(GyG: First They came For The…..) ~ CNN’s Don Lemon On Gun Control: Should We Start Profiling White Men?

On the panel: David Sirota, radio talk show host; Richard Moran, criminologist; Lou Palumbo, retired police detective and private security provider; and Tom Deets, gun store owner.

The “ filthy, degenerate, gutter Christians” at the Family Research Council inspired last week’s shooting by “going too far” with their pro-family activism, according to a nationally syndicated liberal talk show host.
“You filthy, filthy right-wing b——-ds, you’re going too far!” Mike Malloytold his audience last week. “One of these days somebody’s going to go berserk and walk into one of your filthy holes of religious insanity with a gun.”
Reporter Goes to CFA, Finds Astounding ‘Level of Hatred, Unfounded Fear, and Misinformed People’
The media-news site JimRomenesko.com reports on Facebook comments by Fort Myers (Fla.) News-Press reporter Mark Krzos, who summed up his disgust as he covered Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day: “Such a brave stand … eating a g-ddamn sandwich.”
“I have never felt so alien in my own country as I did today while covering the restaurant’s supporters.
The level of hatred, unfounded fear and misinformed people was astoundingly sad. I can’t even print some of the things people said,” he claimed. Then he bashed talk radio:
Let’s Celebrate Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day!
At what point did being right and normal become “controversial”? Oh, we know the cultural tectonic shift from traditional moral values to chaotic debauchery began in earnest in the 1960s, and we have seen our society gradually and steadily slide into moral decay since then.

A silver lining for conservatives in the Supreme Court’s health care decision Thursday is that the court allowed the law to stand based on the idea that the individual mandate was a tax.
That news has Republicans and conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh bringing out an old — and incorrect claim — that the health care law constitutes the largest tax increase ever.
Hypocrisy For All To See And Hear
During the past couple of days, the United States of America was treated to a “diversion” from the harsh reality of the very difficult economic situation that concerns most Americans.
That ”diversion” came from the recent issue of birth control, Sandra Fluke, and Rush Limbaugh. What happened was last week, conservative talk radio show host, Rush Limbaugh, during his midday radio show talked up on the issue of both birth control and this woman by the name of Sandra Fluke.
Rush Limbaugh: Still has the biggest sponsor on his side
Rush Limbaugh is probably not sweating this one, folks. The critics keep piling on. But the immensely popular talk radio host has the biggest “sponsor” of all on his side: Clear Channel radio network.
Arizona Sen. John McCain, Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich, and New York’s Cardinal Timothy Dolan are among the latest to criticize Limbaugh for calling a Georgetown University student a “slut” and a “prostitute” after she testified in favor of birth control insurance coverage.
But Clear Channel’s Premiere Radio Networks Inc., which hosts Limbaugh’s conservative talk show, has voiced its unwavering support for Limbaugh, whose contract runs through 2016.
“The contraception debate is one that sparks strong emotion and opinions on both sides of the issue,” Premiere Networks told the Associated Press. “We respect the right of Mr. Limbaugh, as well as the rights of those who disagree with him, to express those opinions.”
Sec. Panetta, Get Rush Limbaugh Off Armed Forces Radio NOW! (Petition on Whitehouse.gov!)
It is not bad enough that he provides partisan blather, that he demeans our President.
He has regularly demeaned women.
His remarks this week were well beyond the pale of what should be broadcast to our military and their families, supported with our tax dollars.
We have a moral objection to our tax dollars being used for such a purpose.
You should move immediately to cancel any further broadcast through government facilities of his venom.
Hate: Talk Radio Host Refuses To Shake Hand Of Black Republican
Publius Huldah — Why Republican Politicians Sell Us Out
It is a cliché to speak of “spineless Republicans”-google spineless republicans and you will see.
They talk “conservative” when they campaign; but once in office, they go along with the progressive agenda. That agenda is to grow the federal government until it controls every aspect of our lives.
Why don’t they oppose the progressive agenda?[1]
Rush Limbaugh says they don’t oppose it because they want to be invited to the right parties and praised in the liberal media.
But on this, our Rush is wrong. Rush is a man of Principles; but he doesn’t understand the Constitution. So he doesn’t see that the spineless ones also don’t understand it; and that their failure to oppose the progressives stems from their lack of any Standard to guide them.

