All of this constant talk of corruption, wrongdoing, markets going bad, etc. ad nauseum is ridiculous. Conservatives (i.e. Those who stand for what is right.) deserve what is happening to them and I mean every word of it.
If people who know what is right will not pull together and do something about all of this mess, then why complain about it or even talk about it? It accomplishes absolutely nothing. You\’re not going to convince anyone who is liberal to come his/her senses nor are you going to win converts.
Limbaugh Can\’t Stop Laughing At Obama

Rush Limbaugh: “You’ve got to make sure that when it fails, the right people get blamed, and this is what Obama can’t even do. You have to competently, in an evil mastermind kind of way, design the failure so that it looks like it’s the fault of who? The insurance companies, the hospitals, the doctors, the pharmacies, and, of course, the Republicans. Everybody

Apparently unsatisfied with the overwhelming capitulation of congressional Republicans, Barack Obama once again took aim at conservatives during a speech marking the end of the government shutdown. He began by issuing the obligatory pronouncement that there “are no winners here,” despite the fact his party received virtually all of its demands. The shutdown has “inflicted completely unnecessary damage on our economy,” he noted, pivoting toward once again blaming the entire fiasco on his political opponents.“
Some of the same folks who pushed for the shutdown and threatened default claim their actions were needed to get America back on the right track,” he continued, “to make sure we’re strong.”
Instead, he concluded, the stalemate has “encouraged our enemies, it’s emboldened our competitors, and it’s depressed our friends.”
He then began identifying those he holds responsible for the discord in Washington, D.C., saying “all of us need to stop focusing on the lobbyists, and the bloggers, and the talking heads on radio and the professional activists who profit from conflict,” saying such voices don’t represent “what the majority of Americans sent us here to do.”
Time and again, Obama finds it easy and safe to call out strong conservative figures in the media while intentionally ignoring the blatant partisanship constantly broadcast over most mainstream airwaves.
Without bloggers and talk radio, the conservative voice would be largely silenced in America — which is precisely the left’s mission.Since efforts to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine or some variation thereof have been thwarted……

RUSH: I want to go back to the lady on the phone who says this doesn’t feel right. What’s happening here to the country just doesn’t feel right.
You know what’s happened here? You know what this feels like, folks? I’ll tell you exactly what it feels like to me. You tell me if this isn’t close.
It feels like we’ve lost a war to a communist country. It’s almost like there’s been a coup. There’s been a peaceful coup.
The media has led this coup, and the Democrats have taken over with popular support. We’re getting policies and implementations and things that were never, ever part of this country’s design and founding. (via Daily Rushbo)

Liberal talk show host blames FRC shooting on ‘gutter Christians’ who went ‘too far’

The “ filthy, degenerate, gutter Christians” at the Family Research Council inspired last week’s shooting by “going too far” with their pro-family activism, according to a nationally syndicated liberal talk show host.
“You filthy, filthy right-wing b——-ds, you’re going too far!” Mike Malloytold his audience last week. “One of these days somebody’s going to go berserk and walk into one of your filthy holes of religious insanity with a gun.”
The media-news site JimRomenesko.com reports on Facebook comments by Fort Myers (Fla.) News-Press reporter Mark Krzos, who summed up his disgust as he covered Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day: “Such a brave stand … eating a g-ddamn sandwich.”
“I have never felt so alien in my own country as I did today while covering the restaurant’s supporters.
The level of hatred, unfounded fear and misinformed people was astoundingly sad. I can’t even print some of the things people said,” he claimed. Then he bashed talk radio:
At what point did being right and normal become “controversial”? Oh, we know the cultural tectonic shift from traditional moral values to chaotic debauchery began in earnest in the 1960s, and we have seen our society gradually and steadily slide into moral decay since then.

Some conservatives believe that other conservatives, on talk radio and Fox News Channel, are damaging the cause of conservatism by dishonestly overstating their case against President Obama to increase their ratings and profits.

