Despite losing the popular vote 51% to 48%–not a landslide for Obama by any means, but on the other hand not the “neck and neck” outcome many predicted–Mitt Romney would be President today if he had secured 333,908 more votes in four key swing states.
The final electoral college count gave President Obama a wide 332 to 206 margin over Romney. 270 electoral college votes are needed to win the Presidency. Romney lost New Hampshire’s 4 electoral college votes by a margin of 40,659. Obama won with 368,529 to Romney’s 327,870.
After what we have seen this November, how is any American ever supposed to trust the integrity of our elections ever again? There were over 70,000 reports of voting problems on election day, and there are numerous eyewitnesses that claim that they saw voting machines change votes for one candidate to another candidate right in front of their eyes. In several of the swing statesthere were counties where the number of registered voters exceeded the total voting age population by a very wide margin.
How in the world does that happen? Some of the vote totals that were reported in some of the most important swing states were completely and totally absurd, and yet we are just supposed to accept them on blind faith without ever being able to ask any questions. Of course the Romney campaign has already totally given up, so it isn’t as if there is any chance that the results of the presidential election could be overturned anyhow. But if massive election fraud did take place and nobody is held accountable, what kind of message will that send for the future? Will we ever be able to have faith in the integrity of our elections ever again?

Election fraud storm-clouds loom over Presidential race

And if he does, will Americans – especially African-Americans – take to the streets?
These are the two key questions of the 2012 election season. Yet the mainstream media, owned by the same interests behind the “black-box” voting machines that manufacture election outcomes, won’t touch the issue.
Daniel Ellsberg, the world’s most famous whistleblower, joins me on Truth Jihad Radio today (3 to 5 pm Central, AmericanFreedomRadio.com) to discuss the burning question: Should you vote for drone murderer and Constitution-shredder Obama, just because the Romney-Netanyahu ticket is even worse?
Propelled by impressive debate performances, Mitt Romney has surged in the polls. Gallup had the GOP nominee leading by as many as seven points recently, and likely women voters, who once favored Barack Obama by double digits, now lean toward the president by only one percent in the swing states.
Even more significantly, Romney has finally taken the lead in the Real Clear Politics electoral-college estimate, 206 to 201. And it’s plain to me what all this means for November 6.
RUSH: CNN is panicking over their own poll. As predicted, the polls are starting to tighten.
CNN, at least what they’re saying, they’re starting to panic. You’ll hear the sound bites coming up. Oh, by the way, the Washington Post poll that was so devastating to Romney in the swing states, this goes beyond simple incompetence or media malpractice.
This is genuine corruption. We find out, and from the Washington Post’s own pollster, that they based last Friday’s poll of Romney being up ten, 11, whatever it was in those three swing states, on 160 people with a margin of error of plus or minus eight. I’m not kidding you.
Washington Post reporters Jerry Markon and Alice Crites deserve kudos for turning the spotlight on the Obama administration’s use of taxpayer funds to curry voter favor in the critical battleground state of Ohio.
Markon and Crites cite a laundry list of largess that has poured into the state in recent years:[T]he state’s portion of the $2.3 billion in clean-energy manufacturing tax credits was tens of millions of dollars more than the slices that went to other swing states…
Open letter to swing state voters: Presidential Election 2012… (“So, it was and is unfathomable to me that anyone — unless they are receiving a huge influx of taxpayer money from Obama’s syndicate……..”)

Dear residents of the US “Swing States“:
Recently, the albeit strongly skewed-to-the-left polls in your States favor Dictator-in-Chief Obama. As this non-working-and-questionable-president of the United States’ abject and highly-visible destruction of massive portions of our nation’s small-to-medium-sized businesses (and the attendant millions of jobs losses for the middle class) and his restrictions and/or elimination of our ability to produce any energy (think coal) to sustain our lives have been put into place via his Draconian policies, I found this claim to be both bizarre and patently insane. The question I continued to ask myself is “do the American people really and truly want to be slaves to Obama and his Marxist government? Why in the world would any sane human want that?” I could find no workable reason to explain anyone voting for and reelecting someone into office who has (in his first term) exhibited such perceptible disdain for the USA, its people and every one of its/our foundation principles — including our founding documents the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution.
Rush: Be Confident! The Election is About Obama (” I don’t think Obama‘s up ten or 12 points anywhere, but I do think he’s winning.”)
RUSH: You might have read, if you read blogs, or you watch television, you might have heard conservatives in some cases, say something along the lines of this: I don’t think Obama‘s up ten or 12 points anywhere, but I do think he’s winning.
I don’t think there’s any question.
Where are all of the yard signs? (Hmmm…See Reader Responses…Four years ago it seemed that everyone had a yard sign and Obama was everywhere, even… )
Where are all of the yard signs?SelfPosted on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 12:12:33 PM by Pride_of_the_BluegrassI don’t live in a battle ground statebut I’ve noticed a lack of yard signs this year for politicians.
Obama, in particular, likes to be seen visiting troops and photos taken with members of our military.

In 2004 George W. Bush’s re-election campaign worked to put anti-gay marriage ballot initiatives up for vote in several swing states in order to turn out more hard-core conservatives to the polls. This year the question is whether marijuana legalization measures will turn out young voters for Obama.

The President certainly enjoys the perks of his position in the White House. From extravagant vacations to approximately 100 rounds of golf, it has been a pretty enjoyable tenure for Mr. Obama. He has been able to meet celebrities, travel the world and play his favorite games.
While our nation’s problems are not his primary concern, the President sure acts interested when giving speeches in battleground states. Most of these speeches are political and not official business, but the President continues to charge the travel expenses to the American people.