Apparently during this whole Sandusky scandal Rush Limbaugh answered a caller by saying who couldn’t give the answer he wanted to give because he would no longer have a radio show or a career.
I heard this interview talking about what Rush said and I don’t know what to make of it. Does anyone have the transcript of Rush Limbaugh saying that there is someone who is afraid to speak against because they could get him fired? To me this is a big deal and we need to flush out exactly what Rush was saying (or was he just tweaking everyone)

Alec Baldwin has said plenty of outrageous things over his career when untethered from a movie script, or teleprompter. Now Mr. Baldwin has his own live radio talk show. This may prove to be a goldmine of Rorschach like material, in the brave new scientific frontiers of narcissism.
The far left actor has aspirations of political office. No not just a seat on a local school board, but it has been said that he would like a shot at the Mayors office of New York City. After the Mayors office, the sky is the limit. Well, if this radio show is a kick off for his new political career, he certainly has gotten off on the wrong foot with millions of Americans.
Baldwin, fresh off a pep talk to his base last month in Zucotti Park, was ready for a rant against our beloved Irish American President, Reagan. While live on his radio show he blurted out: “Reagan seduced a whole generation of Americans into believing, you should have what you want more than they (the underprivileged) should have what they need, and don’t feel guilty about it,” In other words Reagan didn’t care about the poor.
Radio’s Voice of Freedom: The Great Ron Smith by Thomas DiLorenzo
While the Rush Limbaughs and Sean Hannitys of the world became enormously wealthy by kissing the boots of the neocon businessmen who have monopolized the talk radio industry in America there was one “old Right” voice of freedom that did not waver: Ron Smith of WBAL Radio in Baltimore. When the neocons lied the nation into the senseless and unconstitutional war in Iraq in 2003, cheered on by conservative chickenhawks like Limbaugh and Hannity, Ron Smith remained “the voice of reason,” as he is known in Baltimore, by opposing the war. (Unlike these chickenhawks, Ron Smith joined the Marines as a teenager).
For opposing the war Ron quickly lost 40 percent of his audience, but stuck to his guns and continued to oppose the war over the airwaves. The heroic management of WBAL Radio stood by Ron, and it paid off: nearly all of the audience returned once it became glaringly obvious that Ron was right about the war all along, and that the entire nation had been neo-conned (and continues to be).

FBI begins recording call-ins (talk radio):
Next time you call a talk radio station, beware: The FBI may be listening.
According to WMAL.com, “The FBI has awarded a $524,927 contract to a Virginia company to record as much radio news and talk programming as it can find on the Internet. …
The FBI says it is not playing Big Brother by policing the airwaves, but rather seeking access to what airs as potential evidence.” The agency’s reasons for recording all these radio programs don’t get any clearer as the news report goes on. No doubt that is intentional.

Limbaugh says America is over go home put your pitchforks away and BOHICA: No thanks I’ll fight on
The United States of America is over! I just heard it from Rush Limbaugh! He knows everything so he can’t be wrong can he? I’m sure I missed the announcement that Limbaugh is moving out of America as he always implied he would; remember “I’ll tell you when it is time to panic.”
I can only conclude Rush is right. Isn’t he? I mean because Rush and a seemingly endless parade of conservative “thinkers” have said so, I must now put my pitchfork away because there is no use in trying. Rush told me so. He’s not wrong, right?
By Limbaugh’s thinking the few of us who want to fight should give up and stay home next year. That will give us 300 Democrats in Congress and 80 seats in the Senate so Franklin Delano Obama to finish us off. But giving up is all that Rush can say so that’s all we need to know.
I know I’m giving not up even though Rush said I should. YES we got kicked in the ash by this deal, but I really don’t give a damn what Limbaugh or anyone else says about what the future of my country will be. It will be up to me and other TEA partiers to save America and that is what we will do.
Rush might think we will accept “It can’t be fixed because it is in the budget from last year and the year before that and so on,” but he is very wrong, very wrong indeed!
Limbaugh can sit in a mud puddle sucking up dirty water, feeling sorry for himself and, but I’ll keep fighting. I have a family to protect and a nation to preserve so I don’t have the luxury of self-pity…..