Show Open: Michelle and Kids in Vegas…
Rush Limbaugh.com ^ | March 30, 2012 | Rush Limbaugh
Posted on Friday, March 30, 2012 4:08:03 PM by Kaslin
RUSH: Michelle (My Belle) Obama and the kids are in Vegas on a vacation. Not exactly a family oriented place in my mind, but to each his own. That’s the place Obama told everybody not to go anymore, remember that? In his first month in office he said the days of getting on your private plane and going to Vegas are over. I guess they’re back.
Hi ya, folks. It’s Friday. How are you.
RUSH: And we are happy to be with you, wrapping up a big week of broadcast excellence, with an ever-expanding audience geometric proportions here. A thrill and a delight to be with you. Here’s the telephone number: 800-282-2882. Now, for those of you new to the program, asking what is Open Line Friday, it’s very simple. Monday through Thursday callers must talk about things I am interested in. It may sound a little dictatorial, and it is. I am a benevolent dictator. If I talk about things that bore me, the audience will be bored. On Friday, I throw out all those rules, and whatever anybody wants to talk about is fine, even if it bores me.
I’ll fake it or act bored or what have you. But it’s my way of taking a courageous career risk, turning over the content portion of the program to lovable rank amateurs, as opposed to me, highly trained broadcast specialist. So whatever you want to talk about, for the most part — Don’t complain about the electric bill or sewage problems in Oshkosh, things like that, but whatever, you think maybe needs to be discussed that hasn’t been or if you have a question or comment about anything, this is the day for it: 800-282-2882. The e-mail address, ElRushbo@eibnet.com.
During the past couple of days, the United States of America was treated to a “diversion” from the harsh reality of the very difficult economic situation that concerns most Americans.
That ”diversion” came from the recent issue of birth control, Sandra Fluke, and Rush Limbaugh. What happened was last week, conservative talk radio show host, Rush Limbaugh, during his midday radio show talked up on the issue of both birth control and this woman by the name of Sandra Fluke.
Rush Limbaugh is probably not sweating this one, folks. The critics keep piling on. But the immensely popular talk radio host has the biggest “sponsor” of all on his side: Clear Channel radio network.
Arizona Sen. John McCain, Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich, and New York’s Cardinal Timothy Dolan are among the latest to criticize Limbaugh for calling a Georgetown University student a “slut” and a “prostitute” after she testified in favor of birth control insurance coverage.
But Clear Channel’s Premiere Radio Networks Inc., which hosts Limbaugh’s conservative talk show, has voiced its unwavering support for Limbaugh, whose contract runs through 2016.
“The contraception debate is one that sparks strong emotion and opinions on both sides of the issue,” Premiere Networks told the Associated Press. “We respect the right of Mr. Limbaugh, as well as the rights of those who disagree with him, to express those opinions.”
It is not bad enough that he provides partisan blather, that he demeans our President.
He has regularly demeaned women.
We have a moral objection to our tax dollars being used for such a purpose.
You should move immediately to cancel any further broadcast through government facilities of his venom.
Memphis talk radio host Thaddeus Matthews insulted and humiliated Republican congressional candidate Charlotte Bergmann during a recent interview. He ended the interview by saying, “get your stupid, ignorant ass up out of my studio.”
It is a cliché to speak of “spineless Republicans”-google spineless republicans and you will see.
They talk “conservative” when they campaign; but once in office, they go along with the progressive agenda. That agenda is to grow the federal government until it controls every aspect of our lives.
Why don’t they oppose the progressive agenda?
But on this, our Rush is wrong. Rush is a man of Principles; but he doesn’t understand the Constitution. So he doesn’t see that the spineless ones also don’t understand it; and that their failure to oppose the progressives stems from their lack of any Standard to guide them.
With recent moves such as “recess appointments” widely regarded as unconstitutional and a declaration that he must act without Congress, President Obama is becoming increasingly brazen, says top-rated talk-radio host Michael Savage.
“We’re watching a dictatorship emerging now where he is literally coming out of his chrysalis and showing his true nature,” Savage told his listeners last night.

Part 3 of 3
…..This is not ‘tin helmet’ or conspiratorial nonsense anymore folks. We have a Dictatorial take over going on in our country by this President and his backers. Who will be the first person or group to have ‘terrorism’ charges thrown at them?
Will it be planned sabotage at various Tea Party events so they can be framed then picked up? Then there are those pesky Talk radio hosts like me, Alex Jones, Savage, Rush, Hannity…..the list goes on. Perhaps we are dangerous to the country, certainly the corrupt leadership we have.

I predict if we don’t stop Obama and this movement toward full on Dictatorship and Marxism, that seniors, soon the disabled, Pastors and outspoken Christians will be taken away and either killed or re educated. Already, several Christian Pastors have been arrested for simply exercising their freedom of speech about a variety of issues in public places.
Laws, rights and our constitution are being shredded and ignored all over the place…..
Who is Rush Limbaugh Afraid of?

Apparently during this whole Sandusky scandal Rush Limbaugh answered a caller by saying who couldn’t give the answer he wanted to give because he would no longer have a radio show or a career.
I heard this interview talking about what Rush said and I don’t know what to make of it. Does anyone have the transcript of Rush Limbaugh saying that there is someone who is afraid to speak against because they could get him fired? To me this is a big deal and we need to flush out exactly what Rush was saying (or was he just tweaking everyone)

