I’m surprised this SNL sexual harassment PSA parody has not yet resurfaced, given the current Cain news. It’s hilarious:

Jesse Jackson downtown (DC) Monday, compares Occupy to civil rights movement (& gets slapped down)

Martin Luther King’s niece is peeved that the Rev. Jesse Jackson has been comparing the Occupy movement that has taken hold in major cities nationwide to the sit-ins of the civil rights movement of the 1950s and ’60s. But Jackson, who visited McPherson Square ‘occupy’ers Monday evening in the District obviously didn’t get the memo.
Jackson gave a talk and then led a prayer with a small group of about 30 protestors as the sun set Monday evening. Afterward, he told The Washington Examiner that he supported the movement because they followed the same principles as the nonviolent civil rights protestors.
All of it is occupying for economic justice. Dr. King’s last act on earth was to come to Washington and to occupy the mall and put the focus on economic justice. He was willing to go to jail and engage in civil disobedience to keep that focus on [unintelligible]. He argued over and over again that we should establish a floor by which no American shall fall [through]. …
Survey: Sexual harassment pervasive in grades 7-12

It can be a malicious rumor whispered in the hallway, a lewd photo arriving by cell phone, hands groping where they shouldn’t. Added up, it’s an epidemic — student-on-student sexual harassment that is pervasive in America‘s middle schools and high schools.
During the 2010-11 school year, 48 percent of students in grades 7-12 experienced some form of sexual harassment in person or electronically via texting, email and social media, according to a major national survey being released Monday by the American Association of University Women.
The harassers often thought they were being funny, but the consequences for their targets can be wrenching, according to the survey.
Nearly a third of the victims said the harassment made them feel sick to their stomach, affected their study habits or fueled reluctance to go to school at all.
“It’s reached a level where it’s almost a normal part of the school day,” said one of the report’s co-authors, AAUW director of research Catherine Hill. “It’s somewhat of a vicious cycle. The kids who are harassers often have been harassed themselves.”
Executive privilege claim ahead on Solyndra

On Friday, citing “longstanding and important Executive Branch confidentiality interests,” White House counsel Kathryn Ruemmler refused a House panel’s demand for “all communications among White House staff and officials” relating to Solyndra.
Solyndra is one of the administration’s pet “green energy” firms. It received a $535 million loan guarantee from the Department of Energy before its top executives took the Fifth before Congress.
What’s been unearthed so far is embarrassing enough. The Obama administration seems to have rushed the deal through despite multiple warning flags and a lack of due diligence. The now-bankrupt firm, whose largest shareholder is a major Obama fundraiser, spent some $1.8 million on lobbying while waiting for the guarantee.
“If we want to compete with China,” the president said recently, “we’ve got to make sure that our guys here in the United States of America at least have a shot.” “Our guys,” indeed.

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.), who is running for president, said Monday that “too many Republicans … aspire to be frugal socialists” who “share the same core political philosophy about the purpose of government” as President Barack Obama.
When asked to name the Republicans she was speaking about, Bachman jokingly told a reporter, “That’s part of the puzzle you get to figure out when I give the speech.”
There are so many “why” questions about Herman Cain‘s alleged philandering that they are now starling to overshadow all of the “who,” “what,” where” and “when” questions. But no one’s asking the “why” questions.
For that matter, no one is asking the “who,” “what,” “where” and “when” questions, either. Why? Because that would assume the allegations about Cain are true. And, that poses another big, fat “why” question.