Death of Jose Guerea Blamed on “Right Wing Talk Radio”:
“The fact that Guerea was a Marine who had served two tours in Iraq was used to bolster Dupnik’s case. “Look, a Marine with a weapon represented a severe danger to my men,” Dupnik said. “If they hadn’t fired first he probably would’ve killed them all. It was only quick thinking that saved the day.”
As for blocking the paramedics, Dupnik maintained that the hour’s “delay was necessitated by the need for a search of the premises to ensure that there were no other gunmen, guns, or drugs to be dealt with. If that means a suspect has to bleed while we do it, so be it.”
No other gunmen, guns, or contraband of any sort were found in the home. Guerea’s wife and two children were in the house during the raid. Fortunately, the SWAT team refrained from shooting them.

Chuck Baldwin — The American Redoubt
The Internet is filled with good and bad. Personally, I believe the Internet (along with a precious few independent newspapers and radio talk shows) is analogous to colonial America’s “Committees of Correspondence”: it is the last resource of uncontrolled, unfiltered information left. I dare say if it wasn’t for the Internet (and the massive private ownership of firearms), it is doubtful that there would be anything left of the once great American republic. There isn’t much left as it is.
To help readers locate a variety of quality web sites, we posted a list of sites that I personally have found helpful. I invite readers to peruse these fine web sites.
Scrolling down the list, one will find James Wesley, Rawles’ web site: “Survival Blog.” This is one of the very best online resources for preparedness that I know of. Furthermore, I recommend that everyone read Rawles’ fantastic book, “Patriots: A Novel Of Survival In The Coming Collapse.” This book should be regarded as must reading for every American who cares about the future of his country and his family.

Rush: ‘I wish Rubio would run for president’
Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubio‘s fiery comments on short-term federal budget extensions have earned him an influential supporter, should he consider a presidential run: talk radio giant Rush Limbaugh.
“Marco Rubio says, ‘What is this continuing resolution crap? I didn’t come in here to fund the government every two to three weeks,’” Limbaugh paraphrased on his program today. “I wish the guy would run for president.
“Shock the Washington establishment by participating in the “No More Red Ink” campaign and shut down all new plans for bailouts, “stimulus” spending and even the funding for Obamacare.Limbaugh’s impassioned, though informal, endorsement can be heard below:

his radio program this morning, Glenn Beck described that the Left read: Obama et al are using the Internet/cellphone blackout in Egypt as a lab of sorts, to apply the lessons learned there about controlling and inciting a society to riot, chaos and breakdown, with the goal of ultimate regime takeover. His monologue tied in closely with the lead in my weekly column about the Internet at WorldNetDaily.
Restoring The Republic ~ Chuck Baldwin
Chuck Baldwin: Restoring The Republic
Chuck Baldwin ran in 2008 as the Constitution Party’s presidential candidate, he’s also a pastor, writer and radio talk show host. Baldwin breaks down the left-right paradigm and how the globalists are in control of both major political parties. Baldwin also discusses solutions and actions the American people can take to reverse the new world order’s criminal agenda and restore our Republic.
Rush: Obama groping flyers to punish them for voting GOP – ‘This is all about control…
PALM BEACH, Fla. – As national outrage continues over what many consider to be overly intrusive security measures at America’s airports, radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh says the reason the revealing scans and patdowns are taking place now is because the Obama administration is intentionally punishing Americans over the recent midterm elections.
“They’re not happy with you people.
They’re not happy with what you did on Election Day, and this how you’re gonna pay for it,” the top-rated host said on his program today.”It’s who they are, and people are becoming more and more aware of it now that the election results of Nov. 2 indicate that, and they’re just predictably circling the wagons and they’re gonna punish you even more for the way you didn’t vote, [and] the way you did vote.
“Republicans enjoyed a tidal wave of success earlier this month, taking control of the U.S. House of Representatives, winning six U.S. Senate seats and seven governorships. That doesn’t include a record 680 seats going to Republicans in state legislatures, and 19 legislatures switching from Democrat to GOP control.
Limbaugh says it’s because of that political tsunami that Americans are now being subject to radiation scanning that turns flyers into nude avatars, and those who refuse the scan become subjects of patdown searches that involve touching the genitals of men, women and children.
Limbaugh explained the rationale of Obama and the Department of Homeland Security:”The American people are the ones who are guilty. The American people are the suspects. The American people are the ones who need to be controlled. Now this is not gonna be contained at airports, folks. Obama and the Department of Homeland Security are promising to start searching subways and buses and trains and people on them….
