The American Political System is About to Implode
by LAWRENCE SELLIN, PHD March 6, 2014
The Obama Administration is in a death spiral, mortally wounded by its own messianic left-wing ideology, naiveté, incompetence, lawlessness and persistent lying.
Barack Obama aspired to be Jesus by acting like Stalin.
For a change, let’s start being honest about the shameful condition of our political system. If the Constitution and the rule of law had been enforced, instead of the tenets of political correctness, Obama would have already resigned, been impeached or he may not have been elected at all.

The Rule of Law and the Constitution

The political class is destroying The Rule of Law and the Constitution. That is a recurring theme on this website. Laws constraining government are the only thing that stand between us and raw tyranny.
Neither party seems to mind gaining power at the expense of citizen freedoms. Republicans, by refusing to act against legal transgressions, are tacitly approving them and buttressing precedents that will destroy the country. The unwillingness to stop what is occurring is shameful. Whether this power grab can be stopped or not is moot. The political class in Washington seems quite satisfied with their increasing stranglehold on American throats. Peasants with pitchforks may be the only solution.

92431-cartoon1495Inside the beltway, it’s doofuses ‘R us and perhaps the world’s biggest collection of gangsters, liars, criminal psychopaths and incompetents.
And now it’s getting exposed, even in the major mass media and the alternative Internet Media is going wild exposing the dark criminal underbelly of the USG and American Intel leaders who have now lost all the respect of “we the people” and have
damaged their agencies beyond repair.
Good work gentlemen, you have now terribly harmed America with your crimes and treason, and are still lying through your teeth and breaking the laws while violating the Constitution and your Oath to it.

Reasons Why America Must Embrace Bible-Friendly Policy to Survive the 3rd MillenniumIt has become painfully clear that Barack holds an al a carte theory of American law—to be taken piece by piece, but not by whole.
For example, he clearly does not consider the Constitution binding, unless its’ mandates already fit into his plans. For this reason it is inevitable that when Obama taught “constitutional law” as an unpublished, non-professor instructor, he would have used the theory of evolving “living law.” see Teaching Law, Testing Ideas, Obama Stood Slightly Apart
Go Back to the Original Constitution? –… “The State in America was brought into being in 1789 by a coup d’état.”
By Michael S. Rozeff

A great many Americans who are dissatisfied with various facets of America’s political system, laws, rights, and justice system think that a solution is somehow to go back to the original Constitution. They do not understand that the original Constitution is a major cause of the present woes and troubles. One man who recognized and explained this and related developments many years ago is Albert Jay Nock in his 1935 book, Our Enemy the State.
My intent in what follows is to present a few of Nock’s important ideas in brief statements. All occasional observations of my own are placed in brackets.
Every increase in State power necessarily accompanies a decrease in social power.
Increases in State power reduce the disposition among people to use social power and indoctrinate the idea that social power is no longer called for.
