Imagine you had a pesky neighbor who somehow took out a mortgage on his house in your name and by some legal trickery you were obligated to pay for it. Imagine watching this neighbor throw drunken parties, buy expensive cars, add more rooms to the house, and hire dozens of people to wait on him hand and foot. Imagine that he also managed to take out several credit cards in your name. One by one, he would max them out and then use your good name and credit to obtain another credit card, then another and then another. Each time, this neighbor would claim that he needed the new credit card to pay interest on the other maxed out credit cards. If he defaulted on those cards, your credit score would be hurt and when you wanted to buy something for yourself, it would be more difficult to get a loan and the interest you paid would be higher. Imagine that you mulled this over, and time after time, said nothing as he filled out more credit applications so he would not have to default on the other debt taken out in your name. Meanwhile, another shiny new Mercedes appears in his driveway. At what point do you think you might get tired of this game? And, even though you are left with no really good options, do you think you might eventually tell him to go ahead and default, just stop spending your money!

THE COMING DICTATORSHIP by Alan Stang
 ~ BLOGGER.GUNNY.G.1984 ~ (BLOG & EMAIL):
“Many commentators who are aware that Illegal-Alien Elect Hussein intends to impose an intensely repressive system on the nation – if he is not deported and actually becomes President – are trying with minimal success to figure out what it would be like.
The reason for the difficulty is that, unlike almost all other peoples on the planet, Americans have been so free for so long they cannot conceive of life under dictatorship. Their only experience of such life is leftover World War II Nazi movies.
Along these lines, I constantly run into people who have fled other dictatorships and come here. At first, they are ecstatic, celebrating their escape while it was still possible, lamenting others who did not heed the warnings and now are trapped.
As they settle in to their new lives in the land of the free and home of the brave, they begin to notice disquieting echoes.”

“RUSH: It’s only taken two years, and, what, seven months. Heck, longer than that. I mean I saw it back during the campaign. I’m talking about who Obama really is, this petulant, self-absorbed, egoistic little man-child. Even David Brooks is disappointed.
He still likes the substance, but he can’t believe how childish Obama’s acting. Do you remember, folks, there was a book out there, you women will remember this. There’s a book out there, I don’t know, some years ago.

In every encounter between a police officer and a “civilian,” Dunphy writes, the officer is “concerned with protecting his mortal hide from having holes placed in it where God did not intend. And you, if in asserting your constitutional right to be free from unlawful search and seizure fail to do as the officer asks, run the risk of having such holes placed in your own.” What this means is that a Mundane who displays anything other than abject servility is perceived as a threat to “officer safety” – and, by Dunphy’s calculation, a suitable subject for immediate termination.
As is demonstrated by the actions of Patrolman Daniel Harless of the Canton, Ohio Police Department, that assessment is not hyperbole. In a June 8 traffic stop that was captured on video, Harless repeatedly threatened to murder the driver, William E. Bartlett, for carrying a concealed handgun for which he had obtained a the appropriate license. At the time, Bartlett was attempting to comply with the state ordinance by notifying Harless that he was carrying a weapon, and displaying his concealed carry license. Bartlett was composed and deferential; Harless’s behavior was that of a borderline psychotic eagerly seeking an excuse to kill somebody.
Legislation that would have deleted the word “navigable” from the federal Clean Water Act and given the EPA and Army Corps of Engineers jurisdiction over every drop of moisture in the country crashed and burned last Congress, ending the 36-year congressional career of its lead sponsor, Jim Oberstar, in the process.
But Obama’s EPA, as usual, won’t take no for an answer, and is now attempting to ignore two Supreme Court decisions, commonsense, and the American people and vastly expand federal Clean Water Act jurisdiction via a guidance document. A bipartisan group of 170 members of Congress told them not to, but they are doing it anyway.
If the EPA and Army Corps succeed, they can exercise effective control over all land and water in the United States. The green groups are fired up and pouring comments into the docket supporting this outrageous power grab, and we need to fight back.
Click here to tell the EPA and the Army Corps to STOP their back door assault on private property rights:
The docket closes on July 31st, so there is no time to spare. Please take action today!
Seriously, he is not doing a very good job whenever he goes in front of the American people. He doesn’t even offer any concrete plans of his own, only vague generalities, along with insults thrown at the other side (if you are looking to do a deal with someone, is insulting them ever helpful?). He kind of comes across as a whiny bully. But I guess that is what he is, an over-educated Chicago street thug. Now let’s take a look at what he said last night:
As America’s empire spreads abroad, it becomes ever more the police state at home. The methods used for the suppression of foreigners by military force and violence are eventually mirrored in the “homeland.”
