This is a $13 million tunnel boring machine (TBM) used for tunneling at the Nevada Test Site. (Remember that Area 51 is part of the test site.) Many other types of TBMs are used by many government agencies, including the ‘nuclear powered TBM’ [NTBM] that melts solid rock and leaves behind glass-like walls.

I was pretty surprised to receive this message back. He and I had not talked in almost a year before I sent him a message that day. It’s not that we hadn’t talked that long out of spite, it’s just because he was in the Marines and stationed in California and I was in Germany.
We went our separate ways but we were still friends as far as I knew. I was also curious how he knew I was out because none of my buddies had talked to him in a while and none told him I was out. I think the only way he knew was a post I posted on Facebook saying I was happy to be out. I was perplexed also because when I went to message him it said we were no longer friends. Maybe this should have been foreshadowing to what he was about to send me.

Under U.S. Air Force rules, drones are not allowed to conduct “non-consensual surveillance” on U.S. citizens or property, though there are some apparent exceptions.
What has critics alarmed is that data collected by drones accidentally, under the guidelines, can be kept by the military up to three months before being purged and can also be turned over to “another Department of Defense or government agency to whose function it pertains.”
The Air Force guidelines permit using drones domestically to assist law enforcement in “investigating or preventing clandestine intelligence activities by foreign powers, international narcotics activities , or international terrorist activities.” More vague is language that also allows military cooperation with local law enforcement for the purposes of “preventing, detecting, or investigating other violations of law.”

Believe it or not, there is a place where the American flag flies that citizens of particular races are excluded from voting. Citizens not of the chosen race are not allowed to vote in an important election. White and Asian citizens of the United States there are even prohibited from registering to vote for the election. As implausible as it sounds, such is the law on the island of Guam, a territory where the American flag flies and the Voting Rights Act applies, along with the 15th Amendment to the Constitution.

Charges for the Aircraft and Crew Alone Amount to $424,142
Washington, DC — October 4, 2011
Judicial Watch, the organization that investigates and fights government corruption, announced today that it has obtained mission expense records and passenger manifests from the United States Air Force related to the June 21-27, 2011, trip taken by First Lady Michelle Obama, her family and her staff to South Africa and Botswana. Judicial Watch obtained the documents pursuant to an August 19, 2011, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit ( Judicial Watch v. U.S. Air Force (No. 11-1496)). Judicial Watch is investigating the purpose and itinerary of the trip as well as a breakdown of the costs to taxpayers.
On June 28, 2011, Judicial Watch filed a FOIA request seeking the mission taskings, transportation records, and passenger manifests for Michelle Obama’s Africa trip. Documents were only provided after Judicial Watch filed suit:
According to U.S. Department of Defense’s published hourly rates for the C-32A aircraft used for the trip, Judicial Watch calculated the total cost to American taxpayers was $424,142 for use of the aircraft (34.8 flight hours x $12,188 per hour). (The C-32 is a specially configured military version of the Boeing 757.) Other expenses – meals (off the plane), transportation, security, various services, etc. – have yet to be disclosed.
The passenger manifests confirm the presence of Obama’s daughter’s, Malia and Sasha on the trip. The two girls are listed as “Senior Staff.” The manifests also list Mrs. Obama’s mother, Marian Robinson, and niece and nephew, Leslie and Avery Robinson, as well Mrs. Obama’s makeup and hairstylist (Carl Ray and Johnny Wright).
The expense records also show $928.44 was spent for “bulk food” purchases on flight. Overall, during the trip, 192 meals were served for the 21 passengers on board.
The professed purpose of Michelle Obama’s trip to South Africa and Botswana was to encourage young people living in the two growing democracies to become involved in national affairs; and during her scheduled stops in Pretoria and Cape Town, South Africa and in Gaborone, the capital of Botswana, the First Lady used the opportunity to speak on education, health and wellness issues.
The trip also included such tourist events as visits to historical landmarks and museums, plus a nonworking chance to send time with Nelson Mandela, a meeting that Mrs. Obama described as “surreal.” The trip ended with a private family safari at a South African game reserve before the group returned to Washington on June 27.
“This trip was as much an opportunity for the Obama family to go on a safari as it was a trip to conduct government business,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “This junket wasted tax dollars and the resources of our overextended military. No wonder we had to sue to pry loose this information.”
Previously, Judicial Watch uncovered that the First Couple’s 2009 “date night” trip to New York for dinner and a Broadway show cost taxpayers over $11,000 in Secret Service costs alone.