Alec Baldwin has said plenty of outrageous things over his career when untethered from a movie script, or teleprompter. Now Mr. Baldwin has his own live radio talk show. This may prove to be a goldmine of Rorschach like material, in the brave new scientific frontiers of narcissism.
The far left actor has aspirations of political office. No not just a seat on a local school board, but it has been said that he would like a shot at the Mayors office of New York City. After the Mayors office, the sky is the limit. Well, if this radio show is a kick off for his new political career, he certainly has gotten off on the wrong foot with millions of Americans.
Baldwin, fresh off a pep talk to his base last month in Zucotti Park, was ready for a rant against our beloved Irish American President, Reagan. While live on his radio show he blurted out: “Reagan seduced a whole generation of Americans into believing, you should have what you want more than they (the underprivileged) should have what they need, and don’t feel guilty about it,” In other words Reagan didn’t care about the poor.
While the Rush Limbaughs and Sean Hannitys of the world became enormously wealthy by kissing the boots of the neocon businessmen who have monopolized the talk radio industry in America there was one “old Right” voice of freedom that did not waver: Ron Smith of WBAL Radio in Baltimore. When the neocons lied the nation into the senseless and unconstitutional war in Iraq in 2003, cheered on by conservative chickenhawks like Limbaugh and Hannity, Ron Smith remained “the voice of reason,” as he is known in Baltimore, by opposing the war. (Unlike these chickenhawks, Ron Smith joined the Marines as a teenager).
For opposing the war Ron quickly lost 40 percent of his audience, but stuck to his guns and continued to oppose the war over the airwaves. The heroic management of WBAL Radio stood by Ron, and it paid off: nearly all of the audience returned once it became glaringly obvious that Ron was right about the war all along, and that the entire nation had been neo-conned (and continues to be).
FBI begins recording call-ins (talk radio):
Next time you call a talk radio station, beware: The FBI may be listening.
The FBI says it is not playing Big Brother by policing the airwaves, but rather seeking access to what airs as potential evidence.” The agency’s reasons for recording all these radio programs don’t get any clearer as the news report goes on. No doubt that is intentional.

This week, Rush Limbaugh celebrated his 23rd anniversary on national radio, but his happiness was tempered by the Congressional “debt deal.”
The ladies of “The View” returned to their weird obsession with Rush Limbaugh, when their all-female panel rehashed old accusations and anecdotes about Limbaugh’s alleged “racism” (FREE audio).
The United States of America is over! I just heard it from Rush Limbaugh! He knows everything so he can’t be wrong can he? I’m sure I missed the announcement that Limbaugh is moving out of America as he always implied he would; remember “I’ll tell you when it is time to panic.”
I can only conclude Rush is right. Isn’t he? I mean because Rush and a seemingly endless parade of conservative “thinkers” have said so, I must now put my pitchfork away because there is no use in trying. Rush told me so. He’s not wrong, right?
By Limbaugh’s thinking the few of us who want to fight should give up and stay home next year. That will give us 300 Democrats in Congress and 80 seats in the Senate so Franklin Delano Obama to finish us off. But giving up is all that Rush can say so that’s all we need to know.
I know I’m giving not up even though Rush said I should. YES we got kicked in the ash by this deal, but I really don’t give a damn what Limbaugh or anyone else says about what the future of my country will be. It will be up to me and other TEA partiers to save America and that is what we will do.
Rush might think we will accept “It can’t be fixed because it is in the budget from last year and the year before that and so on,” but he is very wrong, very wrong indeed!
Limbaugh can sit in a mud puddle sucking up dirty water, feeling sorry for himself and, but I’ll keep fighting. I have a family to protect and a nation to preserve so I don’t have the luxury of self-pity…..

Boehner Should Tell Obama: “Call When You’re Ready to Talk Cutting Spending…”

Death of Jose Guerea Blamed on “Right Wing Talk Radio”:
“The fact that Guerea was a Marine who had served two tours in Iraq was used to bolster Dupnik’s case. “Look, a Marine with a weapon represented a severe danger to my men,” Dupnik said. “If they hadn’t fired first he probably would’ve killed them all. It was only quick thinking that saved the day.”
As for blocking the paramedics, Dupnik maintained that the hour’s “delay was necessitated by the need for a search of the premises to ensure that there were no other gunmen, guns, or drugs to be dealt with. If that means a suspect has to bleed while we do it, so be it.”
No other gunmen, guns, or contraband of any sort were found in the home. Guerea’s wife and two children were in the house during the raid. Fortunately, the SWAT team refrained from shooting them.
The Internet is filled with good and bad. Personally, I believe the Internet (along with a precious few independent newspapers and radio talk shows) is analogous to colonial America’s “Committees of Correspondence”: it is the last resource of uncontrolled, unfiltered information left. I dare say if it wasn’t for the Internet (and the massive private ownership of firearms), it is doubtful that there would be anything left of the once great American republic. There isn’t much left as it is.
To help readers locate a variety of quality web sites, we posted a list of sites that I personally have found helpful. I invite readers to peruse these fine web sites.
Scrolling down the list, one will find James Wesley, Rawles’ web site: “Survival Blog.” This is one of the very best online resources for preparedness that I know of. Furthermore, I recommend that everyone read Rawles’ fantastic book, “Patriots: A Novel Of Survival In The Coming Collapse.” This book should be regarded as must reading for every American who cares about the future of his country and his family.

Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubio‘s fiery comments on short-term federal budget extensions have earned him an influential supporter, should he consider a presidential run: talk radio giant Rush Limbaugh.
“Marco Rubio says, ‘What is this continuing resolution crap? I didn’t come in here to fund the government every two to three weeks,'” Limbaugh paraphrased on his program today. “I wish the guy would run for president.

As a national radio talk show host therothshow.com, I realize all too much the sound bite theatre, ratings pressure and competition, even jealousy among radio and TV hosts. I am a growing host and have done national radio and TV for years…I understand ego. At the very least hosts want to keep their jobs, grow big and make lots of money during their careers.
