I heard Obama say the following and was happy that I always carry my mental barf bucket with me these days when a president who loves the sight of himself on television suddenly pops up and starts blathering:
But you know, the fact of the matter is, is that what — what would violate my commitment to voters is if I ended up agreeing to a plan that put more of the burden on middle-class families and less of a burden on the wealthy in an effort to reduce our deficit. That’s not something I’m going to do.
