Follow-On Letter to Hawaii Governor and 13 Others| The Post & Email

Follow-On Letter to Hawaii Governor and 13 Others| The Post & Email: “When these laws are in effect, the withholding of vital records such as HI has done for the current Oval Office occupant will come a cropper and it will be obvious to all other States that a single State has been thwarting the honest and complete release of this natality information.

It will then be too late to say, “…oh, sorry, we didn’t mean to do that …” and “… here ‘tis …” since HI will already have proved itself to be unworthy of belief. I would ask you now to save yourselves from becoming an outcast among states since that is bound to affect you adversely in many ways. If you would craft any requisite laws to effect a full, complete, and open release of ALL the vital records of the man now and do so as expeditiously as possible you would retain your standing in good graces among the “nation of States”. You will need to ensure that such an action is indeed the complete information so you may need to empower others from outside HI to help verify that it is a complete set. It’s been authorized and the longer you delay, the more deleterious the effects.”

LET’S MAKE IT A BIGGER NEWSPAPER!

by Sharon Rondeau

(Mar. 29, 2011) — The Post & Email will be making some changes to its website which are now under way.

The way the newspaper is set up, many of our readers have believed that once a story “moves off” of our home page, it is no longer accessible or in print. Every article we publish is available for an unlimited time even if it is not visible. However, in the interest of making our articles easy to find for a longer length of time, we are looking into expanding to a second page.

Another modification will be the removal of the Hawaii Petition Campaign images from our home and inner pages. Having done two mailings, we believe this endeavor has served its purpose, particularly with the focus which Donald Trump has brought to Obama’s vital records and other details of his life. If Hawaii government employees have broken the law by lying to the public or covering up Obama’s lack of documentation, we are confident that they will be brought to account given that the truth about Obama is emerging.

We have also changed our Comments policy. Those wishing to leave comments must now register before doing so. This will assist us in eliminating needless bickering among readers and time spent moderating comments which could be better used investigating, writing and reporting on the actions of government.

There have also been problems with comments appearing for moderation, and I am hoping that this change solves the problem. Please do not leave more than three links to other material in your comment, as it will automatically be delayed or discarded. Please keep your statement brief and on point relative to the article about which you are commenting.

Why Hawaii now wants to sell ‘birth certificate’

Why Hawaii now wants to sell ‘birth certificateWND ^ | January 29, 2011 | Jerome R. CorsiPosted on Saturday, January 29, 2011 11:57:37 PM by RobinMastersDespite national press reports to the contrary, the Hawaii state legislature has no intention of releasing Barack Obama’s long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate – not even for $100.By introducing HB1116 into the Hawaii legislature last week, five Democrats are giving the impression they are willing to make Obama’s long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate available to the public for a fee.Instead, the plan is for the state of Hawaii to create a completely new document that will be carefully designed to carry the seal of the state of Hawaii without ever having to certify details of parentage and birthplace.Hawaii’s Revised Statute HRS338 restricts making public birth certificate and other vital records only to those who have a “direct and tangible interest,” namely the person applying for the certified birth certificate copy, a member of the immediate family, or others with a legal interest such as an adoptive parent or a legal guardian. Now, the language of HB1116 attempts to skirt these restrictions by modifying Hawaii law such that for a fee of $100, the Hawaii Department of Health will release “a copy of a birth record” for those HB1116 defines as “persons of prominence.”

AND YOU WON’T BE LABELED “VEXATIOUS!”

by Sharon Rondeau

What do Janice Okubo and Dr. Chiyome Fukino know, and what have they hidden from the American people?Sept. 2, 2010 — The Post & Email is seeking documentation from anyone who has contacted a Hawaii state agency with a UIPA request during the last two years and received an evasive or misleading reply or no response at all in violation of Hawaii state law.Anyone submitting such documentation to The Post & Email must be willing to sign his or her name to it and have solid evidence through email correspondence that Department of Health or other government employees failed to uphold Hawaii’s UIPA, or open records, law.

The evidence will be used to illustrate how Hawaii’s public officials have stonewalled, obfuscated and failed to comply with HRS 338, which covers vital statistics. Index data, “final opinions” made public by Hawaii officials, and other records which should have been disclosed according to Section 92F-12 page 15 of the UIPA which were withheld or not addressed are prime examples of the information we seek.