In researching the unusual weather we’ve been hearing about, I’m finding a pattern of government intervention is the cause of many of our problems and well may have begun with HAARP. In the book Angels Don’t Play This HAARP (High frequency Active Auroral Research Program) has 230 fact-filled pages with 400 footnotes written by a leading opponent of this system, Dr. Nick Begich who sounded an alarm how HAARP, initiated in 1992, may be subjecting the ionosphere to a form of scientific madness! The July 2011 Newswatch Newsletter said HAARP is a weather-modification program run by the military. It uses Nikola Tesla’s patents from around the 1900s to divert the jet stream so that one section of the country can be flooded while another has severe drought.
Those not familiar with HAARP may wonder if this book would be displayed in the UFO sightings and alien abductions in the library. I have a cartoon showing animals that were on Noah’s Ark being elevated into the air to some space ship. The caption underneath says, “It’s just been one disaster after another this year…”
“At a remote facility ringed with barbed wire, a brand-new array of 36 antennas rises from the black spruce forest that stretches hundreds of miles across central Alaska,” says Mark Farmer in a 1995 Popular Science magazine article, “Mystery in Alaska.” This little-known Pentagon-sponsored radio-physics project is officially intended to expand knowledge about the nature of long-range radio communications and surveillance using the fluctuating ionosphere, the portion of the upper atmosphere extending from 35 to 500 miles above Earth’s surface but Farmer says that’s just the publicly announced part of the program. HAARP also has a secret agenda: pursuing more exotic military goals, such as locating deeply buried weapons factories thousands of miles away – and even altering the local weather above an enemy’s territory.

Our Military’s Grim State: Armed Forces Under Stress
This is the grim state of our military’s readiness: An Air Force F-15C that broke in half during flight, two F-18s that have caught fire aboard ships, every single cruiser with cracks in its hull, A-10C Warthogs with fuselage cracks, the UH-1N Twin Huey helicopter fleet that is regularly grounded, and over half the navy’s deployed aircraft not ready for combat.
That is the picture of the U.S. military in disrepair—what The Heritage Foundation’s Mackenzie Eaglen calls a “readiness crisis” among all U.S. military services, including the National Guard and reserves. Readiness is “dangerously lower,” she writes, leading to “delayed, shortened, and less diverse training; plugging personnel and equipment shortfalls in deploying units with resources from others; reduced maintenance for worn-out equipment; and shortened rest time before redeploying overseas.”
How did the military get here? A decade of constant combat and ever-increasing disaster relief and homeland defense missions has contributed to the decline in readiness, and Eaglen writes in AOL Defense that the navy is under particular strain:
While the fleet has shrunk by about 15 percent since 1998, the number of ships deployed overseas has remained constant at about 100. Each ship goes to sea longer and more often, resulting in problems such as the well-publicized shortfalls in surface ship condition. With no surge capacity left in the fleet, each new casualty ripples through the schedules of dozens of ships. With the end of supplemental funding, Navy maintenance funding will be cut by almost 20 percent this year. In this context, a relatively small additional reduction in maintenance funding could render a Navy with 250 to 280 ships capable of keeping only 50 to 60 ships at sea.

Several health professionals and activists worldwide are coming forward with just that theory.

Laibow actually suggests the USA warned Japan three days before these natural disasters happened. Because of the enormous energy output,”2.5 cycles per second,” the earth began to vibrate in concert with these emissions!
The official HAARP home page describes the ionospheric research as a $250 million U.S. tax funded project “jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)”. Its most prominent instrument is the Inospheric Research Instrument (IRI) which is a high powered radio transmitter located in Gakona, Alaska.
A Vero Beach, Florida man I recently interviewed told me he has been researching HAARP for years. He said no one is allowed within 50 miles of the HAARP facility. “The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere,” says another source in Wikipedia. It appears this IRI operates in reverse of a radio transmitter which pulls in waves; IRI sends them out.

