…..When the founding fathers contracted with the states to form the Union they did it by contract it’s called the Constitution of the United States, and it’s for the United States of America also known as the Union.

Article 4 sec. 4 guarantees a Republican form of government.

In the Republican form of government that was set up only adult male land owners could elect.

And the people of the community knew who the land owners were.

There was no voter registration or state ID required.

Back then you could own land and did not pay an advalorem tax, also known as a property tax in the state script, (fiat paper currency).
