How Can a Conservative Support a RINO For President?

After Rick Santorum dropped out of the GOP presidential primary, my plan had been to vote third-party in the presidential election. The thought of rewarding with my vote the Leftist RINO establishment and “mainstream” media for shoving a worthless excuse for a Republican like Romney down my throat tasted like bile–and it still does.

However, I never seriously thought the SCOTUS would uphold this unconstitutional travesty known as ObamaCare. I knew there was a chance, a significant chance, Justice Kennedy might swing Left and be the upholding vote, but I still thought the odds were better than not that even he would see what a complete offense to the American way of life this legislation is:

ObamaCare violates the freedom of the American people to buy what they want…or not buy what they don’t want–a freedom so basic, so fundamental, that no one in over 200 years has ever dreamed that it might need to be enumerated for specific protection

ObamaCare violates Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution which enumerates the few and limited powers granted to the federal government by the states and the people; nowhere in Article 1 Section 8 is the federal government authorized to create, modify, administer, govern, control or regulate either a health care system, a wealth redistribution system, or a system of charity

ObamaCare violates the Tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution which states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

ObamaCare violates the First Amendment protection of religious freedom by forcing people to provide and participate in the provision of contraceptives even if it violates their religious convictions

Now Justice Roberts has sold out the Constitution and the freedom of the American people with an illogical and incomprehensible decision that basically states the federal government can do anything it wants to, regardless of the Constitution, so long as a “tax” is involved. The implications of this make even the attack on the Constitution perpetrated by FDR’s “New Deal” pale in comparison…………………
