defiantly unrepentant in the face of his repeated reckless green policy failures.

The idea had been proposed and promoted by the White House during the July 2011 debt-ceiling negotiations. The political calculation was that such draconian defense cuts would drive the GOP to offer concessions.

 

It backfired. The Republicans have offered no concessions. Obama’s bluff is being called and he’s the desperate party. He abhors the domestic cuts. And as commander in chief he must worry about indiscriminate Pentagon cuts that his own defense secretary calls catastrophic.

Wisconsin Republican Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner is calling on President Barack Obama to denounce an online video game that encourages players to shoot and kill National Rifle Association officials.

In a letter to Obama, Sensenbrenner on Tuesday voiced concern about the video game, “Bullet to the Head of the NRA,” which allows players to assassinate NRA President David Keene with a scoped firearm. (RELATED: Developer of “Bullet” NRA game admits to wanting as much publicity as possible)

The first of these emails were not sent on or around Sept. 11, 2012 as the White House initially led us to believe, but on August 27 when Ambassador Christopher Stevens reiterated to Washington about the ttwo earlier attacks on the embassy compound—the first one taking place in June. At that time, on Aug. 27, he requested a detachment of Marines at the Consulate.

 

I don’t know what Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said to Stevens, or Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, because I suspect neither wanted their fingerprints on the reply. I would speculate that some underling replied that his request was “…under advisement but for the present, he needed to get along with what he had because there simply were no other assets to spare.”
