Last week we got the agonizing news that a defenseless White man who had been beaten severely by a gang of six Black teenagers succumbed to his injuries and died. He was a living breathing person just as you and I. He was 46 year old Pat Mahaney. He was walking on a public street not bothering anyone. His cowardly attackers charged at him from behind and all SIX of them beat him.
After the cowardly attack Mr. Mahaney was so traumatized he was afraid to go out of his home. He lived for another year but collapsed first psychologically than physically under the weight of living with his injuries and caring for his elderly mother.
Zimmerman Not Guilty. Obama Administration Considering Federal Charges….. “Even though the cops were acquitted in the Rodney King trial, two of them still faced prison time for Federal crimes. Zimmerman could still face federal charges if Obama wants to….”
Zimmerman Not Guilty. Obama Administration Considering Federal Charges…..
From Debbie Schlussel:
George Zimmerman may face federal charges. Because in America–while we think you can’t be charged for the same crime twice–there really is double jeopardy, in the form of federal charges. And if you think Barack Obama–who said if he had a son, he would look like Trayvon Martin–hasn’t instructed his Justice Department to consider it, think again.
‘Crackers,’ a ‘teenage mammy’ — the sorry truth about race and Zimmerman trial (OK, then fizzles)

George Zimmerman faces life in jail as a jury considers second-degree murder charges against him for killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. But thanks to the media he is already sentenced to life in the American public’s mind as a racist.
NBC edited a tape of Zimmerman’s call to police as he was following Martin to make him appear to be focused on Martin’s race.
The New York Times has referred to him in unique racial terms as a “white Hispanic.” The terminology was necessary to have the story fit into a well-worn news narrative throughout American history from the Scottsboro Boys to Emmett Till to Rodney King – the black victim of white racism. Hispanic people can be as racist as black or white people in a country with a deep history of racism. But, apparently for the Times, Zimmerman’s whiteness was important. It fit their good versus evil tale of a white racist killing an innocent black man…..

For reasons of voume and poor vision I cannot answer much of my email. I know that it is offensive to write and not get a response, but I can’t help it. My apologies.
In 1950 America was conservative, prosperous and, superficially anyway, happy. The war had been won. America had no competition of any kind anywhere. Calm prevailed. The races lived separately with little conflict. Men went to work and women stayed home to raise the kids. The schools saw their job as teaching reading, grammar, spelling, and arithmetic.
Divorce was almost unheard of, bastardy—as it could then be called—close to zero. Drugs, pornography, free love and perversion—as homosexuality was then said to be—were at most distant rumors. Perhaps they could be found in Paris and New York, where such exotics as William Burroughs and Henry Miller abode. These things were mere frissons around the edges.
If Zimmerman Walks, Media-inspired Riots AnticipatedThe New American ^ | July 6, 2013 | Alex NewmanPosted on Saturday, July 06, 2013 8:49:14 PM by 2ndDivisionVetThe city of Sanford, Florida, already has a secret law-enforcement plan to deal with potential riots and unrest in the wake of a possible acquittal of George Zimmerman. Miami has efforts to keep the peace underway as well.
Across America, pundits and analysts have been warning that a “not guilty” verdict in the controversial case could set off an explosive wave of deadly violence rivaling the mass riots that ensued following the 1992 Rodney King trial. If mayhem does strike, analysts say the establishment media, President Obama, and assorted race-profiteers would bear much of the blame.
Well before the verdict is announced, agitators and provocateurs are already using social-media services to broadcast their intentions to unleash chaos and death. One Facebook page being investigated by authorities, for example, was entitled “RIOT for Trayvon.”
In its description, the page read: “They don’t think we will tear this mutha —– [expletive deleted] up! LIKE IF YOU READY TO RIDE! LETS FLEX OUR MUSCLE! WHAT, YOU SCARED?” Other pages brazenly call for murder. On Twitter, meanwhile, violent messages from self-styled Trayvon Martin supporters have also been calling for violence, mayhem, and killing if the jury refuses to convict Zimmerman of second-degree murder — a prospect that appears increasingly likely as the prosecution’s case implodes.

Folk Hero, Rambo or Kamikaze
by Preston James
Wastopher Dorner a true Community Folk Hero of the downtrodden, a Rambo seeking Racial Justice, or was he actually the First American Kamikaze?s Chri
A detailed examination of all such claims made in the mass media about Chris Dorner and the actual evidence so far available (even though scant) shows major contradictions.
A detailed examination of the now available evidence and claims of the Dorner case (even though scant) suggests that the police and the Major Mass Media have worked hard to make Dorner appear as a very disturbed, suicidal and homicidal Kamikaze out to search for and destroy members of the LAPD and their families, simply as revenge killings for the loss of his job as an LAPD officer because he felt he was unjustly fired.
Despite his negative labelling in the media, Dorner developed a substantial following of supporters that feel he is their Folk Hero, a strong man standing for justice and equality against the rampant out of control police tyranny, injustice and racial prejudice.
LAPD High Crimes… (“What happened was reminiscent of immolating Branch Davidian’s Mount Carmel Waco ranch compound in 1993.”) ~ | Veterans Today

Its rap sheet includes corruption, abuse of power, complicity with CIA drugs trafficking, unjustified arrests, beatings, murder, perjury, witness tampering, evidence planting, frame-ups, coverups, racism, sadism, and other crimes.
It wants its dirty secrets kept hidden. They’re ugly and longstanding. Many examples bear witness. In March 2000, news reports revealed LAPD Rampart Division Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums (CRASH) unit criminality.
It included unjustified arrests, beatings, drug dealing, witness intimidation, murder, evidence planting, frame-ups and perjury.
An organized criminal subculture exists. Anti-gang officers and supervisors run it. They “celebrate” shootings. They get away with murder.
Earlier LAPD criminality surfaced. Officers shot unarmed gang members, committed perjury, filed false reports, stole drugs from dealers, obstructed justice, beat, framed and robbed people, and were involved in other misconduct.
Two decades ago, Rodney King’s beating made headlines. Similar ones go unnoticed. They happen ad nauseam. People of color are most vulnerable. Victims are called perpetrators. LA cops beat, kill and abuse with impunity. It’s standard practice.