In an article last September 25th titled “It Is Official: the US Is A Police State,” author Paul Craig Roberts, Assistant Treasury Secretary during the Reagan years, wrote, “’Violent extremism’ is one of those undefined police state terms that will mean whatever the government wants it to mean. In this morning’s FBI foray into the homes of American citizens of conscience it means antiwar activists, whose activities are equated with ‘the material support of terrorism’…”
The FBI raids at home are reminiscent of U.S. military raids overseas. In Iraq, for instance, labor union offices were raided and rifled and labor leaders imprisoned by the Occupation forces. Their “crime” was to oppose sweetheart contract deals with private oil firms.
The vast U.S. prison system, which houses 2.4 million Americans, may be compared with the Gulag the U.S. has built abroad. America today is the World’s Jailer. As Allan Uthman reported on AlterNet, in 2006 the Bush regime began building “detention centers” to warehouse inmates for unspecified “new programs” when the Army Corps of Engineers gave Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg Brown & Root nearly $400 million. What we do abroad, we do at home.
Adopting police state tactics on Americans the U.S. Empire first used on subjects abroad has a long history. When Filipinos rebelled against U.S. rule after their country was “liberated” from Spain, captured resistance fighters were subjected to water torture. Twenty years later, imprisoned American pacifists who opposed the Wilson administration’s entry into World War One were hung by their hands, and had running hoses shoved in their faces.
In its editorial of July 25th,
When people hear that Obama’s birth certificate is a fake, some people (the number is shrinking) shake their heads in disbelief – or feign disbelief – and say things like, “That’s impossible’, “not in this day and age” and “Not in our country”. Those are the same refrains voiced by Russians when Stalin took power, and what the Germans said when Hitler‘s sadistic rein of terror began (by the way and for the record, Stalin murdered 40-60 million of his own people, Hitler about 7 million, if you’re into body counting to score left/right political points. Hitler was also a “Nazi Socialist”, meaning the left wing is simply lying when they attach conservatism to Nazism, anyway. Stalin and Hitler were simply variations of the same totalitarian, media-controlling coin, and entirely apart from any free-market, first amendment-loving, free-society conservative notions that have ever existed).
Not only do we now know that Obama’s birth certificate is a pathetic fake from the fact that the digital image practically crumbles in your hands upon examination, but there is a long precedent for the forgery used by the highest leaders in the most powerful nations. Those forgeries are what this illustrated post is about, because Obama’s forged birth certificate is serious business. As a devout communist virtually by his own admission in his autobiography, the realities of those past forgeries would not be unknown to Obama, and may figure heavily in his thinking. Indeed, Obama’s own 2008 campaign art reflects a very heavy soviet propaganda influence in its style:

“THE U.S. CONGRESS: COWARDS ALL
July 26, 2011
Does Congress have no shame in failing to answer constituents’ questions about Obama‘s eligibility?
He goes into this at about 15 minutes into the video. You need to hear these people. The text does *NOT* do it justice. This is what danger we are in.
Obama‘s La Raza speech
And I promise you, we are responding to your concerns and working every day to make sure we are enforcing flawed laws in the most humane and best possible way.
Now, I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the laws on my own. (Applause.) And believe me, right now dealing with Congress –
AUDIENCE: Yes, you can! Yes, you can! Yes, you can! Yes, you can! Yes, you can!
THE PRESIDENT: Believe me — believe me, the idea of doing things on my own is very tempting. (Laughter.) I promise you. Not just on immigration reform. (Laughter.) But that’s not how — that’s not how our system works.
AUDIENCE MEMBER: Change it!
Remember how “cool” Barack Obama came across in that picture of him in a straw hat with a cigarette dangling from his lips? It charmed the “Oh so wise” 18 to 30 year olds who were intent upon showing the rest of us how THEY were so much better than older generations because THEY would vote for a Black man to be our president?
Well the children are waking up and realizing they were led over a cliff by the fraud in the straw hat whose plan is to enslave them to the government. Obama’s edge with the “Clearasil Crowd” is melting and has dropped 10 points since 2008.
The White vote
The essential component of any victorious presidential campaign is a strong showing among White voters. Regardless of the non-stop contrary propaganda from the media,America still has a White majority. Democrats have not won the White vote since 1964,but coming close a few times has given them some victories.
Obama did just well enough with Whites (41% men,46% women) to win given the strong support he got from Blacks,Jews and other groups who voted for him because he is Black. This can be the only explanation for voting for a man nobody knew then and to this day nobody knows very much about. Today only 40% of Whites, who will cast 74% of the vote, support Obama.
