All America needs is yet another unexplained lone gunman non-terrorist killing of American Hero Chris Kyle. He was America’s most celebrated sniper of the Afghanistan conflict described by wikipedia:a United States Navy SEAL and the most lethal sniper in American military history, with 160 confirmed kills out of 255 claimed kills
At the age of 8, Kyle’s father taught him to shoot. As a youth, he trained as a bronco rider for the rodeo, which he gave up after a serious injury to his arm.
He had intended to volunteer and enlist in the U.S. Marine Corps, and was recruited by the U.S. Army, but eventually enlisted with the U.S. Navy.
Kyle served four tours in the second Iraq war, and was awarded the Bronze and Silver Star medals multiple times. Iraqi insurgents dubbed him the “Devil of Ramadi” and offered an increasing bounty for his head. He was shot twice, and was involved in six IEDattacks. Kyle separated from the U.S. Navy with an honorable discharge in 2009 to spend time with his family.
He remained in the spotlight during retirement, and wrote a New York Times bestselling autobiography, American Sniper.–snip–Sarah Palin, God bless her was one of the first political figures to mourn Kyle.

Memorial Day with my KIA Marines | Veterans Today
Buried stories of decorated Marines resurface for Memorial Day…with a little help from their friends. …by Jim W. Dean, VT editor
[Dear Readers, I am on a one month shooting trip to Berkshire County, Mass., and my home town of Gt. Barrington which Smithsonian.com recently named the best small town in America. I have been shooting historical and arts venues like the Hancock Shaker Village, the Norman Rockwell Museum, to colonial graveyards and, as always, some old WWII vets that are still with us. This footage will be used in future feature articles as VT continues to build our own Net TV presence with in-house produced series material for our international audience. This Memorial Day piece is a rerun from last year, but it is a timeless piece...Jim]

Prison Planet.com » Jesse Ventura Wishing Troops to be Killed is Pure Nonsense: Tyrel Ventura Reports
The Alex Jones Channel
January 7, 2012
On Thursday’s O’Reilly Factor, Bill sat down with Chris Kyle, a former Navy SEAL sniper credited with 150 certified kills and author of the book American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History.
Kyle, the recipient of five Bronze Stars and two Silver Stars, revealed to O’Reilly why he punched former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura, knocking him to the floor. Kyle said that he encountered Ventura at a bar while attending the wake of a fallen SEAL, and that Ventura started bad-mouthing America, then-President Bush, and the Iraq war.
WHERE IS THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF WHO STANDS UP FOR OUR U.S.MILITARY?
If a cop and a promising student were gunned down and the shooter was caught, only to be freed after four years, the outrage would be palpable. Politicos would fall all over themselves to register their indignation and the press would be on it for weeks.
It happened in the case of New York State Trooper John McKenna and Pace University law student Michael Glover, who were serving in Iraq with the Marine Corps Reserve. Yet this story is virtually unknown, even though the injustice is enormous and systemic.
Five years ago, Lance Cpl. Glover, having put a scholarship on hold to volunteer for combat duty in Iraq, was the pointman on a patrol outside of Fallujah when he was killed by a sniper’s bullet. Capt. McKenna, Glover’s platoon commander, earned a posthumous Silver Star for giving his life in an attempt to save Glover.
Months later, U.S. troops captured their killer, Muhammad Awwad Ahmad. Recently, the families of the fallen learned from the Defense Department U.S. forces turned Ahmad over to Iraqi authorities in June 2010, and that an Iraqi court set him free four months later.

Secrecy Surrounds Silver Star Medal Revocation:
“Except for a few intrepid news and opinion outlets, plus Navy Times, a respected military newspaper, a cone of liberal silence descended around shocking news that a Silver Star medal for gallantry was yanked from a high-ranking Navy officer back in August 2010.
No why is given; it is shrouded in the mist of military bureaucracy.
