Obama broke the same law, three times, that he had anti-Obama filmmaker D’Souza arrested for

wordpress ^ | September 28, 2014 | Dan from Squirrel HillPosted on 9/29/2014, 12:06:24 PM by grundleDan from Squirrel Hill‘s BlogObama had anti-Obama filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza arrested for violating campaign finance laws, even though Obama himself had violated campaign finance laws three different times without being arrestedIn August 2012, Dinesh D’Souza released 2016: Obama’s America, a movie that was critical of Obama.

In January 2014, D’Souza was arrested for violating campaign finance laws.In May 2014, D’Souza pled guilty to violating campaign finance laws.In September 2014, D’Souza was sentenced to live in a halfway house for eight months, pay a $30,000 fine, perform 260 days of community service, and receive counseling. However, even though Obama himself had violated campaign finance laws on three different occasions see here, here, and here, Obama never had himself arrested.Numerous legal experts have said that D’Souza’s arrest was politically motivated.

Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz said of D’Souza’s arrest:“This is clearly a case of selective prosecution for one of the most common things done during elections, which is to get people to raise money for you…If they went after everyone who did this, there would be no room in jails for murderers.”“This is an outrageous prosecution and is certainly a misuse of resources. It raises the question of why he is being selected for prosecution among the many, many people who commit similar crimes…

This sounds to me like it is coming from higher places. It is hard for me to believe this did not come out of Washington or at least get the approval of those in Washington.”Former Federal Election Commissioner David Mason said of D’Souza’s arrest:“What struck me first was that it is unusual in cases like these for the FBI to go out and actually arrest someone, simply because it is not necessary…

And even less so in this case because [D'Souza] has enough prominence that it is fairly obvious that he is not a flight risk. White-collar indictments are made lots of times without an arrest being made.”Commenting on D’Souza’s arrest, former acting U.S. attorney general George Terwilliger of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius said that there were“legitimate questions that could be asked about the political motivation for bringing the case.”

Dominic Gentile of Gordon Silver, an expert on the enforcement of campaign finance law, conducted extensive research on other people who had done the same thing as D’Souza, and concluded:

D’Souza Speaks Out on Sentencing: There Was ‘All-Out Attempt to Put Me Away’

Mediaite ^ | 9-24-14 | Josh FeldmanPosted on 9/24/2014, 10:56:38 AM by afraidfortherepublic

Conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza spoke out tonight about his five-year probation and eight-month sentence to a community confinement center on Fox News.

D’Souza told Megyn Kelly, “My faith in an independent judiciary is affirmed.”D’Souza was indicted in January for campaign finance, and pled guilty in May.

D’Souza had suggested on multiple occasions that he was targeted for his criticisms of President Obama, a charge prosecutors strongly denied.D’Souza repeatedly said in his interview tonight that there’s been an “all-out attempt to put me away,” and while he didn’t directly say it was the Obama administration, he did note there’s a “pattern of this administration using the instruments of the law… to go after its critics.”

Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel. —Samuel Johnson.

Dinesh D’Souza, the same guy who two years ago gave us the inane documentary film 2016: Obama’s America,[1] now as given us another creation: America: Imagine A World Without Her.According to D’Souza, there are two basic views of the United States: America the Oppressive Nation and America the Exceptional Nation. In the typical Hollywood-style, stupid documentary for the brainless sheeple, D’Souza, as he did in his previous film, shows interviews of select, high profile “liberals” who dogmatically hold the first view the bad guys wearing black hats and then interviews some “conservatives” the good guys sporting white hats who critique the first view and, like D’Souza himself, affirm the second.A long time ago, the logical positivist philosophers stated that when two people don’t agree, it is because either they are calling two different things by the same name, or are using two different names to denote the same thing. According to them, all differences of opinion are based on semantics.Though I don’t fully agree with them, I think that in this case their logic is sound. Both of the groups who seem to disagree are right about the subject of the polemic. The problem is that, contrary to what both “liberals” and “conservatives” believe, there are two Americas. In Italo Calvino‘s tale

The Cloven Viscount,” Viscount Medardo goes to war and is blown in two halves by a cannon ball. So, he returns to his fiefdom as two half men, one them good and the other evil.In the same fashion, almost since its very creation, America has been divided into two very defined parts, one good, the one we can properly call America, and an evil one, which, to distinguish it from the other, we should call Amerika. So, we have America, a country that became a beacon of freedom for people escaping from totalitarianism, a country that developed the widest and richest middle class, a country of laws, a country for the people, by the people, of the people.

America: Imagine the World Without Her is the newest propaganda hit piece from confessed criminal and Right-wing operative Dinesh D’Souza.During my weekly visit to the movies, I saw Deliver Us From Evil. It was a movie with great potential the connection to PTSD and the “demons” that our veterans carry home with them from war could have been more thoroughly developed that needed a thorough rewrite and editing. I am a sucker for movies about the supernatural and occult. Therefore,

I felt obligated to see Deliver Us From Evil.Dinesh D’Souza’s new “documentary” “America” was also playing at the same movie theater I had already suffered through a viewing of that Right-wing tract. Thus, I decided to do some reconnaissance/observational research on the attendees of D’Souza’s newest fairy tale propaganda hit piece.

The books that are currently stocked in our stores have met our sales threshold, and so we continue to carry them. I might suggest visiting Costco.com for further information from our CEO regarding this matter.

D’Souza’s ‘America’ uncovers a generation of liberal lies…

July 9, 2014 3 comments

By Michael Bresciani

One of the contributors of the American Prophet website submitted a critique of D’Souza‘s film just days before its release. Along with other reports it was the impetus for my trip to the local theatre to see for myself what the buzz was all about.I am now convinced that much more than a mere buzz; D’Souza’s offering is a trumpet, which every American should see regardless of their race, political persuasion or national origin.D’Souza has an advantage over almost any filmmaker in America today

and he could not be a more perfect choice to make this film because he is an Indian born immigrant whose love for this country was not biased by an education in U.S. schools where the curriculum has been carefully and unremittingly skewed to the left for an entire generation.

The film deals with generational lies that have slowly crept into the national dialogue, educational system and the political rhetoric of the left. The shear persistence of these lies and the willingness to lay these prevarications before an unsuspecting generation of our youth as ‘true history’ has fostered a kind of ‘new truth’ that after all is nothing but syncopated, syndicated, deliberate and dangerous lies meant to lead America into a day of self-loathing and inordinate guilt. But is the film fair?I