(CNN) — In the wake of last week’s massacre in Norway, U.S. conservative commentator Glenn Beck on Monday compared the summer camp where most of the 76 victims died to the Hitler Youth organization of Nazi Germany.
Beck, on his radio show, declared the killings “the work of a madman” and called the suspect “as bad as Osama bin Laden.” But before launching into that condemnation, he questioned what the victims were doing at a summer camp run by Norway’s ruling Labour Party.
Beck said the camp “sounds a little like, you know, the Hitler Youth or whatever. Who does a camp for kids that’s all about politics? Disturbing.”
However, politically-oriented camps are being organized in several U.S. states by chapters of the “9/12 Project” — an organization founded by Beck himself in 2009.
And in August, the Danville, Kentucky, chapter is holding a “Vacation Liberty School” that organizers pledge “will help your children understand where we came from. Understand where we went wrong. Understand where the fork in the road was, and which path we should have taken.”

Due to the open question regarding Obama’s eligibility for office, all laws signed, all executive orders given and all appointments made by him must be held in abeyance
Obama’s ineligibility: Prepare to defend America – Time to act
In the ongoing budget negotiations, it is becoming quite clear that President Obama, quite contrary to his posturing, is the major fly in the ointment.
Even the Democratic leadership is more flexible than President Obama, putting the lie to the oft-stated speculation that Obama is a mere puppet. He is his own counsel.
It was reported that on Sunday night, he unilaterally rejected a bipartisan deal presented to him by Senate and House leaders. “Sen. (Harry) Reid took the bipartisan plan to the White House, and the president said no,” an aide said.
This is quite a different picture from what President Obama has been painting for the press. At the exact moment he said he didn’t want to point fingers, he complained that he and his Democrats had been willing to compromise but that Republicans were dug into their ideological cement.
He said, “And I think one of the questions that the Republican Party is going to have to ask itself is, Can they say yes to anything?” Are you kidding me? This is the guy who still hasn’t presented his own plan and obstructs all others not conforming to his unreasonable demands.
Though later reports indicate Reid may be caving to Obama’s demands, this question remains: Why is Obama even willing to pit himself against his own party?
Well, he’d have us belief that he alone is standing up for the will and interests of the American people. He must think we forgot how he crammed Obamacare down our throats. A strong majority still wants it repealed.
In a recent news conference, he fraudulently claimed that 80 percent of Americans want tax increases to be included in a deal and that he would reject any deal that did not include a tax increase for the “wealthiest Americans.” But Rasmussen Reports indicates that 55 percent of Americans do not want tax increases as part of the deal. A CNN poll finds that 66 percent support “cut, cap and balance,” and 74 percent support a balanced budget amendment, both of which Obama steadfastly opposes.
Obama’s intransigence is based on his ideology and raw political calculations. Obama can’t bring himself to forgo his tax hikes, even during a recession, or to embrace structural entitlement reform, because these things would offend every redistributionist molecule in his body.
So while Obama says the Republicans won’t bend, it is he who has not shown any willingness to move on taxes or entitlements. But those aren’t the only issues on which he’s set in stone. He has now become just as inflexible in resisting any short-term deal. He has said he will not sign a deal that does not raise the debt ceiling enough ($2.4 trillion) to get him past the 2012 election. Obviously, he doesn’t want this nagging, inconvenient debt issue and wrangling with Congress to diminish his re-election prospects. Ever the statesman, he is placing his political fortunes above the interests of the nation.
In all honesty, I’m not convinced that Obama is particularly worried about the debt even today. He seems more concerned with high-speed rail, new “green” projects and other programs he and fellow statists believe are good for the people — even if they don’t.
During the Friday presser, he gave a shout-out to his like-minded progressives, telling them they should join him in getting the fiscal house in order because it would allow them to focus on their federal goody bag, “like infrastructure, like rebuilding our roads and our bridges (and) airports, like investing more in college education, like making sure that we’re focused on the kinds of research and technology that’s going to help us win the future.”
In Obama’s world, everything centers on the government, not the private sector. It was telling that in his presser, he didn’t mention private-sector unemployed, only the government workers who would lose their jobs if the debt ceiling is not increased.
I was initially opposed to a short-term deal, because I thought it would be just another device to kick the can down the road and defer real spending and entitlement reform. But it is clear that given his mindset, this president cannot be entrusted with an increase in the debt ceiling that would empower him to ignore further fiscal reform until after the election.