I know most of you who personally know me are in disbelief to hear from media reports that I am suspected of committing such horrendous murders and have taken drastic and shocking actions in the last couple of days. You are saying to yourself that this is completely out of character of the man you knew who always wore a smile wherever he was seen. I know I will be villified by the LAPD and the media.
Unfortunately, this is a necessary evil that I do not enjoy but must partake and complete for substantial change to occur within the LAPD and reclaim my name. The department has not changed since the Rampart and Rodney King days.

Dismal notes of a long-time police reporter:
Almost all accused criminals are guilty. The reasons are two. First, almost all are caught in the act. The driver wobbles across three lanes of traffic, has a half-empty bottle of Beam on the seat, and blows pickled as a gherkin on the Alkasensor. Not a whole lot of doubt here. Or he is found coming out of somebody else’s window with somebody else’s television under his arm. He is probably stealing it. Or he scores 75 on the radar gun in a thirty zone in front of a school. Or he proposes sex to an undercover cop for twenty bucks. Not a lot of mystery here. Unless you have seen female cops.
The second reason is that the DA won’t paper a case he can’t win. He is overworked as it is, and needs to look good by keeping his convictions up. He won’t take iffy cases.
Yet the criminal justice system is crooked from the gitgo. Start with the idea of trial by a jury of your peers. It doesn’t exist, unless you are rich or a celebrity case. Some ninety-five percent of cases are settled by plea bargaining. If everybody asked for a jury trial, the entire system would stop. If you do insist, the judge in all likelihood will be so angry that he will do his best to get you convicted and then give you the max. You pay heavily for exercising imaginary constitutional rights.
It gets worse. Consider plea bargaining. You are walking through a red-light-and-dance-club region and an undercover police woman in a three-inch plastic mini-skirt and fishnet stockings says, “Hi, honey. You sportin’?” You are not. Kidding, you say, “I want to do it in a swimming pool full of raspberry jello. I’ll give you a million dollars.” That’s an offer of a specific amount for a specific act. Bingo. You are arrested for soliciting prostitution. Which you were not. And cops know exactly how to phrase things to avoid an entrapment defense.
You are now screwed though not, alas, literally. Your choice is to fight the charge, with the ensuing publicity, loss of job and marriage plus huge legal bills, or plead to something like public lewdness with a small fine, no publicity, and a criminal record for a sex offense. Try getting a security clearance with that.
I offer an alternate vision of the future. Instead of a small town in the South as the flash point, picture instead a score of U.S. cities in the thrall of riots greater than those experienced in Los Angeles in 1965 (Watts), multiple cities in 1968 (MLK assassination), and Los Angeles again in 1992 (Rodney King).
(“Our liberal Mainstream Media (MSM) has few qualms about stoking racial resentment”) Family Security Matters
Our liberal Mainstream Media (MSM) has few qualms about stoking racial resentment. For example, we all know who the late Rodney King was. Why? Because we were bombarded with reports of his beating by members of the Los Angeles Police Department. Having seen the video countless times as every other American over forty has, I’m persuaded the police were much more violent than the situation seems to have called for – beating King with a nightstick after he was prone and kicking him as well. That’s very difficult to justify.
Their acquittal led to the worst black riots in LA history, killing 53 people, injuring 2383, starting 7000 fires, damaging 3100 businesses, and numerous black racist assaults against whites and Koreans.
Trayvon Martin’s shooter has a new lawyer. Mansfield Frazier hopes he’s advising his client to take a plea, since a protracted murder trial is the last thing we need.As George Zimmerman faces murder charges for shooting Trayvon Martin, it’s worth asking if America is in danger of facing Rodney King, Part II?That’s what I see down the tracks:
If this case goes all the way to trial, it’s a train wreck waiting to happen. The time is now for strong hands to take the helm and steady the ship of state—not to mention our national racial, political and legal discourse. The paramount concern has to be to avert a large-scale racial calamity. As Touré recently wrote, if sane adults are not careful, deliberate and measured in the handling of the Trayvon Martin-George Zimmerman affair, a dark time could descend upon America.Look what’s already festering on the streets of Sanford…..
Actually, it was Barack Obama, but his message was the same as the one from the man whose beating by police (after a 117-mph car chase) triggered the Los Angeles riots of 1992 when the cops were acquitted. During the riot, King came out and famously said, “People, I just want to say, you know, can’t we all get along?”
The topic at the UN was Obama’s wish for the Palestinians and Israelis to be at peace in two nations, side by side. Meanwhile, the Security Council was considering recognizing an independent Palestinian state.
But the real message seemed to be Obama’s taking the dais as King of the World. Like a good sovereign, he touched on every theme imaginable to make “our children” happy, wealthy and wise. He talked about curing various diseases, stopping war and climate change, advancing science, prosperity and, yes, even gay rights, throwing in a line suited to a fundraiser in San Francisco. Of course, with his converting the United States military into the largest homosexual sensitivity training unit in history this week, why should we be surprised? Obama spoke as if the interests of the world were the same as those of the United States. He stroked the attendees repeatedly, reminding them of the UN’s importance, noting that “the United Nations helped avert a third world war.”
Actually, it was………………………