Once the young man confirmed that they were Americans heading to Afghanistan he reached into a duffle bag for a gun and a knife, he fired nine shots while yelling “Allah Akbar” killing two and wounding two Air Force Airman in an act of jihad. The young man was a Kosovo Muslim performing his Islamic duty by killing American servicemen in Germany. He was arrested after he ran into the terminal when his gun jammed.The VictimsAt the time this article was written most of the victims’ names are unknown, however Airman Nick Alden was identified as one of the victims. The 25 year-old married father of two was killed trying to stop the terrorist.
Airman Alden was a security specialist stationed at RAF Lakenheath. The Driver, who was stationed at Ramstein Airbase, was also killed. Draza Mihailovic saved his life – and those of 500 of his fellow airmen – in the largest air rescue of Americans behind enemy lines during a war.The former Air Force navigator, now 88 and living in Boynton Beach, Florida, is to testify at a Belgrade court Friday at a hearing to exonerate the Serb general, whom Yugoslav communists sentenced as a Nazi collaborator and executed in 1946.Mihailovic was not “a villain, but a hero,” Friend said Thursday in an interview with The Associated Press.
“He saved 500 people and helped them rejoin their families. He did not save only 500 lives, but thousands of their future generations now living in the United States,” Friend said.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and members of her family and staff took 85 tax-paid trips on military aircraft between March 2, 2009, and June 7, 2010, according to new documents uncovered by Judicial Watch.Pelosi’s daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons were on the June 20, 2009, flight from Andrews AFB to San Francisco where Pelosi resides, according to the documents.
On July 2, 2010, Pelosi took a grandson on a flight from Andrews to Travis AFB, north of San Francisco.Judicial Watch obtained the documents as a result of a January 25, 2009, Freedom of Information Act FOIA request.Previous documents received by the non-profit watchdog group revealed that Pelosi’s travel “cost the United States Air Force $2,100,744.59 over a two-year period — $101,429.14 of which was for in-flight expenses, including food and alcohol,” according to Judicial Watch.”For example, purchases for one Pelosi-led congressional delegation traveling from Washington, DC, through Tel Aviv, Israel to Baghdad, Iraq May 15-20, 2008 included:

Lt. Gen. David Deptula, formally the U.S. Air Force’s top intelligence officer and an F-15 pilot is warning that the U.S. will lose its air power advantage
Monday at the Air Force Association’s Air & Space Convention and Technology Expo he warned that America is “dangerously ill-prepared to stop the gap-closing efforts of China and Russia.”
America’s adversaries are quickly developing their new generation of combat aircraft. The General estimates that Russia and China will field airframes compatible to the F-22 within a decade. The Russian PAK FA, in flight test, was specifically designed to counter the F-22 and F-35.
His presentation was an attempt to resume the production of F-22 and to maintain America’s technology advantage.The General warned that we must not let others surpass our air superiority.Russia and China as well as their customers rely heavily on surface to air missiles for defense. The S-300 SAMS are a serious threat to US legacy aircraft and further improvement will prove a deterrent to our latest generation of combat craft and cruise missiles.\
It has been reported that Russia has sold this system to Iran to protect its nuclear program. China is also mass producing copies of the S-300 for its own use as well for sale to anyone.Gen. Deptula’s presentation is in direct contradiction to Secretary of Defense Robert Gates’ contention that the U.S. air power currently outmatches any foreign military.

Retiring Air Force intel chief sounds alarm on American air superiority
OXON HILL, Md. —
The U.S. Air Force’s former top intelligence officer warned a roomful of generals this week that the U.S. has lost its air power advantages and is dangerously ill-prepared to stop the gap-closing efforts of China and Russia.Lt. Gen. David Deptula, a former F-15 pilot , challenged Defense Secretary Robert Gates’ fundamental belief that U.S. air power vastly overmatches any foreign military.
“For the first time, our claim to air supremacy is in jeopardy,” Deptula told the Air Force Association’s national convention on Monday.At the same forum last year, Gates defended ordering a halt to the production of the Air Force’s vaunted F-22, saying that by the time China produces a fighter comparable to the F-22, the U.S. will have more than 1,000 F-22s and F-35s.
The Air Force Association has openly opposed Gates’ stance and this year Deptula came armed with a 15-minute bombastic video titled “Threats to 2010 Air Supremacy.” His presentation attempted to reopen more than just the F-22 fight, warning that from surface-to-air defenses to air-to-air fighters, the U.S. was letting others catch up.
These future threats, he said, are now current.There is “a global revolution to modernize air defense systems,” the video’s narrator explained. Russia and China are deploying or building better surface-to-air missile, or SAM, systems that could one day prove too much for U.S. fighter aircraft.Within the decade, it said, both nations could field fighter jets nearly comparable to the F-22.“When taken in total, our potential adversaries can create a nearly impenetrable box that our legacy fighters cannot enter, thus denying us our air supremecy,” it said.After showing the video, Deptula dismissed “the notion of overmatch in the realm of air dominance,” a reference to the Gates position.
It is unclear how much weight Deptula will be able to lend to those in the Air Force, or on Capitol Hill, clamoring to defend air power procurement programs. Gates frequently has said he wants the Pentagon to prioritize building a force and arsenal ready to meet the most current and plausible threats.
So far, Gates has been largly successful, and Deputla’s presentation was riddled with worst-case scenarios.“The dominance we’ve enjoyed in the aerial domain is no longer ours for the taking,” Deptula said.