While we fret over spooking the markets each time a budget deadline approaches, a short-term deal would keep these issues on the front burner until the election, where they need to be. It would keep the ruling class on the hot seat and enforce some degree of discipline.
Through his unreasonableness and dogmatism, Obama has isolated himself and is trying to bully Congress into having everything his way. He is holding the budget deal hostage to his redistributionist demands and his perceived political interests — anything but addressing the existential threat facing this nation. Pray the congressional leadership can continue to keep the heat on instead of throwing him more rope to fiscally strangle the nation.
Here was the president, asking for the largest debt increase in American history, on the heels of the largest spending binge in American history.
Here’s what we got for that spending binge: a massive health care bill that most Americans never asked for. A ‘stimulus’ bill that was more effective in producing material for late-night comedians than it was in producing jobs. And a national debt that has gotten so out of hand it has sparked a crisis without precedent in my lifetime or yours.
Last week, the House passed such a plan, and with bipartisan support. It’s called the ‘Cut, Cap, and Balance’ Act. It CUTS and CAPS government spending and paves the way for a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution, which we believe is the best way to stop Washington from spending money it doesn’t have. Before we even passed the bill in the House, the President said he would veto it.
I want you to know I made a sincere effort to work with the president to identify a path forward that would implement the principles of Cut, Cap, & Balance in a manner that could secure bipartisan support and be signed into law. I gave it my all.
Unfortunately, the president would not take yes for an answer. Even when we thought we might be close on an agreement, the president’s demands changed.
The president has often said we need a ‘balanced’ approach — which in Washington means: we spend more. . .you pay more. Having run a small business, I know those tax increases will destroy jobs.
The sad truth is that the president wanted a blank check six months ago, and he wants a blank check today. That is just not going to happen.

For more than 40 years, Rossiter has diagnosed and treated over 1,500 patients as a board-certified clinical psychiatrist and examined more than 2,700 civil and criminal cases, both state and federal, as a board-certified forensic psychiatrist retained by numerous public offices, courts and private attorneys. He received his medical and psychiatric training at the University of Chicago.
“Based on strikingly irrational beliefs and emotions, modern liberals relentlessly undermine the most important principles on which our freedoms were founded,” says Rossiter. “Like spoiled, angry children, they rebel against the normal responsibilities of adulthood and demand that a parental government meet their needs from cradle to grave.”
(Story continues below)
“A social scientist who understands human nature will not dismiss the vital roles of free choice, voluntary cooperation and moral integrity – as liberals do,” he says. “A political leader who understands human nature will not ignore individual differences in talent, drive, personal appeal and work ethic, and then try to impose economic and social equality on the population – as liberals do. And a legislator who understands human nature will not create an environment of rules which overregulates and overtaxes the nation’s citizens, corrupts their character and reduces them to wards of the state – as liberals do.”
Dr. Rossiter says the liberal agenda preys on weakness and feelings of inferiority in the population by:
* creating and reinforcing perceptions of victimization;
* satisfying infantile claims to entitlement, indulgence and compensation;
* augmenting primitive feelings of envy;
* rejecting the sovereignty of the individual, subordinating him to the will of the government.
“The roots of liberalism – and its associated madness – can be clearly identified by understanding how children develop from infancy to adulthood and how distorted development produces the irrational beliefs of the liberal mind,” he says. “When the modern liberal mind whines about imaginary victims, rages against imaginary villains and seeks above all else to run the lives of persons competent to run their own lives, the neurosis of the liberal mind becomes painfully obvious.”
Understand – raising the debt ceiling does not allow Congress to spend more money. It simply gives our country the ability to pay the bills that Congress has already racked up.”
Consider the condescension implicit in the president’s statement—“a term that most people outside of Washington have probably never heard of before.” These “people outside of Washington” are not little children being lectured on an obscure subject by a worldly adult. These people outside Washington are … citizens. Judging by the polls, most of us have opinions about whether, and under what conditions, the debt ceiling should be raised. We don’t seem to be as ignorant as Obama thinks we are of the term or concept of a debt ceiling. But the president assumes we’ve never bothered our pretty little heads about such a thing.
And he doesn’t want us to start bothering our pretty little heads about it now. So Obama instructs us as to what the debt ceiling is. He claims that “raising the debt ceiling does not allow Congress to spend more money.” That statement might be true about a rise in the debt ceiling that would take us only through the rest of the current fiscal year, for which funds have already been appropriated by Congress.
It is simply not true about the increase Obama is asking for, which is designed to cover the next fiscal year and a bit more. T
he fact is, Obama’s $2.4 trillion increase..
